Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis is transmitted through the air. The purpose of this study was to determine the Knowledge Overview Patients Tuberculosis (TB) Lung About Drugs in Drinking Compliance Poli Lung Clinic Arifin Achmad Riau Province. The type of research is descriptive with the sampling technique is accidental sampling where the sample in this study are some of the respondents in Lung Clinic Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau province amounted to 45 respondents. Tool data collection using questionnaires and data analysis used is univariate. From the research that has been conducted on 21-25 May 2015 showed that the picture of the knowledge of individuals with tuberculosis (TB) in the lungs majority enough category were 26 respondents (57.8%). Conclusion: Based on the results of these studies are expected in patients with tuberculosis (TB) in the lungs to pay attention to compliance with taking medication so the healing process can be achieved as expected.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh interaksi pemberian Trichokompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS) terformulasi dan pupuk kalium, pengaruh utama keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) di lahan gambut. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimen dalam bentuk faktorial 4 x 3 disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Trichokompos TKKS terformulasi sebagai faktor I terdiri dari 4 taraf (15, 20, 25 dan 30 ton/ha) dan pupuk kalium sebagai faktor II terdiri dari 3 taraf (50, 100 dan 150 kg K₂O/ha). Parameter yang diamati antara lain tinggi tanaman, jumlah umbi berdasarkan kriteria diameter dan bobot segar umbi per rumpun sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian 25 ton/ha Trichokompos TKKS terformulasi dan 100 kg K₂O/ha mengurangi umbi diameter kecil sebesar 3 kali (228,6%), sebaliknya meningkatkan umbi diameter besar sebesar 24 kali (2324,2%) dan bobot segar umbi per rumpun sampel sebesar 1,7 kali (71,3%) dibandingkan pemberian 15 ton/ha pada dosis pupuk kalium yang sama (100 kg K₂O/ha). Peningkatan dosis Trichokompos TKKS terformulasi dari 15 ke 25 ton/ha mengurangi umbi diameter kecil, sebaliknya meningkatkan umbi diameter besar dan bobot segar umbi per rumpun sampel. Peningkatan dosis ke 30 ton/ha masih berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan parameter tersebut kecuali jumlah umbi diameter kecil dan jumlah umbi diameter besar. Peningkatan dosis pupuk kalium dari 50 ke 100 hingga 150 kg K₂O/ha tidak mempengaruhi seluruh parameter yang diamati.

Abstract

Natural clay is a porous material that has the ability to adsorb as well have exchangeable ions with ions from the outside. In this study, the clay used comes from the District Tualang - Perawang Siak Riau Province. This study aims to determined the extent effectiveness of potential clay that can be used to reduce heavy metals in the leachate generated by the landfill (TPA). Treated clay by physics and chemistry, refined clay is used to reduce heavy metals (Pb, Cd and Fe). Analysis of heavy metals used AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrometry). This study showed a change in acidified clays in terms of adsorption. It was characterized by a change in specific surface area was initially 47.8 m2/g after activation increased to approximately 64.8 m2/g, which will greatly affect the magnitude of the absorption capacity of the adsorbent. The effectiveness of adsorption of the heavy metals analyzed stood at 66 to 78.8 % a high rate.

Abstract

Pedada fruit (Sonneratia caseoiaris) potential as a food source because it contains high nutrient. In this study pedada fruit used as raw material for making tempe. Tempe is made by the fermentation time of 48 hours with 5 grams of tempe yeast and nutritional levels tested. The results showed the moisture content, ash content, fat content, protein content, and carbohydrate content are respectively 79,87% (8Nl max 65%); 1,76% (8Nl max 1,5%); 3,50% (8NI min 10%); 3,90% (8NI min 10%) and 10,96% (8Nl max 2,5%). Organoleptic test results it can be concluded that the panelists liked the tempe of pedada fruit with test scores for flavor, color, texture and scent are respectively 3,6; 3,4; 3,68; and 4,6. Flavor, color, texture and aroma the tempe of pedada fruit acceptable by the panelists.

Abstract

Kalkon merupakan salah satu metabolit sekunder golongan flavonoid yang sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Kalkon telah dilaporkan memiliki aktivitas biologis seperti antimikroba, antitumor, antioksidan, antiinflamasi, antimalaria, dan antikanker. Senyawa (E)-3-(2-hidroksifenil)-1-(3’-metoksifenil)prop-2-en-1-on disintesis dengan metode iradiasi gelombang mikro dan menggunakan katalis basa KOH. Struktur senyawa kalkon dikarakterisasi berdasarkan interpretasi data spektroskopi UV, IR, 1H-NMR, dan MS. Uji toksisitas senyawa kalkon ditentukan dengan metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test dan menunjukkan aktivitas dengan nilai LC50 yaitu 186,48 μg/mL. Senyawa ini menunjukkan aktivitas toksisitas yang baik karena nilai LC50 < 200 μg/mL.

Abstract

Senyawa kalkon (E)-1-(4’- hidroksifenil)-3-(2-metoksifenil)prop-2-en-1-on (DO) telah disintesis melalui kondensasi Clasein-Schmidt antara 4’-hidroksiasetofenon dengan 2-metokibenzaldehid menggunakan katalis basa (KOH) dibawah iradiasi gelombang mikro. Struktur senyawa dikarakterisasi berdasarkan interpretasi data spektroskopi UV, FTIR, 1H-NMR dan MS. Uji toksisitas senyawa kalkon ditentukan dengan metoda Brine Shrimp Lethality Test terhadap larva Artemia salina Leach dan menunjukkan aktivitas dengan nilai LC50 yaitu 49,54 μg/mL. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa senyawa DO memiliki aktivitas toksisitas yang cukup baik karena memiliki nilai LC50 < 200 μg/mL.

Abstract

[Theory, computation and modeling] The purposes of this research are modeling rotation of the molecule, emiting or absorption energy. The parameters which involved for the rotation spectrum are molecular mass, inertia moment, quantum numbers and angular momentum orbital. Made a pitch for a molecular spectrum rotation and inertia moment will be used methods from concept classical mechanics. Quantum mechanical used for determining angular momentum orbital. The spectral energy was counted for a molecular rotation and i.e and . Specific electromagnetics radiation for the energy absorption spectrum and emiting diatomic molecular at the moment that molecular vibrating were in the region spectrum infrared, whereas if the molecular rotated then its on the far infrared and microwave region. Abstract

Senyawa kalkon (E)-1,3-di-p-tolilprop-2-en-1-on telah berhasil disintesis dari 4’-metilasetofenon dan 4-metilbenzaldehid melalui kondensasi Claisen-Schmidth menggunakan NaOH (3N) sebagai katalis dibawah iradiasi microwave menghasilkan rendemen sebesa 62,64 %. Senyawa yang dihasilkan diuji kemuniannya dengan KLT, uji titik leleh dan analisis HPLC serta dikarakteisasi strukturnya berdasarkan interpretasi data spektroskopi UV, FTIR, 1H-NMR dan MS. Uji toksisitas senyawa kalkon ini menggunakan metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) terhadap larva Artemia salina Leach. Nilai LC50 untuk senyawa(E)-1,3-di-p-tolilprop-2-en-1-on adalah 7,656 μg/mL. Senyawa analog kalkon tersebut positif berpotensi sebagai antikanker.

Abstract

The production process design is the form one's creativity in the form of a paper form or electronic form in the form of visual communication which has the function and aesthetic value to convey information or a message to everyone who has arranged the format so as to comply with certain requirements. Electronic form is a space that is displayed on the computer screen that is used to capture the data to be processed in an electronic data processing. The method used is descriptive qualitative approach is also called non statistik data processing. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the technique of inductive thinking process; that is to say, in testing hypotheses starts from the data collected and summarized, this technique is usually used to analyze the data obtained from observation and interviews Results showed Desai electronic form in the hospital sassy yellow pekanbaru not run well, hospitals are still using manual design, while at the present time other hospitals already use electronic medical records to facilitate the work, reductions loss of data and a double storage. The conclusion from this study that the factors that make hospitals sassy yellow pekanbaru not use an electronic medical record that there is no concern for the hospital to work in the system of medical records.

Abstract

Computers as an electronic gear go through data, able to receive advice and output, the data is the as a high, precision, And the ability keep instructions to solve the problem. This study attempts to find out the cause of unrealized a computerized system in place registration ambulatory in RSUD Petala Bumi pekanbaru years 2015. Research methodology with a qualitative approach. technics data collection by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis qualitative analysis. The results of the study because the hospital new this year become the house district general hospital while first still in under UPT provincial health office riau. Human resources in components of the system computerized not enough. Facilities and infrastructure for a computerized system there has been no. There is no sop to a computerized system, and funding of the have been over budgeted but still in the process. In suggest: the sum of human resources in addition, make facilities and infrastructure, sop at the record medical and needs to be improved again efforts advocacy that ususlan budget / cost to a computerized systemin TPPRJ can be processed by related parties.
