Abstract

This study aims 1) to determine how economic development and the tourism sector in Ngebel Village, Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency; 2) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of economic development and the tourism sector; 3) to determine the role of local governments in increasing economic development and the tourism sector; 4) to determine the role of the community in increasing economic development and the tourism sector; 5) as well as to determine the impact of the development of the Ngebel Lake tourism object in economic development in Ngebel Village, Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive types to analyze economic development and the tourism sector. Sources of research data obtained through primary data and secondary data. Primary data is in the form of sources with a total of 22 informants and secondary data uses journals, internet and evidence of records. The research instruments used were interview and observation guidelines. Data collection techniques using literature study and field studies. Data analysis techniques use data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and verification. The research uses research procedures or steps in the form of building a conceptual framework, formulating research problems, selecting subjects, developing instruments, collecting data, analyzing data and matrices and testing conclusions. The results or findings show that economic development and the tourism sector in Ngebel Village were carried out very well. The role of the village government and the community is very influential in increasing economic development and the tourism sector in Ngebel Village. Tourism development has a very positive impact on society, especially in terms of the economy

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the differences of students' entrepreneurial tendencies in terms of Adversity Quotient (AQ) and socio-economic background. The subjects in this study were 61 students of SMK Batik Purworejo. Samples were taken using a random sampling lottery system. The data collection method was use of an Adversity Quotient (AQ) questionnaire and an entrepreneurial tendencies questionnaire, while the data analysis used was an analysis of variance equipped with descriptive analysis. The results showed that there were differences in students' entrepreneurial tendencies in terms of Adversity Quotient (AQ): “climber” students tended to have high entrepreneurial tendencies, while “quitter” students had low entrepreneurial tendencies. In contrast to AQ, socioeconomic status has no effect on entrepreneurial tendency. Individuals with low, medium and high socioeconomic status all may have moderate entrepreneurial tendencies. When both measured together there is no difference in entrepreneurial tendency based on AQ and socioeconomic status

Abstract

These research aim to know the influence of the factors analysis that  influence the successful of work  “Kripik Tempe Industry” in Sadang  village Ngawi. In this research we use the survey research method and the data collecting technigue, that  use  the questionare, observation, interview and the library study. As a sample from this research, we use  the tempe kripik industry all in Sadang Ngawi there are 87 people in here. We use a double regression method. From the result of research, variable  X1 (financial capital), variable X2 (experience), variable X3(promotion), variable X4 (work capability). Partially, it  influence to variable Y ( work succesfull).  Score t  from variables respectively. As far the score t from variables respecttively: Variable Capital business (X1) we get t : 3.036, business experience (X2) we get t : 3.166, promotion (X3) : 3.647 and score t from business capability: 4.235.The result from the test F : from the four variables influence to the succesfull of work simultanly, score F :20.714 is on P < 0,05. From the result of coefisience determination, we know that the successfull of work is influenced by bussiness capital (X1), work experience (X2), promotion (X3) and the work capability (x4) : 0,503 or 50.30 %, and rest of  effort 0.497 or 49.70 %. they are influenced by the other variable that it is not in this research

Abstract

Change are grew rapidly. The technological era in the industrial era 4.0 supports these changes. However, this era caused panic among people who thought that this era caused a lot of use of technology to achieve prosperity and a lack of use of human resources. The era of society 5.0 is different from that era where technology is considered not the main factor, but human resources as the main factor supporting prosperity, technology plays a role as a supporter. This research is conducted in Islamic boarding schools in East Java, where the pesantren is a unique part of society. This study aims to describe the role of Social Bounding, Social Bridging and Social Linking in Islamic boarding schools and to find out how this can increase the Value Economy of students as part of society in facing the era of society 5.0. By using a qualitative research method descriptive study, it can be seen that social bounding has different characteristics from what Woolcock suggests, namely by planting values, culture, perceptions and traditions from religious sources, state law, and instilling the Pancasila ideology. Social bridging does not have a significant difference, namely by improving community weaknesses and maximizing potential. Likewise social linking with the use of networks to help achieve goals. Meanwhile, in relation to creating a value economy in the future, skills training through extra activities are needed. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the teaching staff so that they are able to innovate for development

Abstract

This study aims to determine the consumption patterns of female porters in the Magetan vegetable market. The type of research used is qualitative research through a case study approach. The total number of informants is 40 people. Collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that, (1) Due to the high economic needs, and low income, the women chose to become porters, they chose this job because there was no other job. (2) There is not much income per day as porters, they work from morning at 07.00-15.00 WIB, they earn around Rp. 50,000-Rp. 70,000. (3) Before becoming porters, among them were only household workers, fried food sellers, farm laborers, where they rarely had buyers. (4) Obstacles that are often experienced by female porters are decreased health factors, bone pain, sometimes colds, dizziness. In addition, there is another factor, namely the quiet market conditions. (5) With a mediocre and uncertain income, female porters always prioritize basic needs, namely clothing, food, and housing. However, if they have more money, they will choose to save it, just in case there is an urgent need. (6) From the interviews, according to them the needs that have been fulfilled, namely household needs including kitchen needs, electricity bills, PDAM water bills, children's school bills, and basic needs can be met every day

Abstract

The impact of the covid-19 pandemic has reduced the economic and financial sectors. The decline has an impact of the activities and economic activities of the community. This study aims to analyze the comparison of the financial performance of rural banks (BPR) before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The research methode used is a quantitative comparative study. The result of this study are that financial performance as measured by the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) during the pandemic is still quite healthy both before the pandemic. The relatively strong capital ratio during the pandemic explains that BPR’s are still stable in resisting the shock caused by the covid-19 pandemic. In contrast to ROA, BOPO and NPL during the pandemic, BPR’s were unable to obtain maximum profit due to the decline in lending by BPR’s, however, DPK fund obtained by BPRs actually increased and the gap suppressed profitability especially ROA. The effect of the covid-19 pandemic have made the performance of BPR inefficient because the costs incurred are greater than the income. Although the BOPO trend continues to increase during the covid-19 pandemic, it is still in the healty category. The amount of BPR’s NPL both before the pandemic and during the pandemic is quite worrying because it has a ratio of more than 5%. Based on his analysis, it can be concluded that during the pandemic, rural bank are still strong enough to withstand shock, but must always be maintained in terms of credit distribution quality and cost efficiency

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran obyektif tentang peningkatan Hasil belajar IPS materi manusia sebagai makhluk sosial dan ekonomi melalui model group investigation pada siswa kelas VII-A Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 Di SMP Negeri 1 Pogalan. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas di laksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Pogalan, yang merupakan tempat peneliti melaksanakan tugas sebagai guru bidang di mata pelajaran IPS setiap harinya. Siswa kelas VII-A menjadi obyek peneliti dan materi yang digunakan adalah bidang studi IPS Pokok Bahasan Manusia Sebagai Makhluk Sosial Dan Ekonomi di SMP Negeri 1 Pogalan Tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan pada semester I. Setelah pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan penggunaan model group Investigation,, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pembelajaran IPS melalui model group Investigation dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas kelas VII-A Semester 1 Tahun ajaran 2019/2020 di SMP Negeri 1 Pogalan . Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari kenaikan nilai rata-rata. Nilai rata-rata pada siklus 1 sebesar 67.50 pada siklus II sebesar 75.00. Hal ini berarti terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata 7.5. Di samping nilai rata-rata kenaikan hasil belajar siswa dapat diketahui dengan melihat persentase ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal. Pada siklus 1 siswa yang telah tuntas sebanyak 19 anak (60%) sedang siswa yang belum tuntas sebanyak 13 anak (40%). Pada siklus II siswa yang telah tuntas sebanyak 29 anak (91%) sedang siswa yang belum tuntas sebanyak 3 anak (9%). Ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal terjadi peningkatan sebesar 31%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur terkait beberapa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecenderungan berwirausaha mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FKIP UNIVERSTAS PGRI Madiun, dengan pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling dengan toleransi kesalahan 10% dengan jumlah 97 mahasiswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif, dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui mediagoogle form. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil: (1) Literasi ekonomi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kecenderungan berwirausaha mahasiswa, (2) Sosial ekonomi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kecenderungan berwirausaha mahasiswa diakibatkan beberapa faktor ekternal dan internal lainnya, (3) Penggunaan menjadi variabel independen yang paling berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kecenderungan berwirausaha mahasiswa, (4) Secara simultan ketiga variabel indeped memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kecenderungan berwirausaha mahasiswa. Hasil tersebut dapat memberikan gambaran kepada mahasiswa terkait faktor-faktor yang perlu diperhatikan untuk mengembangkan minat berwirausaha. selain bagi mahasiswa hasil penelitian juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi lembaga terkait tingakat pemahaman literasi yang dimiliki mahasiswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan kreativitas terhadap hasil belajar siswa ekonomi SMAN 6 Wajo, Kabupaten Wajo, Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi penelitian siswa kelas X SMAN 6 Wajo. Sampel peneliian mengunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 27 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket. Teknik analisis mengunakan uji asumi, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa 1) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. 2) Disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi. 3) Kreativitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. 4) Motivasi, disiplin, dan kreativitas berpengaruh signifikan (simultan) terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMAN 6 Wajo

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran saat ini menghadapi peralihan dari pembelajaran konvensial (tatap muka) menjadi pembelajaran online yang wajib memerlukan kecermatan seluruh warga kampus sehingga tujuan pendidikan terwujud. Pada proses perjalanan pembelajaran onlinemendapatkan persoalan seperti keluhan jaringan, mahalnya kuota internet, pembelajaran yang tidak efektif, terlalu banyak tugas tugas serta penurunan kompetensi mahasiswa dan lainnya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni mencari tahu pengaruh 1) Manajemen Pembelajaran Online pada Kepuasan Mahasiswa, 2) Kemandirian Belajar pada Kepuasaan Mahasiswa dan 3) Manajemen Pembelajaran Online serta Kemandirian Belajar pada Kepuasaan Mahasiswa di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 43 orang yaitu mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah Penilaian Pembelajaran Ekonomi. Data dikumpulkan mempergunakan metode dokumentasi serta angket, kemudian dilakukan analisis product moment. Data dianalisa mempergunakanaplikasi SPSS 20.Temuan penelitianmenunjukkan ada pengaruh manajemen pembelajaran online (X1) terhadap kepuasaan mahasiswa (Y), dengan hasil uji t diperoleh t-hitung 3,635 >t-tabel - 1,987 serta bernilai signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05. Dan variabel Kemandirian Belajar (X2) memiliki pengaruh pada variabel kepuasan mahasiswa (Y) hal ini berdasarkan t hitung - 5,577 > t-tabel - 1.987 serta bernilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif diantara manajemen pembelajaranonlineserta kemandirian belajar padakepuasan mahasiswa di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 44,202 yang bernilai signifikansi 0,000
