Abstrak: Islam memandang umat manusia sebagai satu keluarga oleh karena itu, manusia sama derajatnyadi hadapan Allah, kecuali yang membedakan antara manusia hanya ketaqwaan kepada Allah semata.Dalam kekeluargaan dan kebersamaan harus ada kerja sama dan tolong menolong, konsep persaudaraandan perlakuan sama terhadap seluruh anggota masyarakat di muka hukum tidaklah mempunyai artikalau tidak disertai dengan keadilan ekonomi, dengan begitu dimungkinkan setiap orang akan memilikihak yang sama atas sumbangan terhadap masyarakat. Wakaf telah mengakar dan telah menjadi tradisiumat Islam di seluruh dunia. Wakaf telah dikenal oleh masyarakat sejak Agama Islam masuk ke Indonesia.Tetapi nampaknya permasalahan wakaf masih muncul dalam masyarakat sampai sekarang, karenawakaf ditangani oleh umat Islam secara pribadi, tidak ada campur tangan dari pihak pemerintah. AlihFungsi Harta Wakaf dalam fiqhSyâfi’iyyah dapat dilakukan selama tidak berubah bentuk aslinya dantidak berubah kenama lain dari harta wakaf tersebut. Harta wakaf yang telah dialihkan itu harus menjadiharta yang lebih strategis, produktif dan terbedayakan untuk kepentingan Agama dan umat Islam. Sedangkandalam UU No. 41 Tahun 2004 harta benda wakaf yang sudah diwakafkan dilarang; dijadikan jaminan;disita; dihibahkan; dijual; diwariskan; ditukar; atau dialihkan dalam bentuk hak lainnya kecuali apabilaharta benda wakaf yang telah diwakafkan digunakan untuk kepentingan umum sesuai dengan RUTRdan tidak bertentangan dengan syari’ah dan hanya dapat dilakukan setelah memperoleh izin tertulis dariMenteri atas persetujuan Badan Wakaf Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Alih Fungdi Harta Wakaf

Abstrak: The purpose of this study is to determine the involvement of teachers Akidah Akhlak inthe development of student personality, the program applied teachers Akidah Akhlak in the developmentof student personality, the forms of activities that teachers do Akhlak Akhlak in guidancepersonality students, constraints faced by teachers Akidah Akhlak in the development of studentpersonality , And know the efforts of teachers Akidah Akhlak overcome the barrier of studentpersonality development in MTs Amal Shaleh Medan Tuntungan.This research is using qualitativeresearch methods in order to reveal in depth data and facts about the implementation of learningAkidah Akhlak in coaching student personality in MTs Swasta Amal Shaleh Medan Tuntungan.Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and document review. Then the data isanalyzed by data reduction step, data exposure, and conclusion. In this case the data is checkedwith techniques of credibility, dependability, komfirmabilitas, and transferability. The result ofthis research are (1) Involvement of Akidah Akhlak teacher in the development of student personalityin MTs Amal Shaleh Medan Tuntungan that is teacher as mentor or guidance to students, forexample or role model, and teacher as motivator for students in madrasah. (2) The teacher’seffort in the development of student personality in MTs Swasta Amal Shaleh Medan Tuntungan isby instilling the values of the faith to the students, guiding the students to implement the practiceof religion, familiarizing the behavior of religious worship practice, and supervising the studentsbehavior. (3) The form of student coaching personality control activities conducted at MTs SwastaAmal Shaleh Medan Tuntungan is to foster student behavior toward God. Foster student perilkauagainst fellow human beings, and foster behavior towards the environment. (4) Obstacles faced indeveloping student personality are the lack of awareness of students to implement the behavior ofreligious teachings and bad environmental influences cause students not to practice religion. (5)Overcoming obstacles is to give understanding to students that a good personality, invites to allparents to pay attention to students at home.

ABSTRAK: The purpose of the research is to determine the procedure, strategies, methods, evaluations,media and the obstacles of application of the Islamic religious teaching for the special educationneed students, particularly the retarded ones, at the state school of the special education needstudents namely SMPLB PTP Sumatera Utara. Their inability to proceed the lesson, resulting fromtheir below average intellectual capacity, has become an attention. Therefore, they need to have adifferent approach compared with the normal ones.The research implements a qualitative descriptive analysis. The resources of the research are theteacher of the Islamic subject, the administration staff and the parents while the data collectiontechnique is done through observation, interview and the document review. Using Miles’ and Huberman’squalitative data analysis interactive model, the data analysis technique conducted simultaneouslywith the process of data collection. It covers the reduction of the data, the display of the data and thedrawing of the conclusion or verification.The findings of the study or research are six: (1) The procedure of the Islamic religion teaching ( PAI) isdone by materialpreparation, presentation of prayer material, connecting material with daily life, summarizingthe material, and applying prayer in the daily life of the students. (2) Learning strategy of PAI is expositoryand contextual strategy on cognitive aspect, VCT strategy (value clarification technique) on affectiveaspect, and direct learning strategy on psychomotor aspect. (3) PAI learning method is lecture method,question-answer method, method of demonstration and exemplary method. (4) The media of PAIlearning is the praying equipment, namely sarong (sheath), the veil, and prayer mats. (5) The evaluationof PAI learning is by test and non-test techniques. The test technique is written test and oral test. Whilenontes technique that is with observation. (6) The learning obstacles of PAI are the limitations ofstudents in remembering the lesson, the limited ability of students’ language, the lack of discipline ofstudents in the school entrance, and the absence of companion teachers.Kata kunci: Strategi pembelajaran, Pendidikan Agama Islam, siswa tunagrahita.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis secara kritis isyarat-isyarat dalamayat-ayat surah al-Hijr ayat 26-44 yang berbicara dan memiliki relevansi dengan nilai-nilai pendidikanakidah dan nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; a) Mendeskripsikannilai-nilai pendidikan akidahdan nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam surah al-Hijr ayat 26-44, b) Mendeskripsikannilai-nilai pendidikan akidah yang dapat dipahami dalam surah al-Hijr ayat 26-44, c) Mendeskripsikanimplikasi nilai-nilai pendidikan akidah dan nilai-nilai pendididikan akhlak dalam surah al-Hijr ayat 26-44dalam pendikan Islam kontemporer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan atau penelitian nonlapangan(library research). Teknik analisi data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis isi (content analysis).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; nilai-nilai pendidikan akidah dan nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlakdalam surah Al-Hijr ayat 26-44, secara umum mengacu kepada memperbaiki akidah (memurnikan akidah),Memperbaiki akhlak. Memperbaiki norma-norma berdasarkan akidah dan akhlak. Kesimpulan ini dirangkumberdasarkan interpretasi terhadap Q.S. al-Hijr/14: 26-44. Adapun nilai-nilai pendidikan akidah dalam surahal-Hijri ayat 26-44 ini, yaitu: a. Nilai beriman kepada Allah b. Nilai beriman kepada hari berbangkit dan harikiamat, c. Nilai beriman kepada malaikat. Adapun nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak, yaitu: a. larangan bersifatsombong. d. Anjuran bertakwa , e. Anjuran bersifat tawadu, f. Anjuran untuk menjauhi maksiat.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan dan Alqur’an

Abstrak: The problems that emerged in this study is the lack of teachers mastering competencies such aspedagogic competence. The purpose of this study to determine the implementation of pedagogic competencein realizing learning strategies and some basic competencies that must be controlled by an educator.This research method using qualitative research and approach used descriptive method, that is describeand analyze the implementation of teacher supervise in improving pedagogic competence in realizingstrategy of learning teacher of PAI. The approach used in qualitative research. Where the data collected ispoured in the form of a description.Permasalahan yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya guru menguasai kompetensikompetensidiantaranya kompetensi pedagogik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaankompetensi pedagogik dalam mewujudkan strategi pembelajaran dan beberapa kompetensi dasaryang harus dikuasi oleh seorang pendidik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatifdan pendekatan yang digunakan metode deskriktif, yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaansupervise pengajar dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dalam mewujudkan strategi pembelajaranguru PAI. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif. Di mana data-data yang dikumpulkandituangkan dalam bentuk uraian.Kata Kunci: Kopetensi Pedagogik, Strategi Pembelajaran

Abstract: The aims of this research are to analyze in depth about the values of multicultural educationthrough the interpretation of al-Maraghi Qur’an. 1. How is the interpretation of the multicultural versesaccording to Mustafa al-Maraghi ?, 2. What are the values of multicultural education in the Qur’anaccording to Mustafa al-Maraghi’s perspective in the interpretation of al-Maraghi ?, 3. What is the relevancesof multicultural education values contained in the Qur’an with the conditions of modern societytoday? This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research that is library (Library Research).The data collection was carried out by reviewing the document, namely the interpretation of al-Maraghi.The interpretation of this interpretation uses theMaudhu’I interpretation method. Data analysis techniquesinclude content analysis (Content Anlysis) and critical analysis. The results of this research showedthat: the values of multicultural education include 1) Value of Tolerance, 2) Value of Democracy / Freedom,3) Value of Equality / Equality, 4) Value of Justice. The four values are seen from the aspect of theQur’an found in Q.S. al-Hujurat: 13, Q.S. al-Baqarah verses 213 and 256, Q.S. Nisa verses 1 and 58, andQ.S. al-kafirun: 1-6. According to the researchers’ analysis of the interpretation of al-Maraghi, one of thetriggers of chaos that occurs in social interaction is the attitude of mocking others, so tolerance and mutualhelp are needed in order to be able to live in harmony and humanity.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan multikulturalmelalui tafsir Alquran al-Maraghi. 1. Bagaimana penafsiran ayat-ayat Multikultural menurut Mustahafa al-Maraghi?, 2. Apa sajakah nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam Alquran menurut perspektif Musthafa al-Maraghi dalam tafsir al-Maraghi?, 3. Apa relevansi nilai-ilai pendidikan multikultural yang terdapat dalamAlquran dengan kondisi masyarakat modern saat ini?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatifdengan jenis penelitian yang bersifat kepustakaan (Library Research). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengantelaah dokumen yaitu tafsir al-Maraghi. Penafsiran pada tafsir ini menggunakan metode tafsirTahlili. Teknikanalisis data meliputi analisis isi (Content Anlysis) dan analisis kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural tersebut antara lain;1) Nilai Toleransi, 2) Nilai Demokrasi/Kebebasan, 3)Nilai Persamaan/Kesetaraan, 4) Nilai Keadilan. Adapun keempat nilai tersebut dilihat dari aspek Alquranterdapat pada Q.S. al-Hujurat:13, Q.S. al-Baqarah ayat 213 dan 256, Q.S. an-Nisa ayat 1 dan 58, dan Q.S.al-kafirun: 1-6. Menurut analisis peneliti terhadap tafsir al-Maraghi, salah satu pemicu kekisruhan yangterjadi dalam interaksi sosial adalah sikap mengolok-olok terhadap orang lain, maka sangat dibutuhkansikap toleransi dan saling tolong menolong secara adil agar mampu hidup dengan rukun dan humanis.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Multikultural dan Tafsir al-Maraghi

Abstract:This objective of this research to describe the implementation of Islamic counseling services atMadrasah Tsanawiyah Laboratory of UIN SU Medan, with details to describe how the implementation ofIslamic counseling services, what problems have solved through Islamic counseling services and any obstaclesthat occur in implementing Islamic counseling services at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Laboratory ofUIN SU Medan. The research method is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the implementationof Islamic counseling services at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Laboratory of UIN SU Medan run well,effectively and give a positive impact on student development. How to implement Islamic counselingguidance services at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Laboratory of UIN SU Medan through several stages ofproblem identification, identification of causes of problems, calling students for guidance and monitoringstudent progress. In addition, Islamic counseling services in applied with three approach that is namelyapproaches advice, bilhikmah and warning. In the implementation also applied three techniques of spiritualexercise techniques, establishing affection and reflection alqudwah alhasanah. Some of the problemsthat have solved through Islamic counseling are like a gentle greeting, not going to school without a clearexplanation, not dressing according to school rules, pulling out of school, and fighting. Obstacles that occurin the implementation of Islamic counseling in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Laboratory of UIN SU Medan thatis inadequate madrasah facilities such as lack of prayer equipment also alqur’an. However, these limitationscan still be handled by encouraging students to bring their prayers and alqur’an equipment.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsikan implementasi layanan konseling Islami di Madrasah TsanawiyahLaboratorium UIN SU Medan, dengan perincian untuk mendeskrpsikan bagaiamana pelaksanaan layanankonseling Islami, masalah-masalah apa saja yang di tuntaskan melalui layanan konseling Islami sertahambatan apa saja yang terjadi dalam melaksanakan layanan konseling Islami di Madrasah TsanawiyahLaboratorium UIN SU Medan. Adapun metode penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa implementasi layanan konseling Islami di Madrasah Tsanawiyah LaboratoriumUIN SU Medan berjalan dengan baik, efektif dan memberikan dampak yang positif pada perkembangansiswa. Cara implementasi layanan bimbingan konseling Islami di Madrasah Tsanawiyah LaboratoriumUIN SU Medan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu identifikasi masalah, identifikasi penyebab masalah, pemanggilansiswa untuk di bimbing serta memantau perkembangan siswa. Selain itu layanan konseling Islami diterapkan dengan tiga pendektan yaitu pendekatan nasehat, bilhikmah dan peringatan. Dalam pelaksanaannyajuga menerapkan tiga teknik yaitu teknik latihan spritual, menjalin kasih sayang dan cerminan alqudwah alhasanah. Beberapa masalah yang di tuntaskan melalui konseling Islami ialah seperti tutur sapa yangtidak santun, tidak masuk sekolah tanpa keterangan jelas, tidak berpakaian sesuai dengan peraturansekolah, cabut dari sekolah, dan berkelahi. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam implementasi konseling Islamidi Madrasah Tsanawiyah Laboratorium UIN SU Medan yaitu fasilitas madrasah yang kurang memadaiseperti kurangnya perlengkapan shalat juga alqur’an. Namun keterbatasan tersebut masih bisa ditanganidengan cara menganjurkan siswa untuk membawa peralatan shalat dan alqur’an masing-masing.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, layanan, Konseling Islami.

Abstrak: The implementation of the Islamic educational system that develops today in Islamic countries isthe education system characterized by the dichotomy of science that is the separation between the science ofreligion (‘ulum al-naqliyah) and the general science (‘ulum al-‘aqliyah), Islamic education also in practicestill able to develop all the potential that exists in human beings in a comprehensive manner that can deliverhuman being into a complete human / kamil (perfect), so that with the problems of education can haveimplications for the decline of Islamic education and resulted in the deterioration of the quality of Muslimsin the modern civilization today. The type of this research is literature research, the research approach usedis historical approach (historical) and conceptual analysis approach, data collection instrument by collectingthe literature on the topic studied, tracing the rich figures studied and tracing the work of others relatedto the thinking of the figures studied , Method of data analysis with method of interpretation, induction anddeduction of data source is primary and secondary source.Muhammad Qutub argues that Islamic education is an Islamic education essentially implemented bylooking at all three aspects possessed by human reason, spiritual and physical, by not ignoring one of them sothat by harmonizing the three aspects of human mind, spirit and body, can produce Muslim individual whohave noble character, possess the skills and can be beneficial to himself, his society and his environment. He hasthe view that in Islamic education there is no existing dichotomy of science is the interstation between thescience of religion and general science and this is the human nature given by Allah SWT.Pelaksanaan sistem pendidikan Islam yang berkembang dewasa ini di Negara-negara Islamialah sistem pendidikan yang bercirikan pada dikhotomi ilmu yaitu pemisahan antara ilmuagama (‘ulûmul al-naqliyah) dan ilmu umum (‘ulûm al-aqliyah), pendidikan Islam juga dalamperakteknya belum mampu mengembangkan segala potensi yang ada pada diri manusia secarakomperehensif yang dapat mengantarkan manusia menjadi manusia yang paripurna/kamil(sempurna), sehingga dengan permasalahan tersebut dapat berimplikasi terhadap kemunduranpendidikan Islam dan berakibat menurunnya kualitas umat Islam di kancah peradaban moderndewasa ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, pendekatan penelitianyang digunakan adalah pendekatan historis (sejarah) dan pendekatan analisis konseptual,instrument pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan literature mengenai topik yang diteliti,menelusuri karya tokoh yang diteliti dan menelusuri karya orang lain yang berkaitan dengan3MUHAMMAD AMIRUDDIN: PEMIKIRAN MUHAMMAD QUTUB TENTANG PENDIDIKAN126pemikiran tokoh yang diteliti, metode analisis data dengan metode interpretasi, induksi dandeduksi sumber data ialah sumber primer dan skunder.Muhammad Qutub berpendapat bahwa pendidikan Islam adalah pendidikan yang pada hakikatnyadilaksanakan dengan memandang secara utuh ketiga aspek yang dimiliki oleh manusia, akal,rohani dan jasmani, dengan tidak mengabaikan salah satunya sehingga dengan menselaraskanketiga aspek tersebut dapat menghasilkan individu muslim yang berakhlak mulia, memiliki keterampilandan dapat bermanfaat bagi dirinya, masyarakat dan lingkungannya. Beliau juga memiliki pandanganbahwa dalam pendidikan Islam tidak ada dikhotomi ilmu yang ada adalah adanya intgrasi antarailmu agama dan ilmu umum dan ini merupakan fitrah manusia yang diberikan Allah Swt.Kata Kunci: Sistem pendidikan Islam, Muhammad Qutub.

Abstract:This research aims to determine: (1) Emotion stability contribution toward satisfyingly teacherworking, (2) Self-competition contribution toward satisfyingly teacher working, and (3) Emotion stabilityand Self-competition contribution toward satisfyingly teacher working. This research is Ex-post factoresearch. The location of research is MAN Bener Meriah regency, which is three school’s, they are: MAN1, MAN 2 and MAN 3. The population in this research were 94 students, the method of collecting dataused in a closed questionnaire with Likert scale. The technique of analysis data include: (1) instrumenttest, validity and reliability. (2) Test prerequisites research, consisting of normality, linearity and homogenitytest. (3) The hypothesis test, used analysis simple regression and analysis multi regression of three predictors.The result of this research were: (1) There are positive and significant the effect of Emotion stabilitycontribution toward satisfyingly teacher working of power is 0,530 or 53,0%. (2) There are positive andsignificant the effect of Self-competition contribution toward satisfyingly teacher working of power is 0,664or 66,4%. (3) There are positive and significant the effect of Emotion stability and Self-competition contributiontoward satisfyingly teacher working with the influence of power is 0,749 atau 74,9%.Kata Kunci: Emosi, Stabilitas dan Kepuasan
