Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and institutional ownership on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. In manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of 39 companies. The analytical method used is path analysis. The observation period for 5 years and the research data are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id.The results showed that the direct effect of capital structure variables (DER) had a negative and significant effect on firm value, institutional ownership variables (INST) had a negative and significant effect on firm value, dividend policy (DPR) had a positive but not significant effect on firm value. While the indirect effect of capital structure (DER) on firm value (INST) through dividend policy (DPR) is that dividend policy cannot mediate the effect of capital structure on firm value and indirect influence of institutional ownership (INST) on firm value (INST) through dividend policy (DPR) is that dividend policy cannot mediate the effect of institutional ownership (INST) on firm value (INST)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect variable supervision (X1) and discipline (X2) of the employee performance variables (Y). From the results of analysis calculation regression multiple, results of hypothesis testing the effect of variable oversight of the variable performance of employees partially or individual, it can be concluded that the variable control positive and significant effect on employee performance and discipline partially positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the representative body of the population and national family planning north Maluku province. The test results simultaneously monitoring variables and with the same work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables representatives of the national population and family planning North Maluku Province. The test results influence the supervision and discipline of the employee performance, seen from the regression coefficient indicates that the work discipline (X2) provides the greatest influence on the performance of employees in the representative body of national population and family planning North Maluku Province.

Abstract

Pertanyaan yang diajukan dalampenelitian ini menguji bagaimana pola stres antara mahasiswayang belum dan sudah bekerja pada UPBJJ-UT Ternate? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui pola stres antara mahasiswa yang belum dan sudah bekerja pada UPBJJ-UT Ternate.Responden yangdikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UPBJJ UT Ternate yangbelum dan sudah bekerja. Sebanyak 125 responden dikumpulkan dari survei. Analisis datadilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dan kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa pola stresuntuk mahasiswa yang belum dan sudah bekerja pada bagian A (berhubungan dengan ujian) padatingkat rendah. Pola stres untuk mahasiswa yang belum dan sudah bekerja pada bagian B(pertemuan kelas untuk membahas tugas) pada tingkat rendah. Pola stres untukmahasiswa yangbelum dan sudah bekerja pada bagian C (proses belajar mengajar) pada tingkat tinggi. Pola stresuntuk mahasiswa yang sudah bekerja pada bagian D (mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja) padatingkat rendah.

Abstract

Employment institution that promotes the principles of organizational justice willsurely make the employees into the spirit to work because it will lead to thewelfare of its employees. As in the case of salary, if the employment institutionsprovide appropriate salary to the employees it will give a good perception of thefairness of the agency policy. Conversely, if the agency does not provide salarybased on workload, skill and ability of employees and other matters set forth inthe agency, it will give the negative perception of fairness.Civil servants are state officials in the service of the community to provideequitable services to various public sector. Civil servants are required to carryout their duties responsibly and professionally so as to ensure the implementation of public service that is clean and professional. It certainly would be realized if the employee can feel the organizational justice in the agency where he worked both in terms of salary, participation in decision-making, and in terms of good treatment from the superiors without discrimination.Based on the results of the descriptive analysis using the obtained mean thatprocedural justice is the dominant justice felt by employees (mean = 21.92), while the interactional justice (mean = 15.45) and distributive justice (mean = 11.28) still needs to be improved. Procedural fairness can be improved further by providing opportunities for employees to apply for aspiration or objection andparticipate in decision making. The treatments were friendly and attentive bysuperiors to employees can improve perceptions of interactional justice. Inaddition, the organization also must ensure fair treatment and decent in terms of remuneration to be adapted to the workload and employee experience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine which model is most appropriate in predicting bankruptcy with the Altman model, springate, Ohlson, Zmijewski, Foster and Grover, as well as differences from the six predictive models. Research type in research is quantitative with descriptive method. Population in this research is mining company that listed in BEI year 2012-2016. Technique of taking data in this research use purposive sampling method. In this study the sample used as many as 20 companies from 43 mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2016. Hypothesis testing using One Way Anova Differential Test and Accuracy Level Calculation. The results showed that there were differences in the results of the analysis among the six predicted bankruptcy models used in this study are Altman, Springate, Ohlson, Zmijewski, Foster and Grover models. The Altman model has an accuracy of 34%, the Springate model has an accuracy of 54%, the Ohlson model has an accuracy of 94%, the Zmijewski model has an accuracy of 83%, the Foster model has an accuracy of 78% and the Grover model is 89%. Of the six models it is known that the Ohlson model is the most appropriate model used to predict bankruptcy in mining companies with an accuracy of 94%.

Abstract

This research aims to test the agency theory in Indonesian capitalmarket was proxied by the variable mechanism controlling the agencyconflicts, based on institutional ownership. The data used in this studyis secondary data drawn from the Osiris database, ICMD. It is industrial company, excepted insurance companies and financialservices that meet the criterian sampling and it was listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data is in the form of pooleddata with the observation period from the year 2004-2010. Variablesused in this study is that the company's performance to theperformance of utility assets and Tobin's q accounting for marketperformance as a proxy for agency conflicts as well as the dependentvariable. As for institutional ownership as independent variables andfirm size as a control variable. The method of analysis used in thisstudy is multiple regression of pooled data analysis. The results of thisstudy is an institutional ownership has a positive effect onperformance. That is, institutional ownership having character tocontrol the agency conflict. With the result that, institutionalownership has been play function of binding and oversight of agencyconflict.

Abstract

The purposeof this study is todetermine the influence of Green Awareness on the Decision of Purchasing of Environmentally Friendly Products (Case Study on Sinar Dunia and Bola Dunia Papers) .As indicated in green awareness is consumer environmental concern, environmentally friendly product, brand image, and price. From the result of multiple linear regression analysis in this study it is known that consumer environmental awareness variable has a negative and significant effect on the decision of purchasing environmentally friendly products, environmentally friendly product variables have positive and significant influence on the decision of purchasing environmentally friendly product, brand image variable have positive and significant influence to purchase decision Environmentally friendly products, and price variables have a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase environmentally friendly products. This is indicated by the value of R Square of 43.3%, while the remaining 56.7% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aimof this reserach is to analize influence of some financial ratio to the obligationreturn. To get data variable, it takes from financial report lq45 that list on indonesia Bursa Efek since2010-2013. With use analizing linier double. Methode this resutt show that variabel Total AssetsTurn Over (TATO), Return On Asset (ROA), Earing Per Share (EPS), and Price To Book Value(PBV) have it’s not significance to the obligation return with TATO (0.355), ROA (0.455), EPS(0.895), and PBV (0.678) up to (0.05). thevalue of determinasi (adjust R square) is as big 0.033,this result is the contribute as 0.033 or 0.033% from variable independent TATO, ROA, EPS, andPBV to the obligation return and while the rest is 96,7% explained by obligation return with othervariable. The value of small adjusted R Square means ability of independent variable in explainlimited independent variable. The nearest value of zero means independent that gives a bitinformation need to predict the dependent variable.

Abstract

Objective: The research aims to identity the influence of Brand Image, Celebrity Endorser, andElectronic Word of Mouth towards Consumer’s Buying Decision on Blibli.com. Population in this study are consumers who know and use the Blibli.com application as transaction in DKI Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 200 respondents. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling.Methodology: This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS.Finding: H1, H2, and H3 are accepted at a confidence level of 5% and t calculated is greater than t table.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity Endorsers do not have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, but celebrity Endorsers should be considered in product sales. In addition, Electronic Word of Mouth has a significant and positive influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze the characteristics of women's leadership styles in Islamic organizations at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN); (2) To find out the influence of women's leadership style on students at Muhammadiyah University of North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN) ; (3) To find out and analyze the learning process and the application of women's leadership regulations at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Ternate. The tools used triangulation observation, intervieuws, documentation with the Miles and Haberman analysis model that starts from the data reduction, data display, and verification or conclusion stages. The results showed that: (1) the characteristics of women's leadership styles, at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN) were considered good; (2) In addition, the leadership style of women in the two educational institutions, is very influential in general and especially students in motivating, and providing development in the learning process and encouragement, in order to be able to hone their abilities, and make female leaders as patrons for female leaders will come; (3) As in the process of enforcement, women leaders based on regulatory agencies specified in the legislation-u ndang Education System. Meanwhile the steps taken in the learning process in class go through three stages, namely the initial activity , the core activity, and the final activity . At these stages can stimulate the learning process is most students to learning in the classroom implementation of the Most students become active and raised their interaction.
