Politika: Jurnal Ilmu Politik (e-ISSN 2502-776X) (p-2086-7344) is a multi-disciplined journal focused on the study of political science, governance issues and public policy in and on Indonesia and Asia. The journal publishes theoretical and empirical research articles with an aim to promote and disseminate academic atmosphere in and on the region. The journal has areas of concern that includes political science, Indonesian politics, Asian politics, governance issues in Indonesia and Asia, public policy in Indonesia and Asia, decentralization, political parties and national and local election. The journal publication includes articles, research notes, notices on conferences, workshops and seminars, and book reviews. Politika is published on April and October every year.

<![CDATA[Bantaeng an area that small territory, small population, small local revenues, frequent natural disasters, and frequent cases of fatal such as maternal mortality. To overcome this situation Local Government made Emergency Service Team. Emergency Service Teams provide services in new ways, namely by finding and serving the community in a proactive and integrated. This study uses exploratif qualitative method. Data collection techniques in research using interviews, observation, and documentation. Determination of the informant by purposive. Data analysis with hermeneutic. From the results of the study found that one of the factor supporting the success of the Emergency Service Team Bantaeng is Mixmanagement government and enterprises. The way are eliminate strategic waste, eliminate operational waste and mental mindset revolution with kaizen (continuous improvement). By the Law 14/2008, citizen access to information has declared as part of freedom of human being. Access to public information get the law guarantee and its mechanism ruled explicitly. Moreover, in the Freedom of Information Act the political participation is mentioned clearly as one of its goal. <![CDATA[Entering the era of democracy in Indonesia since 1998, impact on the progress of Elections Elections in Indonesia made progress since then, parliamentary elections will directly make the participants prepare a strategy to deal with it. <![CDATA[Some studies about women’s participation in Islamic Political Parties are still limited in political recruitment without considering the “Islamic Values” within in. This paper aims to analyze how the Islamic Party in Indonesia supports and works for women's representation in the national legislature in 2014 amid some “mainstream-malestream” religion interpretation of a leader. By conducting in-depth interviews with the Chairman of the PPP, the most senior Islamic Party in 2014 Election, the authors found that since 2003, as stipulated in Muktamar V PPP, the party has noticed the participation and role of women in politics. It shows us that in terms of giving attention to the role of women in Politics, PPP has done it before the government launched an affirmative action policy in 2004. Unfortunately, the openness of the participation of women that have been designed by the PPP has not been followed by its efforts to change the unequal structure and gender relations. Women candidates must compete in the prevailing market mechanism which is still gender-neutral.]]>

The problem that arises: How does the role of the entrepreneur in the making of furniture Jepara District Regulation No. 17 of 2013 on the Protection of Industrial? What factors are affecting the role of entrepreneurs in the manufacture of furniture Jepara District Regulation No. 17 of 2013 on the Protection of Industrial? The purpose of research to identify the role of the entrepreneur in the making of furniture Jepara District Regulation No. 17 of 2013 on the Protection of Industrial. To determine the factors that affect employers in manufacturing furniture Jepara District Regulation No. 17 of 2013 on the Protection of Industrial. Efforts to address concerns and objectives of this research is done by using a qualitative analysis. Sobyek research is the Association of Indonesian Rattan Furniture And Crafts (DPD AMKRI), Parliament, professional associations, NGOs and other community groups involved in the making of public policy. The results showed furniture producers have a role in three parts, namely the issue of policy is a source of initiative emergence of the issue Protection Industry. The role of furniture producers in the consultant to provide information industry conditions in Jepara. The role of furniture producers on Harmonization approve the change of the original legislation Title Industry Furniture Industry and its becoming Protection A revised. Factors affecting the role of entrepreneurs in the manufacture of furniture Jepara District Regulation No. 17 of 2013 on the Protection of Industrial include: concern over threatened furniture business continuity, maintain image "Jepara Carving City". It is suggested that the creation of a Regional Regulation produce good quality and useful rules for all aspects, it should also pay attention to all these aspects so that people of Jepara can grow and develop evenly. <![CDATA[The internal PKS main conflict occurred in 2016 involving party cadres as well as members of the DPR RI in the 2014-2019 period, namely Fahri Hamzah with PKS Leaders. The conflict between Fahri Hamzah and the PKS Leader is not an individualistic conflict but also a factional one. Conflicts that occur due to dismissal carried out by PKS Leaders to Fahri Hamzah is driven by the fact that the PKS leaders do not comply with the party leadership and violate the party's AD / ART( basic rules). The results of this study are the conflicts that occurred between Fahri Hamzah and PKS Leaders not only concerning the existence of factions in PKS but also the struggle for power of political office in the party. So in this case PKS failed in managing internal conflict and also failed to mediate to reach a consensus. The legal approach to sue fahri Hamzah, but was then won by Fahri Hamzah in the South Jakarta District Court, DKI Jakarta Court, and the Supreme Court, has shown us that there is a serious problem in PKS internal consolidation. ]]>

<![CDATA[Transportation problems on roads with high density traffic, such as Jalur Pantura, areusually characterized with high numbers of accidents. Road safety problems might even becategorized as cultural matters due to its wide implications upon our daily lives. Theimplementation of road transportation safety program has become a complex issue for it isnot only related to technical challenges but also institutional, budgetary, government andsocietal supports which are closely connected to each other. Every region faces problemswith unique characteristics, therefore the way of road transportation safety program isimplemented differs according to the complexities of existing problems. This researchfindings show that the implementation of traffic safety management program within theRegency and City of Pekalongan administrative area has been fairly effective. Theconclusion is drawn upon how much the citizens regard the program as beneficial to themand how much the benefits of the program implementation are felt. Although it is impossibleto reduce the number of traffic accidents to zero, this study proves the government’s effortsto address the traffic safety issue on Pantura Route to be fairly successful.Keywords : Evaluation, Transportation Safety, Public ManagementA.
