Abstract

Pusdatin of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing is an institution that manages data and information to support management within the ministry of public works. This research was conducted to evaluate the maturity of agencies prior to conducting an external audit of ISO 27001: 2013 certification. The method used in this research is PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) using our index and ISO 27001, the technicality of this research starts from a check for analysis of current conditions, Act is carried out for assessment of the WE index, Plan compares our index results with ISO 27001, and Do control recommendations for improvement. The results of this evaluation show that PUSDATIN stopped at level I + in yellow area and overall PUSDATIN stated, "Needs improvement". In conclusion, Pusdatin is not ready for an external audit of ISO 27001: 2013 certification. The aforementioned results form the basis for the recommendations made from the findings of the WE index and compared with the ISO 27001 control. Abstract

SMP Negeri 89 is the first formal secondary education institution used for teaching and learning activities. There are many ways to improve students ' performance and discipline in one way by engaging teachers and parents to periodically monitor the activities of students in school and at home using a still-ongoing contact book. Manually causing constraints in the form of students to forge signatures of parents and books often left at home by students not brought back to school. The purpose of this research is to create a student activity Monitoring application in school or at home. In building this system the author uses Waterfall method. While for assisting in system analysis and design we use Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Waterfall method for developing the application. The Results from this research in SMP Negeri 89 Jakarta can be concluded that with Website-based Teacher and Parental Liaison Applications can facilitate teachers and parents in monitoring students.

Abstract

This study aims to clarify tweets on twitter using the Support Vector Machine and Information Gain methods. The clarification itself aims to find a hyperplane that separates the negative and positive classes. In the research stage, there is a system process, namely text mining, text processing which has stages of tokenizing, filtering, stemming, and term weighting. After that, a feature selection is made by information gain which calculates the entropy value of each word. After that, clarify based on the features that have been selected and the output is in the form of identifying whether the tweet is bully or not. The results of this study found that the Support Vector Machine and Information Gain methods have sufficiently maximum results.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia is increasing every year. The increase in the number of UMKM has a significant impact on the Indonesian economy, so the government lowers the UMKM tax so that UMKM businesses develop rapidly. However, that does not make the other problems faced by the UMKM to be overcome. One problem that arises is the marketing and distribution of product results. The purpose of this research is to build a local shoe product distribution system based on a website to make it easier for resellers or shops to order shoes to the production. Processed data include retailer and store data, distributor data, product data, transaction data, and ordering data. Using the waterfall development model and using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visualize system modeling. This research generates reports of every activity carried out in the system including reports for factories, distributors and retailers.

Abstract

The current condition experienced by the XYZ Polyclinic is that there is no application built to simplify the service process contained in the polyclinic so that all service processes are still manual. An example is the calculation of the number of drugs that are in and out of use. This calculation takes a long time, is prone to errors in accounting, and consumes many papers. To solve this problem, we develop an application to recap drugs. The drug recapitulation application is based on a website with the WebML method using the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. The application produces the result in the form of a PDF file of the drug recapitulation report per month and day. As a security feature, the monthly drug recapitulation report results include a digital signature as proof of authentication, integrity, and anti-denial. The application built has been tested using web testing methods and user acceptance testing to be applied.

Abstract

In the modern era of technological development, the application of electronic official script management is a solution to the administrative and communication challenges of agencies during the pandemic, such as today, where administrative work needs to be done from home (work from home). With the condition of a high level of need, the management of official manuscripts in the XYZ organization still uses conventional methods. So, this raises obstructed letter distribution and loss documents problem, and waste of paper use. We propose the Electronic Service Manuscript Management Application to replace the official script management process that previously applied conventional methods to using electronic methods to solve this problem. Besides, we also implement security aspects in the SHA-512 algorithm to fulfill authentication, AES-128 to meet confidentiality, and RSA2048 to meet integrity and non-repudiation. Apart from the security aspect, functionally, the system is built based on the Guidelines for Electronic Service Manuscripts, which are tailored to the organization's needs. The system development uses the Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) methodology using the Yii2 framework. From the research results, it is concluded that the Electronic Service Manuscript Management Application has been built according to the needs of the organization and can be a security alternative in the official script management process. Abstract

Decision support system, or DSS, is a system to support decision making process. One commonly used method is TOPSIS. It is a method for decision making on multi-criteria issues, and is one of the simplest and easiest to understand. One of the functions of TOPSIS is to determine the most sold products. It requires a programming language called PHP to implement it on Website. PHP is a server-side programming language, so, all processes are conducted on server, then given to customers. Further, it requires a database for storing the data and software to manage the database is MySQL.

Abstract

This study will examine the cyberbullying phenomenon that was experienced by Indonesian Youtubers in their Instagram comment section. Cyberbullying is the use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature. Youtubers are the subject of this research due to their massive following, who constantly responds to every content posted on their Instagram page. The algorithm chosen to conduct this sentiment analysis was Support Vector Machine (SVM) due to their high accuracy percentage. The data used in this analysis was retrieved from 10 Indonesian Youtuber Instagram accounts. In order to analyze this data, several step was done including text mining, data cleansing, data modeling and applying model to test data. The result of analysis using an SVM model with an accuracy of 81.2% is 49.524% of comments on an Indonesian Youtuber comment section are considered as cyberbullying.

Abstract

Implementation of IS / IT (Information Systems) / (Information Technology) is indispensable in a business process when a organizations wants to grow bigger, and its operational level is getting less simple, so instructions on data, technology, and application functionality will also be increasingly needed. PT Ikido Jorr Indo Sepatu is a manufacturing company that produces shoes for babies, and toddlers. The authors find problem such as most of its business processes still do not take full advantage and not optimally using IS and IT, and sometimes problems in the form of human errors, such as writing wrong memos, wrong data entry, and not having “real time” data processing between each of company division that can interfere with ongoing business processes. Therefore the authors will design a company enterprise architecture (EA) that results in harmony between IS / IT and the business needs of PT Ikido Jorr Indo Sepatu. In this study, the authors will design the EA using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) method. The results of this study are in the form of a enterprise architecture blueprint for the TOGAF method that is adapted to the business processes that are running at PT. Abstract

One of the most important things in the work process is the presentation of information that is fast and accurate. Data is processed in a short time, it will increase work efficiency, one of which is by using the system to process and display data into information. Information systems are needed considering technology is growing and now people are required to use more technology to reduce activities outside the home. Problems that often arise are the tight location of registration and the length of service for one registrant due to filling out registration forms and screening examinations for new students. In addition, the large accumulation of registration and trial files also takes a long time so that announcements of new student graduations cannot be made. The goal is to build a new student admission information system for all faculties at the Indonesian Methodist University, reduce applicants who come to the registration location, reduce the use of paper registration forms, help submit and fill in student data, conduct online screening exams, provide information on new student registration, schedule and payment of tuition fees. The result of this initialization is building a new student registration information system using the Codeigniter Framework and Application Programming Interface (API).
