This research is motivated by the deepen concern toward the fenomena of Desa in Indonesia, in otherhand application of desa regulation through the law No. 6 of 2015 is exist for a while. So, it’s important thing to study how the law No.6 of 2015 makes design to execute governance in Desa. Result this research describes that central government and local government are not ready to implement UU No. 6 of 2015. Local government of Kabupaten Semarang still have one local regulation of Kepala Desa election, three planned local regulations of desa’s finance, desa’s social organization, and desa’s government. There are three Peraturan Bupati of desa’s finance, management of desa’s finance, and desa’s government staff payment. . Sebuah studi yang dilakukan oleh Rick Stapenhurst (2000) di Amerika Serikat dan dibeberapa negara Amerika Latin seperti: Equador, Venezuela dan Brazil menemukan bahwa mediamasa memainkan peranan penting dalam pemberantasan korupsi. Akan tetapi, pertanyaan patutdiajukan tentang apakah media masa memainkan peran sebagai agen ataukah sekedar instrumendalam pemberantasan korupsi. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut dalam konteks politik Indonesia,studi ini melihat insiden korupsi oleh Bupati Kendal Heny Beodoro sebagai studi kasus.Sebagai metode, studi ini melakukan triangulasi metode dengan mengkombinasikan analisisisi quantitaive terhadap 2 (dua) surat kabar yaitu Suara Merdeka dan Kompas dan wawancaramendalam terhadap para jurnalis, aktivis Civil Society Organizationâ€™s (CSOâ€™s), aparat pemerintah danaparat penegak hukum.Berdasarkan studi kasus yang ada, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa media masa tidakhanya mampu berperan sebagai instrumen namun juga sebagai agen dalam pemberantasan korupsi.Pertama, media masa memainkan peran sebagai instrumen CSOâ€™s dalam pemberantasan korupsipada awal gerakan anti korupsi. Kedua, media masa melakukan metamorfosis denganmentransformasikan dirinya dari instrumen menjadi agen di tengah perjalanan gerakan anti korupsiyang ada. Peran media masa ini kemudian secara meyakinkan menjadi faktor kunci bagikeberhasilan gerakan anti korupsi yang terjadi untuk mengirimkan Hendy Beodoro ke penjara.Akan tetapi, satu hal yang juga perlu dicatat di sini, peran media masa sebagai instrumen ternyatalebih dominan diperankan daripada peran sebagai agen. Hal ini disebabkan oleh konteks sosial politikmedia masa di Indonesia di mana pembatasan terhadap kebebasan media masih terus terjadi disetiap rezim pemerintahan di Indonesia.Kata kunci: media masa, metamorfosis, instrumen, agen, pemberantasan, korupsi.

Agrarian conflicts in Indonesia, one of which occurred in the region registers 45 Mesuji Lampung. The conflict in the region registers 45 result people are not getting their rights as citizens. The problem area management register 45 that conflict has reached a scale where there is a negative impact on residents who often get unilateral acts of intimidation and arrest of the security forces. The conflict that left would pose a threat to one of the parties, special nature of conflict can be widened up to the global level, there is a violence that resulted from one of the parties. The purpose of this study is to map the conflict in the region registers 45 Mesuji of Lampung and explain the model of conflict resolution in the region register 45 based on Forest Plantation. Conflict in the region register 45 involves PT. Silva Inhutani, Community Register 45, State / Government, Land Speculators, thuggery, Megoupak and Media. Model of conflict resolution that can be done through Forest Plantation. The positive side is going to cause, among others, conflict resolution, improvement in the economic sector, development environments, forming jobs, alleviate poverty and improve food security in Mesuji district. AbstractGovernors/bupaties/mayors had previously been elected by DPRDs, but a 2004 law onregional elections mandated that they be elected through direct popular vote. In practice, under thatsystem raising widespread skepticism caused by some problems as such, holding direct electionshave been too costly, high violations and conflicts, and unsuccessful raising strong leader. In fact thevarious direct local election problems are mainly related to loophole in written and unwritten electionrules. Hence, direct elections are still relevant and no need to eliminate and return to the pastsystem. Suggested the government and the House have should revise a 2004 law on regionalelections as such bribes for votes, high cost for hold and prone to trigger conflicts could beminimized.Keywords: sistem pilkada, beban anggaran, intensitas konflik, kualitas pilkada

Pancasila as the national ideology is a political agreement as the FoundingFather of Indonesia state Funded. Pancasila as the state becomes the foundation for allareas, not least of Economic Policy. But international competition through globalization is achallenge for family economic containing the values of Pancasila to expand its sovereignty.The purpose of this study was to determine the Pancasila in the era ofglobalization and the implementation of Pancasila values in economic policy in Tegalregency views of the Medium Term Development Plan 2009-2014.This study uses descriptive analytical research on Pancasila was conducted inTegal regency by analyzing economic policy Tegal regency with the values of Pancasila,seen from the Medium Term Development Plan 2009-2014 Tegal regency.The existence of Pancasila values in Tegal regency very obvious when viewedfrom the vision and mission, as well as Medium Term Development Plan 2009-2014. But inthe translation program implementation vision and mission Tegal has not done optimally.Keywords: Pancasila values, Globalization, Economic Pancasila.

The President is a peopleâ€™s choice. Choose the president is our right as citizens of Republic Indonesia. However,what if there are only two candidate and bothare equally good or equally bad? Each candidate need apolitical campaign strategies to created a better image than its competitor. At September 2013, elektability Jokowi - JK much higher than Prabowo- Hatta. The difference between the candidates reached 38 percent base on LSI Survey. Jokowi will win even nominated withanyone. This is similar with the 2009 elections, anyone vice SBY, he would still be elected president with just one round. How political campaign strategies of Prabowo-Hatta can rise elektabilitycloser to Jokowi-JK.Now the latest LSI survey, June 2014, after the establishment of the candidates and the start of the presidential campaign, the difference between the candidates is only 6 percent (Jokowi 45.0 percent vs. 38.7 percent Prabowo). Truly remarkable leap elektabilitas to Prabowo-Hatta although ultimately still could not win the presidential election in 2014. This paper analyses the leadership style of Tri Rismaharini, the Mayor of Surabaya City (2010-2020) using feminist research methodology by centralizing on women‟s personal experiences in a specific context to gain knowledge based on their real life experiences. It employed a qualitative approach by using various videos and written materials of Risma‟s attitudes and experiences as a female political leader. The findings discover that unlike the common feminine leadership style of Indonesian female political leaders, Risma‟s shows a masculine leadership style. It can be seen from her assertive approaches while closing down Gang Dolly located in Surabaya as the biggest red-light district in Southeast Asia. Interestingly, Risma‟s masculinity is combined with motherly value which results in an androgynous leadership style. This paper shows that rather than merely accepting the western notion which believes that the more a woman shows masculinity, the more she hits the ground running for exercising power in the male-dominated political atmosphere. This paper would like to show that Javanese society‟s acceptance of Risma‟s leadership style indicates their approval for female leadership and wider tolerance towards new value of masculinity performed by a female leader despite inconsistency with the gender normative standard of feminine Javanese women. This paper concludes by emphasizing that Risma‟s masculine leadership traits can be seen as strategizing a move towards hijacking “hegemonic masculinity”.Keywords: leadership style, masculine, feminine, Javanese, androgynous.

AbstractThis paper aims to find out Ondoafi in the capital to actualize its power, and care for it so thepower of capital in the middle of an urban community. The result can understand the practice ofpower in traditional society is changing.There are three power capital Ondoafi namely social capital, symbolic and material. Assumingthe persistence of capital even living in urban areas had to survive because they have the ability tomanage symbols, manage social relationships and manage the economy. Allegations were provenbecause of the discussion about the workings of the three capital Ondoafi power, can be in the knowthat Ondoafi respond to change with the actualization of such capital through a revitalization strategy,adaptation and repositioningThose capitals is not working alone but comes along. Ondoafi convert into equity capital oneanother so that there is a logical relationship with his rule. Capital-capital is reproduced andexchanged with each other. In practice the power to show how the three capital Ondoafi able tomanage its power to make strategic changes. Ondoafi thus becomes very important and strategic foranyone who needs it.Keyword : power, revitalitation, adaptation, reposition.

This research discusses public space in Denpasar, Bali, focusing on Lapangan Puputan. Theoretically, public space has three functions, namely recreational, social interaction and political aspect. Using Habermas's theory on public space, this article found Lapangan Puputan fulfils three functions of public space. Yet, there is a lack of society's understanding on the function of public space, in which the space is functioned more for economic activity. They also refuse if Lapangan Puputan is used for political activity.
