Al-Irsyad: The Counseling and Education Journal is scientific journal in education and counseling guidance that managed by The Bimbingan Konseling Islam Majors of Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Faculty of UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Al-Irsyad presents topics about development of counseling guidance profession as a teacher based on the four competence of a teacher. They are pedagogic, personal, social, and professional. Besides that, Al-Irsyad is also emphasize to the integration of islamic values. Al-Irsyad is published two times in a year. There are January-June edition and July-December edition. The first edition of Al-Irsyad was Vol.1, No.1, January-June Edition on 2012, but was not yet have p-ISSN and e-ISSN. Then, in Vol.5, No. 1, January-June Edition on 2015 was published in print with p-ISSN: 2088-8341. Further, Vol. 10, No.1, January-June 2020 Edition on 2020 edition publish OJS with e-ISSN: 2686-2859.

Abstract

Teachers are human resources that educators have an important function in therole agents of change to create a social and cultural changes in society. Al- FattahEducation Foundation Medan as one of the educational institutions to develop themselvesto improve the quality of human resources through activities that lead to the abilitythemselves to mastery of Science Technology (Science and Technology), which remainsgrounded to religious values with Islamic nuance. Each year the Education Foundationof Al-Fattah Medan had a problem with high turnover in teachers. In order for a highturnover rate can be resolved, then the organization Al-Fattah Education FoundationTerrain should establish policies that can make teachers managed to survive in theorganization. The purpose of this paper to determine the income of teachers to analyzethe relationship between turnover, to analyze the influence of organizational culture,leadership style, job satisfaction, compensation, and career on Turnover, and todetermine policies to raise money for a teacher in Al-Fattah Education FoundationMedan. The results obtained from this author suggests that the variable income (salary)consists of a sub-variable amount of salary (X1), Regulation Payroll (X2), and PrecisionTime Payroll (X3) influence Turnover in Education Foundation Al-Fattah Medan eitherpartially or simultaneously. Salary large amount of ability, Regulation Payroll andPayroll Timeliness teacher explains Turnover amounted to 82.4% while the remaining17.6%. Further variables Internal factors Turnover ie sub-variables CulturalOrganization (X1), Leadership Style (X2), job satisfaction (X3), Compensation (X4), andCareer (X5) affects Turnover Master in Education Foundation Al-Fattah Medan eitherpartially or simultaneously. Great ability Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, JobSatisfaction, Compensation, and Careers teacher explains Turnover amounted to 75.4%while the remaining 24.6% is explained by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Turnover, Yayasan Perguruan Al-Fattah Medan, Penghasilan Guru

Abstract

Cultural values embraced by the community basically become capital in building trust among fellow community members. Cultural values are revealed to be regional values, becoming a basic identity for every individual in society. So with the regional values that are the bridge in building community trust. Regional values become the basic values adopted by the local community, so to build community trust can not be separated from the basic values that have been embraced, and the basic values are regional values themselves.Keywords: Regional values, Community trust

Abstract

Psychology is a discipline that aims to understand human behavior. The difference in human behavior in responding to the presence of stimulus has proven that each human being is unique and not the same, and his needs are also different. No human is the same psychologically even though his physical condition looks the same in plain sight. This which affects the ability of humans is also different when faced with the source of the problem that is being faced. Every human being must constantly develop his competence, so as not to experience a mental crisis that can ultimately lead to pathological disorders. Understanding human uniqueness, especially in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities, will help in the smoothness of the counseling process.Keywords: Psychology; Guidance and counseling.

Abstract

Abstrack: The problem in this study is the condition of learning difficulties experienced by students with research subjects of Medan Al-Hidayah Middle School students. This study aims to determine the implementation of the johari window engineering approach in dealing with student learning difficulties in Al-Hidayah Middle School Medan. This study used a qualitative method with the subject of the research counseling guidance teacher and 3 students of Al-Hidayah Medan Middle School. This study gives meaning that through the johari window technique approach can find out how the factors causing learning difficulties are either observed or experienced by students. The conclusion was proven through the results of observations and interviews obtained from 3 students and BK teachers. The result is students can provide an explanation of the level of learning difficulties experienced by students after being given a student approach shows a better attitude towards the approach that has been given by the teacher for guidance and counseling in overcoming student learning difficulties.Keywords: johari window technique, learning difficulties

Abstract

The implementing body extension and food security (BP2KP) Serdang Bedagairegencies a unit supporting the implementation of agricultural extension. Thedevelopment of farmer groups showed no growth both in quantity and quality. Thedecline in the performance of technicians are also seen in some instances the duties andobligations of extension itself as administrative duties. Anailisis of the results showed that44.5% of agricultural extension performance is affected by the workload, communicationskills and work skills, while 55.5% is influenced by other variables outside variablesused in this paper. Variable workload, communication skills, and skills to work togethersignificant effect terahadap peyuluhan performance of agriculture (BP2KP) SerdangBedagai regencies.Keywords: Beban Kerja, Kemampuan Komunikasi, Keterampilan Kerja, KinerjaPenyuluh Pertanian.

Abstract

The idea of tolerance Abdurrahman Wahid is the subject of study in this study, is a reflection on the process of dialogue became a Muslim and a true citizen. This research is a documentary research that uses methods of critical analysis. The main data used in this thesis is related to the theme of the books in question, either written by themselves and others who write about Abdurrahman Wahid. Theoretical base that is used to analyze the theory of tolerance. There are two conclusions derived from the analysis of the data in this study; first, thinking Abdurrahman Wahid of tolerance is more focused on how the attitudes and actions of individuals in interaction in a pluralistic society is religious, he considers that tolerance is a necessity in the life of a cosmopolitan that tolerance should be owned by those who want the order of life be calm, and peaceful because tolerance is respect, this basis begins with the acceptance of pluralism in acting and thinking. Second, the influence of the ideas Abdurrahman Wahid gave a very significant impact on the lives of religion, nation and state, it can be seen from the successes of Abdurrahman Wahid completed several real issue is very sensitive, such as the handling of terrorism cases, the Ahmadiyah case is addressed in a lighter, freedom of the Tionghioa with the launch of Confucian Religion, Religious Pluralism rapidly growing and its influence in the world of practical politics and the state.Keyword: Thought, Abdurrahman Wahid, religious tolerance

It is important for Islamic higher education to minimalize conflict in political event of rector election. Abstract

Counseling guidance is a process of assistance given by BK teachers to students, both individually and in groups to be able to be independent and develop optimally, both in the personal, learning, social and career fields through various types of support services and activities, based on norms which applies to be able to be independent and develop optimally. In the implementation of counseling activities in schools a BK teacher must need to understand correctly and precisely about the basic concept of conducting BK in schools, so that the implementation of BK in schools is in accordance with existing scholarship. Abstract

Lifestyle actually reflects the class consciousness of certain groups of people including adolescents, in the form of a class ideology. In other words, lifestyle is actually a disclosure of social and cultural meaning. In this case, the visual style is an inseparable joy of lifestyle. It is said that in the era of information globalization where adolescents become the most promising market targets, the visual style plays a major role in shaping their lifestyle. Lifestyle becomes' everything 'and' everything is lifestyle, even style is more important than 'morality'. Cyber, known as the internet age, is an information space and 'virtual' interaction that real body presence is not considered important because the body is not able to access the transcendental or metaphysical world, but it can be done inside the cyber, because the computer networks that make up the cyber basic structure, how to grow, how to adapt and how to send messages that are very similar to how the brain works. It is a seamless global communication and information network through computers around the world. Since adolescence as a 'netters majority' arises our concerns, because it is found that freedom, being a vehicle for cyber-violence, the absence of identity as a vehicle for cyber-porn, the power to control as a vehicle for cyber-crime, the absence of law rides for cyber-anarchy.Keywords: Lifestyle, Teenagers, Cyber

Abstract

Kebahagiaan adalah cita-cita hidup setiap orang dalam kehidupan ini. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kebahagiaan, diantaranya adalah religiusitas dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencapainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kreatif terhadap kebahagiaan mahasiswa BKI FITK UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Populasi penelitian mahasiswa BKIFITK UIN Sumatera Utara Medan,Sampel diambil sebanyak 30 orang. Terdiri dari 15 orang kelompok eksperimen dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji komparasi. Hsil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Ada perbedaan kebahagiaan mahasiswa Medan antara kelompok eksperimen [diberikan konsleing kreatif teknik visual arts] dengan kelompok kontrol [diberikan konsleing konvensional] dengan nilai F (fisher) .7,057>2,53 dan signifikansi 0,003<0,05. Ada perbedaan kebahagiaan mahasiswa Medan antara yang memiliki religiusitas tinggi dengan yang memiliki religiusitas rendah dengan nilai F (fisher) sebesar 0,053>2,53 dan signifikansi 0,001<0,05. Terdapat interaksi secara simultan antara teknik konseling [konseling kreatif teknik bisual arts dan koseling konvensional] dan tingkat religiusitas [religiusitas tinggi dan religiusitas rendah terhadap kebahagiaan mahasiswa Medan dengan nilai F sebesar 6,058 < 0.84. dan sig. sebesar 0,002 > 0,05.Kata Kunci: Kebahagiaan, konseling, religiusitas
