This research has two objectives. First, to examine the effect of work life balance onorganizational commitment. Second, the moderating of perception of transformational leadershipon work life balance the influence to organizational commitment perceived organizational supporton emotional intelligence to job performance. The subject of the research is employes who work in2 hospitals in Yogyakarta. The data is collected by using questionnaires, distributed to 200employees. The survey was conducted on 200 nurses Hospital in Jogjakarta. Total of 175questionnaires that were collected questionnaires, only 165 questionnaires that can be processed.Data analysis using moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the balance of lifesignificantly negative effect on affective and normative commitment to employees, but had no effecton employee continuance commitment. Perceptions of transformational leadership is not amoderator effect of work life balance relations on organizational commitment of employees.Key words: work life balance, affective commitment, continuance commitment, normativecommitment, the perception of transformational leadership and moderation

This research aims to examine the effect of Islamic attributes and quality service on Islamic tourist satisfaction of foreign tourists visiting the city of Padang. The research was conducted on 100 foreign tourist with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this through two general stages, namely the measurement model and structural model, these two stages will be analyzed by using PLS 2.0M3 software. The results of the research show that Islamic attributes and quality service have a positive and significant effect on the Islamic tourist satisfaction of foreign tourist visiting the city of Padang.

Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya angka pengangguran yang berasal dari tingkat pendidikan lulusan SMA/sederajat. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jambi bahwa Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) pada bulan Februari 2018 sebesar 3,65 persen. Dimana dilihat dari tingkat pendidikan TPT untuk tingkat SMK sebesar 6,18 persen. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai motivasi diri (minat) untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh siswa SMA N 5 Merangin Kabupaten Merangin Provinsi Jambi sebanyak 100 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang bersifat tutorial, diskusi dan monitoring. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memberikan tanggapan dan respon terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan yaitu seluruh peserta (100 persen) menyatakan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan motivasi untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi memberi manfaat dan sebanyak 88 persen menyatakan berminat untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi sedangkan terdapat 12 persen peserta yang tidak berminat untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi (kuliah) setelah diberikan pelatihan. This study aims to analyze a competitive strategy for small and medium business actors in the city of Padang during the Covid-19 pandemic. The observation process was carried out on small and medium enterprises spread across eleven sub-districts in the town of Padang. Respondents in this study were small and medium enterprises in Padang with a total sample of 131 with a sampling technique using the quota sampling method. The analysis technique used is IFA, EFA, SWOT, and QSPM analysis. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the first quadrant looks to be prioritized and used as a strategy (SO). Strategy (ST) improves product quality to anticipate competitors from within the province and other regions. Strategy (WO) is implemented by encouraging business stability. Strategy (WT) in participating in banking programs to increase creative business.

Applying the conceptual framework of value-attitude-behavior relationship, this study investigates self-confidence as mediating effect on the relationship between perceived educational support on entrepreneur intention. Using linier regression analysis, we investigate the role of self- confidence, perceived educational support on entrepreneur intention. In this paper, we used 160 students of economic faculty at Bung Hatta University. These results suggest that perceived educational support and self-confidence have positive effects on entrepreneur intention, and perceived educational support has positive effect on entrepreneur intention. This result shows self-confidence play an important role as a mediating variable on the relationship between perceived educational support on entrepreneur intention.

This study aims to examine the predictors and consequences of a fair psychology contract. There are relationships between the degree of reciprocal trust and fair psychological contracts, reward mechanisms for fair psychology contracts, assessment of actual performance to a psychological contract of justice, intrinsic motivation to equitable psychology contracts, equitable psychological contracts on job satisfaction and Intrinsic motivation and Job satisfaction. The population of this study is 205 staff at Perum Damri Regional Division II and data was collected using a purposive sampling technique. The criteria of the respondents chosen were staff or employees who had worked in Damri's general company for at least 1 year. Data analysis techniques in research using software smart PLS 2.0 M3. This study contains 6 hypotheses and from the research, the results of reciprocal degrees of trust influence the fair psychology contract, but the progressive reward mechanism, the assessment of actual performance and intrinsic motivation have no effect. While fair psychology contracts and intrinsic motivation affect employee job satisfaction.

The study aims to analyze the effect of web portal on electronic satisfaction to Bung Hatta University Student. The Method used in this study is a quantitative method, using survey. The technique of taking sample is by using convenience sampling. Data was taken as primary data by spreading questionnaire and was measured by using Likert scale method. Methode ofanalysis used descriptive analysis and data was prosessed by using SEM SmartPLS tools. In this paper used 381 student of Bung Hatta University. The result showed that the content usefulness, adequacy of information, accessibility have not positive significant on electonic satisfaction, while usefulness and interaction have positive significant on electronic satisfaction.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi tentang pengaruh perilaku berbagi pengetahuan terhadap perilaku kerja ionovatif dan kepuasan kerja diantar karyawan dengan bahasa motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Hubungan hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis STATA. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sebanyak 45 karyawan diperusahaan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa perilaku berbagai pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sedangkan perilakuberbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Selanjutnya bahasa motivasi memoderasi hubungan antara perilaku berbagi pengetahuan dan perilaku kerja inovatif.

The study aims to analyze the effect of webportal on individual impact and satisfaction as mediating variable. Sample in this study are 381 respondents. This study is using survey. The technique of taking sample is by using convenience sampling. The hypothesis testing was conducting using multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The result showed that webportal has positive and significant on individual impact. Webportal also has positive and significant on satisfaction. Satisfaction partial mediation the positive influence of webportal on individual impact.
