Abstract

Islamic education management is a system used to organize and provide learning-teaching processes based on the principles of Islamic religion. The study of Islamic education management aims to improve students' understanding of the management of education in institutions in particular in education and society as a whole. The purpose of this research is to discern about the development of Islamic education management in particular in the Bina Insan IT High School. This research method uses a qualitative method with data collection through a direct interview with the head of the school. In conclusion, Islamic education needs to adapt technology wisely, adapt to the challenges of globalization, and strengthen the holistic aspect of education. The development of an effective Islamic educational institution requires good management, involving proper planning, organization, guidance, and control. Leaders of Islamic education must be able to adapt to change and keep up with technological and scientific developments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of school/madrasah culture in improving the quality of education based on the 2020 Education Unit Accreditation Instrument (IASP) at MAN 1 Bandung. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of school/madrasah culture at MAN 1 Bandung has made a positive contribution in improving the quality of education, in accordance with the standards set by IASP in 2020. Factors such as strong leadership, active participation of all related parties, and human resource development are the keys to success in the implementation of school/madrasah culture.

Abstract

The concept of MBM provides quite ideal direction to Islamic educational institutions called madrasas. Because with MBM madrasah can manage all existing madrasah management, both finance, persoanalia, infrastructure, class and public relations. With MBM madrasah can advance in quality according to the goals set by each madrasah, of course, these goals are above the standard goals set by the Ministry of Agriculture, as the ministry responsible for the success of madrasah education. Thus, when MBM can run effectively in each madrasah, madrasah competition to achieve quality goals is very possible, commanded by a strong and professional madrasah head.

Abstract

AbstractThe various challenges faced by humanity today highlight the need to view religion as a holistic source of solutions. Beyond merely a symbol of virtue, religion also provides an effective conceptual framework for addressing the myriad complex issues we encounter. In this context, there is a call to transcend the understanding of religion limited to normative theological frameworks and to incorporate alternative approaches, including sociological ones, capable of providing practical answers to emerging challenges. The presence of sociological approaches becomes increasingly urgent as they offer a more open perspective on religious teachings relevant to the social contexts we face. Thus, these approaches open the door to a deeper understanding of religion, not only as a spiritual guide but also as an instrument derived to achieve broader social goals.Keywords: Role of religion, theological approach, sociological approach, social complexity

Abstract

The results of this study indicated that there was a difference in the level of cognitive ability of children in recognizing number symbols in Group B, aged 5-6 years, at TK Pelangi Medan, where learning activities were conducted using number roulette media. The children were given 2 treatment periods using the number roulette media and 2 treatment periods without using the roulette media. In the first period (X1O1), children who received treatment scored an average of 9.43, which falls into the fairly good category. In the second period (X0O2), without treatment using the roulette media, the children scored an average of 6.12, which falls into the less good category. In the third period (X1O3), children who received treatment scored an average of 17.62, which falls into the very good category, and in the fourth period (X0O4), without treatment using the roulette media, the children scored an average of 14.37, which falls into the good category.The data scores indicate that the use of number roulette media has a significant effect on the cognitive ability of children in Group B, aged 5-6 years, at TK Pelangi in recognizing number symbols. This is evidenced by the SPSS output, which shows that the Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000. Since the value 0.000 is less than 0.005, Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant difference in the average learning outcomes before and after treatment. Therefore, it can be said that "there is a significant effect through the use of number roulette media on the cognitive ability of children in recognizing number symbols in Group B, aged 5-6 years, at TK Pelangi Medan during the 2023/2024 academic year

Abstract

Di zaman modern ini pembentukan akhlak anak sangat penting, sedini mungkin penanaman akhlak dilakukan apalagi bagi para remaja yang sedang mencari jati diri, perlu dibekali dengan ilmu-ilmu keislaman. Di sini peneliti tertarik dengan kajian pendidikan agama alternatif TPQ Daarussalam bagi anak-anak sebagai upaya membekali dan membentuk karakter akhlak menjadi lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan bagaimana Pendidikan agama alternatif yaitu berupa pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh pengajian TPQ Daarussalam bagi pembentukan akhlak anak.Untuk mencapai tujuan di atas, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Untuk Teknik analisis data menggunakan triangulasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengajian setelah ashar & maghrib merupakan salah satu pendidikan alternatif berbasis agama yang berperan dalam pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur'an, Aqidah, ibadah, dan akhlak. Proses pembelajaran dilakukan pagi, setelah sholat ashar dan setelah sholat maghrib hingga masuk waktu sholat isya. Pengajian ini bertujuan untuk mendidik anak-anak yang bisa memahami baca tulis al-Qur’an yang ber akhlak al-karimah dan berbudaya Islami (2) Materi yang diajarkan berupa materi tentang membaca Al-Qur'an, Aqidah, fiqih dan akhlak dengan sesekali mengaitkannya dengan tema yang dibutuhkan remaja. Sedangkan penggunaan metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode ceramah, metode keteladanan, metode pembiasaan, metode menghafal dan pemberian motivasi (3) Dampak TPQ Daarussalam sebagai pendidikan agama alternatif memberikan dampak positif bagi anak-anak khususnya dalam membentuk akhlak yang semakin meningkat ke arah yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi warisan ilmiah kuno dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, menyoroti bagaimana tradisi intelektual dari peradaban-peradaban awal berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan pendidikan Islam. Kajian literasi ini mencakup analisis sejarah dan pemikiran yang melibatkan integrasi pengetahuan Yunani, Persia, dan India ke dalam kerangka pendidikan Islam selama Zaman Keemasan Islam (abad ke-8 hingga ke-14 M). Studi ini membahas peran kunci para ilmuwan Muslim seperti Al-Kindi, Al-Farabi, Ibnu Sina, dan Al-Ghazali yang tidak hanya menerjemahkan tetapi juga mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan yang diwariskan dari peradaban sebelumnya. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini meninjau lembaga-lembaga pendidikan seperti Madrasah dan Bayt al-Hikmah (Rumah Kebijaksanaan) yang berfungsi sebagai pusat pembelajaran dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Peran penting pendidikan dalam membentuk pandangan dunia Islam, serta dampaknya terhadap pendidikan modern di dunia Islam, dianalisis dengan detail. Kesimpulannya, warisan ilmiah kuno berperan signifikan dalam membentuk pendidikan Islam, menunjukkan interkoneksi antara budaya dan ilmu pengetahuan yang telah berkontribusi pada perkembangan intelektual umat manusia. Studi ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang sejarah pendidikan Islam dan relevansinya dalam konteks kontemporer.
