Abstract

The research aims to analyze and test the truth of hypotheses regarding the influence of learning independence and interest in the learning achievement of Private Junior High School students in South Jakarta. The research hypotheses tested include: There is an influence of independence and interest in learning together on the learning achievement of Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta. There is an influence of independence on the learning achievement of Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta. There is an influence of learning interest on the learning achievement of Social Sciences Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta. The research was conducted by survey method. Analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing came to the following conclusion: 1) There is a significant influence of independence and interest in learning together on the learning achievement of Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta. This can be proven by the value of Sig.= 0.000 < 0.05 and Fh = 97,679. 2) There is an insignificant influence of independence on the learning achievement of Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta. This can be proven by the value of Sig.= 0.727 > 0.05 and th = 0.351. 3) There is a significant influence of learning interest in learning achievements of Private Junior High School Students in South Jakarta.  This can be proven by the value of Sig.= 0.000 < 0.05 and th = 8,680.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one way to increase the opportunity for additional work. The business world is full of hope and a better future. Entrepreneurship can provide promising income. A large and unlimited income will be had for successful entrepreneurs. The important planting of entrepreneurship must be done from an early age and from school. The purpose of the study was to describe the effect of self-confidence, parental roles, and skills on interest in entrepreneurship. The study was conducted in 3 vocational schools in Bogor district. The number of respondents was 113 students. The method used is a quantitative method. The collected data is processed by testing assumptions (normality, homogeneity and linearity). Data was collected through a questionnaire. This study uses SPSS 23 to perform multiple regression tests, ANOVA. The results showed that there was an effect of self-confidence on interest in entrepreneurship, there was an effect of the role of parents on interest in entrepreneurship, there was an influence of skills on interest in entrepreneurship and there was an influence of self-confidence, the role of parents, and skills on interest in entrepreneurship together

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of digital literacy and motivation in increasing employee productivity at PT. Cahaya Abadhi Sedjahtera Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. The research method used is qualitative. By means of observation, documentation, and interviews. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Cahaya Abadhi Sedjahtera. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that based on the results of the study, it can be obtained that work motivation is a stage of increasing work productivity where employees are actually more productive at work. With work motivation and digital literacy, employees get more enthusiasm and encouragement to work so that employees can do their work more productively. By working more productively, it will increase income both for the company and for the employees themselves. The income in question is the result of cooperation between the company and the employees who are increasingly improving their skills at work..

Abstract

Entrepreneurial learning requires the right media so that the expected results increase. This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning on entrepreneurial learning outcomes, and to determine the effect of the YouTube platform on entrepreneurial learning outcomes and to determine the effect of cooperative learning and the YouTube platform together on entrepreneurial learning outcomes. The method used is a quantitative method, using normality and homogeneity tests. Respondents were 30 students in class X SMA Alkhlas Bekasi High School, West Java. Retrieval of data by using interviews and filling out questionnaires on students. The results of the research data are processed normally and homogeneously. Cooperative learning variables and the you tube platform have an effect on entrepreneurship learning outcomes by 52.8%. Entrepreneurial learning requires practice and sharpness of expertise for students before graduating.
