Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Islamic attributes and quality service on Islamic tourist satisfaction of foreign tourists visiting the city of Padang. The research was conducted on 100 foreign tourist with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this  through two general stages, namely the measurement model and structural model, these two stages will be analyzed by using PLS 2.0M3 software. The results of the research show that Islamic attributes and quality service have a positive and significant effect on the Islamic tourist satisfaction of foreign tourist visiting the city of Padang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, desainproduk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 orang konsumen yang melakukan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji T-statistik untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial atau individu.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam, untuk variabel desain Produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, desain Produk, harga dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the effect of electronic service quality, price and perceived benefits of go-pay features on customer satisfaction in Padang. Population in this study are all motorcycle customers who use the go-pay feature. With a sample size of 100 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The results showed that electronic service quality has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has positive effect on customer satisfaction, while the perceived benefits does not significant on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Attributes, Destination Attributes and Quality of  Service on Islamic Tourism Satisfaction Tiram Beach in Pariaman. This is phenomenon of seasonal tourist visits to the tourist area Tiram Beach. The sample in this study was tourists who traveled in the tourist area of Tiram Beach in Pariaman totaling eighty respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The type of data in this study are primary data from questionnaires. The data analysis method in this study was Smart PLS analysis. Hypothesis testing using the R-Square test to see the results of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study found that the Islamic Attitude and Destination Attributes had a significant effect and Quality of Service did not significantly influence tourist satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to empirically investigate the impact of financial stability, financial targets, and rationalization on instances of financial statement fraud in State-Owned Enterprises operating in the financial services and insurance sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2021. The research is motivated by alleged incidents of financial statement manipulation, particularly the practice of window dressing, observed in various financial corporations during 2015 and 2016. The study utilizes secondary data collected from a sample of 14 companies observed over a six-year timeframe. The sample selection employed a purposive sampling technique, and data analysis involved conducting multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 software. The findings indicate that financial targets and rationalization have a significant impact on instances of financial statement fraud, while financial stability does not demonstrate a comparable influence.

Abstract

Information system used at Bung Hatta University uses Digital Campus, one of the applications is E-Lecturer Performance . E- Performance Applications Lecturer designed For manage related data academic covers teaching , research , supporting , PKM, journals, proceedings , books , IPR and recognition use technology computer . Quality information system helps give satisfaction for University And lecturers in improving Power compete , give mark plus for University. To measure success something The Lecturer E-Performance application that already exists on the Bung Hatta University website and has been used by lecturers, needs to be evaluated by measuring the level of success of the application by apply model of success Delone And McLean , the analysis method used is descriptive analysis which is based on the actual scores from respondents' answers, while the number of samples used was 95 respondents. The results explain that the application as a whole has a very good running system quality with a score of 95.01%. Meanwhile, the hypothesis results from 10 hypotheses, there are 6 hypotheses accepted and 4 hypotheses rejected and the role of mediating variables can be partial and full mediation so that the findings from this research are that system quality has a very significant effect on user satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi social brand engagement pada hubungan experiential marketing terhadap word of mouth (WOM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 311. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan google form. Analisis Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa experiential marketing berpengaruh pada social brand engagement, experience marketing juga berpengaruh pada word of mouth. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa social brand engagement berpengaruh pada word of mouth dan social brand engagement memediasi hubungan experiential marketing pada social brand engagement.

Abstract

Communities around mangrove forests use mangrove forests as additional livelihoods such as looking for shrimp, crabs, shellfish. The existence of a relationship between the community and the existence of this mangrove forest raises the perception of the community in an effort to maintain and preserve the existence of the mangrove forest. The purpose of this study was to analyze the perception of the community in Tuapejat Village on the existence of mangrove forests in North Sipora District, Mentawai Islands Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, the determination of respondents using the Slovin formula with a population of 94 respondents and a sample of 76 respondents. The data analysis method used is the chi-square test using SPSS version 0.25 software. The results showed that the level of public perception of the existence of mangrove forests in Tuapejat Village, Sipora Utara District, Mentawai Islands Regency showed that 70% had a high perception, 24% had a moderate perception and 6% had a low perception. There is a significant relationship between age, education level and length of stay and with community perceptions of the existence of mangrove forests in Tuapejat Village, North Sipora District, Mentawai Islands Regency.Keywords: Community Perception, Coastal Ecosystem, Mangrove Forest.AbstrakMasyarakat yang berada di sekitar hutan mangrove memanfaatkan hutan mangrove sebagai mata pencaharian tambahan seperti mencari udang, kepiting, kerang. Adanya keterkaitan antara masyarakat dengan keberadaan hutan mangrove ini menimbulkan adanya persepsi masyarakat dalam upaya menjaga dan melestarikan keberadaan hutan mangrove. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis persepsi masyarakat di Desa Tuapejat terhadap teberadaan hutan mangrove Kecamatan Sipora Utara Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, penentuan responden menggunakan rumus slovin dengan populasi responden 94 dan sampel sebanyak 76 orang responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji chi square menggunakan software SPSS version 0.25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberadaan hutan mangrove di Desa Tuapejat Kecamatan Sipora Utara Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 70%  memiliki persepsi tinggi, 24% mempunyai persepsi sedang dan 6% yang mempunyai persepsi rendah. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, tingkat pendidikan dan lama menetap dan dengan persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberadaan hutan mangrove di Desa Tuapejat Kecamatan Sipora Utara Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai.Kata kunci: Persepsi Masyarakat, Ekosistem Pesisir, Hutan Mangrove.
