This potential will be realized so that youngsters can reach their full potential. As a result, proper conditions or instruction are required for a child's growth. Various developmental difficulties in children, such as motor delays, language, behavior, autism, and hyperactivity, have been on the rise in recent years. As a result, for children's growth and development, adequate conditions or education are required. The goal of this study was to see how colouring affects children's fine motor development when they are in preschool. The total number of students in this study was 32. In this study, the researchers employed a Quasi Experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. The entire sampling strategy was employed in this investigation. There were as many as 32 responders in the sample. The Wilcoxon test yielded p-values of 0.001 and 0.083 in the data analysis. The findings of data analysis utilizing the Mann-Whitney test, namely a p-value of 0.000 < (0.05), indicate that Ho is not significant. This shows that colouring stimulation influences the fine motor development of preschool children in this study.

One of the massage therapies that can be used to improve the quality of sleep patients is back massage therapy. The purpose of this review is to find out the effect of back massage therapy on the quality of sleep patients. Research methods use a Literature Review by looking for the latest and relevant sources. The database was obtained from PubMed, Google Scholar and Science Direct. A review was conducted on 3 articles that were relevant to the criteria namely by providing back massage therapy interventions and publications for the last 5 years (2016-2017). Back massage can improve sleep quality in critical patients with a duration of therapy of 10 minutes and 20 minutes. Measuring instruments used to assess the quality of a patient's sleep are the Verran Snyder-Halpern Sleep Scale (VSH Sleep Scale) and Wrist Actigraph. Back massage therapy is a nurse's self-contained action that can be done to improve the quality of sleep of critical patients in the Intensive Care Unit room.

Hyperbilirubinemia can occur when the level of bilirubin in the blood is more than 5 mg/dL, clinically characterized by the presence of jaundice with physiological and non-physiological causes. The main treatment for cases of hyperbilirubinemia today is phototherapy. However, in recent years there have been alternative interventions carried out, one of which is baby massage. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of giving massage on the bilirubin levels of infants who have hyperbilirubinemia based on empirical studies of the last 10 years. The writing design uses a literature review with inclusion criteria according to the PICOS format. Methods to find sources or articles through the Pubmed, Proquest, Scient Direct, and Google Scholar databases (2016-2021) published in English and Indonesian. The keywords used are related to hyperbilirubinemia and baby massage. Based on the 10 articles reviewed, it was found that baby massage was given 1 to 3 times a day with a duration of 15-20 minutes in every session. Evaluation of bilirubin levels can use serum bilirubin levels or transcutaneous bilirubin levels, besides that giving massage also increases the frequency of defecation which plays a role in removing bilirubin from the baby's body. Baby massage is expected to prevent and treat standardized hyperbilirubinemia so that it can become uniform and as an alternative intervention in reducing bilirubin levels in infants

In the last few decades, non-pharmacological therapy has been commonly used in the management of postoperative pain with the advantage of minimal side effects. Murottal Al-Quran therapy is a non-pharmacological therapy that can be used to treat pain. The application of non-pharmacological murottal Al-Quran therapy for post-operative pain has not yet been clarified. The aim of this literature is to analyze the effect of Al-Quran murottal therapy on patients with post-operative pain. The method used applies the Literature review method. Articles related to the effectiveness of Al-Quran murottal therapy in post-operative pain patients were summarized from the Science Direct and Google Scholar databases. Article searches were carried out using the PRISMA method with keyword searches: post-operative pain, Al-Quran murottal therapy, post and pre-intervention pain scale, and pain scale reduction. As a result of a total of 7 articles identified, women constituted the majority of respondents with an age range of 40-45 years and more than 60 years. The results of the review summarize 1 article using the Al-Kahf letter and 2 articles using the Ar-Rahman letter as a non-pharmacological intervention. Most articles explain that the intervention is implemented for 15 minutes using audio recording media. The Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) is used as a pain scale assessment method. All articles show a decrease in the postoperative pain scale after intervention (NRS pre-post intervention <0.05). In conclusion, Al-Quran murottal therapy is very effective as a non-pharmacological therapy in efforts to reduce the pain scale in post-operative patients.

The new normal era brings people new habits, one of which is wearing masks. The particulate respirator N95 mask (N95 mask) is the mask with the highest filtration, but there are some complaints regarding its use, one of which is difficulty breathing. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of using an N95 mask on oxygen saturation (SpO2), respiratory rate (RR) and pulse rate (PR). This study uses a convenience sampling technique with a sample size of 60 respondents. The research design used was a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre and post-test design. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test with p <0.0001, which means that there are differences in the results of SpO2, RR, and PR before and after using the N95 mask. Suggestions for health workers and policymakers in Indonesia to be able to apply the maximum hours of using N95 masks so that health workers avoid illness, disability, or discomfort which can maintain optimal performance.

Conversely, the proportion of individuals with prediabetes is 2-4 times higher than those with diabetes. Physical activity has been identified as a preventive measure for prediabetes. Several studies have demonstrated the significant impact of physical activity on glycemic control. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of different physical activities on glycemic control in prediabetic clients residing in Semarang municipality. A randomized control trials with a pretest-posttest design was conducted on 60 prediabetic clients using different treatments, including healthy/slow walking, brisk walking, and a combination of both slow and brisk walking. The data of the study were analyzed using univariate, and bivariate analysis using repeated ANOVA. All statistical analyses were carried out using SPSS version 22. The average level of glycemic control before intervention in the healthy walking group was 5.57%, which decreased to 5.46% after intervention. The combination group decreased from 5.93% to 5.78%, and the slowly walking group decreased from 5.74% to 5.71%. However, there was no significant effect of slowly walking on glycemic control (HbA1c levels). In contrast, brisk walking and the combination of slow walking and brisk walking had a significant effect on glycemic control (p<0.05).
