Abstract

Salon Muslimah Dina is a privately owned business offering a variety of beauty treatments specifically for women. Operationally, the salon still uses a manual system, requiring customers to visit in person or contact them via WhatsApp to make reservations or inquire about services. The high volume of inquiries slows down the service process, as the salon must respond to messages individually. Furthermore, the lack of transaction data records often results in long wait times for walk-in customers and inconsistencies in service delivery. Important information such as operating hours, service types, prices, and locations are also not communicated effectively to potential customers. To address these issues, an online reservation system was developed to disseminate information and facilitate service bookings. This system utilizes the FCFS (First Come, First Served) scheduling method, where services are processed in the order of arrival and completed one by one. This method is considered fair because the entire process is handled in the order in which they arrived. The development results demonstrate that the reservation system has been successfully developed, with features that simplify customer bookings without having to visit in person, saving time and money. This system also helps the salon manage service data, schedules, and reservation information more optimally and efficiently.

Abstract

E-commerce has grown tremendously in recent years, with many platforms offering a wide range of products and services. Alfagift, as one of the e-commerce applications, provides convenience for users to shop online with various attractive features, such as promos and discounts. The app is designed to meet the needs of users who want a convenient and efficient shopping experience. This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction by using the Swot (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) method to evaluate the satisfaction of Alfagift application users. The SWOT method was chosen because of its ability to provide a thorough analysis of internal and external factors that affect user satisfaction, as well as the opportunities and threats that exist in the e-commerce market. From the results of the variance value reliability test, where the score for a positive review value of 4.47 which shows that the user has a very good experience with the use of the alfagift application with a variance value of 0.25, it shows that the score of giving positive reviews has an interesting experience. The calculation of Cronbach's Alpha value obtained was 0.828 which is in the "Good" category and indicates a high reliability instrument, so the data collected can be relied on for further analysis.

Abstract

The sales information system plays an important role in facilitating the exchange of information and meeting the needs of sellers and buyers. Pagar Alam is a city in South Sumatra Province located at the foot of Mount Dempo, with a strategic geographical position surrounded by mountains and hills. South Sumatra is known as the largest robusta coffee–producing province in Indonesia, supported by extensive plantation areas, high-quality production, and a large number of coffee farmers. However, the Pagar Alam Coffee Powder Shop still applies a conventional sales system that requires buyers to visit the store directly, making the sales process less effective and limiting market reach. In addition to selling ground coffee, the shop actively promotes coffee culture through coffee tasting events and educational activities. To address these challenges, this research aims to design a web-based sales information system that functions as both a sales support tool and a promotional medium. The system is developed as a mobile web optimized for smartphones and tablets, ensuring ease of access and user-friendly interaction. The development process adopts the Waterfall method, which provides a structured and systematic approach through sequential stages to produce an effective and reliable system.

Abstract

Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) face significant challenges in Theory of Mind (ToM), particularly in understanding others' perspectives. While serious games have shown potential, most existing interventions focus on basic emotion recognition without engaging narrative contexts. Objective: This pilot study aims to design a history-based serious game, "Tarumanegara Adventure," and evaluate its preliminary effectiveness in improving cognitive empathy among children with high-functioning ASD. Using a mixed-methods case study approach with a one-group pretest - post-test design, six students with ASD (aged 8-15) participated in a 2-week intervention. The game integrates historical narratives as a logical scaffold with explicit emotion scaffolding and moral decision-making mechanics. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test and triangulated with behavioral observations. Quantitative results showed a significant increase in cognitive empathy scores (p = 0.0312) with a large effect size (Cohen’s d = 3.19). However, triangulation revealed a "knowing-doing gap," in which higher cognitive scores did not correlate significantly with spontaneous prosocial behavior (ρ = -0.36). Conclusion: The history-based narrative approach effectively enhances cognitive knowledge of empathy by providing a structured context. However, bridging the gap between cognitive understanding and spontaneous behavioral application remains a critical challenge for future game design.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based RT/RW service information and resident data monitoring system to improve the effectiveness, accuracy, and transparency of community services. RT/RW administrative services at Mekarsari Village area consist of 28 Neighborhood Associations (RT), 10 Community Associations (RW), and 5,842 residents. Currently, Mekarsari Village still uses a manual services system, which causes several problems such as delays in processing, data recording errors, and difficulties in monitoring resident data collection. The methodology used in this research is the Agile method, which includes an iterative and adaptive process to user needs. Each iteration involves planning, design, implementation, testing, and direct evaluation by users. The technologies used in the design and implementation of this system include the CodeIgniter framework for the backend, MySql as database, and Bootstrap for the user interface. The research data was obtained from direct observation and interviews with village officials, RT/RW, and local residents.

Abstract

In the last two decades, advances in internet technology have significantly influenced various sectors, including healthcare. The integration of information technology into health services has become essential for improving operational efficiency through integrated medical information systems, structured patient management, and digital financial administration. The Sungsang Health Center, as a community-based healthcare facility, relies heavily on networked systems to support daily activities such as patient registration and electronic medical record management, which involve highly sensitive data. This condition increases the risk of data leakage, particularly due to packet sniffing attacks. Therefore, strengthening network security policies is a critical need. This research aims to analyze potential packet sniffing threats and support the prevention of data leaks at the Sungsang Health Center by utilizing Wireshark as a network analysis tool. Wireshark enables detailed monitoring and analysis of data packets to identify suspicious activities that are not easily detected manually. The study provides insights into techniques for detecting and analyzing network vulnerabilities, which can serve as a reference for improving network security policies. The results are expected to support the development of safer and more reliable digital health systems and raise awareness of the importance of protecting patient data.

Abstract

In Indonesia, digital transformation has become a national strategy encouraging both public and private institutions to adopt information technology to improve efficiency and accountability. One important form of this transformation is the implementation of a web-based digital archiving system that enables centralized document storage, management, and access. Web-based systems are preferred due to their flexibility, multi-device accessibility, and cost efficiency. In the context of document management, such systems provide fast document retrieval, systematic classification, and enhanced data security through user authorization. This research identifies problems at PT DUPOIN Palembang Branch, where document archiving is still handled manually using physical filing cabinets, leading to inefficiency, risk of data loss, and human error. The purpose of this study is to transform the conventional archiving process into a web-based digital archive system to improve work effectiveness and service quality. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results are expected to show that the implementation of a web-based archive system allows documents to be accessed online anytime and anywhere, supports remote work conditions, and improves document traceability through metadata management. This system is anticipated to strengthen document governance and enhance organizational competitiveness.

Abstract

Recently, the development of information and communication technology, especially computer networks, is now so rapid and has become one of the indicators of human progress. Along with these developments, users' needs for network access quality are increasing, both LAN (Local Area Network) based. The quality in question includes high data transmission speeds, stable connections, and a system that is able to support various activities without interruptions or problems that can reduce work productivity. With the existence of LAN networks, the use of information and communication technology can be an effective connecting medium. This research was carried out with the aim of helping to analyze and simulate the Local Area Network (LAN) network which is equipped with integration using the Cisco Packet Tracer application at the Gelebak Dalam Auxiliary Health Center. The presence of a LAN network will allow various processes and transactions to be carried out more efficiently, reduce potential problems, and improve the quality of services provided by institutions or organizations. This project is for that. This study will assess the condition of the LAN network at the Gelebak Dalam Auxiliary Health Center using Cisco Packet Tracer. It is anticipated that the LAN network in the health center can be optimized to be more efficient.

Abstract

The exiled figure LaTahazan Florisr is a business located in Palal, the city of Palembang. This business is a business that is engaged in ordering flower bouquets, bouquets, flower boards, standing flowers and others. The manual sales system has many drawbacks which are mostly errors in record-keeping, and difficult data search because every time you search for the seller data you have to search in the ledger. To solve these problems, a web-based cashier system is needed. This study adopts an observation method, a literature study using the waterfall method in designing a web-based cashier information system. The system is built and designed to help store admins or cashiers in making sales reports and purchasing calculations easier. The results of this software design are expected to help the work process to be more efficient and can reduce the possibility of calculation errors, and speed up the creation of reports. The designed system describes how each component of the system will work optimally, from managing transaction data to creating ready-to-present sales reports.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low visibility and limited marketing of Kopi Kobaki MSME products, managed by the Kobaki Coffee Farmers Association in Banten. Although the community has significant potential to produce high-quality local coffee, the lack of digital literacy and online marketing efforts has caused sales to rely mainly on local intermediaries. This study aims to develop a village economic model based on a website integrated with predictive SEO strategies using the RankMath plugin, expand the market, and support farmers' economic independence. The research methods include needs analysis through surveys and interviews, website design and development using the WordPress platform, implementation of on-page and off-page SEO, and monitoring and evaluation through Google Search Console. The research results show that the kopikobaki.com website can increase the digital visibility of village coffee, even in communities with low digital literacy. The integration of a user-centered design approach, RankMath Pro optimization techniques, and Google Search Console metrics-based evaluation results demonstrates strong digital performance with high CTR and competitive search positions. These findings demonstrate that website-based digitalization can be an effective model for strengthening marketing, improving farmers' digital literacy, and supporting village economic independence through the use of sustainable technology.
