Abstract

This research aims analyzing the Individual factors and organizational factors together significant influence with employee performance of PT. Nusantara Surya S akti Cabang Ternate. Sample using purposive sampling method is to direct all employees to choose as many as 48 people. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression with the statistical software SPSS 19.0 for windows. Results showed that Individual factors and organizational factors together influence employee performance PT. Nusantara SuryaSakti Cabang Ternate amounted to. Factors that most significantly influence employee performance of PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Cabang Ternate is the organizational factor amounted to.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan karakteristik kompetensi yang terdiri dari lima sub-variabel yaitu, variabel motif (X1), sifat bawaan (X2), konsep diri (X3), pengetahuan (X4)danketerampilan (X5) terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Se-Kecamatan Kota TernateSelatan, yakni sebanyak 46 pegawai. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linearberganda, dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS for windows versi 16.0. Hasil pengujian secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima hipotesis yang diajukansemuanya diterima, yang mempunyai arti bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan variabelKarakteristik Kompetensi yang terdiri dari lima subvariabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerjapegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Se-Kecamatan Kota Ternate Selatan. Hal ini di tunjukkan dengan nilaiR Square (R2) sebesar 50.8% artinyan Karakteristik Kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja 50.8% dansisanya 40.2% dipengaruh variabel lain.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the excessive reaction (overreaction) is indicated by the change in the stock price by using the returns of the securities in question . This reaction can be measured by abnormal returns earned by the securities to investors . Previous research found a proven loser portfolio outperformed the winner portfolio , but the portfolio winner does not have a tendency to be a loser .This research is a quantitative - deductive hypotheses through by developing theories that already exist . The core of this research is to observe the reaction of investors over the possibility of the existence of the overreaction effect by looking at the variable weekly abnormal return in 2005-2008 . The population used in this study is the overall manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) in 2005-2008 which resulted in 122 sample companies . This test uses two observation periods , namely the period of Bullish and Bearish Period , the tests used in this study is a independent simple t-test. The results of testing the hypothesis that the existence of over-reacting to events that occurred during the testing concluded that there are indications of excessive reaction ( overreaction ) are marked with the loser portfolio outperformed the winner portfolio . This overreaction effect occurs is not constant over a long time , but occur separately or separatist . This happens either in the period or periods bearish trend during the observation period

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job insecurity to employee turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Ternate City.  This research is expected to be used as material information and consideration to find solution to turnover problem that happened in company. The samples used in this study were 83 respondents, with sampling using proportionate stratified random sampling technique and using multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study found that the compensation variable has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Job Insecurity has a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention.With the value of R square (R2) of 0.369 or 36.9%

Abstract

simultaneous from education variable and training, work satisfaction, comitmet, and work culture, to performance employee in Laibrary North Maluku Province. Data collecting Technique that used by using technique kuesioner was be next tested pass by validity test and reliabilitas. Sampling in research this is the employee in 4 laibrary in Propinsi North Province that is 75 responders. Analysis is conducted by using double reggression analysis.Research Result indicates that education variable and training, work satisfaction, comitment, and work culture in simultanneous have an effect ono significant to employee performance, nevertheless in partial that have significant influence to employees performance that is variable of work satisfaction, and work culture, whereas education variable and training, and comitment in significant has no inflence to performance labour laibrary in North Maluku Province.Keywords :

Abstract

The Problem in this study are : (1) Does Emotional Intelligence affect the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province ?, (2)Does compensation affect the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province ?, (3) Does the work discipline affect the performance of employees in the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province ?, (4) Does Emotional Intelligence, Compensation and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province ?The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Compensation, and Work Discipline both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of North Maluku Province. The analysis model used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and the research method used is explanatory research with a quantative approach and a population of 82 respondents. With data processing techniques using SPSS 16 for windows. The results of the study prove that: (1) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, which means that the application of good emotional intelligence, the higher the level of employee performance. (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, which means that the better compensation is given, the higher the level of employee performance. (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, which means that the better the work discipline given, the higher the level of employee performance. With simultaneous results, the three variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with corrected R2 (R Square) value of 0.403 or 40.3%.

Abstract

Local Government of Ternate City chose to use system issued by BPKP that is SIMDA. Ease in using SIMDA is to assist Local Government in implementing local financial management, data speed and accuracy. To know the influence of quality of SIMDA to Performance of Treasurer at Pemeritah of Ternate City. The location where the author's research is SKPD within the scope of Ternate city government. Respondents of this study amounted to 120 people. This research uses Simple Linear Regression data analysis. The result of the analysis by using regression test obtained significant value of 0.003 or less than the value of probability (p-value) 0,05 (0,003 0,05) this means that independent variable that quality of SIMDA have significant influence simultaneously to the Treasurer's performance. Quality of Regional Financial Management Information System has a significant effect on the performance of treasurer work in Ternate Municipal Government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation, learning and campuslearning environment partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were all students ofthe Faculty of Management Studies EconomicsUniversity Khairun Ternate half of 4 (four), 6 (six),and 8 (eight) with a population of 245 students. The sampling technique using stratified randomsampling method or conditional random method. To determine the number of samples to be taken,the researchers used a formula slovin thus obtained 71 students who will be used as samples. Datacollection techniques used is to deploy a questionnaire, interview, observation and literature study.Analysis of the data in this study is using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).The results using SPSS 19 is obtained regression equation Y =-0.489 + 0,461X1 +0,581X2 + 0,092X3. Where learning motivation variable (X1), interest in learning (X2) and thecampus learning environment (X3) positive and significant impact on student achievementmanagement courses economics faculty either partially or simultaneously, which means that Haisaccepted and so the hypothesis is rejected H0submitted can be verified that the hypothesis isaccepted.

Abstract

The number of employees needs to be based on the workload of administrative staff UPBJJ-UT Ternate. To calculate the activity time employees who used to work and time are not, researchers using work sampling table. Methods of calculating labor requirements are based on the calculation of the workload with the approach per duties of office according MenPAN No. KEP/75/M.PAN/7/2004 on Guidelines for Employee Needs Calculation based Workload in the framework of preparation of formation of civil servants. Samples were UPBJJ-UT Ternate employee status with the principal administrative officer jobs based Target Achievement Quality Employees (CSKP). Calculation and data processing using Microsoft Excel. The study concluded that there is a significant result in the use of working time and to have the results of the number of employees needed for the actual number of employees, it is known that there are 7 functions of employees, unit administrative KTU has an excess number of employees as much as 1 employee and BPP has a shortage of employees as many as 1 employee. For registration and testing PDA unit has a shortage of the number of employees as much as 1 employee.

Abstract

Abstract Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is a business that is managed by the community that continues to grow and evolve in tune with the growth ofthe nation's economy. This study aims to determine the model of businessplanning, implementation planning, and problems that hinder business statsfaced by the MSMEs in the District of Morotai Island.The method used in this research is qualitative research, interviewing some ofthe informants as respondents. The results showed that the white metalcraftsman and kitchen tools lack an understanding of business planning sothat business is less developed, businessmen will tela pres deeply understandbusiness planning to sustain their business, not their long-term businessobjectives, the employee also can not implement the plan with the businessrancana well, on the other hand employees can complement each other's work,if an employee is absent. The things that cause against less concerned forentrepreneurs to business planning is always ignored.Finally expected on craftsmen or business owners to be able to make a formalplanning, because it can be useful in the coming period, as well as adescription of the work to employees or members of the craftsmen will workdikerajakannya, and the District Government Morotai Island, presumably canhelp the SME my head in terms of the management training and businessplanning for entrepreneurs to have skills in business planning.
