Abstract

Kos Putri Azzahra is one of the boarding houses for girls in the Serpong area which was founded in 2021. Kos Putri Azzahra has 52 room units and has several facilities such as a large yard that can be used for parking motorbikes and cars. Kos Putri Azzahra has an inadequate security system so that theft of motorbikes and electronic goods from boarders often occurs. This resulted in the tenant occupancy rate decreasing dramatically and it caused a big loss for the boarding house owner. To overcome these problems, the author designs and implements an efficient security system to prevent criminal acts in the boarding environment. This system is designed using the NodeMCU Esp32-Cam Microcontroller as the main controller connected to the PIR Sensor which is placed at a strategic point in the boarding house and can be accessed remotely using the Telegram application. Data from sensors will be analyzed by NodeMCU Esp32-Cam while the Telgeram application will help to provide notifications and turn on and off sensors remotely. In this study the authors used the waterfall method to make the design flow. It is making a home security system using this PIR sensor can make it easier for boarding houses and residents to avoid theft in the boarding area. So that the occupancy rate of the boarding house can increase and there is no more theft in the Putri Azzahra boarding house area.

Abstract

Currently, the system of marketing and product promotion via the internet is experiencing rapid growth. Many companies use information technology as a corporate strategy to provide products to all consumers without limiting space and time. From large companies to small and medium businesses have made online sales systems as cheap and affordable promotional facilities. With advances in technology, business people can certainly take advantage and minimize the impact that will occur. Tea garden factories can use consumers' smartphones to order products and payments directly from the application, making it easier and shorter the waiting time for consumers. Tea plantation factories can also cooperate with Midtrans as a third-party payment gateway in transactions with their consumers. The factory can also control the flow of transactions and revenue volume on the Midtrans website in real time without having to wait for employees to make daily bookkeeping. The development method used is the RAD method. The goal is to minimize existing problems and better maintain the safety of consumers.

Abstract

PT. LSP (Langkat Sawit Hijau Pratama) is a palm oil factory, where palm fruit or palm kernels are processed into palm oil (unfinished crude oil) which can be further processed into cooking oil, industrial oil or fuel. To get the best crude oil, superior and quality palm oil is needed, so a Decision Support System is needed in choosing suppliers to maintain good quality palm oil. A decision support system (DSS) in selecting suppliers is important because the right supplier can have a positive impact on company performance. Using a Decision Support System (DSS) with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in selecting suppliers can increase efficiency and effectiveness in decision making, as well as help companies choose the right suppliers and have the potential to have a positive impact on company performance. This research aims to determine the performance of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in the Supplier selection Decision Support System and utilize the Decision Support System using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in making decisions as part of the consideration in choosing the right supplier. The results of this research show that by comparing decisions with the Saaty theory, priority weightings for each criterion and sub-criteria are obtained consistently or CR < 0.1. Price Criteria (0.0699), Capacity Criteria (0.2289), Quality Criteria (0.5081), Arrival Criteria (0.1932). Having obtained the final score, the best supplier has been determined using the Analytical Hierarchy Processes method, namely the BEST supplier with a total of 0.5870, and the last position is the TANI9 supplier with a total of 0.0958.

Abstract

Medical records are data about the history of patients who receive treatment at health care institutions. Along with the development of technology, most healthcare services in Indonesia have now switched from paper-based medical records to digital ones to speed up healthcare services. Despite the good impact of digital medical records, there are various problems, especially for handling huge medical record data. Efficient and effective processing of medical record data is essential to improve the quality of health services. This research utilizes inpatient medical record data into several groups by using the data mining clustering method using the k-means clustering algorithm to handle very large and complicated data by grouping inpatient data into several clusters. Data mining k-means clustering can help organize and analyze medical record data more effectively, so as to improve service quality. The results obtained from this study are inpatient data divided into 4 clusters with 2 variables, namely age category and diagnosis. The results of this analysis obtained data from each cluster, namely cluster 0 disease categories of arthritis, asthma, and cancer patients with adolescent and elderly age categories, cluster 1 disease categories of diabetes, hypertension, and obesity patients with adolescent and elderly age categories, cluster 2 disease categories of diabetes, hypertension, and obesity patients with adult age categories, cluster 3 disease categories of arthritis, asthma, and cancer patients with adult age categories, with a total of 10,000 patients. The findings of this study provide information about the spread of diseases based on the age range of patients, which can be the basis for minimizing the spread of diseases based on age range.

Abstract

Patient and family education forms are documents designed to provide information to patients about certain aspects related to health, treatment, or medical procedures that aim to increase the patient's understanding of their health condition, actions to be taken, and steps that need to be taken . Patient and family education forms at one hospital in Bandung City are still manual or conventional. This research aims to design an electronic-based patient and family education form to support the implementation of the move from manual medical records to electronic medical records and make it easier for officers to fill in data on patient education forms effectively and efficiently. The methods for collecting research data used include literature study, interviews, and observation with qualitative analysis. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method. The result of this research is a design for an electronic-based patient and family education form. So, with this system, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of health services in hospitals and build the implementation of an electronic-based medical record system as regulated by Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology affects many fields, one of which is the health sector. In hospitals, technological developments are needed to perform outpatient, inpatient and emergency services. Behind the rapid development of technology, not a few hospitals still use manual systems. In Hospital X, for example, the use of a medical identity card (KIB) still uses paper / manual. Patients who come for treatment often forget to bring their treatment cards, cards are damaged and difficult to read, patient category stickers and treatment cards are lost. This makes it difficult for officers and hampers the service process. In this study, the main objective is to create an electronic medical identity card. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, which focuses on the description and interpretation of data obtained from observations and interviews. In addition, the Waterfall method will be used to design an electronic medical identity card system. By making this electronic medical identity card, it is hoped that it can minimize and overcome existing problems in the service system, so that the quality of service provided can be further improved.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is certainly very helpful for employee performance and services in hospitals, one of which is in the medical record installation, namely in the reporting of inpatient operations that have not been fully computerized. Problems were found during the Field Work Practice, one of which was the delay in the process of collecting patient surgery data, which made reporting hampered and did not run smoothly and efficiently. Therefore, an information system is needed to streamline employee performance in reporting complete, fast, and accurate operations. The research data collection methods used are literature study and interviews, with descriptive analysis. The method of making the system is using the waterfall method. It is hoped that the results of the design of this information system can streamline the performance of doctors, as well as officers in making reports on the top 10 index of surgical actions so as to produce complete and accurate data. And this information system can also maximize the quality of service in the hospital.

Abstract

The development of technology can help the efficiency of the hospital staff, especially in the advertising of medical care services, such as making a morbidity report in the hospital. I Found some problems in the medical record installation, that is, the processing of the morbility reports and incomplete registration of patient records carried out by nurses until the quality of the reporting decreased and was not urgent. Therefore, an information system is needed to streamline the performance of recording officers in making complete, fast and accurate morbidity reports for inpatients. Metode is used to gather investigative data that includes observations, interviews and library studies with descriptive analysis. Metode system development means the method of extrleme programming. The results of the inflamation system with the use of the methods chosen are able to improve the effectiveness of the officer in the preparation of the morbidity report of the inpatient patient until the reporting is carried out by the medical records officer to disclose the accurate data. That way, this information system will maximize the service of patients as long as the quality of hospital services can be improved.

Abstract

Advances in technology that are increasingly developing can be a benefit for hospitals to support the effectiveness of officer performance. Methods for collecting research data used include literature studies, interviews, and observations with descriptive analysis. System developmenlt using the agile method. The reporting is made into an application that uses visual programming and a Microsoft Access database. The resultsl of thel information systeml design carried out using the selectedl method can increase the efficiency of reporting carried out by medicall record officers to produce accurate data to be sent to the Health Office.In addition, this information is able to maximize services for patients and the quality of service in the hospital can increase. Studies conducted at Hospital X Bandung City, one of which is in the medical recordsinstallation for Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) reports that have not been computerized, show that technology improves the performance of hospital staff. There are several problems in the medical record installation, namely the delay in the process of making reports that still use a paper-based manual system (paperbase). By evaluating the information system electronically, it can help medical record officers makeDengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) reports quickly, accurately, and completely.

Abstract

The hospital is now in the process of transitioning to the application of electronic medical records, so the production of neonatal registration forms at the hospital is still paper-based. The aim of this program is to make it easier for officers to make neonatal records at the Kebonjati Hospital so that they can use the electronic system more quickly. Thel research method thatl will ble used bly the rlesearchers isl qualitative. The process of data collection through the observation and interview results techniques and in the design techniques the author uses Agile Development Methods. The author also designed an information system through the Visual Studio Application in the system designer that the author would develop. With this design, the system gets more accurate data and can minimize errors or incompleteness of baby data. Of course there is a reason the author has that underpins this research, the author raises this title based on observations during the Field Work Practice, the writer identifies a common problem where neonate registration letters are still not electronically available and a lot of incomplete data in the Neonate Registration Forms. Therefore, the author concluded that "Implementation of Newborn Baby Reporting Information System Development using Agile Methods to Support the Publication of Neonate Reporting Letters" would be the main title and topic of this study.
