Objective: The purpose of this study is to know and analyze: (1) The influence of organizational culture positively and significantly on the Performance of Employees; (2) The positive and significant influence of organizational culture on knowledge sharing; (3) The effect of knowledge sharing positively and significantly on Employee Performance; and (4) The influence of organizational culture on Employee Performance through knowledge sharing at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku. The number of research samples were 92 employees.Methodology: The test instrument used was a structural equation model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a statistical test tool.Finding: Ha1, Ha2, and Ha3 are rejected, at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, North Maluku Province; (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku; (3) Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku; (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee knowledge sharing at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Province of North Maluku

Objective: The purpose of this study are: (1) Knowing and analyzingthe influence of non-financial compensation on employeeperformance; (2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of jobsatisfaction on employee performance; and (3) Knowing andanalyzing the effect of non-financial compensation and jobsatisfaction on the performance of employees at the RegionalDisaster Management Agency of Ternate City. The number ofresearch samples was 36 employees at the Regional DisasterManagement Agency of Ternate City.Methodology: The test equipment used is multiple linear regressionanalysis (multiple regression) using statistical package for socialscientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool.Finding: H1, H2, and H3 are accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: nonfinancial compensationhad a positive and significant effect partially on employeeperformance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effectpartially on employee performance; and nonfinancial compensationand job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significanteffect on employee performance. This shows that, nonfinancialcompensation and job satisfaction are able to improve theperformance of employees in the Office of the Regional DisasterManagement Agency of Ternate City.

Objective: The objectives of this study are: (1) To identify and analyze the effect of learning organization on innovative behavior; (2) Knowing and analyzing the effect of work involvement on innovative behavior; (3) Knowing and analyzing the influence of learning organization and work involvement simultaneously on innovative. Objective: The purpose of this study are: (1) To find out andanalyze Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) affect the frequencyof stock trading in all companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange; (2) To find out and analyze the role of websiteinformation disclosure level in strengthening the relationshipbetween Internet Financial Reporting on the frequency of stocktrading in all companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange.Methodology: The number of research samples were 531companies. The test tool used is a moderated regressionanalysis (MRA) using statistical package for social scientists(SPSS) as a statistical test tool.Finding: H1 H2, and H3 are accepted at the 5% confidencelevel.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Internet FinancialReporting has a positive and partially significant effect on thefrequency of stock trading in all companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. The results of this studymean that, companies that apply IFR can increase thefrequency of stock trading; (2) The level of website informationdisclosure as a moderating variable has a positive andsignificant effect. The results of this study mean that the level ofwebsite information disclosure strengthens the relationshipbetween internet financial reporting and the frequency of stocktrading. And the more levels of information disclosure canincrease the frequency of stock trading.

Objective: The purpose of this study are: (1) Analyzing the influenceof Organizational Culture on the performance of civil servants at theOffice of Public Work of Ternate City; (2) To analyze the influence ofKnowledge Sharing on the performance of of civil servants at theOffice of Public Work of Ternate City; and (3) Analyzing the influenceof work organizational culture and Knowledge Sharing simultaneouslyon the performance of of civil servants at the Office of Public Work ofTernate City. The number of sample is 51 employees.Methodology: The test equipment used is multiple regressionanalysis using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as astatistical test tool.Finding: H1, H2, and H3 are accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The result of the research shows that: (1) OrganizationalCulture has a positive and significant influence partially on theperformance of civil servants at the Office of Public Work of TernateCity; (2) Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant influencepartially on the performance of civil servants at the Office of PublicWork of Ternate City. and (3) Organizational Culture (X1) andKnowledge Sharing (X2) simultaneously have a positive andsignificant effect on civil servants at the Office of Public Work ofTernate City. This result is based on a F value greater than F table ora smaller significance value (0,000) of alpha value (0.05).

Objective: Comparison of Abnormal Stock Returns Before and After Stock Split on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study used a purposive method. Based on the sample selection in accordance with the specified criteria, the number of samples in this study were 40 companies or as many as 200 units of observation within a period of 5 years.Methodology: The analytical method used in this study is the Test Difference method.Finding: Hypothesis accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that abnormal returns had a positive and significant effect before and after the stock split. Because an increase in abnormal stock returns before and after the stock split.

ABSTRACTObjective: This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on corporate social responsibility. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of 45 companies. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling. The samples used in this study were 21 companies with 105 observations. Methodology: The analytical model used to test hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis and uses SPSS as a statistical test tool.Finding: H1, H2, and H3 Â accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that company size (X1) has a negative and significant effect on corporate social responsibility. The bigger the size the company then the existence of assets owned by the company is unemployed, forcing the company to spend more costs, thereby reducing the allocation of costs used to disclose broader social information. Profitability (X2) has a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility. the greater the level of profits owned by the company, the wider the company discloses social information. While leverage (X3) does not affect corporate social responsibility. The higher or lower level ofleverage owned by a company will not influence the company in disclosing its social information.Â

Inaddition, the results of this study are expected to provide thefollowing benefits: Theoretical Benefits: To support and enrich thedevelopment of human resource management (HRM).Methodology: The test equipment used is Structural EquationModeling (SEM) using Smart PLS as a statistical test tool.Finding: H1 H2, and H3 are accepted at the 5% confidence levelConclusion: The results showed that: (1) Personality had apositive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction atSMEs in Ternate City; (2) Personality (personality) has nosignificant effect on employee performance at SMEs in TernateCity: (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect onemployee performance at SMEs in Ternate City; and (4) jobsatisfaction is able to fully mediate the influence betweenpersonality and employee performance.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Image and Halal Labels both partially and simultaneously on the decision to purchase Luwak White coffee products. The analytical model used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, and the research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach and a sample of 50 respondents. Methodology: The analytical method used and Data processing techniques use SPSS 16 for windows.Finding: All hypothesis accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The research proves that: first Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, which means that the better the perception and consumer confidence in the brand image of a product, will determine the purchasing decision of Luwak White Koffie Products. The second Halal Label has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, which means that with the inclusion of halal labels on product packaging, it will directly affect consumers to make purchasing decisions Luwak White Koffie Products. With the results simultaneously both variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of GoodCorporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate SocialResponsibility (CSR) on the value of the company (Study of miningsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in2013-2017). The sample selection in this study uses the PurposiveSampling method. Based on the results of the sample selection inaccordance with the criteria that have been made, it can beselected as many as 15 company samples or as many as 75 unitsof observation in a period of 5 years.Methodology: The analytical method used in this study is thePanel Data regression method with the Common Effect method.Finding: H1 are accepted, while H2 no accepted at the 5%confidence level.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that Good CorporateGovernance (GCG) which proceeds with institutional ownershipnegatively affects company value. This can be seen from theprobability value of 0.009 which is smaller than the value of α(0.05), and the coefficient value of -0.57 indicates that there is anegative relationship between Good Corporate Governance (GCG)and the value of the company. while Corporate SocialResponsibility (CSR) does not affect the value of the company.This can be seen from the probability value of 0.529 which isgreater than the value of α (0.05), and the coefficient value of 0.081.
