Abstract

The success of a tourist destination is no longer measured solely by the quality of physical facilities, but by the depth of emotional experiences and the meaning obtained by tourists. Educational gastronomic tourism serves as a medium that connects tourists with nature and local culture through the integration of sensory activities. This study aims to evaluate the experience of participants in the Farm to Peak – Exploring Flavors and Nature activity in Wangunharja Village, Lembang, as a form of educational gastronomic tourism based on the farm to table concept. Using a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, this study combines quantitative data from 15 respondents through a Likert scale questionnaire as well as qualitative data from semi-structured interviews with activity organizers. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that all indicators measured, namely Customer Experience, Perceived Value, Behavior Intention, and Gastronomy Tourism Experience, obtained an average score above 4.20, which means that they were in the very high category. The qualitative findings reinforce these results by showing that the success of participants' experiences comes not only from physical and culinary activities, but also from interpersonal interactions, cultural narratives, and emotional visual documentation. This research emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in creating meaningful and sustainable tourism experiences, and recommends a collaborative model between local communities and tourism actors for the development of value-based gastronomic tourism. Keywords: behavioral intentions; educative gastronomy; farm to table; perceived value; sustainable tourism; tourist experience

Abstract

Increasing competition among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector requires entrepreneurs to formulate effective entrepreneurial strategies to sustain business performance. This study examines the effect of product, price, and promotion as entrepreneurial strategic decisions on the sales performance of pastry MSMEs in Kecamatan Cimanggis, Depok. A quantitative approach with a survey design was employed. Data were collected from 40 pastry MSME owners between February and June 2025 using structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that product has a positive and statistically significant effect on sales performance. In contrast, price and promotion do not exhibit significant partial effects. However, product, price, and promotion simultaneously exert a significant influence on sales performance. These results highlight the central role of product development as a core entrepreneurial strategy for value creation in pastry MSMEs, while price and promotion function as complementary strategic elements within the overall entrepreneurial decision-making process of pastry MSMEs. Academically, this study provides additional empirical evidence regarding the relationship between entrepreneurial strategic decisions and sales performance in localized pastry MSMEs.Keywords: entrepreneurship; MSMEs; pastry business; product strategy; sales performance

Abstract

Green finance has emerged as an important policy instrument for supporting low-carbon development and sustainable natural resource management. This study synthesises the relationship between green finance, institutional quality, and environmental outcomes, with particular attention to OECD countries. A systematic literature review was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA 2020 framework. Following predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, 59 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2026 were selected from Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Crossref, and Google Scholar. The studies were examined through descriptive, thematic, and bibliometric analyses to identify publication trends, dominant themes, institutional mechanisms, and research gaps. The evidence indicates that green bonds, sustainable banking, ESG-oriented finance, and renewable-energy financing can support emissions reduction, energy efficiency, clean-energy deployment, and sustainable economic development. However, these effects are conditional on regulatory quality, policy consistency, transparency, accountability, and implementation capacity. Evidence from OECD economies generally shows stronger integration between financial instruments and environmental policy, whereas studies of emerging economies more frequently identify market, institutional, and regulatory constraints. This review contributes by clarifying the institutional conditions under which green finance can support sustainable natural resource management and by identifying priorities for comparative research, meta-analysis, and the measurement of biodiversity, water, and ecosystem outcomes. Keywords: ESG finance; environmental governance; green finance; green bonds; institutional quality; renewable-energy financing

Abstract

Supply Chain Finance (SCF) has become a strategic mechanism to improve the financial performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), especially in the export sector. This study aims to examine the implementation and impact of SCF schemes on SMEs in Indonesia. Using a qualitative case study approach with semi-structured interviews and field observation, the research focuses on PT Asia Sejahtera Mina—a seaweed export company that serves as an anchor for various SME suppliers across the country. The findings show that SCF schemes implemented through pre- and post-shipment financing by Indonesia Eximbank (Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia - LPEI) significantly improve SMEs’ cash flow, inventory turnover, and collection efficiency. Financial performance indicators such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), Days Working Capital (DWC), and Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) showed marked improvements post-SCF implementation. This study highlights the essential role of public financial institutions like LPEI in enabling SME access to structured finance and recommends the nationwide expansion of SCF schemes to improve SME competitiveness and economic inclusion. Keywords: financial performance; Indonesia eximbank; pre-shipment financing; post-shipment financing; smes; supply chain finance

Abstract

The specialty food tourism sector has experienced significant growth, yet the mechanism through which perceived value drives customer loyalty in artisanal food businesses remains insufficiently understood. While prior research has established links between perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions, few studies have examined these relationships specifically within the specialty food tourism context. This study investigates the influence of perceived value on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction in the context of Whimsical Cookies, a specialty food tourism business. Using a quantitative approach with 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling, data were analyzed with SPSS 25 through hierarchical multiple regression. The findings reveal that perceived value significantly affects repurchase intention directly (β = 0.621, p < 0.001). The mediating role of customer satisfaction was further confirmed through the Sobel test, which verified the significance of the indirect effect (β = 0.356 for perceived value and β = 0.361 for customer satisfaction, both p < 0.001), with the mediation model explaining 41.7% of the variance in repurchase intention (R² = 0.417), indicating that satisfaction functions as a partial mediator rather than merely improving explanatory power. Practically, specialty food businesses can strengthen repurchase behavior by enhancing experiential value through artisanal presentation, authentic storytelling, and distinctive packaging, while sustaining satisfaction through consistent service quality and active monitoring of customer feedback. Keywords: artisanal culinary business; behavioral loyalty; consumer value perception; experiential marketing; mediation analysis; tourist purchasing behavior

Abstract

This study investigates the entrepreneurial resiliency of indigenous women entrepreneurs in Papua Pegunungan, examining how digital literacy and dynamic capability jointly shape their capacity to adapt within a structurally constrained, geographically isolated environment. Resilience is treated not as a fixed trait but as a socio-technical process that unfolds through engagement with digital tools and context-specific innovation. The study tests whether dynamic capability channels the influence of digital literacy on entrepreneurial resiliency, drawing on survey data from 181 respondents analyzed through partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Contrary to a simple full-mediation account, the results show that digital literacy exerts a strong, statistically significant direct effect on entrepreneurial resiliency (β = 0.697) that considerably outweighs the indirect route running through dynamic capability (β = 0.126), signaling partial rather than full mediation. Digital tools therefore contribute to resiliency both on their own and by strengthening the capacity to sense, seize, and reconfigure resources, although the direct pathway dominates. These findings position entrepreneurial resiliency among indigenous women in Papua Pegunungan as a context-driven construct shaped by informal learning, ecological awareness, and adaptive routines, and they challenge deficit-based narratives by foregrounding the strategic agency of marginalized entrepreneurs. The findings point to a need for localized digital-training and capability-building programs that remain attentive to cultural and ecological realities. Keywords: dani ethnic community; ecological embeddedness; informal learning; marginalized entrepreneurship; partial least squares structural equation modeling; socio-technical adaptation

Abstract

The increasing unemployment rate among university graduates in Indonesia—reaching 6.23% in early 2025—underscores the urgent need to strengthen entrepreneurial competence in higher education. This study examines the effect of emotional intelligence and creative thinking on entrepreneurial competence, both partially and simultaneously, among Accounting Education students at Universitas Sebelas Maret who had completed entrepreneurship coursework. Drawing on the Entrepreneurial Value Creation Theory, emotional intelligence is defined as emotional capital, and creative thinking as cognitive adaptability, both of which serve as internal entrepreneurial resources. Using a quantitative survey design with proportional stratified random sampling, data from 116 students were analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both variables have positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial competence, individually and simultaneously, with creative thinking demonstrating stronger relative influence. These findings suggest that entrepreneurship instruction in Accounting Education programs should be redesigned to deliberately cultivate emotional and cognitive internal resources, particularly empathy and originality, as foundational competencies for future teacher-entrepreneurs.Keywords: EntreComp; entrepreneurship education; internal resources; value creation theory
