Abstract

The School Literacy Movement strengthens the movement of growth in character as outlined in the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 23 of 2015. One of the activities in the movement is "15 Minute Activities to Read Non-Learning Books Before Learning Time Begins". This routine activity is carried out to foster interest in reading students / students as well as in order to improve reading skills so that knowledge can be mastered better. The reading material contains the values of character, in the form of local, national, and global wisdom delivered according to the development stage of the students. This study wanted to see "The extent to which the School Literacy Movement Can Cultivate a Culture of Reading among Palembang State High School Students. Literacy activities develop oral culture. Strong literacy-based class is expected to bring up various oral activities in the form of discussions about books during classroom learning. This discussion activity also needs to open up possibilities for differences of opinion so that critical thinking skills can be honed. Learners need to learn to convey their feelings and opinions, listen to each other, and respect different views. This school literacy habit aims to foster reading interest in reading and for reading activities in school residents. The growth of reading interest is fundamental to the development of students' literacy skills.

Abstract

Belitung Regency, which is administratively located within the province of Bangka Belitung, holds its own uniqueness. This writing aims in addition to know the life of the tribe of the sea (tribe sawang) in Belitung, also understand the forms of local wisdom that can integrate between the tribe of sawang and indigenous people in the area. Data analysis in this research is done through qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, participatory, interview, and documentation. The result of the research shows that the close relationship between fellow tribe and tribe of sawang and indigenous people in Belitung can not be separated from historical factor and cultural activity which often done and facilitated by local government always giving place for tribe of sea . Keywords - Integration, Local Wisdom, Multiculturalism, Ethnicity

Abstract

Abstract— The problem in this research is how is the influence of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) cooperative learning strategy on the ability to tell the idol figure by expressing the identity of the character, excellence and reasons to idolize it by using good and correct Indonesian Language in Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 43 Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effect of the use of STAD cooperative learning strategies on the ability to tell the idol figure by expressing the character's identity, excellence and reasons for idolizing it using good Indonesian. The research method used is an experimental research method. The variables in this study are the STAD (X) cooperative learning strategy and the ability to tell the idol (Y). The sample in this study was class VII.3 Palembang 41 State Junior High School totaling 36 students. Data collection techniques in this study are test techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the analysis of research data it can be concluded that the average value of the 76.77 experimental class and the total number of students who reached 83.33% of students, while the control class of only 76. 63 students who did not complete as many as 66.66% of students. Because thiting> ttable or 0. 93> - 1.67, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of the STAD cooperative learning strategy on the ability to tell the idol figure by expressing the character's identity, excellence and reasons for idolizing it by using good Indonesian language in class VII students of SMP Negeri 43 Palembang. Keywords— Cooperative Strategy Students Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD). Abstrak— Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah pengaruh strategi pembelajaran kooperatif Students Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) terhadap kemampuan menceritakan tokoh idola dengan mengemukakan identitas tokoh, keunggulan dan alasan mengidolakannya dengan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 43 Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif STAD terhadap kemampuan menceritakan tokoh idola dengan mengemukakan identitas tokoh, keunggulan dan alasan mengidolakannya dengan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi pembelajaran kooperatif STAD (X) dan kemampuan menceritakan tokoh idola (Y). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VII.3  SMP Negeri 41 Palembang berjumlah 36 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes, teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 76.77 serta jumlah siswa yang tuntas mencapai 83.33% siswa, sedangkan kelas kontrol yang hanya 76. 63 siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 66.66% siswa. Karena thiting > ttabel atau 0. 93 > - 1.67, maka dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh strategi pembelajaran kooperatif STAD terhadap kemampuan menceritakan tokoh idola dengan mengemukakan identitas tokoh, keunggulan dan alasan mengidolakannya dengan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 43 Palembang. Kata Kunci— Strategi kooperatif Students Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD).

Abstract

The principal's supervisory competence provides a great influence on increasing teacher professionalism. This study aims to describe: (1) the competency of principals in developing academic supervision programs to improve teacher professionalism, (2) competency of principals in implementing or implementing academic supervision programs to improve teacher professionalism, and (3) competency of principals in giving action continued academic supervision results to improve teacher professionalism. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research subjects were principals, vice principals, teachers, and school supervisors at Suak Tapeh 3 Public High School. The results of the study showed that: (1) Head of SMP 3 Suak Tapeh had shown good supervision competence, especially in preparing academic supervision programs for teachers. (2) Head of SMP 3 Suak Tapeh had demonstrated good supervision competence, especially in implementing academic supervision programs. . (3) Supervision competence of the head of SMPN 3 Suak tapeh especially in following up the results of supervision is still lacking.

Abstract

The value of the regius and cultural characters in the art of the Flying Horse Barongs includes divine values, respect values, and life values that can be seen from symbolic forms. This study uses a qualitative method. This method seeks to explain how the value of character and cultural art of horse Trench Flying Palembang. The result of research on religious and cultural character values in the art of the horse dancing Barongsai is performed in the Baptist Elementary School. lions and some properties such as steel battles and a pair of big ropes, in addition to supporting the show there is lighting to make the show look more majestic, there is also music as a regulator of motion and attractions performed by Barongsai. The ritual value can be seen when the performance will be, where the Barongsai performs the prayer by doing the pies in front of the altar, given a splash of holy water and burning the hio made by the temperature or the trainer. The value of religious and cultural characters during the show can be seen when the Barongsai eat citrus leaves and then pay homage to the donors or the audience. The conclusion that the art of the horse lion dance has a religious and cultural value that contains divine values, respect values, and the value of life. Suggestions for the Flying Horse group to develop attractions such as Liong Kuda fly that spewed fire from his mouth in order to attract more people to watch.

Abstract

Abstract— The 4.0 industrial revolution that carries the internet of things provides convenience in various aspects of life including shopping. Trading with online systems or e-commerce is increasingly prevalent. Platforms devoted to shopping online have mushroomed. Students must be prepared to face fierce competition in the world of entrepreneurship. On the other hand, students must also continue to be fostered by social life and empathy. Online Seller for a Month is a design of learning activities that aims to prepare students in the world of entrepreneurship based on technology in order to be able to face the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0 and at the same time be trained to be able to participate in public service. Keywords— online shopping, e-commerce, public service Abstrak— Revolusi industri 4.0 yang mengusung internet of things memberikan kemudahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk berbelanja. Perdagangan dengan sistem online atau e-commerce semakin marak dilakukan. Platform yang dikhususkan untuk berbelanja online telah menjamur. Pelajar harus siap untuk menghadapi persaingan ketat di dunia kewirausahaan. Dilain sisi, pelajar juga harus terus dipupuk jiwa sosial dan empatinya. Abstract

Limit is a main topic of calculus studied especially by students of mathematics education. Despite the fact that limit has been introduced and taught to students at the level of senior high school, there are many student’s mistakes occured in student’s answers of limit questions. These findings came from results of survey of 73 students of mathematics education by giving them some questions of limit. Abstract

Abstract— This paper explains how the elaboration model that a student does in the abstraction process of mathematical concepts. Every mathematical activity undertaken by a student will not be separated from the concept of mathematics itself, learning mathematical concepts are being started from the things are abstract. abstract is something that is not form, something intangible. The word abstract is closely related to the word abstraction. Abstraction itself is an important component of mental activity that aims to formulate basic concepts of mathematics. Abstract

Abstract? Fun learning is an atmosphere of teaching and learning that can focus the attention of participants fully so that learning outcomes can be maximized. The success of learning is a key key for professional educators. In order for professional development to work well, an educator must know the juridical foundation of pleasant learning, the basic concepts of pleasant learning, and strategies for achieving enjoyable learning. In this paper the author wants to describe how to design fun learning according to taking into account the characteristics of students who have entered the era of the digital generation. As educators, it is recommended to make adjustments to the needs and desires of participants who have been dominated by technological advancements as a characteristic of the digital generation. Keywords? Pembelajaran yang menyenangkan merupakan suasana belajar mengajar yang dapat memusatkan perhatian peserta secara penuh sehingga hasil belajar bisa maksimal. Keberhasilan pembelajaran merupakan kunci pokok bagi pendidik profesional. Agar pengembangan profesionalisme bisa berjalan dengan baik, seorang pendidik harus mengetahui landasan yuridiris pembelajaran menyenangkan, konsep dasar belajar yang menyenangkan, dan strategi mencapai pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Dalam makalah ini penulis ingin mendiskripsikan bagaimana merancang pembelajaran yang menyenangkan sesuai dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik peserta didik yang telah memasuki era generasi digital.
