Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap layanan administrasi  dilihat dari faktor etika yang terjadi di sebuah unit Tata Usaha Fakultas Perguruan Tinggi di wilayah Bangkalan Madura Jawa  Timur. Evaluasi terhadap layanan administrasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode  penelitian kualitatif. Tata Usaha Fakultas bertugas melayani, mengelola dan mengadministrasi kegiatan akademik pada tiap  unit. Dalam pelaksanaannya Tata Usaha Fakultas mengkaji beberapa unit layanan agar dapat mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini tingkat kepuasan mahsiswa sebagai pelanggan dapat diketahui dengan membandingkan antara kenyataan layanan dengan harapan pelanggan sehingga diperoleh hasil yang menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan belum semuanya terpenuhi. Layanan yang ada di Tata Usaha Fakultas Pertanian dibagi menjadi 3 jenis yaitu di bidang akademik dan kemahasiswaan, Umum dan aset, kepegawaian dan keuangan. Berbagai unit layanan yang ada memberikan sumbangsih pelayanan tersendiri, namun pada unit layanan administrasi keuangan memperoleh tingkat kenyataan terendah dan harapan tertinggi sehingga perlu perbaikan agar dapat mendongkrak nilai kepuasan mahasiswa. Citra negatif ini berpengaruh pada perilaku (kemauan) mahasiswa dalam kunjungannya ke Tata Usaha. Alternatif upaya penanganan peningkatan kwalitas layanan adalah dengan memeperbaiki layanan administrasi keuangan yang memperoleh nilai terendah sehingga nantinya semua akan seimbang dan dengan itu maka sesuai rumus yang ada dengan layanan baik maka jumlah kunjungan mahasiswa akan semakin meningkat namun sebaliknya jika tidak ada peningkatan layanan maka jumlah kunjungan mahasiswa akan semakin menurun

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work discipline on employee performance in the Office of Industry and Trade of Ternate City. In this study, the independent variables of transformational leadership style have five indicators and work discipline has four indicators, while the dependent variable, employee performance has five indicators. The population in this study included all employees of the Office of Industry and Trade of Ternate City, amounting to 121 people and obtained a sample of 93 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application. Based on the results of the hypothesis test conducted, it was found that transformational leadership style and work discipline significantly influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to test whether Personal Selling, Sales Promotion has an effect on Increasing Sales Volume at Cv. Lion City of Ternate. The population in this study is all sales reports for 2013-2017 on CV. Lion Honda Ternate City. The sampling method uses saturated samples or sampling census where all members of the population are sampled. So that the sample in this study amounted to 60. The technique of collecting data used was by means of documentation observation techniques by collecting lists of increasing sales volumes. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.0 Software. The results of this study found that the Personal Selling variable had an effect on Sales Volume, and the Sales Promotion variable had no effect on Sales Volume.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Brand Awareness on the Purchase Decision of Xiaomi Brand Samartphone, (2) Price Effect on Xiaomi Brand Samartphone Purchase Decisions, (3) Word of Mouth Effect on Xiaomi Brand Samartphone Purchase Decisions. Quantitative research type. the population in this study are all Consumers who use Xiaomi Brand Smartphones located in Ternate City. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, because it uses characteristics and criteria. The characteristics and criteria in question are respondents who have made or made decisions directly to buy Xiaomi Smartphones and respondents who have Xiaomi Smartphones that have used it for at least 1 year. The number of samples is 90 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the Brand Awareness variable has a significant effect on the purchase decisions of Xiami brand smartphones, Price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Xiaomi brand smartphones, Word of Mouth has a significant effect on Xiaomi brand smartphone purchase decisions. This is indicated by the value of R Square is 0.664 (66.4%) which means that the proportion of diversity in explaining the purchase decision variable (Y) is explained by the three independent variables in the regression model of 66.4% while the other variables not examined in this test are 33.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM and BOPO on Financial Performance with GCG as a moderating variable in Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the sample selection in accordance with the criteria that have been made, then as many as 16 company samples can be chosen or as many as 45 units of observation within a period of 6 years. There are two analytical methods used in this study, namely multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that NPL affects financial performance. And CAR, LDR, NIM and BOPO variables have no effect on financial performance and good corporate governance is not able to moderate CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM and BOPO on financial performance

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze the characteristics of women's leadership styles in Islamic organizations at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN); (2) To find out the influence of women's leadership style on students at Muhammadiyah University of North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN) ; (3) To find out and analyze the learning process and the application of women's leadership regulations at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Ternate. The tools used triangulation observation, intervieuws, documentation with the Miles and Haberman analysis model that starts from the data reduction, data display, and verification or conclusion stages. The results showed that: (1) the characteristics of women's leadership styles, at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN) were considered good; (2) In addition, the leadership style of women in the two educational institutions, is very influential in general and especially students in motivating, and providing development in the learning process and encouragement, in order to be able to hone their abilities, and make female leaders as patrons for female leaders will come; (3) As in the process of enforcement, women leaders based on regulatory agencies specified in the legislation-u ndang Education System. Meanwhile the steps taken in the learning process in class go through three stages, namely the initial activity , the core activity, and the final activity . At these stages can stimulate the learning process is most students to learning in the classroom implementation of the Most students become active and raised their interaction.

Abstract

The main objectives of this study were to determine andanalyze: the influence of planning on budget absorption in Bacan subdistrict,southern Bacan sub-district and eastern Bacan sub-district; andthe influence of the budget on budget absorption in Bacan sub-district,southern Bacan sub-district and eastern Bacan sub-district.Methodology: This study uses multiple linear regression analysis usingSPSS version 23 as a statistical test tool. The data collection tools usedwere questionnaires and interviews, and the number of respondentswas 99 respondents spread over the southern Halmahera district.Finding: In the regression output, the significance number for thePlanning variable is 0.731. This value is greater than the significancelevel of 0.05 so that it states that budget planning has no effect onbudget absorption and it can be concluded that H1 is rejected becauseit is supported by the data and is not in accordance with researchexpectations. At the output of the regression obtained a significantfigure for the budget implementation variable of 0.000. This value issmaller than the significance level of 0.05, indicating that budgetexecution has a positive effect on budget absorption and it can beconcluded that H2 is accepted.Conclusion: (1) Planning has no effect on budget absorption in BacanDistrict, South Bacan District and East Bacan District. It can be seenfrom the significance figure for the budget planning variable that it is0.731 because there are still many village officials who have planned orhave budgeted for a plan but in implementation it is not realized so thatit can weaken the absorption capacity of the budget; and (2) budgetimplementation has an effect on budget absorption in South Halmaherain Bacan District, South Bacan District and East Bacan District. It canbe seen from the significance figure for the budget implementationvariable, which is 0.000. Because if the implementation is good, it canabsorb the budget itself and vice versa.

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: the positive effect of compensation on job satisfaction; the positive effect of compensation on employee performance; and the effect of compensation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Community Health Center North Patani DistrictThe number of research samples is 78 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) as a statistical test tool.Methodology: The analytical model used are Structural Equation Modeling with SMART PLS as tools for the statistical test. Data collection tools used are questionnaires and interviews, and the number of respondents was 78 employee.Finding: H1, H2, and H4 are rejected, while H3 no accepted at the 5% confidence level. The results of the mediation test show that the t-statistic value of 2.019 is greater than the t-table of 1.96 and the p-value of 0.044 alpha (α) value of 5% (0.05).Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that: Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Compensation has no positive and significant effect on employee performance; and satisfaction fully mediates the effect of compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and psychological characteristics on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurial attitudes. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the students of the faculty of economics and business. The number of research samples is 91 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3 as a statistical test tool.Methodology: The analytical model used are Structural Equation Modeling with SMART PLS as tools for the statistical test. Data collection tools used are questionnaires and interviews, and the number of respondents was 91 employee.Finding: H1, H5, H6, and H7 are rejected, while H2, H3, and H4 are accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that: (1) Entrepreneurship Education has a positive but not significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes; (2) Psychological characteristics have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes; (3) Entrepreneurship Education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions; (4) Psychological characteristics have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions; (5) Entrepreneurial attitude does not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions (6) Entrepreneurial attitude does not mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions; (7) Entrepreneurial attitude does not mediate the influence of psychological characteristics on entrepreneurial intentions.

This study aims to determine the effect of 1) To find outwhether organizational justice has an effect on employee turnoverintention at PT Muara Mall Ternate; (2) Knowing whetherorganizational justice has an effect on job satisfaction at PT Muara MallTernate; (3) Knowing whether job satisfaction has an effect onemployee turnover intention at PT Muara Mall Ternate; and (4)Knowing whether organizational justice has an effect on turnoverintention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Muara MallTernate. The number of research samples is 71 respondents. Muara Mall Ternate; (3) Job satisfaction has apositive influence on turnover intention at PT. Muara Mall Ternate; and(4) and job satisfaction is a variable capable of mediating the effect oforganizational justice on turnover intention at PT. Muara Mall Ternate
