Abstract

Rapid technological developments also affects education, especially if the technology is combined with the proper pedagogic. The combination of both can improve the quality of learning and can bring a new learning experience. One of the technologies developed at this time is the Augmented Reality (AR) which can be used as a new means of learning. In the 2013 curriculum, science textbooks for grade 7 are arranged thematically, and students are expected to search of learning resources available around them. Augmented Reality applications based on mobile was created as a support technology when the process of learning science is happening by using science textbooks Grade 7 curriculum 2013 of Chapter I. From the test results obtained, this application can help students understand the material in Chapter I.

Abstract

Glaukoma merupakan penyakit pada retina yang disebabkan oleh tingginya tekanan intraokular. Tekanan intraokular pada penderita glaukoma bisa mencapai 60-70mmHg. Penyakit ini ditandai dengan semakin besarnya ukuran cup to disc ratio (CDR). Penyakit glaukoma mempunyai tiga tingkatan yaitu ringan (mild) dengan nilai CDR 0,3-0,5, sedang (moderate) dengan nilai CDR 0,5-0,7 dan parah (severe) dengan nilai CDR diatas 0,7. Untuk analisis retina dan menghitung  nilai CDR yang diambil dari kamera fundus, harus dilakukan oleh dokter mata ahli, namun membutuhkan waktu cukup lama. Oleh karena itu, deteksi ciri dan perhitungan nilai CDR otomatis diharapkan dapat membantu dokter dalam menganalisis penyakit glaukoma. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 60 citra fundus retina yang terdiri dari 20 citra glaukoma ringan, 20 citra glaukoma sedang dan 20 citra glaukoma parah yang diambil dari Rumah Sakit Mata Nasional Cicendo Bandung dan Jakarta Eye Center. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi tingkat glaukoma adalah jaringan saraf tiruan backpropagation. Hasil simulasi pengujian dengan menggunakan software MATLAB R2014b didapatkan nilai akurasi kelas mild sebesar 99% dengan sensitivity 99% dan specificity 97,5%. Akurasi kelas moderate sebesar  85%  dengan  sensitivity 85%  dan  specificity 99%.  Akurasi  kelas  severe sebesar  99%  dengan sensitivity 99% dan specificity 98%. Nilai akurasi rata-rata sistem klasifikasi glaukoma adalah 94,2%.

Abstract

Pengarsipan dan pendataan yang rapi akan mempermudah asisten kepala laboratorium dalam pencarian dan pengolahan data secara singkat dan lebih efisien terhadap waktu dari kinerja sebuah sistem serta mendukung kepala laboratorium dalam pencapaian beberapa keputusan yang ingin dicapai.Sementara ini, Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Nurul Jadid khususnya pada bagian laboratorium, masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk mendata barang atau mengisi nomer inventory, yang mana akan memerlukan banyak waktu dalam pendataan barang. Kesulitan lain yang timbul ketika membuat dokumen atau laporan transaksi, yang saat ini masih tersimpan dalambentuk Microsoft Word, sehingga keamanan dan keutuhan data tidak terjamin serta waktu yang diperlukan relatif lama. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Hasil yang di temukan dalam penelitian ini adalah perancangan Digital Inventory Untuk Pendataan Barang Menggunakan Barcode Di Laboratorium STT Nurul Jadid. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat sebagai berikut: Mempermudah user dalam entry data, mempermudah dalam hal pelabelan dengan barcode, dapat lebih cepat dalam hal mencari informasi barang laboratorium, mempermudah dalam membuat laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan user.

Abstract

E-commerce merupakan salah satu alternatif pemasaran yang mengandalkan internet untuk mempublikasikanproduk dan jasa suatu perusahaan. Desa Wisata Organik Lombok Kulon merupakan sebuah desa wisata dengankonsep kampung organik, dimana kelompok kerja (pokja) dan masyarakatnya memiliki keunikan dankeunggulan masing-masing. Namun wisata ini sepi dari pengunjung, hal ini disebabkan belum adanya promosimengenai wisata tersebut, penjualannya masih melakukan transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli bertemulangsung (Face To Face). Sehingga masyarakat minim pengetahuan tentang informasi mengenai desa wisataorganik dan produknya. Dari Permasalahan tersebut membangun sebuah Sistem E-commerce Desa WisataOrganik Lombok Kulon Menuju Persaingan Pasar Global yang dapat mempermudah admin dalam mengeloladata paket wisata dan penjualan produk, serta mempromosikannya kepada wisatawan lokal maupunmancanegara.Hasil dari penelitian adalah dibangunnya sebuah Sistem E-commerce Desa Wisata Organik Lombok KulonMenuju Persaingan Pasar Global yang dapat membantu pihak pokja dalam mempromosikan wisata dan menjualpaket wisata, serta menjual produknya kepada wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Sistem ini dapat menarikwisatawan dan merangsang masyarakat untuk lebih kreatif, inovatif di era Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA)maupun Persaingan Pasar Global lainnya yang menggunakan teknologi canggih.

Abstract

Kota Malang merupakan salah satu kota di Jawa Timur yang banyak dikunjungi wisatawan baik lokal maupun mancanegera. Hal ini dikarenakan Kota Malang berada di daerah dataran tinggi yang sejuk serta banyaknya tempat-tempat wisata yang menarik. Namun, beberapa permasalahan muncul kepada para wisatawan yang mendatangi Kota Malang. Apalagi wisatawan tersebut pastinya tidak mengetaui secara jelas daerah yang dikunjunginya. Salah satu permasalahan yang menjadi sorotan adalah ketika wisatawan Muslim ingin melakukan ibadah Sholat 5 waktu yang pastinya tidak dapat ditinggalkan. Tetapi, karena tidak mengetahui seluk-beluk lokasi yang dikunjungi, maka untuk mencari lokasi masjid tentu menjadi hal yang sulit. Sedangkan menurut pendataan terkini, jumlah masjid dan musholla yang tersebar di sekitar Kota Malang berjumlah 623 masjid. System Informasi Geografis Lokasi Masjid di Kota Malang Berbasis Web ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut. Pada system ini, pengguna hanya perlu membuka system informasi geografis berbasis web secara online, kemudian system akan menunjukkan lokasi masjid terdekat yang bisa dijangkau oleh pengguna sehingga memudahkan pengguna untuk menemukan lokasi masjid dengan cepat berdasarkan lokasi geografis yang ditunjukkan dalam bentuk peta.

Abstract

The great numbers of cooperation class participant enthusiasts at State Polytechnic of Malang has given a particular challenge for Polinema to provide an appropriate, effective and efficient decision in its data management for the qualified participants. TOPSIS is a method in which its best chosen alternatives have not only the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution but also the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. The criteria used in this system are based on the survey given to the committee of Admissions namely scholastic aptitude test score, psychotest score, and six other interview criteria i.e. integrity, customer service orientation, achievement orientation, continuous learning, adaptability and impact. The research results revealed that the data of participant who were succeeded and had come to the interview phase were put into the system which in turn calculated the selection results using TOPSIS method, by searching for the furthest distance and the nearest of the positive and negative ideal solution. Participants with the highest preference value (v) ranked the top in this system in accordance with the specified quota.

Abstract

A lot of workers have a hectic schedule. They have so many business negotiations and moreover the job is in out of the city they living. Based on the bustle job, it makes the workers do not stay in the house for a long time. Many effects may impact on the house, like thief and power management. Raspberry Pi is a mini computer which is the main device that can be used to control electronic equipments in the house. This controlling can be activated from anywhere, as long as the area has an internet connection, even the IP Address has the same network or not. By using Forward Chaining method, the control does not need to be done manually. This method can control electronic devices that are in the house automatically, using existing facts on the knowledge base. The controlling can be done by a website which can be accessed through smartphones or personal computers. The results of this research can be implemented at houses, schools, offices, from small scale to medium. This system is expected to prevent anything undesirable but can saving more energy significantly.

Abstract

The accuracy of the type, quantity, price, place, time and quality are the expectations of the farmers in the process of procurement and distribution of subsidized fertilizer. the various alternatives that have been given or designed apparently not able to overcome the scarcity of fertilizers that often occurs in the community. Usage of farmers Card and construction of information systems in the fertilizer distribution in districts Gerung designed with the hope that can overcome the problems that occur in particular at the line of the end and the inappropriateness in terms of subsidized fertilizer distribution. Each farmer enrolled in farmer groups and listed in RDKK which is then used by the retailer to redeem the fertilizer will receive identity cards. With the identity card of the farmers who own identity can come directly to the retailer and then the retailer can see the profil and fertilizer quota owned by each farmer. with this system, retailers can distribute the fertilizer on target in the right quantity and the right price. In addition the system also helps in viewing the redemption amount that has been done by the retailer and the amount of fertilizer sold.

Abstract

Fall can cause injury effects, such as sprains, fractures and concussions. It can even lead to someone's death. Elderly people who have fallen can cause psychological disorders such as loss of self esteem and feelings of fear that they will fall again. As the effects of the fall, the elderly become afraid of walking in order to avoid the danger of falling. Therefore, an application to detect whether the events fall or not is needed. The aim of this study is to identify the occurrence of falls using a threshold-based methods. The sensors used to detect fall are the accelerometers located on Android smartphone devices. If the data from the sensor exceeds a predetermined threshold value, then it is identified as fal and the app will send a short message to supervisors and family members so that the elderly can be helped immediately.

Abstract

To do a practicum in web-based programming course, the student minimally needs three software, that is text-editor, ebook-reader, and browser. So that existing learning media can be developed further in interactive practicum module by providing training and evaluation features in one file. This study aims: (1) to Design, (2) to Develop and (3) to Test the validity of interactive practicum module on web-based programming courses. The study model is being used is a research model of 4D by Thiagarajan. The subject of this study were students year 2013 of undergraduate of informatic engineering that already finished web-based programming course. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. To test the validity, evaluation conducted by a team of experts, limited-scale test, and wide scale test. The result of the study are follows: The review score from the expert learning materials is 88.64%, the review score from the expert instructional media is 94.27%. the score from limited-scale test is 80.88%, And the review score from wide scale test is 87.14%. From the results, it is concluded that the development product is eligible to being use in web-based programming course. The product has advantages included: Module has interactive features such as live-editor that can show the results of static�web programming scripts.
