Abstract

The momentum of presidential election as a political reality of course a lot of attention from various circles to be observed and assessed by the PR. the media agenda and the theoretical approach using content analysis methodology with a quantitative approach to the Kompas newspaper, because it basically is one of the various methods that are categorized as Unobtructive Research, is the possible research methods the researcher to be able to study the process of social life is not directly without causing change existing data. This study aims to gain an idea of how the media view or highlight cases Jokowi nomination as a Presidential candidate in the 2014 Kompas Newspaper. Positivist research paradigm developing studies of media effects, in addition to the positivist paradigm also emphasizes objectivity that world phenomenon can be explained by the laws of the objective, rational, and can be tested. With the quantitative approach Agenda media measured by content analysis technique based on the category dikoding existing issues, measured by the frequency and volume issues trigger issues (Centimeter Area newspaper column), test reliability or consistency of the formula Ole R. Holsty. Here the researchers conducted a pretest with mengkoding way categorization of the test sample into the inter-code. From the data processing aspects of the audience for the results of the salience, theres findings that the news in the newspaper Kompas that is relevant to the cases candidacy in the 2014 presidential election results Jokowi test analysis of the aspects the audience salience (level of relevance eversion news for audiences with news content the needs of the audience) indicates that there is a significant relationship between the loading time news before and after campaign with the information needed audiences. Audience salience Relevance news content in terms of the need for public information associated with the loading time news (X = 11,3,1 df, p 0.05). From the data processing to result in the aspect Velence / valence (pleasant or unpleasant news for the audience), the findings indicate that the newspapers about the case Nominations Jokowi compass on the 2014 presidential election is not fun, it is seen from news reports about personal image Jokowi when served as Governor of Jakarta. Valence Serving humanity Jokowi news connected with the loading time (X = 18.1 df, p 0.05).

Abstract

Political public relations plays a strategic role in producing and distributing information to the public. Not only that, the ideal must arrive at the level of being able to create solidity and cohesiveness on all fronts. Along with the development of the times, political public relations is required to be adaptive, collaborative and flexible. To fulfill these three aspects, political public realtions must master the use of new media in order to support their work. This research focuses on the study of how political public relations uses new media as a means of supporting the delivery of information. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of the use of online media by political public relations within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method in which data can be obtained through observation and interviews. From observations and interviews, this research results in the fact that political public relations has utilized new media to disseminate information quickly and thoroughly according to the characteristics of new media that can be accessed globally and efficiently.

Abstract

This research focus the constructive meaning from Metro Tv on presidential and vice-presidentcandidacy debate in Presedential election 2009. Qualitative research method with a constructiveparadigm is used in this research. A case study approach is seen to best describe the political publicrelations activities in this research. This research is divided into two parts, first, a visual framinganalysis on Metro TVThe findings showed that the meaning construction on Metro TV in a debate broadcast In Indonesiabersatu through a frame: The debate 2009 which is a democratic party of a political event of theIndonesians. The constructive meaning broadcasted on Metro Tv tries to give an understanding to theIndonesians especially the viewers to become a rational voters, not an emotional ones by broadcastinga discussion on the presidential debate 2009.

Abstract

Angelina Sondakh retained by the Commission as a suspect in the alleged bribery related to the discussion of theparliamentary budget and Kemendikbud Kemenpora started singing of his predecessors , Muhammad Nazaruddinand Mindo Rosalina Manulang who first arrested by the KPK . Accordingly, the Commission conduct aninvestigation and assign Angelina as a suspect in the alleged bribery homestead project athletes since 3 February2012. However , in the event of his arrest , the Commission set the suspects in the alleged bribe to Angelina atthe two ministries , namely the case of projects related to house athletes Kemenpora and projects in a number ofcases related to Kemendikbud university . Almost all mass media in Indonesia, especially the print media doesnot escape the news by presenting each point of view on the newspaper page . To the authors chose two leadingnewspapers in Indonesia, namely , the newspaper Kompas and Tempo .The purpose of this study is to see how the newspaper Kompas and Tempo frame , construct , and respond toevents on the arrest of Angelina Sondakh as suspects in the alleged bribery in the budget discussion and KemendikbudKemenpora .Methodologically , this study uses a constructivist paradigm , the qualitative descriptive research , this study alsouses framing analysis model of Robert n entman as analytical tools to the theory of social construction of realitybelongs to peter L.berger and Thomas Luckmann. Results of this study showed a different frame between thenewspaper Kompas and tempo, in framing the incident .Kompas newspapers construct news about Angelina Sondakhretained by the Commission as a suspect in the alleged bribery of parliamentary budget debate , as politicaland legal issues . At the event Angelina Sondakh detention, Compass presents the political elements of the event. However , related legal issues , Compass issues such events lead towards disclosure cases. While newspapersTempo , see this case as a matter of law. Tempo did not tell the political elements of the event.Detention of newsevents , Tempo problem immediately ushered towards disclosure cases.

Abstract

Persaingan jasa transportasi umum Indonesia terutama taksi di Ibukota semakin ketat. Hal ini dikarenakan munculnya berbagai jenis jasa transportasi maupun jasa aplikasi transportasi online. Masing-masing perusahaan berlomba berinovasi dalam bentuk produk dan layanan dengan cara dan inovasi yang berbeda-beda. Persaingan promosi saat ini juga terbilang sengit, karena masing-masing perusahaan menawarkan tawaran jasa, produk, layanan, dan harga yang beragam dan menarik. Bagi penginovasi raksasa di bidang transportasi darat, melakukan inovasi baik berkelanjutan maupun disruptif menjadi realistis, mengingat segala kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh para pelaku bisnis transportasi darat. Inovasi disruptif pada bisnis transportasi darat tidak harus ditentukan dari kecanggihan teknologi yang digunakan untuk menciptakan keunggulan performa, akan tetapi inovasi disruptif juga ditentukan dari harga yang ditawarkan merusak harga pasar dan harga pesaing. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari belum adanya regulasi pemerintah mengenai tarif atas dan tarif bawah untuk bisnis tranportasi darat. Pentingnya pemerintah menentukan batas atas dan batas bawah karena batas bawahnya untuk melindungi kompetisi biar tidak semena-mena, dan batas atasnya untuk melindungi masyarakat. Pada faktanya, Grab, Gojek dan Uber dapat memberikan harga semurah mungkin dan ada saatnya juga mereka memberikan harga yang sangat tinggi.
