Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous variables of the Occupational Safety and Health on Productivity Employee in Maluku diesel Power Sector Redwoods PT. PLN (Persero) branch Ternate. Model analysis used to test the hypothesis is Multiple Linier Regression and SPSS statistical test as a tool. The study found that: (1) Safety positive and significant impact on Employee Productivity, (2) Occupational Health positive and significant impact on Employee Productivity, (3) Occupational Safety and Health jointly positive and significant impact on productivity Employee.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously variable locus of control and self-efficacy against Organizational Commitment On Office Training Center in Ternate City. The number of the target population as a whole is as much as 43 people. The amount is entirely used as a sample in this study. Model analysis used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, and SPSS as a statistical test. The study found that: (1) Locus of control positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. These results indicate that the the locus of control led to increased organizational commitment of employees in Ternate City Training Center, (2) Self-efficacy positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This means that the higher self-efficacy lead to increased organizational commitment of employees at the Office Training Center of Ternate City, and (3) Locus of control and self efficacy together positive and significant impact on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of Supervision and Discipline Work either partially  or  simultaneously  to  the  performance  of employees of the Regional Planning and Development Board of North Maluku Province. The analysis model used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, and research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach and sample of 82 respondents. With data processing techniques using SPSS 16 for windows. The results of the study prove that: (1) Supervision has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, which means that the better the supervision the better the performance of employees. (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, which means that the higher the level of discipline of employee work, the higher the level of employee performance. With the result of simultaneously both variables have positive and significant effect to Employee Performance with R2 value (R Square) corrected by 0243 or 24,3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of Ternate City Tourism Office. Sampling using Proportionate random sampling amounted to 41 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Organizational Culture, and Work Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From these results can be concluded that Organizational culture fun to encourage good work, and high work discipline will improve the performance of employees of Ternate City Tourism Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Human Capital and Job Satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Office of the Environment in Ternate. The analysis model used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, and the research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach and sample of 69 respondents. With data processing techniques using SPSS 16 for windows. The results of the study prove that: (1) Human Capital has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, which means that the better human capital, the better the performance of employees. (2) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, which means that the higher level of employee job satisfaction will give satisfaction to the performance. With the simultaneous results of both variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with R2 (R Square) corrected by 0.574 or 57.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether Personal Selling, SalesPromotion has an effect on Increasing Sales Volume at Cv. Lion City ofTernate. The population in this study is all sales reports for 2013-2017on CV. Lion Honda Ternate City. The sampling method uses saturatedsamples or sampling census where all members of the population aresampled. So that the sample in this study amounted to 60. Thetechnique of collecting data used was by means of documentationobservation techniques by collecting lists of increasing sales volumes.The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with the helpof SPSS 23.0 Software. The results of this study found that the PersonalSelling variable had an effect on Sales Volume, and the Sales Promotionvariable had no effect on Sales Volume.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure andinstitutional ownership on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. In manufacturing companies listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange with a sample of 39 companies. The analytical methodused is path analysis. The observation period for 5 years and theresearch data are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id.The results showed that the direct effect of capital structure variables(DER) had a negative and significant effect on firm value, institutionalownership variables (INST) had a negative and significant effect on firmvalue, dividend policy (DPR) had a positive but not significant effect onfirm value. While the indirect effect of capital structure (DER) on firmvalue (INST) through dividend policy (DPR) is that dividend policy cannotmediate the effect of capital structure on firm value and indirect influenceof institutional ownership (INST) on firm value (INST) through dividendpolicy (DPR) is that dividend policy cannot mediate the effect ofinstitutional ownership (INST) on firm value (INST)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Value Added(EVA), Profutability and Leverage on Stock Returns with Company Valueas an Intervening Variable. In the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The results of this studyindicate that the direct effect of economic value added (EVA) variablesdoes not affect stock returns, profitability variables (ROE) do not affectstock returns, leverage variables (DER) do not affect stock returns andfirm value variables (PBV) have no effect on stock returns. While theindirect effect of firm value (PBV) mediates the effect of economic valueadded (EVA) on stock returns, firm value (PBV) cannot mediate theeffect of profitability (ROE) on stock returns and firm value (PBV) cannotmediate the effect of leverage (DER) ) of stock returns.

Abstract

Financial statements are the most important things that investors pay attention to. Sometimes companies practice earnings management to attract investors. Earnings management is a manager's actions to see accounting policies or actions that affect earnings in order to achieve the objectives in the income statement. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of leverage on earnings management. (2) Effect of Leverage on earnings management with the Independent Board of Commissioners as a moderating variable. The research sample of 19 companies. The data collection technique is done by the documentation method, which is collecting data in the form of literature books, journals, and the company's annual financial statements. The data needed in this study is secondary data derived from the financial statements of manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the IDX period 2013-2017. The financial statements were downloaded from the site www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used is quantitative. The results showed that leverage had a significant negative effect on earnings management and Implementation of good corporate governance which is proxied by an independent board of commissioners is able to moderate the effect of leverage on earnings management

Abstract

The Problem in this study are : (1) Does Emotional Intelligence affect the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province ?, (2)Does compensation affect the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province ?, (3) Does the work discipline affect the performance of employees in the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province ?, (4) Does Emotional Intelligence, Compensation and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province?The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Compensation, and Work Discipline both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of North Maluku Province. The analysis model used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and the research method used is explanatory research with a quantative approach and a population of 82 respondents. With data processing techniques using SPSS 16 for windows.The results of the study prove that: (1) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, which means that the application of good emotional intelligence, the higher the level of employee performance. (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, which means that the better compensation is given, the higher the level of employee performance. (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, which means that the better the work discipline given, the higher the level of employee performance. With simultaneous results, the three variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with corrected R2 (R Square) value of 0.403 or 40.3%.
