Cakrawala Dini is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes different kinds of scientific articles based on the research-article and ideas-article. All topics that we received only articles relating to early childhood education fields. For research category, articles can be written using quantitative and qualitative approaches, and can be made in a variety of research designs, such as action research, experiments, and case studies. This journal was published since 2012 twice a year every May and November, and published by the Indonesia University of Education Cibiru Campus, Early Childhood Education Teacher Education study program. APG PAUD Indonesia (Memorandum of Understanding No. 093/UN40.K1/HK.07/2022), and PPJ PAUD Indonesia (Memorandum of Understanding No. 009/PPJ-PAUD/I/2020). All the articles published in this journal have a unique DOI number with a prefix 10.17509.

Abstract

Abstract:. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of parenting seminars to change the perspective of the parents towards the end results of learning in kindergarten. This research was conducted with quantitative methods with this type of survey research. Questionnaire in this tudy was made in the form of open ended questions. Overall it was concluded that at the time of pre test 37% still expect read write count (calistung) programs conducted in kindergartens. While 63% of respondents change of perspective, they no longer prioritize read write count (calistung) or cognitive aspects as the final results of the study children in kindergarten. parental perspective changes include the establishment of character, social skills, and creative.Keyword: Intervention Programs, Parents Perspectives, Kindergarten Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan parenting seminar untuk mengubah perspektif orang tua terhadap hasil akhir pembelajaran di taman kanak-kanak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Kuesioner dalam putusan ini dibuat dalam bentuk pertanyaan terbuka. Secara keseluruhan disimpulkan bahwa pada saat tes awal 37% masih mengharapkan program baca tulis (calistung) dilakukan di taman kanak-kanak. Sementara 63% responden mengubah perspektif, mereka tidak lagi memprioritaskan membaca menulis hitungan (calistung) atau aspek kognitif sebagai hasil akhir dari studi anak-anak di taman kanak-kanak. perubahan perspektif orang tua termasuk pembentukan karakter, keterampilan sosial, dan kreatif.Kata Kunci: Program Intervensi, Perspektif Orangtua, Taman kanak-kanak

Abstract:. Character education in particular are still enforced in early childhood institutions, while at the next level of education is still limited in Pancasila and Citizenship Education. On the other hand we are still very often obtain information about the behavior of learners in education levels after early childhood institutions are often brawls (the character of tolerance and peaceful), cheating during exams (characters honesty), and a number of other behaviors. It is one of the things that underlie this research; is necessary to evaluate the implementation of character education at early childhood. Research evaluation of the implementation of character education on early childhood aimed evaluated well as provide recommendations on the implementation of character education early childhood. The method used is descriptive qualitative evaluation model developed by Stuflbeam CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product), which phase of the evaluation context and input..Object that implemented in research in this study is the early childhood institution.Keyword: Evaluation, Character Education Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter khususnya masih ditegakkan di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini, sedangkan pada tingkat pendidikan berikutnya masih terbatas di Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Di sisi lain kita masih sangat sering memperoleh informasi tentang perilaku peserta didik di tingkat pendidikan setelah lembaga anak usia dini sering bertengkar (karakter toleransi dan damai), menyontek saat ujian (karakter kejujuran), dan sejumlah perilaku lainnya. Ini adalah salah satu hal yang mendasari penelitian ini; diperlukan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di AUD. Evaluasi penelitian terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter AUD bertujuan mengavaluasi dengan baik serta memberikan rekomendasi pada pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter AUD. Metode yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi kualitatif deskriptif yang dikembangkan oleh Stuflbeam CIPP (Konteks, Input, Proses, dan Produk), yang fase dari konteks evaluasi dan input. Abstract

Abstract: There are at least two prefix skills that need to be mastered in realizing gotong royong early on, ie friendship and sharing skills. These two altruistic skills need to be strategically grown through the learning model. The Social Behavior Models of Citizenship (PrSKn) that are being developed carry the mission. As an integrated strategy in early childhood learning games, this learning model seeks to strengthen its role as a strategy to nurture and grow altruistic skills in realizing mutual cooperation, so that children have enough skills for the community. This article explains how the teacher's efforts and difficulty in optimizing the learning game through the civic social behavior model. The results show that teachers have difficulty in three things, namely the selection of appropriate games, timing and management of learning in accordance with the PrSKn model. So this article recommends providing references to different types of learning games, comprehensive instructional instruction guides and regular training so that teachers can optimize the game as a child's learning strategy to master friendship and sharing skills.Keywords: Social Citizenship Behavior, Gotong Royong, Early Childhood Education Abstrak: Setidaknya terdapat dua keterampilan awalan yang perlu dikuasai dalam mewujudkan gotong royong sejak dini, yakni keterampilan berteman dan keterampilan berbagi. Dua keterampilan altruistik tersebut perlu ditumbuhkan secara strategis melalui model pembelajaran. Model Perilaku Sosial Kewarganegaraan (PrSKn) yang tengah dikembangkan mengemban misi tersebut. Sebagai strategi yang terintegrasi pada permainan belajar anak usia dini, model pembelajaran ini berupaya menguatkan perannya sebagai strategi untuk memupuk dan menumbuhkan keterampilan altruistik dalam mewujudkan gotong royong, sehingga anak mempunyai bekal keterampilan yang cukup untuk bermasyarakat. Artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana upaya guru dan kesulitannya dalam mengoptimalkan permainan belajar melalui model perilaku sosial kewarganegaraan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa guru mengalami kesulitan dalam tiga hal, yakni pemilihan permainan yang tepat, pengaturan waktu dan pengelolaan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan model PrSKn. Maka artikel ini merekomendasikan untuk menyediakan referensi jenis permainan belajar, pedoman pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang komprehensif dan pelatihan yang rutin agar guru dapat mengoptimalkan permainan sebagai strategi belajar anak untuk menguasai keterampilan berteman dan berbagi. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Sosial Kewarganegaraan, Gotong Royong, PAUD

Abstract

Abstract:. The aim of this research is to determine the classroom teachers’ pedagogical competence on deaf students’ learning in DKI Jakarta. The sample of this research was 30 classroom teachers’ who have at least one deaf student in their classroom. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. The data was collected using close and open questionnaire and analized using descriptive quantitative technique. The result shows that classroom teachers’ pedagogical competence on deaf students’ learning is vary ranging from low competent to very high competent and most of the sample (57%) are on the low level of competent. It indicates that the teachers need to attend trainings or seminars on deaf students’ learning to enhance their pedagogical competency.Keyword: Pedagogical competence, deaf students’, inclusive education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas dalam pembelajaran peserta didik tunarungu di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru kelas yang di kelasnya terdapat peserta didik tunarungu di wilayah DKI Jakarta sebanyak 30 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan terbuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas pada pembelajaran peserta didik tunarungu sangat bervariasi mulai dari kompetensi cukup ke kompetensi sangat baik, dan sampel paling banyak berada pada kompetensi cukup 57%.  Oleh sebab itu, guru kelas perlu mengikuti pelatihan dan seminar-seminar untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dalam pembelajaran peserta didik tunarungu.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi pedagogik, peserta didik tunarungu, pendidikan inklusif.

Abstract

Abstract:. The progress of the time is very influential to the world civilization. In the era of globalization, all forms of social interaction are replaced with all-digital equipment. It is characterized by the popularity of sophisticated electronic equipment ranging from television, cell phone, internet and other communication tools. The progress of the time affects the nurture that given by parents to children. Overprotective parenting is an excessive nurture of parent to their children. By reason of fear, the parents do not give a freedom to the children to do their preferred activity, beside that, there are still many parents who provide communication tools that are not appropriate with the age, needs and development of their children. This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between an overprotective parenting to the speech ability of early childhood children. The study was conducted in Laboratory Kindergarten of UPI Cibiru Bandung regency, with 24 respondents. The instruments which are developed in this study are the instrument of overprotective parenting and instrument on children's speech ability. The data collection was done by questionnaire. The research uses correlational  descriptive methods, and the data analysis used a correlation test. The results showed a correlation of (0, 03830.05), then Ho is rejected, it means that there is a significant relationship between overprotective parenting style with the children’s speech ability in early childhood in the Laboratory Kindergarten of UPI Cibiru, Bandung regency.Keyword: Parenting, overprotective, speech ability  Abstrak: Kemajuan jaman sangat berpengaruh terhadap peradaban dunia, di era globalisasi ini segala bentuk interaksi sosial banyak yang tergantikan dengan alat-alat serba digital, hal ini ditandai dengan maraknya alat elektronik yang canggih dari mulai televisi, hanphone, internet dan alat komunikasi lainnya. Kemajuan jaman juga berpengaruh terhadap pola asuh yang diberikan orang tua terhadap anak, masih banyak orang tua yang memberikan alat komunikasi yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan usia perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara pola asuh over protektif terhadap kemampuan bicara anak usia dini. Penelitian dilakukan di Taman kanak-kanak Laboratorium UPI Cibiru Kabupaten Bandung dengan responden sejumlah 24 orangtua. Instrumen yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu instrumen tentang pola asuh dan instrumen tentang kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda deskriptif korelasional, analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif, kuat dan signifikan dengan korelasi sebesar (0,0383 0,05) maka Ho ditolak, artinya bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara pola asuh over protektif dengan kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-kanak Laboratorium UPI Cibiru Kabupaten Bandung.Kata Kunci: Pola Asuh, Over Protektif, kemampuan Berbicara

Abstract

Abstract:. The Effect of multimedia usage on PG-PAUD student concept understanding in cognitive development and creativity course of early childhood has been done on PG-PAUD Student semester three in Palembang Sriwijaya University. The type of research used is experiment with One Shoot Case Study descriptions, with sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The sample in the pre-experiment class is 27 and the post-test class is 28. The data collection technique is written essay, interview and documentation. Result of data analysis obtained is 80,71, while result of hypothesis test based on t-test obtained t_count t_table or got t_count = 6,76 t_table = 4,83, hence Ho refused and Ha accepted, thus there effect multimedia usage to understanding the concept of PG-PAUD students in courses of cognitive development and creativity of early childhood. With assessment indicators Redefining a concept, Classifying objects according to certain traits according to their concepts, Providing examples of concepts, Using, utilizing and selecting specific procedures. So the use of multimedia to understanding the concept of the students is very influential to improve understanding of the concept..Keyword: Multimedia Usage, Conceptual Understanding, Early Childhood Education Abstrak: Pengaruh penggunaan multimedia pada pemahaman konsep siswa PG-PAUD dalam perkembangan kognitif dan kreativitas anak usia dini telah dilakukan pada mahasiswa PG-PAUD semester tiga di Universitas Sriwijaya Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan deskripsi One Shoot Case Study, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh adalah 80,71, sedangkan hasil uji hipotesis berdasarkan t-test diperoleh t_count t_table atau mendapat t_count = 6,76 t_table = 4,83, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga ada pengaruh penggunaan multimedia. untuk memahami konsep siswa PG-PAUD dalam kursus pengembangan kognitif dan kreativitas anak usia dini. Dengan indikator penilaian Mendefinisikan kembali konsep, mengklasifikasikan objek sesuai dengan sifat-sifat tertentu sesuai dengan konsep mereka, Memberikan contoh konsep, Menggunakan, memanfaatkan dan memilih prosedur tertentu. Jadi penggunaan multimedia untuk memahami konsep siswa sangat berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep tersebutKata Kunci: Pemanfaatan multimedia, Pemahaman konsep, PAUD.

Abstract:. Indonesia is widely known as a multicultural nation which upholds respect and manners. Respect character can be interpreted as a good attitude for others. However, now the phenomenon of gradually decreasing of children's respect for friends and elder people including teachers has been worrying. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen students’ respect character, and it should be taught as early as possible. One of the efforts that can be done to strengthen the children’s respect character is by integraing traditional games in primary school learning. The game "Jaranan" which comes from Central Java seems to be appropriate to teach children importance togetherness and respect for elder people.Keyword: local wisdom, respect character, primary school students Abstrak: Indonesia dikenal luas sebagai negara multikultural yang menjunjung tinggi rasa hormat dan sopan santun. Karakter respek dapat diartikan sebagai sikap yang baik untuk orang lain. Namun, sekarang fenomena penurunan rasa hormat anak-anak secara bertahap untuk teman dan orang tua termasuk guru telah mengkhawatirkan. Oleh karena itu, perlu untuk memperkuat karakter penghormatan siswa, dan itu harus diajarkan sedini mungkin. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperkuat karakter rasa hormat anak adalah dengan mengintegrasikan permainan tradisional dalam pembelajaran sekolah dasar. Abstract

Abstract:. In general, the purpose of this study is to obtain data about the spiritual intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in the center of al Islam KB TK Bunga Bangsa Islamic School through role play. This research was conducted at KB TK Bunga Bangsa Islamic School Bekasi which is located on Jl. Kh. Agus Salim Number 206, Kelurahan Margahayu, District of East Bekasi, Kota Bekasi, West Java Province. Specifically this research will see how big role play can improve every aspect that exist in spiritual intelligence for children aged 5-6 years at KB TK Bunga Bangsa Islamic School Bekasi. This research was conducted in second semester of academic year 2016/2017. This action study was conducted using a cycle model from Stephen Kemmis and Mc Taggart. Action research is carried out through planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles and started with pre-research activities. The average praintervensi result is 57%, in cycle 1 the result is 65,5% and cycle 2 reaches 80% on average. From the data there is a significant increase in each cycle. Improvement is seen in every aspect that depicts children's spiritual intelligence such as self-awareness, spontaneity, internally motivated, seeing life from vision and based on fundamental, holistic values, seeing system and universality, compassion (sense of community, sense of following the flow of life) diversity, independent, firm against the majority, fundamentally questioning, rearranging in the big picture, and steadfast in difficulty.Thus, the learning process through the role play to improve spiritual intelligence is said to have been achieved because most of the indicators in the competence of the ability of spiritual intelligence has increased. The implication of this research is that role playing can be one strategy to improve spiritual intelligence.Keyword: Spiritual Intelligence, role play, action research Abstrak: Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendapatkan data data tentang kecerdasan spiritual anak usia 5-6 tahun di sentra al Islam KB TK Bunga Bangsa Islamic School melalui bermain peran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di KB TK Bunga Bangsa Islamic School Bekasi yang belokasi di Jl. Kh. Agus Salim Nomor 206, Kelurahan Margahayu, Kecamatan Bekasi Timur, Kota Bekasi, Propinsi Jawa Barat. Secara khusus penelitian ini akan melihat seberapa besar bermain peran dapat meningkatkan setiap aspek yang ada dalam kecerdasan spiritual untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun di KB TK Bunga Bangsa Islamic School Bekasi Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester II tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian tindakan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan model siklus dari Stephen Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Penelitian tindakan dilaksanakan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan diawali dengan kegiatan pra penelitian. Hasil rata-rata praintervensi sebesar 57 %, pada siklus 1 hasil rata-rata 65,5 % dan siklus 2 mencapai rata-rata 80 %. Dari data tersebut terlihat adanya peningkatan yang signifikan di setiap siklus. Peningkatan terlihat disetiap aspek yang menggambarkan kecerdasan spiritual anak seperti kesadaran diri, spontanitas, termotivasi secara internal, melihat kehidupan dari visi dan berdasrkan nilai-nilai fundamental, holistik, melihat sistem dan universalitas, kasih sayang (rasa berkomunitas, rasa mengikuti aliran kehidupan), menghargai keragaman, mandiri, teguh melawan mayoritas, mempertanyakan secara mendasar, menata kembali dalam gambaran besar, dan teguh dalam kesulitan. Dengan demikian, proses pembelajaran dengan melalui bermain peran untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual dikatakan sudah tercapai karena sebagaian besar indikator dalam kompetensi kemampuan kecerdasan spiritual telah meningkat. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa bermian peran dapat dijadikan salah satu strategi  untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan spiritual, bermain peran, penelitian tindakan

Abstract

Abstract: Research development has a view to produce story books mathematics. The development of story books mathematics it uses combination model of rowntree and evaluation tessmer. Model of rowntree consists of three stages, in the planning, developmental stage and the evaluation. At the evaluation an evaluation formative presented by tessmer consisting of five stage, in the self evaluation, experts review, one-to-one evaluation, small group evaluation and field test. Using techniques data collection observation. From the experts review obtained the average score the assessment of the experts on the Book 1 of 3,90% (category very valid), Book 2 of 3,90% (category very valid), Book 3 of 3,90% (category very valid), Book 4 of 3,90% (category very valid). Phase one-to-one evaluation obtained the average observations children with Book 1 of 85% (category very good), Book 2 of 86% (category very good), Book 3 of 87% (category very good), and Book 4 of 86% (category very good). The small group evaluaion obtained the average observation on the Book 1 of 88% (category very good), Books 2 of 90% (category very good), Book 3 of 91% (category very good), and Book 4 of 92% (category very good). At the field for observation test scores on the Book 1 of 95% (category very good), Books 2 of 95% (category very good), Book 3 of 91% (category very good), Books 4 of 95% (category very good). Of all stages already done so it can be concluded that story books mathematics expressed valid, practical, and have an effect potential for children.Keyword: story books, mathematics Abstrak: Pengembangan penelitian ini memiliki pandangan untuk menghasilkan buku-buku cerita matematika. Pengembangan buku cerita matematika menggunakan kombinasi model rowntree dan evaluasi tessmer. Model rowntree terdiri dari tiga tahap, dalam tahap perencanaan, tahap pengembangan dan evaluasi. Pada evaluasi evaluasi formatif yang disajikan oleh tessmer yang terdiri dari lima tahap, dalam evaluasi diri, ulasan ahli, evaluasi satu-ke-satu, evaluasi kelompok kecil dan uji lapangan. Menggunakan teknik observasi pengumpulan data. Dari tinjauan ahli diperoleh skor rata-rata penilaian ahli pada Buku 1 sebesar 3,90% (kategori sangat berlaku), Buku 2 dari 3,90% (kategori sangat valid), Buku 3 dari 3,90% (kategori sangat valid), Buku 4 dari 3,90% (kategori sangat valid). Tahap satu-ke-satu evaluasi diperoleh rata-rata pengamatan anak-anak dengan Buku 1 dari 85% (kategori sangat baik), Buku 2 dari 86% (kategori sangat baik), Buku 3 dari 87% (kategori sangat baik), dan Buku 4 dari 86% (kategori sangat bagus). Evaluasi kelompok kecil memperoleh rata-rata pengamatan pada Buku 1 88% (kategori sangat baik), Buku 2 dari 90% (kategori sangat baik), Buku 3 dari 91% (kategori sangat baik), dan Buku 4 dari 92% ( kategori sangat bagus). Di lapangan untuk skor tes observasi pada Buku 1 dari 95% (kategori sangat baik), Buku 2 dari 95% (kategori sangat baik), Buku 3 dari 91% (kategori sangat baik), Buku 4 dari 95% (kategori sangat baik). Dari semua tahapan yang sudah dilakukan sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku cerita matematika dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan memiliki potensi efek bagi anak.Kata Kunci: buku cerita, matematika
