Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh Anita Khairani dengan judul “Pengaruh Diskon Dan Live Streaming Shopee Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah STAIN Mandailing Natal)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh diskon dan live streaming shopee terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah STAIN Mandailing Natal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah angkatan 2022 hingga 2024, dengan sampel 147 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah angkatan 2022-2024. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diskon dan live streaming secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Diskon memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan fitur live streaning karena lebih praktis dan cepat dimanfaatkan oleh konsumen. Kata Kunci: Diskon, Live Streaming, dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari penguatan kearifan lokal sebagai strategi pengelolaan PTS Al-Washliyah menghadapi era digitalisdasi dan internnasionalisasi karena situasi dan kondisi kekinian tidak dapar dipungkiri harus dihdadapi seiring kemjuan ilmu pengtahuan dan teknolodi serta peradaban. Medode penelitian yang digunakam adalah kualitatif berbasis lapangan dan literatur. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan kearifan lokal: humanis, mandiri dan Islami merupakan pilihan tepat sebagai strategi pengelolaan PTS Al-Washliyah menghadapi era digitalsiasi dan internasinanliasi.

Abstract

This study reexamines Islamic economic thought on savings and investment in the digital age by combining classical principles and modern financial innovations. Using a qualitative method based on literature review, this study highlights the relevance of the thoughts of Ibn Khaldun, Al-Ghazali, and Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr to contemporary Islamic finance practices. The research findings show that reactualizing investment and savings in the Islamic economy in the digital era requires the integration of sharia ethics, sharia financial literacy, and a sustainability orientation. The thoughts of Ibn Khaldun, Al-Ghazali, and Baqir al-Sadr emphasize the importance of fair and speculation-free wealth circulation. Although the development of sharia fintech and digital instruments has increased financial inclusion, challenges such as low literacy, cybersecurity risks, and the potential for deviation from fatwas remain significant. Therefore, reactualizing sharia values through education and strengthening regulations is key to building an ethical, inclusive, and sustainable digital financial ecosystem.

Abstract

Businesses must use digital marketing as a strategic tool to address customers' increasingly digital behavior when doing transactions and searching for information. This study's main goal is to analyze live streaming and affiliate marketing strategies that influence consumers' decisions to purchase Muslim fashion items on TikTok, East Java. The purpose of this is to increase knowledge about how these strategies affect the decision to buy on social media platforms. In addition, it is anticipated that this research will help businesses develop more competitive and appropriate marketing strategies for this competitive digital platform. The research methodology in this study is quantitative and uses purposive sample collection from respondents who use Tiktok in Jawa Timur. Data is collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and SPSS software is used to analyze Berganda regressions. The results of the uji indicate that live streaming has a positive significant impact on sales, with a thitung value of 5,488 that is higher than the ttabel value of 1,985; affiliate marketing has a negative significant impact on sales, with a thitung value of 5,031 that is lower than the ttabel value of 1,985; and both of them have a simultaneous (joint) impact on sales with an Fhitung value of 19,574.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the Modified Dimensions of E-Service Quality including Efficiency, Reliability, Responsiveness, Fulfillment, and Privacy influence E-Satisfaction and E-Loyalty, both directly and indirectly, among LinkAja application users in Medan, Indonesia. The research uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained from 100 respondents who are active users of the LinkAja e-wallet application. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that all five dimensions of E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on E-Satisfaction and E-Loyalty, both directly and indirectly through E-Satisfaction as a mediating variable. These findings indicate that user satisfaction plays a crucial role in fostering user loyalty toward digital payment applications. Therefore, improving efficiency, system reliability, service responsiveness, and user data privacy is essential to enhance overall user experience and strengthen customer loyalty to LinkAja.

Abstract

The Islamic financial system prioritizes the principles of justice and partnership through the implementation of profit-sharing contracts, such as mudharabah and musyarakah. However, in Islamic banking practices in Indonesia, the use of these two contracts is very minimal and continues to decline. Islamic financial institutions often face a dilemma between maintaining sharia ideals and meeting business targets such as profitability, efficiency, and portfolio growth. This tension has led to the dominant use of non-partnership contracts such as murabahah, which are safer in terms of risk but less reflective of the spirit of sharia. This article aims to examine the roots of this dilemma using a qualitative-descriptive approach through a literature review and a case study of Islamic banking practices at Bank Sumut Syariah. The results of the study indicate that this dilemma is triggered by internal factors such as high profit-sharing contract risks, the risk between projections and realization, and harsh collectibility, as well as external factors such as regulations, customer literacy, and market pressures. Namun, dalam praktik perbankan syariah di Indonesia, penggunaan kedua akad ini sangat minim dan terus mengalami penurunan. lembaga keuangan syariah kerap dihadapkan pada dilema antara menjaga idealisme syariah dan memenuhi target-target bisnis seperti profitabilitas, efisiensi, dan pertumbuhan portofolio. Ketegangan ini menyebabkan dominasi penggunaan akad-akad non-kemitraan seperti murabahah, yang lebih aman secara risiko namun kurang mencerminkan semangat syariah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji akar dilema tersebut dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif melalui studi pustaka dan telaah praktik perbankan syariah studi kasus pada Bank Sumut Syariah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dilema ini dipicu oleh faktor internal seperti risiko akad bagi hasil yang tinggi, resiko antara poyeksi dan realisasi, dan kolektabilitas yang kejam, serta faktor eksternal seperti regulasi, literasi nasabah, dan tekanan pasar. Diperlukan inovasi model bisnis, penguatan regulasi, serta revitalisasi peran pengawasan syariah untuk menjembatani jurang antara idealisme dan kenyataan operasional bank syariah.Kata Kunci: akad bagi hasil, mudharabah, musyarakah, bank syariah, risiko, pembiayaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pemikiran Seyyed Hossein Nasr mengenai etika lingkungan dan relevansinya bagi pembangunan ekonomi hijau dalam perspektif Islam. Sebagai tokoh mazhab Perennial dan filsafat Islam kontemporer, Nasr menegaskan pentingnya mengembalikan kesakralan alam (sacred nature) melalui kosmologi tauhid, konsep manusia sebagai khalifah dan pemegang amanah, serta kritik terhadap saintisme dan reduksionisme modern yang memicu krisis ekologis. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dan analisis hermeneutik-konseptual terhadap karya-karya Nasr dan literatur terkait ekoteologi Islam dan keuangan/ekonomi syariah berkelanjutan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan: (1) etika lingkungan Islam berbasis tauhid, mizan (keseimbangan), ‘adl (keadilan), dan larangan israf (ekses) menyediakan prinsip normatif untuk tata kelola sumber daya; (2) ekonomi hijau dalam Islam perlu ditopang oleh maqasid al-syari‘ah yang menegaskan kemaslahatan lintas generasi; (3) instrumen kelembagaan seperti zakat lingkungan, wakaf hijau, hisbah, dan sukuk hijau dapat mengoperasionalkan nilai etis ke dalam kebijakan; (4) agenda operasional meliputi standar ESG syariah, rantai pasok halal sirkular, dan pengukuran dampak. Artikel ini menawarkan kerangka sintesis “Sacred-Value Green Economy” untuk mengintegrasikan spiritualitas, etika, dan instrumen ekonomi hijau berbasis syariah.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the determinants of customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia at Medan State Polytechnic. The independent variables in this study include system quality, features, service quality and sharia compliance and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, with stratified random sampling technique. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to Polmed academics who use BYOND by BSI. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, Pearson correlation test, t test, F test, determination test and Classical Assumption test and data processing using SPSS 26. The results showed that the System Quality Variable partially had a strong and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia at Medan State Polytechnic and the Service Quality Variable partially had a strong and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia at Medan State Polytechnic while the Feature Variable partially had no significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia at Medan State Polytechnic and the Sharia Compliance Variable partially had no significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia at Medan State Polytechnic. The variables of System Quality, Features, Service Quality and Sharia Compliance of the BYOND by BSI Application simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia at the Medan State Polytechnic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of economic growth and poverty rate on outstanding zakat in Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach using panel data collected from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) covering the period from 2010 to 2024. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of EViews software. The results reveal that the poverty rate has a negative and significant effect on outstanding zakat in Indonesia, while economic growth shows no significant influence. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.4896 indicates that nearly half of the variation in outstanding zakat can be explained by changes in the poverty rate. Simultaneously, the F-test results indicate that the overall model is significant (F-statistic = 12.73; Prob(F) = 0.000154 < 0.05). However, the partial test shows that only the poverty rate variable is statistically significant (p = 0.0001), whereas economic growth is not significant (p = 0.3932). The poverty rate coefficient is negative (-3.09E+11), implying that a decrease in poverty tends to increase outstanding zakat. Meanwhile, economic growth does not exhibit a significant relationship, suggesting that GDP growth does not automatically lead to an increase in zakat disbursement. The negative relationship indicates that as poverty decreases, outstanding zakat rises; conversely, when poverty increases, zakat funds are distributed more quickly to the mustahiq (beneficiaries), resulting in a lower remaining zakat balance. In other words, these findings reflect a responsive and linear zakat distribution mechanism aligned with the socioeconomic conditions of society.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting regional economic development, including in the advancement of halal tourism in Aceh. Banda Aceh, as the center of economic and religious tourism activities, holds great potential to become a model of a halal tourism city based on Islamic values. However, this potential has not been fully optimized due to various challenges in strengthening the capacity and halal certification of MSME actors. This study aims to analyze the development strategies of MSMEs in supporting the halal tourism sector in Banda Aceh City. The research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. Data were collected through interviews with several relevant parties, including MSME actors in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar, the Aceh Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs, the LPPOM-MPU Aceh, and the Aceh Department of Culture and Tourism. Secondary data were obtained through library research from various literature sources, media, and academic journals. The results indicate that strengthening the halal tourism sector largely depends on the active role of MSMEs in providing high-quality halal products. The strategies that need to be implemented include enhancing halal literacy and education, accelerating the halal certification process, establishing institutional synergy, expanding market access and product digitalization, and facilitating access to Sharia-based financing. The implementation of these strategies is expected to position Banda Aceh as a leading halal tourism destination while strengthening the community's economy based on Islamic principles.
