TAZKIR: Jurnal Penelitian ilmu-ilmu sosial dan keislaman published in 2015 with P-ISSN: 2442-7004, and E-ISSN: 2460-609X is A peer-reviewed journal that is published by the LPPM IAIN Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatera, Indonesia. The journal an effort to provide forums for academicians and researchers who are interested in the discussion of current and future issues on Islamic studies. The journal is dedicated to the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and of the Islamic world. Particular attention is paid to works dealing with history, geography, political science, economics, anthropology, sociology, law, literature, religion, philosophy, international relations, environmental and developmental issues, as well as ethical questions related to scientific research. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi hubungan antara pengetahuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan terhadap generic structure (struktur teks) dan kemampuan mereka dalam menulis teks naratif. Sampel yang dihunnuk untuk emwakili populasinya adalah sejumlah 38 siswa yang dipeorleh melalui teknik pengambilan sampel kluster. data penelitian dipeorleh dengan tes pilihan berganda ungtuk variable generic structure dan tes essai menulis sebuah teks naratif untuk variable kemampuan siswa dalam menulis. Data dianalisis melalui uji hipotesis “ τ”. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa kemampuan struktur teks dan menulis siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan pada kondisi baik. Untuk hubungan antara kedua variable dapat dinyatakan signikan karena nilai r hitung lebih besar daripada r-table. Oleh karenanya hipotesis diterima, yakni terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penguasaan siswa pada struktur teks dan kemampuan menulis teks naratif

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris siswa dengan menggunakan sebuah teknik pembelajaran yakni Word Square Modelling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan memilih siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 sebagai subject penelitian. Dua siklus dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan mengikuti 4 (empat) proses dalam setiap siklusnya, yakni planning, observing, acting, and reflecting. Tes vocabulary digunakan untuk mengetahui kemampuan penguasaan vocabulary siswa yang dilakukan analiss dengan mencari tahu nilai rata-rata dan persentase nilai yang diperoleh oleh siswa. Hal lain yang dilakukan adalah melakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk menyempurnakan pemerolehan data penelitian. Dari analisis data yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa pesentase nilai penguasaan vocabulary siswa dari siklus satu ke siklus beirkutnya meningkat, yakni dari 76,19% menjadi 78.66. walaupun peningkatan yang terjadi tidak begitu tinggi, namun dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunakan wodd square modeling untuk mengajari vocabulary mastery sungguh baik digunakan

Regional head elections are those given by the central government to run the government in the region. The regional head in the context of Indonesia is the governor and deputy governor, regent and deputy regent, and mayor and deputy mayor. Since 2005, regional heads and deputy regional heads have been elected through the people directly through general elections. This research focused to reveal how the regulation and mechanism of regional head elections for one candidate pair. This research uses library research through qualitative approach that is research that intends to interpret the phenomenon of what is experienced by the subject of research. The data were obtained from primary and secondary data, while the technique of data collection was done by collecting primary and secondary materials related to regional head elections with one candidate pair. The technique of analysis data was done by using normative research through comparative analysis or analysis of differences. The results of the research indicated that the comparison between UU No. 1 of 2015 with UU No. 14 of 2015 concerning regional head elections has a side of equality. It can be seen from the process, implementation, voter, and the most votes. However, the difference between UU No. 1 of 2015 existence of a candidate pair must be followed by the conditions of two candidate pairs, but in UU No. 14 of 2015 is permitted the existence of one pair of candidates with certain conditions. If viewed from the fiqh siyasah for the election of regional heads, one pair of candidates, in siyasah fiqh is allowed and legitimate the existence of one candidate pair.

Penelitian ini adalah tentang pengaruh strategi pengajaran resiprokal pada pemahaman membaca siswa dalam teks naratif di kelas IX SMP N 5 Panyabungan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar siswa masih mendapat nilai rendah sekitar 70 dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris terutama pemahaman membaca dan siswa kurang minat membaca dan tidak memahami teks dengan baik serta mereka juga membuang waktu untuk mendapatkan makna dalam kamus; akhirnya sebagian besar siswa gagal dalam pemahaman membaca. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh yang signifikan dari strategi pengajaran resiprokal terhadap pemahaman membaca siswa dalam teks naratif di kelas IX SMP N 5 Panyabungan. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan dengan penelitian eksperimental. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP N 5 Panyabungan. Total populasi adalah delapan kelas. Kemudian, sampel dibagi menjadi dua kelas. Kelas pertama (dua puluh dua siswa) sebagai kelas eksperimen, sedangkan kelas kedua (sembilan belas siswa) sebagai kelas kontrol. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan tes untuk mengukur Pemahaman Membaca Siswa. Untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan uji-t. Analisis data post-test menunjukkan bahwa skor siswa di kelas eksperimen secara signifikan lebih tinggi daripada skor siswa di kelas kontrol pada tingkat signifikansi 5% dengan tingkat kebebasan (n1 + n2 - 2) = 39. Nilai rata-rata didapat di kelas eksperimen adalah 73,09, skor tertinggi adalah 92 dan skor terkecil adalah 40. Sementara, nilai rata-rata yang didapat di kelas kontrol adalah 63,78, skor tertinggi adalah 88 dan skor terkecil adalah 40. tcountdari observasi adalah ÂÂÂ2.75 Sedangkan ttableadalah 1.682. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis diterima. Jadi, ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari Strategi Mengajar Timbal Balik pada Pemahaman Membaca Siswa dalam Teks Naratif di Kelas IX SMP N 5 Panyabungan.

This research focused on Strategi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) Untuk Memenangkan Calon Kepala Daerah Yang Diusungnya di Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. The problems of this research was to know how Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) won the candidate for regional head who their carried and what their problems. Elections are the first step for political parties to compete for power to occupy executive or legislative seats. Political parties and candidates need to think the strategies that can determine the victory to win the seat of power. It likes Partai Keadilan Sejahtera who carried the candidate for regional head in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. The objectives of the research: (1) to know the strategy used by Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) in regional head election in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara, (2) to know the problems faced by Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) in applying the strategy in regional head election in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. This research is qualitative research. It was located at DPD office Partai Keadilan Sejahtera. The data was collected through interview of administer DPD (Dewan Pengurus Daerah) Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Besides, it is used data and document to support the information needed. The result of this research shows that there are some strategies used by Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) and problems which were faced by them. he strategies are by doing service to community, socialization in conveying the vision and mission of candidate pair, campaign, doing event, and apply Islamic ideology. This study departs from the problem of non-contestual learning material and low students’ performance, most teachers still carry out learning in a monotonous method. Based on the problems this research this research conducted, with the aim of increasing the understanding of students' physics concepts and teacher activities in physics learning using the SQ3R learning model. This research was conducted at SMA N 1 Siabu through classroom action research with two cycles. In the first cycle, some students and teachers were not familiar with the learning conditions of the SQ3R model. In the second cycle, students and teachers have begun to understand the implementation of SQ3R learning, and have shown satisfactory results. It can be seen from the results of observations of teachers and students getting used to putting the learning atmosphere that leads to the SQ3R learning approach. From the test results, it is known that the understanding of students' physics concepts increased from 55.62 to 73.75; an average score is 64.66 which can be categorized as good. Mastery of learning improved from 25% in the first cycle to 67.5% in the second cycle. From the result above, it concluded that SQ3R learning can improve the understanding of students' physics concepts in physics learning in class X SMA N 1 Siabu in the academic year 2010-2011.

Artikel ini membahas mengenai nilai sufistik yang terdapat dalam Lantunan Doa karya Ricky Syahrani. Penulisan artikel ini didasari atas kurangnya bahan bacaan bagi anak pasca pesatnya kemajuan teknologi. Bahan bacaan yang tersedia umumnya tidak mencerminkan budaya dan kearifan masyarakat setempat. Untuk itu, artikel ini mencoba membahas mengenai nilai sufistik yang dianggap dekat dengan budaya masyarakat Aceh, khususnya. Hasil pengulasan pada Lantunan Doa menemukan bahwa terdapat dua nilai yaitu, nilai-nilai tasawuf falsafi (1) fana dan baka, (2) hulul (3) wahdatul wujud, dan (4) al-isyraqiyah; dan nilai-nilai tasawuf amali (1) tobat, (2) wara’, (3) zuhud, (4) sabar, (5) shiddiq (jujur) (6) takwa, (7) ridha, (8) tawakkal dan (9) mahabbah. Berdasarkan analisis nilai-nilai sufistik tersebut disimpulkan bahwa karya sastra yang memuat nilai sufistik ataupun tasawuf layak dijadikan alternatif bahan bacaan anak.

Ma'had Al-Jami'ah is a program that must be followed by students of the State Islamic Institute at Padangsidimpuan. And its become one of the requirements to pass the thesis munaqoshah trial. The existence of Ma'had Al-Jami'ah IAIN Padangsidimpuan is expected to be able to improve the quality of reading the Koran of students. Moreover, IAIN Padangsidimpuan is an Islamic tertiary institution that has considerable to moral responsibility to produce scholars who have competence in the field of reading, memorize and teach the Koran and the formation of morals even better. But even though the Ma'had Al-Jami'ah program has been implemented there are still students who do not yet know about the Qur'an's tahsin properly, as well as some students who have not been able to to have holy attitude and speaks foreign languages (Arabic and English Language) the better one. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the Ma'had Al-Jami’ah program in improving the quality of reading the Koran well. Knowing the method used by Ma'had Al-jami’ah in improving the quality of reading the Koran. The methods applied by Ma'had Al-Jami’ah are to classificate in some groups according to students' abilities. The grouping starts when students enter the dormitory, Koran reading test held to all students. For students who can read the Koran and know the law of recitation will be separated in another group from students who cannot read the Koran and law of the recitation well. Supporting Rector, Deans, all of IAIN Padangsidimpuan academics community, Student Guardians and Ustadz/Ustadzah is extremely important help this priority program running well

AbstractIslam came to jahiliyah community and reformed some institutions of arabic cultures and laws. One of them was regulation of poligamy. Islam limited it in 4 (four) wives maximally, meanwhile it wasn?t limited in arabic law. The prerequest of the poligamy is ?adil. ?adil is the problematic issue in islamic thought. Some scholars say that it is impossible for husband to make ?adil between his wives, meanhile some of them say that is possible. This study is a qualitative research by describing the method in teaching Islamic studies in SLB C Muzdalifah Medan. Sources of data in this study are two, primary data and secondary data. The primary source is the data that was obtained directly from SLB C Muzdalifah Medan field and secondary data are books of Islamic Education and all theories of child mental retardation. Techniques of data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are using data reduction, data display, and conclusion.
