Abstract

Technological developments have provided significant support for employee performance in hospitals, onel of which is in the medical record installation, namely the making of a visum et repertum in the medicolegal aspect. In the research that has been conducted, researchers found several problems in the medical records installation, one of which is the delay in making VeR because it is not fully computerized because it still uses Microsoft Word, resulting in less effective services. Therefore, a system is needed. The research methods used include literature study, observation, and interviews with descriptive analysis. The system development method uses the agile software development method. The results of this system design are expected to reduce the workload of officers, produce accurate information, maximize services and improve the quality of services in the hospital.

Abstract

The Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency (Dinas PUPR INHU) has the responsibility of formulating, stipulating, and implementing policies related to technical guidance and supervision of the implementation of affairs related to the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. The PUPR INHU Office also develops a website to improve the effectiveness of public services, provide relevant information, and publish documents related to the duties and functions of the PUPR Indragiri Hulu Office which are in the process of realization. However, the website tends to be poorly managed because there are still some features that cannot be controlled, the information provided is not realtime, and there have been errors or failures in accessing the site. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the INHU PUPR Office website based on the provisions contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Government Agency Portals and Websites. The evaluation aims to provide guidelines for organizing Government portals and websites. Based on the results of testing conducted with 11 test criteria on the INHU PUPR Office website, the test results with an overall score weight of 73.8% indicate that the INHU PUPR Office website is of Quite Quality.

Abstract

BPJS participants are people who have registered as BPJS members, including newborns. For newborns who have not been registered as BPJS participants, they can be registered with the BPJS or in every hospital that serves BPJS registration for newborns a maximum of 28 days after the baby's birth. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach method that aims to explain certain conditions that are focused on understanding a problem objectively. In this method, researchers and system users must work together in order to obtain the research subject as the final result. The data collection technique used in this research is the primary data collection method, namely interviews between researchers and medical staff, especially in the BPJS registration section so that researchers get accurate results. The development method used in the design process is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall method. SDLC defines the models and procedures used in the development of software systems and also shows how researchers make the transition from identification to solution implementation. Based on the results of the research, there are problems found, namely the server used sometimes experiences several problems such as many bugs because the server used by the hospital is still combined with other health services. The BPJS patient registration information system for newborns owned by this hospital can help and simplify the problem if the central server used is experiencing problems.

Abstract

The problem that XYZ Clinic has been facing so far is problems in the registration section where there are often long queues. Patient registration can only be done by coming directly to the XYZ clinic. Every day the average number of patients reaches 100 patients, which results in long queues and disrupted patient registration services. The number of patients that is not proportional to the number of registration officers also causes quite long waiting times during registration, causing discomfort and patient dissatisfaction. Research was carried out regarding the registration information system and notification of changes to doctors' schedules using the PHP programming language and MySQL database and system development was carried out using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method with the prototype method. This method has an approach with communication stages, quick design and modeling, quick design, construction of prototype, deployment and feedback. The Patient Registration Application and Notification of Changes in Doctor's Practice Hours are expected to reduce long queues and patient waiting times. Patients can find out in advance the availability and order number by accessing the website from home, equipped with a WhatsApp notification feature for changes in the doctor's schedule and patients can adjust the time to go to the clinic for treatment according to the latest schedule provided via the application.

Abstract

Technology played an important role during the industrial revolution to help increase human activity and workforce in hospitals, in the emergency department triage installations were not yet computerized. There were problems found in the emergency department, there were incomplete triage entries and there were delays in the triage reporting process. With this, an information system is needed to improve the performance of nurses and doctors in making triage so that it is fast, complete and accurate. This research includes observation, interviews, and literature study with qualitative analysis. This program was created using the Black Box Testing method. This design produces an information system using methods that are able to assist the performance of nurses and doctors in making triage so that the reporting process carried out by officers produces accurate data. So, information systems are able to integrate services for increasing patients in hospitals.

Abstract

Through conducted research, it has been found that X Hospital in Bandung City has a computerized disease index reporting system. However, the data input still relies on manual input into Microsoft Excel by entering data one by one, which can result in data inconsistencies thus causing delays in generating disease index data report including those for the cardiology department. Therefore, there is a need for an electronic medical record information system for reporting heart disease indices, utilizing visual studio 2010 programming language and Microsoft access as the database. The objective is to facilitate staff in generating disease index reports and ensure the efectiviness and efficiency of the generated reports. To achieve this goal, the waterfall development method is employed, applying a sequential approach in software development from planning to structured and phased system testing. During this process, data is collected through qualitative data analysis with a descriptive approach, enabling a deeper understanding of the issues, exploration of user needs, and obtaining insights necessary for designing the system effectively. The application of this method result in an integrated disease index system that enhances efficiency and accurancy in reporting heart disease indexes, while reducing the risk of errors and delays in report generation.

Abstract

This research will present the design of an information system for the top 10 outpatient diseases at the Bandung Kiwari Regional General Hospital using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 software. The development method used is the waterfall method using system modelling in the form of context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and database design tools in the form of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observations and literature studies related to the information system design that the researcher created. The aim of this research is to make it easier for officers to process reporting analysis of the top 10 outpatient diseases in an effective and efficient manner. The results of this research show that the use of technology based medical records can be a revolution in opening up a wider range of information, to present various information regarding patient medical record reports that management needs for decision making.

Abstract

The most important factor in determining an individual's level of productivity in daily life is their health. For this reason, every year on March 10th, we celebrate it as National Ginjal Day. Numerous factors contribute to patients' difficulties in undergoing hemodialysis, as well as increasing the number of hemodialysis patients who are in productive states and have positive symptoms. This situation calls for a system that can alert patients to the need for efficient and effective hemodialysis. Wawancara and Pustaka's studies are used by researchers to gather data, together with descriptively applied qualitative analysis. The waterfall method is used by researchers to develop new systems. The results of system testing using approved methods can increase patient care's effectiveness and efficiency in helping patients with hemodialysis. In addition, this information system can improve patient care and the standard of living in sick rooms.

Abstract

Technological advances, especially in the health sector, continue to develop every year. One of them is in terms of hospital information systems and health services. The wide range of hospital services, of course, will cause complex problems to arise. One of the problems that arise is that services at the hospital in making inpatient reservations still use a manual system via telephone which is less effective for registration officers with the admin of the inpatient room regarding the availability of inpatient rooms so that patients spend longer waiting. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based inpatient reservation information system to make it easier for officers to make reservations and get information about the availability of inpatient rooms for patients. So that the administrative process can obtain room information more accurately and effectively. The software development method used is prototype. Making information system design models is made using Xampp with PHP and MySQL database systems and the system is tested with blackbox testing. The results of the information system created can assist hospital staff in providing maximum service by reporting inpatient room information data.
