Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage proxyed by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability proxy with Return On Assets (ROA) to company value proxy with Price to Book Value (PBV) through dividend policy proxy with Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as an intervening. The study was conducted on 37 manufacturing companies using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 19.00. The result of the research shows that leverage has significant positive effect to company value; profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value; leverage has no effect on dividend policy; profitability has a positive effect on dividend policy and dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value. The dividend policy can’t mediate the indirect effect between leverage and profitability on firm value.

Abstract

This paper was conducted to examine the effect of service quality to word of mouth (WOM) and relational commitment to student satisfaction as an interevening variable. The study was conducted at students of Mathla'ul Anwar University, Banten. The number of samples in this study were 97 students with a propionate stratified random sampling method, which means that the sampling was carried out proportionally to each stratum in the population, in this case students from each faculty at Mathla'ul Anwar University, Banten. Data analysis method used in this research was Smart PLS 3.2.8 software. The results of this study indicated that (1) Service quality has a positive effect on students satisfaction, (2) Service quality has a positive effect to Word of Mouth, (3) Service quality has no effect on relational commitment, (4) Students satisfaction have no effect to word of mouth, (5) Students satisfaction has a positive effect to relational commitment, (6) Relational commitment is affected to word of mouth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran social capital dalam memediasi pengaruh social media terhadap knowledge transfer dan work performance. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, dan melibatkan 244 pegawai di Perum BULOG. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa social capital berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh social media terhadap knowledge transfer dan work performance. Dimensi trust dan network ties dari social capital berperan signifikan memediasi pengaruh social media pada knowledge transfer, sedangkan dimensi shared vision tidak berperan memediasi pengaruh social media pada knowledge transfer dan hanya memediasi secara signifikan negatif pada work performance.

Abstract

PT Latinusa is the one of tinplate producer in Indonesia. PT Latinusa manufacturing and fulfill tinplate need for need consumtion need material in domestic market. In a company human resources is important element that must have good performance. Created health company can doing with motivating the officer and increase satisfaction compensation until increase work spirit that have impact to increase performance. The purpose of this research is to know as much as impact positive direct of : intrinsic motivation to performance, compensation satisfaction to performance, intrinsic motivation to work spirit, compensation satisfaction to work spirit and work spirit to performance. This research is causalitas and quantitative research, with research location is PT Latinusa, Cilegon City. Sample in this research is worker as much as fourty people. This research is use Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis with software SmartPLS. Data that collective consist primary and secondary data. Primary data from questioner and secondary data from documentary and library learning. Calculation statistic result from SEM is 81,4 % intirinsic motivation and compensation satisfaction influential to work spirit and 82% intrinsic motivation , compensation satisfaction and work spirit influential to performance. See intrinsic motivation, compensation satisfaction and work spirit have high impact to performance, so one of method to increase performance is increase intrinsic motivation, compensation satisfaction and work spirit.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of aset turnover ratio which is proxied by Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on the value of the company proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV) through profitability proxied by Return On Assets (ROA) as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at manufacturing company of consumer goods industry sector in 2013-2017 with the number of samples taken as many as 31 companies. Research data in the analysis using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 19.00. The results of hypothesis testing obtained by TATO have no effect on PBV, TATO has a positive and significant effect on ROA, ROA has a positive and significant effect on PBV. The results of the mediation test concluded that the indirect influence of TATO on PBV through ROA was greater than the direct influence of TATO on PBV which proved that ROA was able to mediate TATO's relationship to PBV

Abstract

 Teacher role in challenges organization and reaching its objectives can happen when education teacher speaks apply what has gathered in training to students, the compensation, and motivation to excel. This study aims to see if formal training and compensation to depend on the intrinsic motivation and performance teacher at Yayasan Pendidikan Informatika. In this research, the methodology used is research causality. To answer the hypothesis using data analysis Structural Equation Model (SEM) using PLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the results of testing SEM obtained formal training have had a positive impact and significant impact on motivation intrinsic teachers, compensation influential positive and significantly to motivation intrinsic teachers, formal training has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, compensation it has some positive effects and significantly correlates with is placed on teacher performance, Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Quality human resources are an important factor to increase the productivity of government agencies. High competence is required to be able to support the improvement of employee performance achievements. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual competence and work discipline on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The study population was an employee of planning, evaluation and organizational financial reporting analysts within the scope of the Serang City government with a total sample of 60 people. The data analysis technique used a structural equation model that was processed with the SmartPLS application. The results of the study prove that there is a significant influence with the direction of a positive relationship of intellectual competence on employee performance. There is no effect of intellectual competence on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence with the direction of the positive relationship of work discipline on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence with the direction of a positive relationship of work discipline on employee performance. There is a significant influence with the direction of a positive relationship of organizational commitment to employee performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for good management of employees in managing workloads, work conflicts and work stress to be able to improve the resulting performance and be strengthened by a better level of job satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of workload management, work conflict and work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. The research was conducted at PT Harapan Teknik Shipyard with a total sample of 58 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the SEM-PLS model which was processed with the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that there is an influence of work conflict management on employee job satisfaction, there is an effect of job stress management on employee job satisfaction, there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and there is a mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship of work conflict management on employee performance. There is a mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between work stress management and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived ease to use and subjective norms on intention to use with perceived usefulness and attitude towards use as an intervening variable (a study on users of the JKN mobile application segment of workers receiving corporate wages in the Serang Branch of BPJS Kesehatan). The data collection methods used are library research and field studies by distributing questionnaires to 190 users of the JKN mobile application for the segment of workers who receive wages for business entities in the Serang Branch of BPJS Kesehatan using proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease to use has a negative and insignificant effect on intention to use; subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on intention to use; perceived ease to use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; perceived ease to use has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards use; subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; Subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards use; perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on intention to use; and attitude towards use has a positive and significant effect on intention to use.

Abstract

The number of e-commerce businesses provides fierce competition in the marketplace in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the role of trust as a mediator between the relationship of product quality and risk perception of purchasing decisions in the marketplace. The study used a survey method, which was carried out on Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University students with accidental sampling technique. The amount of data processed as many as 100 samples by the SEM-PLS method. Based on the research results obtained that all hypotheses are accepted, meaning that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and trust, risk perception has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions and trust, trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Trust is proven capable of mediating the relationship between product quality and risk perception of purchasing decisions.
