Abstract

Islamic inheritance laws or pharaids have played an important role in human sciences, especially the distribution of principled wealth to justice and responsibility. In addition, pharaids also have an important role in advancing the economy. This writing aims to analyze pharaids based on the Qur'an and hadith and their impact on the economy. This type of research is qualitative with the library research method. The results of the study show that the pharaids systematically ensured the redistribution of wealth by distributing wealth to each generation with predetermined parts, thus the Faraid had protected the rights of the heirs. Pharaid also supports the participation of women in economic activities, while allowing polygamy to support women's role and even bring a multiplier effect to the economy. Finally, with the existence of pharaids, the wealth produced by the deceased is again allocated to the factors of production through the economic cycle by each generation of heirs.

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have several obstacles in developing their business, such as limitations in terms of capital, mastery of technology, human resources and business management. For this reason, a financial institution is needed to cover the source of capital for MSMEs. Institutions that handle micro-scale financing namely Venture Capital Company (PMV). Venture capital financing is different from a bank, because it provides financing by direct participation in the business partner it finances, besides that venture capital is an active investment which is always accompanied by involvement in the management of the company being financed. PT. Sarana Lampung Ventura is the only PMV based in Lampung, which currently focuses on financing using a profit sharing pattern, where this pattern is very well known in the Islamic economy. PT. Sarana Lampung Ventura has had a positive impact on the development of business partners, this can be seen from the increase in sales turnover. However, in the implementation there are still many obstacles faced, especially related to the application of the principles of venture capital as active financing including the implementation of guarantees and management assistance. And for the profit sharing pattern applied by PT. Sarana Lampung Ventura to a business partner is a type of financing where a certain percentage of profit is first set every month or from a predetermined period to be given by a business partner to a venture capital company. In terms of assistance to business partners both in the management placement and management coaching has not been fully implemented, where management assistance provided by PT. Sarana Lampung Ventura adapts to the needs of business partners which are only in the form of advice or consultation. In Islamic economic perspectives, this is still not appropriate.

Abstract

Islam is a system of life. Economy is a subsystem in the system of life. The quality  of the economic subsystem depends on the building of Aqidah, Shari'ah, and morality, which is the pillar of the system to carry out life activities in its interactions related to assets (mu'amalah al-maliyah), and interactions that are not related to property (mu’amalah ghairu maliyah) Economic activities are included in the mu'amalah al-maliyah. Economic activity in the view of Islam is a recommendation and demand for life that has a dimension of worship, even an order to carry out productive activities for fulfilling the needs of dharuuriyyaat (primary), haajiyyaat (secondary) and tahsiiniyyaat (tertiary). Maqashid al-syariah (the goal of sharia) in the reality of economic behavior is a productive activity for fulfilling needs that can maintain faith (din), humans (nafs), intellect (aqal), descendants (nasl), and wealth (maal) . ”The five things are the synthesis of system buildings in a balanced and harmonious survival. In the process, it is practically a sign for economic actors in the framework of just and prosperous socio-economic development, through zakat instruments, usury prohibition, anti-monopoly as social security and the role of government.
