Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasikerja karyawan PT Danendra Agung Perkasa Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodedeskriptif asosiatif. Populasi karyawan yang juga merupakan sampling jenuh sebanyak 55 orang karyawanmerupakan non random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 21 dengan uji hipotesis padatingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh positifsignifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.Dan secara bersama-sama disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.Adapun prestasi kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh disiplin dan lingkungan kerja sebesar 67,73%

Abstract

The research aims to find out the influence of CAR, BOPO, NIM and LDR to the ROA of commercial banks which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2017. The data used in this study was obtained from the Annual Financial Statements Bankings Companies listed on the Stock Exchange. After passing through the stage of purposive sampling , the samples are fit for use by 30 banking companies. The analysis method used the analysis of panel data regression with the help of Eviews 9.0. Panel data regression model is the regression model using panel which is a combination of cross section data and time series data. To estimate the panel data regression model, the are three approaches, those are common effect model, fixed effect model and random effect model. The result of panel data analysis shows that the appropriate panel data regression model for these data is the fixed effect model with cross section (no heteroscedasticity). Based on the research it has been found that the variables CAR and BOPO are negative and has significant impact on ROA. Meanwhile, the variables NIM and LDR are positive and has significant impact on ROA. Of the four significant variables, the variable NIM has the greatest influence on ROA with the coefficient of 0.201844. The result of the degree of determination (Adjusted R-square) in the regression model is equal to 0.937245. This shows that the effect of the independent variables, namely CAR, BOPO, NIM and LDR to the dependent variable (ROA) is 93.72% while the remaining 6.28% is effected by other factors which were explained in this research.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMembangun koperasi dalam Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) yang dikelola oleh parapengurus dan anggota koperasi ini menfokuskan pada peningkatan kinerja UKM oleh parapengelola dan pengusaha UKM yang berdomisili di Desa Setia Mekar kecamatan TambunKabupaten Bekasi Jawa Barat. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Inflation, Interest Rate, Return onAssets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Returns on Property and Real EstateCompanies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period of 2011 to 2016.The number of samples is 29 companies with the purposive sampling method to choosethe samples.This research is using multiple regression analysis technique. Before analyzing theregression results, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (the most suitable test arenormality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests) and coupled test to decide theregression model ( a suitable test is a random effect model).The results shows that based on ANOVA test, Inflation, Interest Rate, Return On Assets(ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) together has a significant influence on Stock Returns.The large contribution of Inflation, Interest Rate, Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to EquityRatio (DER) to Stock Return is 6.6987% and the remaining 93.3013% are affected by anothervariable by another than used on this research

Abstract

Permasalahan kinerja membangun ekonomi dalam Usaha Kecil danMenengah (UKM) yang diberikan penyuluhan kepada siswa/siswi SMK IslamKader Bangsa, ini menfokuskan pada peningkatan kinerja bisnis UKM oleh paracalon pengelola dan pengusaha UKM yang berdomisili di sekitar lingkungansiswa/siswi SMK Islam kader bangsa Bekasi. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Price To BookValue and Exchange Rates on Stock Prices in Retail Trade companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange (BEI) period 2010-2017. The data used in this study were obtained from annual publicizedfinancial statements of Retail Trade companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. After passingthrough the purposive sampling stage, 11 eligible companies are used. The analytical method used inthis research is multiple regression analysis of Fixed Effect model panel data processed with the helpof Eviews 9.0 software.Based on the results of the study note that the CR, ROA, and PBV variables have a positiveand significant effect on the Stock Price, while the Exchange Rate variable does not have a positiveand significant effect on the Stock Price. Of the four variables, the CR variable that has the mostinfluence on stock prices with a coefficient of 451.3749. Adjusted R-Square results in this regressionmodel is equal to 0.924678. These results indicate that the contribution of independent variablesnamely CR, ROA, PBV and Exchange Rate to Share Prices is 92.47% while the remaining 7.53% isexplained by other factors not examined in this model.

Abstract

The research aim to finds out the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, andInterest Rate Level towards Profitability in Food and Beverage companies listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange 2011-2018 period. The data used in this study was obtained from AnnualFinancial Statements Food and Beverage companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Afterpassing through the stage of purposive sampling, the samples are fit for use by 9 companies.The analysis method used the analysis of panel data regression fixed effect model with Eviewsprogram ver 9.0.The results from this research show that Current Ratio partially affected Profitabilitypositive and significantly, Debt to Equity Ratio partially affected Profitability negative andsignificantly, and Interest Rate Level also affected Profitability negative and significantly.Result from Adjusted R-square on regression model was at 0.8851. The research shows thatcontribution of independent variabels, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Interest RateLevel are affecting Profitability at 88.51%. The rest of the 11.49% consist of variables outsideof those that were used in this research.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the effect of ROE, DER, CR, and Inflation to the Firm Value ofsector Property and Real Estate wich are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2018. Thedata used in this study was obtained from the Annual Financial Statements sector Property and RealEstate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. After passing through the stage of purposive sampling,the samples are fit for use by 20 Property and Real Estate companies. The analysis of panel dataregression model fixed effect with the help of Eviews 9.0.Based on the result of the research it has been found that the variables ROE and CR arepositive and has significant impact on Firm Value, the variables DER and Inflation are negative andhas significant impact on Firm Value.Of the four significant variables, the variables ROE has thegreatest influence on firm value with the coefficient of 0.010031. The result of the degree ofdetermination( Adjusted R-square) in the regression model is equal to 0.6925. This shows that thecontribution of the independent variables, namely ROE, DER, CR, and Inflation to the dependentvariable (Firm Value) is 69,25% while the remaining 30,75% is effect by other factors which wereexplained in this research.

Abstract

The aviation industry is one of the most globally affected industries by the COVID-19 pandemic. It employs millions of people and supports tens of millions of others, as well as being the nerve center of international business and tourism. The losses of aviation industry will extend to its branches industries. The determination of policies that are not in favor of the industry related to the Avtur VAT, disharmony between ministries has caused the impact of this covid-19 adding heavy burden in industry sector. High operational costs, aircraft leasing, maintenance and others will be higher if the exchange rate also increases. This study aims to determine the analysis of the performance of national aviation industry due to the Covid19 pandemic. The results of this study are expected to be used as input in formulating policies in order to increase economic value in the aviation industry. Method of research which was done, namely comparing literature reviews from journals that discussed airlines with the use of Servqual theory and applied the Importance Performance Analysis method, and the authors made the descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that covid 19 had a significant impact on the aviation industry, and the results of the performance analysis suggested that in order to survive in Covid-19 condition, the government needed to involve to provide a stimulus to the aviation industry.

Abstract

This research is aimed at seeing whether tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic are still classified as healthy or not. Measurement of the company's health level is carried out using the K-Means Algorithm. The results of the financial performance evaluation are grouped using the K-Means Algorithm. This algorithm will determine groups of tourism companies that are performing well (healthy) and companies that are not performing well (unhealthy) by determining groups based on the closest data distance to the centroid. From the results of the analysis of 32 tourism companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, data shows that there are 2 unhealthy tourism companies, namely Indonesia Pure Mas Company (MAMI) and PT. Sarimelati Kencar (PZZA) and 30 other tourism companies are in good health. Thus improvement and development steps are required for these 2 tourism companies.
