Abstract

This research is aimed at seeing whether tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic are still classified as healthy or not. Measurement of the company's health level is carried out using the K-Means Algorithm. The results of the financial performance evaluation are grouped using the K-Means Algorithm. This algorithm will determine groups of tourism companies that are performing well (healthy) and companies that are not performing well (unhealthy) by determining groups based on the closest data distance to the centroid. From the results of the analysis of 32 tourism companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, data shows that there are 2 unhealthy tourism companies, namely Indonesia Pure Mas Company (MAMI) and PT. Sarimelati Kencar (PZZA) and 30 other tourism companies are in good health. Thus improvement and development steps are required for these 2 tourism companies.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is currently a concern of organizational leaders around the world. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior partially and  simultaneously.   The research method used is quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique is a saturated sample that uses the entire population of employees  in the Blood Transfusion Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross Center of 78 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires compiled from the development of dimensions of each variable in the study. Data analysis techniques begin with normality tests, homogeneity tests and multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.0.  The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction variables on  organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational Commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Simultaneously,the variables of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The pathway coefficient indicates that organizational commitment contributes more than job satisfaction to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This has implications for leaders or managers must increase employee commitment so that Organizational Citizenship Behavior increases.  The limitation in this study is the research sample only from the Indonesian Red Cross in the Jakarta Branch. Further research is needed to take samples of employees from several other branches of the Indonesian Red Cross to really know the real condition.

Abstract

This study examines the determinants of HDI in Fast-Developing and Fast-Growing Regions. The research was carried out in 2020 in East Java Province, by previously dividing East Java into four regional categories, namely Fast Forward and Fast-Growing Areas, Fast Developing Areas, Developed But Depressed Areas, and Relatively Disadvantaged Areas. This study used a cluster analysis research design and comparative causal analysis. HDI determinants analyzed include variables: unemployment, Gini ratio, and population density. The number of samples used was 66-panel data samples from 11 districts/cities with cross-section data and 6 years of time-series data. The data used are secondary data from East Java BPS, then analyzed by panel data regression method. The findings of the study are that in the Fast-Developing and Fast-Growing Areas, unemployment, Gini ratio, and population density simultaneously have a significant effect on HDI; unemployment has a significant negative effect on HDI; Gini ratio has a significant positive effect on HDI, and population density has a significant positive effect on HDI.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) The development of net income at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk; 2) Dividend policy applied to PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk; 3) Effect of net income on dividend policy on PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. This study uses descriptive research methods with quantitative approaches. The data analysis techniques used are cholera analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and t-test. The results showed that: 1) Net income at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk every year has increased; 2) Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk experienced fluctuations tending to fall; 3) Net income negatively affects the dividend policy at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and test the truth of hypotheses regarding the influence of learning independence and interest in the learning achievement of Private Junior High School students in South Jakarta. The research hypotheses tested include: There is an influence of independence and interest in learning together on the learning achievement of Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta. There is an influence of independence on the learning achievement of Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta. There is an influence of learning interest on the learning achievement of Social Sciences Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta. The research was conducted by survey method. Analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing came to the following conclusion: 1) There is a significant influence of independence and interest in learning together on the learning achievement of Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta. This can be proven by the value of Sig.= 0.000 < 0.05 and Fh = 97,679. 2) There is an insignificant influence of independence on the learning achievement of Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta. This can be proven by the value of Sig.= 0.727 > 0.05 and th = 0.351. 3) There is a significant influence of learning interest in learning achievements of Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta.  This can be proven by the value of Sig.= 0.000 < 0.05 and th = 8,680.

Abstract

In the retail business, distribution costs as a major cost component that greatly affect a company's profit or loss. PT. Indofresh as the largest importer and distributor of fresh fruit and vegetable products in Indonesia that faces high distribution costs and also often late return letters as a means of billing has a severe impact on the company's financial activities. So the company carried out an efficiency initiative by changing the pattern of distribution costs from distribution costs paid upfront to lumpsum distribution costs applied in Jakarta. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The purpose of this research will be to study the effectiveness and impact that will be caused by the application of these costs so that in the future it will be useful for companies for application in other branches or can be used in other companies. In the end, this study proves that efficiency can be achieved by applying lumpsum distribution costs can achieve efficiency of up to 20%, proof of return letter or pod (proof of delivery) increases by more than 20%, the process of billing credit sales and the effectiveness of the work of related parts becomes faster.

Abstract

The role of government in community empowerment is very much needed. This study aims to determine the role of the government in empowering MSMEs of indigenous Papuans in the Biak Numfor Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. In an effort to present a comprehensive understanding, this research uses a qualitative approach. The techniques used in collecting data in this study include; observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis in this research is using qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the study indicate that the role of the government in empowering MSMEs of indigenous Papuans in Biak Numfor Regency is through training, business capital assistance, promotion and marketing assistance, and production equipment assistance. The inhibiting factors in empowering MSMEs of indigenous Papuans in Biak Numfor Regency are the lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and lack of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak hutang luar negeri terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengangguran dan kemiskinan di Indonesia, riset ini menggunakan data yang tersedia dari BPS berupa data sekunder yang dipakai sebagai analisis kuantitatif secara tahunan mulai periode 1988 sampai dengan 2019.  Selanjutnya data tersebut diolah dengan metode regresi menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Berdasarkan riset ini memiliki hasil adanya pengaruh secara simultan antara hutang luar negeri terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Dengan nilai signifikansinya 0.000 Hal ini maknanya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan (bersama) antara pertumbuhan ekonomi, kemiskinan dan pengangguran terhadap hutang luar negeri. Dimana besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi, kemiskinan dan pengangguran terhadap hutang luar negeri ditunjukkan oleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,508 atau 50.8% dimana 49,2% terdapat pengaruh secara partial antara hutang luar negeri dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan nilai signifikansi pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 0.002 dan nilai tabel coefficient Beta negative (-14348.178), sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa bila terjadi kenaikkan hutang luar negeri sebesar 1 point, maka Akan terjadi penurunan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 14348,178 point

Abstract

Pengaruh mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa Teknik Informatika Universitas Indrapasta PGRI JakartaPengaruh mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap keterampilan berwirausaha mahasiswa Teknik Informatika Universitas Indrapasta PGRI JakartaPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei korelasional. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Kampung Gedong Jakarta Timur. dengan pemilihan lokasi secara multistage cluster sampling. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka sampel diambil dari para mahasiswa pengampu mata kuliah kewirausahaan program studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta  berjumlah 144 mahasiswa. Mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan keterampilan berwirausaha secara bersama-sama berpengaruh  terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil pengujian hipotesis melalui analisis regresi ganda diperoleh bahwa nilai Sig = 0.000 dan Fhitung = 16,589, sedangkan  Ftabel = 3,06. Karena nilai Sig  < 0,05 dan Fhitung >  Ftabel yang berarti regresi tersebut signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kontribusi variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan 95 orang pegawai PT Bina Nusa Rama dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan dari indikator-indikator setiap variabel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, regresi berganda, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kompensasi kerja berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 46,8%; variabel lingkungan kerja berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 43,3%. Secara simultan variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 56,4%. variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Para pemimpin perusahaan dan organisasi harus melihat kondisi ini dan berusaha maksimal untuk memberikan kompensasi yang layak dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif demi terciptanya produktivitas pegawai yang tinggi
