Modern enterprises , putting the company 's performance should reallybe measured, giving rise to test rank - performance measurement ,therefore need human resource management within the company so thatproductivity can be increased , which in turn is expected by the companyobjectives can be achieved . It is called the performance management. Performance management should be able to ascertain the level ofsuccess or failure of the company's activities. This research is about how the implementation of performance management at PT . ( Persero ) Angkasa Pura I airport Sam Ratulangi Manado . Therefore the main objective of this study was to determine the extent to which the implementation of performance management . The data used is primary data and secondary data . Primary data were obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with 4 people informant fromthe corporate office . The analytical method used was a qualitative studyusing a general inductive approach . It is intended to assist theunderstanding of the meaning of the data is complicated by thedevelopment of the themes outlined in the raw data , and then drawn aconclusion of the interview. The findings of the research showed that employee initiative can be implemented , the role is poorly understood , dependence on superiors quite high , reports are often late , and a leadership style that is applied very supportive of employee performance . Fore expected to socializeleadership to employees in order to understand the implementation ofperformance management in his company well.

This study aims to determine the effect of emosional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on teacher performance. The study was conduted in SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Makian.As for the respondents used in this study were 35 respondents, with respondents make in use of techniques population and using multiple regression analysis.The result showed that emotional intelligence either partially or simultaneously positive and significant impact on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Makian.

The purpose of this research to know how big influence Work Culture and Motivation onEmployee performance.Variables used in this study is the work culture and motivation asindependent variables, employee performance as the dependent variable. The unit of analysis is acivil servant at the Department of Social Welfare North Moluccas Province. Samples of this researchis a population of 95 (ninety five) employees. Technical analysis used is multiple linear regressionanalysis. From the results of data processing, the value= 0.05 and X144and X2= 0.598 = 0.480.From the model can be seen from the regression coefficient variable work culture (X1) of 0.598 andmotivational variables (X2) of 0.480 up one unit, then the variable employee performance (Y) will turnat 19.672 with the assumption that if not consider variables and work culture motivation of theemployee's performance will be at 19.672. To determine the relationship of free variables on thedependent variable of the correlation coefficient (R). From the table it is seen that the magnitude ofthe correlation coefficient of correlation (R) is 0.663 which shows that there is a relationship betweenthe independent variables (work culture) and (motivation) with the dependent variable (performanceof employees) in North Moluccas Provincial Social Service. The coefficient of determination (R) is0.670 which shows that the effect of work culture and motivation to employee performance by 67.0%and the remaining 33.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The resultscould be used by researchers, as a reference in subsequent studies.

bjective: The goal of this investigation to understand and analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and commitment and business performance, as well as the function of entrepreneurial commitment as a mediator in that relationship. A total of 250 independent coffee shops are thought to make up the research population. Due to the usage of the Krejcie and Morgan 1970 table, a total of 108 Coffee Shop MSMEs in South Tangerang were included in the research sample.Methodology: The PLS-SEM approach is utilized to analyze the data, and SmartPLS software is employed as tool for statistical testing.Findings: At a 5% level of confidence, the hypotheses H1, H2, and H3 are accepted, and the path coefficient values are positive.Conclusion: The study's findings indicate that: (1) Business Performance is positively and significantly impacted by entrepreneurial self-efficacy. That is to say, self-efficacy Coffee business owners in South Tangerang have faith in their capacity to manage a company and generate financial performance. (2) The performance of a company benefits from entrepreneurial commitment. Inferring that business actors still have a strong desire (commitment) to manage a firm and earn profits, UMKM South Tangerang Coffee Shops' current actions are demonstrably substantiation on respect (3) Business performance is also significantly impacted by entrepreneurial self-efficacy. entrepreneurship dedication. (4) The study's findings also point to the importance of entrepreneurial commitment as a mediator in the relationship between self-efficacy and business performance.

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Brand Awareness on the Purchase Decision of Xiaomi Brand Samartphone, (2) Price Effect on Xiaomi Brand Samartphone Purchase Decisions, (3) Word of Mouth Effect on Xiaomi Brand Samartphone Purchase Decisions. Quantitative research type. the population in this study are all Consumers who use Xiaomi Brand Smartphones located in Ternate City. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, because it uses characteristics and criteria. The characteristics and criteria in question are respondents who have made or made decisions directly to buy Xiaomi Smartphones and respondents who have Xiaomi Smartphones that have used it for at least 1 year. The number of samples is 90 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the Brand Awareness variable has a significant effect on the purchase decisions of Xiami brand smartphones, Price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Xiaomi brand smartphones, Word of Mouth has a significant effect on Xiaomi brand smartphone purchase decisions. This is indicated by the value of R Square is 0.664 (66.4%) which means that the proportion of diversity in explaining the purchase decision variable (Y) is explained by the three independent variables in the regression model of 66.4% while the other variables not examined in this test are 33.6%.

This research aims to test the impact of share earnings, liquidity, and leverage toward dividend policy with size as moderating variable. This research’s population is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples are chosen with purposive sampling method and resulted in 21 samples with time span of 5 years that is from 2010 to 2014. Research results showed that share earnings (EPS) has positive impact towards dividend policy (DPR), liquidity (CR) has negative impact towards dividend policy, and leverage (DER) has positive impact towards dividend policy (DPR). Whereas company size (SIZE) as moderating variable, is capable to moderate and strengthen the impact of share earnings (EPS) towards dividend policy and size (SIZE) doesn’t become a moderating variable between the impact of liquidity (CR) towards dividend policy (DPR). Meanwhile, size (SIZE) is capable to be the moderating variable and strengthening the impact of leverage (DER) towards dividend policy (DPR).

his study aims to explore to Work Discipline and Supervision happens At University Rector KhairunTernate. Exploration of labor discipline and supervision is done by using quantitative methods.Khairun University is one of the Institute of Higher Education is responsible for providing education.Based on the results of research work discipline and supervision are affected by the performance ofemployees.Work discipline and supervision that occurred At the University Rector office KhairunTernate thatcame not timely and home offices are not timely and the lack of monitoring, and the lack of guidanceand, given the lack of direction which could be one of the causes of high and low indicators ofemployee performance.This negative image of the effect on competition between universities on the unit's employees tofurther improve the performance of employees. Alternative efforts to address labor discipline andsupervision At the University Rector Khairun Ternate is to further improve work discipline effort toalways obey the regulations and supervision of such monitoring and inspection jobs directly as wellas more effective and efficient in conducting direct guidance and direction set by the UniversityKhairun Ternate.

Work life balance is a condition when a person can meet the needs and achieve a better balance of jobs and in the life outside of work , such as home life , social life with colleagues outside of work , health , leisure and spirit of the employees themselves . Employees are able to balance between areas of their lives on the job and off the job , the desire to remain in the organization is enhanced. Organizational commitment is often associated with employee perceptions of transformational leadership. Employees' perception of transformational leadership will increasingly make the employee's desire to remain in the organization is enhanced. Perceptions of transformational leadership will strengthen the influence of the work life balance on employee organizational commitment. This study aimed to examine the effect of work life balance in the organizational commitment of employees to the perception of transformational leadership as a moderating . The survey was conducted on 200 nurses Hospital in Jogjakarta . Questionnaires were collected 175 questionnaires , but only 165 questionnaires can be used . Data analysis using regression analysis moderasian . The results showed that the work life balance significant negative effect on affective and normative commitment to employees , but had no effect on employee commitment kontinuans . Perceptions of transformational leadership is not a moderating relationship work life balance on employee organizational commitment.

This research is testing of factors that influencing company capital structure. Profitability (return on assets), asset structure, liquidity (current ratio), firm size (size), and asset growth represent assumed factor have an effect on to measured capital structure use debt equity ratio (DER). Technique of Purposive sampling for the determination of sampel totally population 148 company hence obtained 19 company of sampel totally observation is 95 observation (2009-2013). Data analysis with multilinear regression of ordinary least square. with result of the obtained is Profitability (return on assets) and liquidity (current ratio) having an effect on signifikan to capital structure, while asset structure, company size measure (size), and asset growth do not have an effect on signifikan to company capital structure.

the aim of research to detect the influence of consumer satisfaction toward brand loyalty (study of Blackberry user ini Central of Ternate). Technique to sample removal which using in this research is judgement sampling with 100 respondents. This research utilize simple linier regression analysis, result shown that consumer satisfaction variable has significant influence toward brand loyalty in central of Ternate. Afterwards of hypotseis verivication pass trought T test (partial) known that H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Meaningful customer satisfaction influential toward brand loyalty of Blackberry user ini central Ternate.
