Abstract

In this paper we study Henstock-Dunford integral on [a,b]. We discuss some properties of the integrable. We shall define essentially small Riemann sums (ESRS)  and show that it is necessary and sufficient condition for function to be Henstock-Dunford integral on [a,b].

Abstract

Health insurance is a guarantee to minimize financial loss from sickness. Group health insurance spital care is health insurance. Health insurance used for Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) and retering PNS and TNI/Polri and also their family that called ASKES service insurance. Computation hospital health insurance premiums affected by age and sex, also use Daily Hospital Benefit table for group health insurance, while ASKES service premiums based on class and work time and the computation and fixed by Departemen Keuangan Republik Indonesia. To difference between group health insurance premiums with ASKES service premiums for hospital care is grat 1:7.

Abstract

Watermarking is one of the methods that proposed to protected digital data from illegally copy.  A lot of technic to destroy watermarking that inserted to digital data, one of them are JPEG compression. In this research will be focus as far JPEG compression can influence watermarking integrated especially at similarity test before and after digital data have JPEG compression attact.

Abstract

Genderang otonomi daerah telah ditabuh. Dampak pengiringnya juga telah mulai dirasakan. Di bidang pendidikan, paling tidak, telah mulai dikenalkan Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Berbasis Sekolah, program akselerasi, otonomi sekolah dalam penerimaan siswa SLTP karena dihapuskannya Ebtanas SD / MI, sulitnya guru pindah ke luar kota, dan juga munculnya pahlawan pendidikan di daerah yang tidak merasa perlu melibatkan atasan atau pihak akademisi di PT. Dasar pelaksanaan otonomi daerah bidang pendidikan adalah pasal 11 ayat (2) UU No. 22 / 1999 tentang Pemerintah daerah, yang berbunyi “Bidang pemerintahan yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh Daerah Kabupaten dan Daerah Kota meliputi pekerjaan umum, kesehatan, pendidikan dan kebudayaan, dll”, dan operasionalnya oleh PP No. 25 / 2000 Pasal 2 ayat (11) yang antara lain menyatakan bahwa kewenangan pusat adalah mengatur penetapan kurikulum nasional dan evaluasinya, serta penetapan standar materi pelajaran pokok. Dampak yang mungkin terjadi karena implementasi otonomi daerah bidang pendidikan, khususnya dalam pembelajaran matematika antara lain sebagai berikut. (1) Bisa muncul anggapan bahwa karena era otonomi maka pengajaran matematika mutlak di tangan guru termasuk pengaturan kurikulumnya, jelas ini perlu diluruskan. (2) Karena otonomi maka tak ada ebtanas, yang berarti guru matematika tidak perlu lagi dituntut kerja keras meraih NEM tinggi bagi anak didiknya. Akibatnya, salah satu tolok ukur kinerja guru menjadi hilang. Dalam hal ini, perlu dicari model tes yang sejenis dengan ebtanas. (3) Pemahaman yang benar tentang PP No. 25 / 2000 Pasal 2 ayat (11) yang menyatakan bahwa kewenangan pusat adalah mengatur penetapan kurikulum nasional dan evaluasinya, serta penetapan standar materi pelajaran pokok, dan guru memiliki otonomi dalam cara pembelajarannya. Jika pemahaman ini merata di kalangan guru, maka keberhasilan pengajaran matematika sekolah tak perlu dikawatirkan. Hal ini perlu disosialisasikan. Di lain pihak, kemajuan teknologi di dunia internasional semakin pesat. Agar dicapai mutu pendidikan dengan standar internasional, maka penanganan pendidikan di Indonesia perlu ditata secara nasional. Apalagi, matematika bersifat universal.

Abstract

Left truncated regression model is a regression model which the parameters prevailed for the dependent variable values y > a, with a is a left truncation point that is choosen according to the experiment goals, and a is also the observation object itself at once. Thus, truncated regression model is more correct if it is used for the experiment that oriented on a specific characteristic of the observation object, that is dependent variable. The distribution that is used for this regression model is normal left truncated distribution. Estimation of regression parameters used Maksimum Likelihood method with Newton’s iteratif method.

Abstract

Program linier yang mensyaratkan nilai variabelnya terbatas, maka fungsi tujuannya sanagat bergantung pada nilai variabel tersebut. Fungsi tujuan optimal mensyaratkan nilai variabel memenuhi batas-batasnya. Untuk menyelesaikan program linier ini, metode simpleks dimodifikasi sedemikian hingga didapatkan solusi optimal yang kemudian dikenal sebagai “metode simpleks primal menggunakan working basis”. Pencarian solusi basis fisibel dilakukan jika tiga kriteria optimalitas terpenuhi yaitu koefisien fungsi tujuan bernilai negatif variabelnya akan bernilai sama dengan batas atasnya, bernilai positif variabelnya akan bernilai sama dengan nol dan untuk variabel tanpa batas atas koefisien fungsi tujuannya non negatif.

Abstract

Matrix is diagonalizable (similar with matrix diagonal) if and only if the sum of geometric multiplicities of its eigenvalues is n.If we search for an upper triangular form that is nearly diagonal as possible but is still attainable by similarity for every matrix, especially the sum of geometric multiplicities of its eigenvalues is less than n, the result is the Jordan canonical form, which is denoted by , and . In this paper, will be described how to get matrix S(in order to get matrix ) by using generalized eigenvector. In addition, it will also describe the Jordan canonical form and its properties, and some observation and application on discrete time linear system.

Abstract

It is known that the interpolation theorem for Full Lambek Substructural Logic and its standard extensions can be proved using proof-theoretical methods. In fact, they can be proved by a well known method called Maehara’s method, or its modifications. In the present paper, by proving the cut elimination theorem and then using a modification of  Maehara’s method, we prove the interpolation problem for logics obtaining from some standard extensions of Full Lambek Logic by adding rule called mingle.

Abstract

Measles is the disease that caused by paramixovirus that infected to the humans by direct contact with infected person. Measles in Semarang was still as endemic disease. The aim of this study is analyze the SVIR (Susceptible Vaccinated Invected Recovered) model of the spread of Measles. This model is a system of nonlinear differential equation which solved by numerical solution with Euler’s method. The study use the data from Semarang Health Department, from the SVIR model generated , disease free equlibrium . If the vaccination rate is increasing, so susceptible people will be decreased and increasing the recovered people. Based on the result of analysis SVIR model in the strategy to control the spread of Measles can be done by developing the program of Measles’ vaccination.

Abstract

In this paper we derived a modification of the model of waves evolution in two-directional spatial coordinates. Using KP equation as the basic model, we improved dispersive property in spatial x coordinate and named it as improved KP (iKP) equation. iKP has an exact dispersion relation in spatial x coordinate. Using this model, we derived second order regular waves and  analyzed the expression of Maximum Temporal Amplitude.
