This Arts, Technology, and Science Program for Society is motivated by the number of ECE teachers who are not graduated from the specialized major, and still lack of understanding and skills in designing educational props. In addition, teachers' motivation to create the propsis also low. The purpose of this training is to form a working group of teachers who have knowledge in making creative and innovative props. Making props on this program has a hospitable concept for children, an environmentally friendly, and sourced from materials that are easily obtained from the environment. It has also low manufacturing costs, and implements the principles of 4R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Replace) in everyday life, especially in teaching and learning process in school. The programwas implemented in ECE ofCinambo and ArcamanikDisctrict, Bandung. The program lasted for 8 months from March to October 2016. From this activity, all participants gain knowledge and skills in props-making to improve their quality and profesionalism as a teacher. In addition, this training program can open opportunities to develop entrepreneurial spirit to produce safe and environmentally friendly props for children with selling points.

Socio-economic conditions in a community of Pasirwangi subdistrict is an agricultural area with the majority of the population generally as low-educated peasants. The education they had were only as students of elementary school and even the Dropped-Outs. They live below the poverty line. The problem dimensions of poverty dominantly occurs in the area concerning economic issues, education and health. One of the attempts to parse the poverty circle is by a means of giving Non-Formal Education (PNF) which is suitable with the condition of the target community. The management of PNF itself is implemented by PKBM . It is established and run by community leaders who are concerned about the condition of the surroundings. PKBM management and learning implemented generally yet refers to a standard quality that has been set. Learning undertaken is to prepare for the equality test only. During this time, there are no skills given to learners. This makes PNF even worse. Thus, based on these conditions, PNF model agribusiness skills-based is one of the alternatives to improve the education quality and family productivity of the peasants. The purpose of this research is to solve the problems of quality improvement on the PNF as well as to increase society’s welfare. The results can be utilized for the benefit of both society and the institutions of PNF, e.g. PKBM. The program implementation strategy is a social engineering through multi-stakeholder partnership for improving PNF quality based on partnership principles, PKBM empowerment and active participation from stakeholders in a sustainable manner.

The increase population and economic growth, currently still triggered the problem regarding waste management. Uncontrolled waste caused by human activity and industrialization, which then have an impact on the urban environment as beauty of the city. Therefore responsibilities of university as explained in Tridharma are education, research and community devotion. One of them is organizing a community devotion to women community around the landfill Sarimukti. The purpose of this community devotion is that people able to sort a garbage for developing science and welfaring of the community as expected to be healthy and provide alternative household waste management. The implementation of devotion community is using the method in the form of socialization/ education, followed by a question and answer, questionnaire and simulation. The conclusion of this activity is the increasing knowledge of the study of garbage, type of waste, and waste sources, waste management 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle), and the terms of a healthy house according to the health ministry. The results of that socialization is people already know the type of organic and inorganic waste, but to recycle waste people still do not understand about the reuse / recycling of garbage individually, although there is a communal garbage collection. This activity aims to provide a new understanding of social patterns that have been prevalent in the middle of elementary students. Through the elected and trained “duta anti bullying", it is hoped that they can help friends around them realize that scolding others, until they are angry and cry hysterically, and disturbing others, until they are in fight, is a bullying and will have a negative impact on the victims. After socializing bullying to ambassadors and companion teachers, it appears that the ambassadors began to introduce bullying to their friends.They make bullying as a topic of conversation during break times.

The succes of character education can be influenced by the understanding of citizens and public figure on the development and growth of children. Every children has different abilities in carrying out developmental tasks , developing aspects and characteristic of development . Based on the results of preliminary research shows that the citizens and public figure in the village Ciomas district panjalu, ciamis district still lack understanding of development and growth of children. One way to improve the understanding of citizens and public figure through counseling with the aim of improving the character of children based on the growth and development of children . The methods in counseling are discourse and discussion. The results of this counseling can be increase the motivation of citizens and public figure to understand the importance of growth and development of children and expect re-counseling. Citizens and public figure motivation is an indicator of successful implementation of counseling.

This article is the result of Community Service Activities (PKM) which has been done by the author on members of Karang Taruna Padu Selaras in Cirapuhan village, Kec. Ciburial, Bandung. PKM activities conducted are about Communication Competency Training for Coral Reef Members Padu Selaras in Cirapuhan village, Kec.Ciburial, Bandung. Community Service Activities has the objective of producing outcomes, namely: 1) Providing concrete knowledge and insight on communication competency training; 2) Provide basic skills on communication competence for members of Karang Taruna Padu Selaras. The method of PKM implementation conducted in this training activity is ice breaking method; lecture method; Group discussion methods; And feedback collection methods. The conclusions of this communication competency training are: (1) As a benchmark for members of Karang Taruna Padu Selaras in understanding the communication competence (2) Increasing their awareness of the importance of having good and right communication competence; (3) Improving the basic capability of members of the Parang Taruna Padu Synchronized in communicating.

Dedication to society is done because of the lack of parents knowledge who have early childhood in writing teaching in Gampong Meurandeh Dayah. There are still many children in elementary school who have not been fluent in writing. This dedication aims to provide knowledge about the development stages of writing skills and how to teach writing in early childhood to parents. Problem solved by 3 methods of presentation, demonstration, and practice. Presentation of explaining materials the developmental stages of early childhood writing and distributing the book "smart writting". Demonstration activities are carried out by providing examples of how to train early childhood writing skills. Lastly parents do practice with children in learning to write. The result of this devotion is that parents know how to deal with each stage of development of early childhood writing. As well as the community can utilize the book that has been designed a team of dedication that contains about the various activities that can be done in early childhood to train the ability to write their children. The implications of early childhood in Gampong Meurandeh Dayah can learn to write according to the stage of development and no longer difficult if entering primary school.

Devotion of science and technology for the community is implemented to transfer knowledge and skills how to do Massage In woman di Komplek Perumahan Adinegoro Indah RT 003/RW 015 Kelurahan Batang Kabung Kecamatan Koto Tangah Padang. The importance of massage done because the daily activities are very dense make the body tired and stiff need of relaxation. The occurrence of fatigue (fatigue) is a physiological phenomenon, a process of the occurrence of a state of decreased tolerance of physical work, the cause is very specific depending on work characteristics. The cause of fatigue is also due to the accumulation of lactic acid is a by-product of the metabolism of energy formation. In our bodies, there is a chemical process that converts chemical energy into food into mechanical energy that allows our muscles to contract. To reduce fatigue caused by lactic acid is one way that can be done is with massage. The effects of massage on blood circulation, lymph, skin, muscle and nerve according to, are described as follows: a) Effect of Sport massage on blood circulation and lymph, b) Effect of Sport massage on skin, c) Sport massage effect on muscle tissue and d) Effect Sport massage against innervation.
