Al-Irsyad: The Counseling and Education Journal is scientific journal in education and counseling guidance that managed by The Bimbingan Konseling Islam Majors of Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Faculty of UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Al-Irsyad presents topics about development of counseling guidance profession as a teacher based on the four competence of a teacher. They are pedagogic, personal, social, and professional. Besides that, Al-Irsyad is also emphasize to the integration of islamic values. Al-Irsyad is published two times in a year. There are January-June edition and July-December edition. The first edition of Al-Irsyad was Vol.1, No.1, January-June Edition on 2012, but was not yet have p-ISSN and e-ISSN. Then, in Vol.5, No. 1, January-June Edition on 2015 was published in print with p-ISSN: 2088-8341. Further, Vol. 10, No.1, January-June 2020 Edition on 2020 edition publish OJS with e-ISSN: 2686-2859.

Abstract

Affinity Card can be used as an identification card associations, alumni associations and others. At this year PT. XXXX bank is targeting a credit card co- branding and affinity contribute 15% to the target of credit card transactions from 2:08 Million credit card of the total target credit card PT. Bank XXXX 2013. Acquisition of affinity credit card marketing on the month September 2014 the marketing area Terrain area amounts to 886 cards from all three universities that cooperate with the details of Affinity USU 236 cards, 305 cards from Affinity UNIMED and 345 of Affinity UNSYAH. XXXX Bank has undertaken various strategies in marketing their credit card but has yet to get maximum results, it is not certain what the cause. For the sake of getting the most-needed improvements in credit card marketing strategy is to understand what the perceptions, attitudes and motivation of potential customers. The results of writing that has been done, after going through the stage of data collection, data processing, data analysis and the final interpretation of the results of the analysis of the influence of Perception, Attitudes and Motivation Consumers AgainstInterests Product Use Credit Cards Affinity Bank XXXX-USU On Regional Marketing Regional Medan, the conclusions to be drawn together (simultaneously) variable Perceptions, Attitudes and Motivation significant effect on the dependent variable interest. The significant value of the three independent variables is <0.05, indicating that the variableperception, attitude, motivation has a significant influence ter-facing Minat.Arah regression coefficient is positive, it means that any increase in Perceptions, Attitudes and Motivation clients will Interest-kan increased use of affinity credit cards Bank XXXX-USU.Keywords: Konsumen Bank, Minat, Sikap, Motivasi.

Abstract

Humans as servants as well as khalifah on this earth must have been given by Allah SWT many potentials to be able to perform his duties as a servant as well as khalifah. The rapid flow of globalization and the increasingly demands of life that are increasingly materialistic make people fall asleep and almost forget the essence of life. Konsleing is an effort done to help a person in understanding themselves, understanding the environment, accept themselves, accept the environment, objectively, positively, and dynamically of course in accordance with the mission ketauhidan. How to make a human being truly aware of his situation, his life purpose, and how to live the life has been given guidance or guidance that is revealed through the Messenger of Allah. Therefore, how to internalize the values of ketauhidan in the process of konsleing becomes urgent thing done to realize human beings who have a healthy mental. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic educational values to improve the character of students. Guidance and counseling services by instilling the values of Islamic education need to be carried out continuously to help optimize students in behaving in accordance with the norm, independent, honest, responsible and carrying out all the commands of the Almighty and away from His prohibitions based on theQur'an and As-sunnah. The methodology in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample of 38 students. Data collection techniques are distributed through Likert scale questionnaires. The total number of items as many as 36 items relating to the values of Islamic education in improving student character. The collected data were analyzed using a percentage statistical formula. Procedures for implementing BK services in implementing Islamic educational values include the following: (1) lecturers associateeach material with Islamic educational values that will shape the character of students by playing games, telling stories, drawing, giving examples, expressing themselves, discussing student data in accordance with the needs assessment (2) expressing students 'feelings / ideas, / thoughts, (3) exploring students' feelings / ideas / thoughts, (4) discussing the results of exploring / deepening their feelings / ideas / thoughts withconcepts Islamic education, (5) students plan behaviors that will be carried out in the future.Keyword: Islamic Education Values, Character, Guidance and Counseling.

Hijab and jilbab the self-esteem of a woman's Women. Hijab previouslydefined a woman's Women should stay at home where their human rights areguaranteed and also show social prestige. Abstract

Social studies education and social sciences always get the spotlight as students who are difficult to be considered by students, because they are confronted with various concepts, theories and facts that must be memorized. Therefore, for social studies teaching, teachers are needed who can teach it well, meaning that they master the material provided, are able to select the right parts to be used as material for conversation, skilled in managing the developing information. In addition it needs to be realized that social studies teachers must be skilled in integrating social sciences to facilitate the achievement of the expected goals together, namely students are skilled in recognizing social problems and ways to solve social problems to the stage of application so that students become active in their community environment, thus be a good citizen.Keywords: Reflection, Educational, Social Sciences Education

Abstract

Education is one of the basic assets of national development in Indonesia. National development starts from students as agents of change. Students have enormous tasks and responsibilities in society, so they must be smart in considering any issues that occur good or bad for their future. Smart krakter education is one of the new paradigms in learning that can build noble character in individuals to live a life in character and be smart in various fields and areas of life. The results of this study indicate: (1) Smart characters are specially made because having characters is not enough for students so intelligence is needed to complete them; (2) The intelligent character education model helps students be more active and; (3) Being able to actually relate various problems based on the topics discussed with character values arranged in a pocket book.Keywords: PKC-KA, Information Services

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of BK teachers in improving student learning achievement in class IX MAN 1 Binjai City. The method used in this research is qualitative. The subjects of this study were BK teachers who had performed services that discussed improving student learning achievement. The instrument used was interviews that were collected and collected data related to research. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the learning achievement of IX grade 1 MAN Binjai City is already quite good, there are only a few students who still have low learning achievement. The cause is the problem of students 'self-awareness for learning and students' inability to use several subjects. Guidance and Counseling Teacher strategies in improving student achievement in class IX MAN 1 Binjai City is a place to find students and fun that makes schools easier for BK teachers to find out which helps students. Next, a discussion and analysis of needs / students is carried out, then a program is compiled in the form of an RPL (Service Implementation Plan), then service implementation. Finally given an assessment or evaluation that is useful to know where an activity has been obtained and how the benefits have been done before. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the guidance and counseling strategy in class IX MAN 1 Binjai City are lack of service delivery time, parents who are less supportive of service activities, and students who have no self-awareness to learn and no one wants to be changed.Keywords: BK Teacher Strategy In Improving Student Learning Achievement

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out and to analyze the influence of intellectual capitalwhich consists of customer capital, human capital, and structural capital simultaneously on themanagerial performance of PT. Bank SUMUT, the influence of the variables of customer capital,human capital, and structural capital partially on the managerial performance of PT. Bank SUMUT,and to find out the intellectual capital which consists of customer capital, human capital, andstructural capital from the financial-ratio perspective of PT. Bank SUMUT. The research method usedis a survey approach. The research type is a quantitative descriptive and the characteristic is anexplanatory descriptive. Data collecting method is done by providing a list of written questions anddocumentation study. Data analyzing method used is the multiple- linear regression and SPSS software.The result of descriptive-statistical analysis shows that intellectual capital which consists of customercapital, human capital, and structural capital and the managerial performance of PT. Bank SUMUT iscategorized very agreeable and each variable tested is normally distributed. The simultaneous-researchresult shows the intellectual capital which consists of customer capital, human capital, and structuralcapital influence positively and significantly the managerial performance of PT. Bank SUMUT. Thepartial- research result shows the variables of customer capital, human capital, and structural capitalinfluence positively and significantly the managerial performance of PT. Bank SUMUT. The financialratioperspective shows it is in line with the managerial performance of PT. Bank SUMUT. Thedeterminant coefficient value (adjusted R square) is 82.2% which means that the ability of customercapital, human capital, and structural capital can describe the variation of managerial performance ofPT. The Qur'an as a Muslim holy book does not only contain religious teachings (worship). It turns out that in the verses there are many lessons relating to science that are currently developing. Abstract

This paper aims to test a case of people with psychosis in adolescents (school age) and parenting by parents of patients. The method used in this paper uses a qualitative approach with a case study method with instrumental models. The location of this study is located in the Pematang Siantar city, North Sumatra. Researchers in this context tried to reveal the existence of interventions carried out by parents of adolescents to psychiatric disorders. This is based on the scope of family counseling material that the family (parents) has a large role in the emergence of psychiatric disorders in children caused by a homeo-statis. of family life. As a result, researchers found that the main source that causes psychiatric disorders experienced by children is caused by parenting parents in an authoritarian way and tends to lead to acts of violence, so that the space for victimization is limited and has an impact on depression to psychiatric disorders.Key words: Psyshotic disorder, parenting, and family counseling.
