Abstract

Keamanan suatu data rahasia sangat penting untuk dijaga. Apalagi dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi. Kriptografi merupakan cabang ilmu yang berperan dalam keamanan dan kerahasiaan suatu data. Untuk mengamankan data tersebut dalam dilakukan penerapan ilmu kriptografi yang bertujuan untuk mengubah data asli (plaintext) menjadi data terenkripsi (ciphertext), Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan referensi tentang bagaimana cara kerja algoritma One Time Pad dalam mengamankan data untuk ekstensi file. Dan juga bagaimana cara kerja algoritma Elliptic Curve Cryptography dalam mengamankan data menggunakan kunci publik. Pembahasan ini akan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengenkripsi ekstensi file.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to optimize the Bantuan Dana Desa Geographic Information System in Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra province using a document-based cloud database or abbreviated as NoSQL. The geographic information system for Bantuan Dana Desa that is designed to store large amounts of data and continues to grow each year as long as the policy on Bantuan Dana Desa continues, a high-performance database is needed to support this system to run well. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) through the stages of Information Collection, System Design, System Validation, System Improvement and System Production. The results of this study concluded that the use of document-based cloud databases can optimize geographic information systems with large data, document-based databases have high flexibility, scalability and performance compared to other relational databases

Abstract

His research is a field study that is kaulitatif in which the data and information are obtained and collected through direct studies of improving the quality of teaching staff through internationally reputed scientific work carried out in the science and technology faculty of the Sumatra State Islamic University of Medan (UINSU). Techniques used in data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research found by researchers in the field are that there are still educators who have never published scientific work with international or national reputation. To improve the quality of teaching staff, one of the trainings was provided by researchers to help motivate them to write scientific works. . In the training to improve the quality of educators of internationally reputed scientific works, present speakers or experts who are well aware of scientific work. This research also proves that the competence of the teaching staff in improving the quality of scientific work is very low and has not taken significant results. One way to improve the quality of experts in the publication of internationally reputed scientific work, namely by the existence of workshops on scientific writing must be consistent in the writing of scientific works both internationally and nationally.

Abstract

Students in grades 4-5 Elementary School Al-Ikhlas need an Android-based application to find the meaning of the Qur'anic verses to help and make it easier for students to find the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an and do the tasks given by Islamic Religion Teachers. Making the application's search for meaning verses of Qur'an using methods matching string (string matching) that is implemented in the search process said. String matching will perform the search process for a string or several strings found in a text or string. The algorithm used in string matching is berry ravindran, this algorithm has 2 phases, namely the preprocessing phase and the search phase. The phase preprocessing serves to create a shift value that will be used in the search phase. The value of the search phase is obtained from the rules of the algorithm. The Algorithm is berry ravindran implemented to perform analysis string matching in the application of finding the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an. This application to search for the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an can search for the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an by using voice, it is hoped that this voice search feature can facilitate the search for the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an. Speech recognition is implemented using one of the Google Cloud Platforms, namely the Google Speech API to detect spoken words when searching, so that it can make it easier for users to search for the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an. It is hoped that this application can be used as a source of knowledge and useful for grade 4-5 students at Elementary School Al-Ikhlas so that they are more diligent in reading the Qur'an and finding out the meaning of the verse, in order to guide them to the right path to the path that is pleasing to Allah.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dibangun untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pada Kabupaten Padang Lawas Provinsi Sumatera Utaradalam menentukan prioritas perbaikan jalan. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan suatu sistem yang mengevaluasi beberapa pilihan yang berbeda dan membantu perusahaan dalam memberikan keputusan terhadap masalah dalam menentukan prioritas perbaikan jalan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Vikor yang merupakan salah satu yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan multikriteria. Manfaat dari penelitian ini yakni memberikan penilaian alternatif yang lebih efektif dan efisien guna mempermudah pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan prioritas perbaikan jalan. Input yang diminta dari pengguna adalah kriteria-kriteria penilaian dan hasil yang diberikan sistem adalah rekomendasi perbaikan jalan berdasarkan urutan prioritas nilai alternatif yang paling tinggi.

Abstract

The choice of shuttlecock is very important in playing badminton. In determining the shuttlecock to play badminton generally only involves reasoning skills or choosing randomly. Determination of shutllecock recommendations is considered important because through this activity the quality of each brand can be known. The method used in the shuttlecock selection decision support system is using the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods which aim to compare SAW and AHP. The criteria used are feather material, cork material, speed, level of usage, and price. The decision support system is designed with the PHP programming language and MySQL database to test and determine the ranking of several available alternatives. Then the results obtained from the assessment using the SAW method as the main priority of Yonex Shuttlecock Aerosena 50 (code: S3) as the best shuttlecock, while with the AHP method the main priority was Shuttlecock Victore Master Ace (code: S13) as the best shuttlecock. The ranking of each method will be used as a consideration for badminton players in choosing the appropriate shuttlecock for use

Abstract

Currently, information technology is an important part for companies to meet their needs and support the achievement of the company's strategic plans. Providing competitive advantages, increasing effectiveness, time and reducing expenses is the role of information technology that is very vital in today's business area, as well as CV Batara Jaya Transportasi, which has prioritized information technology in daily activities. By examining information technology governance using the COBIT 5 framework in a company, it can be seen whether the company has met the indicator requirements. In this study, an audit of the governance framework and maintenance was conducted at CV. Batara Jaya Transportasi (YoJol) to find out the ability indicators and the results have been obtained by using a questionnaire distributed to the company. In this study, it was found that CV. Batara Jaya Transportasi (YoJol) has achieved the results expected.

Abstract

Research has been carried out that aims (i) to design a feeding system and water pH regulation in catfish farming automatically, (ii) to assemble and build a control circuit with existing electronic components and sensors, (iii) to apply the IoT system to pH controller made to be controlled remotely. The tool is designed to control the pH of the water by means of circulation and for measuring the pH of the water in the catfish pond, it is carried out periodically using a pH sensor of type PH4502C. The system uses the RTC DS1307 digital clock module to determine the feeding schedule. Smartphone communication with control circuits uses internet media for data transfer and commands. Regulates feeding in catfish ponds and integrates with smartphones. The design of the feeding system and pH regulation in catfish farming automatically, the tool can provide feed and regulate the pH of the water automatically according to a schedule that has been set with the program that has been made. The circuit is assembled and built into the chassis by installing all electronic components and sensors on the PCB. Such as the process of automation of feeding using a servo motor, to measure the pH of the water using a pH sensor and setting the pH of the water using a water pump. By using the RTC as a digital clock to provide time information on the microcontroller so that the program can run according to what has been made. The application of the IoT system to the pH controller and feeding device that is made is controlled remotely. This tool is able to send information and commands from two directions using an adapter device from Wifi, namely the MCU Node. The MCU node is set to be related to the Wifi hotspot and connectivity with the Blynk server on the smartphone. Menu settings are made according to the required display, namely the pH display, buttons to activate and deactivate the water pump, feeding, and notifications if there is a change in the pH of the water or if the pH of the water is unstable

Abstract

Dalam penggunaan bandwith pada Lia Warnet belum diterapkan secara optimal oleh pengguna sehingga sering dijumpai pengguna yang mengalami ketidak puasan terhadap Lia Warnet karna koneksi internet yang lambat Sehingga perlu diterapkannya management bandwith  dengan menggunakan metode HTB (Hirarchical Token Bucket) agar dapat memaksimalkan bandwith yang dipakai. Penggunaan HTB  dalam dual limitation CIR (CommittedInformation Rate) dan MIR (Maximum Information Rate) dapat dikombinasikan dengan parameter priority sehingga QOS (Quality of Server) pada management bandwith lebih kompex.   Bedasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan setiap paket memperoleh Lim-At yang telah ditentukan dan dapat melebihi Lim-At tersebut selama tidak melebihi Max-Lim yang telah ditentukan dari parent dengan catatan selama traffic paket tidak penuh. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi Winbox yang  telah disediakan oleh Mikrotik pengguna dapat mengatur paket data yang akan diberikan Bandwith lebih dengan penandaan jenis paket menggunakan Priority, semakin kecil angka dari Priority tersebut maka semakin besar bandwith yang akan diberikan
