Abstract

Improving family food security (TATAPAK) is the Sukabumi District Government's Quick Win program in the Smart City Movement of the Smart Economy pillar. The program aims to improve nutrition and reduce stunting. However, the TATAPAK program runs in a traditional way without the help of information technology, while the smart city concept is closely related to the use of ICT. One of the problems that arises is during post-harvest handling by recording plant and vegetable stocks that are still manual, causing recording errors, long recording times and human error. This research proposes the design of an inventory management system information system architecture to overcome recording problems so that vegetable stocks can be monitored in real time. This IMS information system architecture design also includes a review of the city anatomy in Sukabumi District, the application of the NASSCOM Smart City Framework and analyzes cyber threats or attacks, how to prevent and security technologies used based on the CIA Triad and AAA Security Operation.

Abstract

The management of computer laboratory usage schedules at Universitas Bakrie is currently done manually, leading to difficulties in coordination and resource allocation. This issue results in inefficiencies in laboratory use and suboptimal scheduling. To address these problems, this study developed a web-based Computer Laboratory Management Information System using the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. The application is designed to facilitate the management of scheduling data, laboratory inventory, and the dissemination of current information to users. The system development was carried out using the waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The implementation results show increased efficiency and effectiveness in managing computer laboratories, with easier access to information, more orderly scheduling management, and transparency in the use of laboratory inventory. The system is built using the PHP programming language, the CodeIgniter framework, and the MySQL database to ensure optimal performance and an organized structure. The application of this method effectively addresses the manual management issues, streamlining operations, and enhancing overall productivity in laboratory management.

Abstract

One of the businesses that utilise information technology (IT), especially at PTPN V, is using the Sawit Rakyat Online (SRO) system, which is used to buy and sell oil palm seeds online. The SRO system has previously been attacked by malware. And there is also no related security for users and the system. Thus the need for Information System Security Analysis Using Cobit 2019 on the SRO System. 2019 COBIT framework is one of the frameworks used to analyse information system security in an organisation. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires with stakeholders, as well as data evaluation using the 2019 COBIT Framework used in this study, especially the DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support) area, with a focus on subdomain DSS05 (manage security services). The goal is to find out how secure the actual handling of the SRO information system at PTPN V is. This research looks at how secure the Sawit Rakyat Online (SRO) information system is at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V (PTPN V). This shows that DSS05.01 and DSS05.02 are at level 5, namely "Optimizing" On the other hand, DSS05.03, DSS05.04, DSS05.06, and DSS05.07 are at level 4 "Quantitative", and DSS05.05 is at the "Optimizing" level. And for the security level, it is at level 4 "Quantitative" because the total rating is 4.33. Although the SRO system meets the requirements of COBIT 2019, new ideas are still needed to deal with security risks.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in this era has prompted various sectors to undergo digitalization, including hospitals. The primary objective of this research is to create a web-based traffic accident information system that will enhance the efficiency of processing and reporting traffic accident patient data. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies using a descriptive qualitative approach. The software development method employed is extreme programming. The system is built using the Laravel v10 framework with the PHP v8.1 programming language, complemented by MySQL v8 as its database. The results of the study at Hospital X indicate that traffic accident data reporting is still conducted manually using Microsoft Excel. This research aims to provide a reference for healthcare facilities, especially hospitals, to develop such a system. The information system is built and tested using black-box testing. Based on the functional aspects tested, the system operates effectively. It can be concluded that the system is suitable for use. Thus, medical record officers no longer need to sort emergency department patient data by admission date, diagnosis, and external cause, thereby facilitating the aggregation process and producing more comprehensive information.

Abstract

The stemming process in text preprocessing can ruin the meaning of words in Bahasa Indonesia text mining, potentially influencing the interpretation outcomes or the accuracy of machine learning models when processing complaint texts. Many Indonesians deliver their complaints by text, making this an important issue. Therefore, this research proposes the Be Raw Language (BRL) method for handling complaint texts. BRL generally circumvents several words that, when subjected to stemming, undergo changes in meaning. To ascertain whether a word undergoes changes and as a basis for analysis, this study employs a sentiment analysis approach utilizing 6,205 complaint text data sourced from community reviews concerning tourist destinations. Initially, these reviews are labeled as ground truth, and sentiment calculations are conducted. In the preliminary stage, the research findings indicate an accuracy rate of 60.23%. Subsequently, this study conducts an in-depth analysis on how words in the Indonesian language may change in meaning with the addition of prefixes or suffixes. Consequently, the concept of the BRL method emerges to analyze words without employing stemming and to delineate its approach in interpreting words along with their meanings. The study establishes three main rules for interpreting the meaning of a word or even phrases in Bahasa Indonesia texts to enhance accuracy. As a result, employing the BRL method increases the accuracy rate by 17.57% to 77.80%.

Abstract

Blibli.com is one of the most popular web-based e-commerce in Indonesia that continues to provide the best service to create customer satisfaction and lead them to make repeat purchases. The relationship between e-service quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on the Blibli.com website needs to be measured to determine its effect, so this is the background of this research. This research uses quantitative methods with nonprobability sampling techniques and purposive sampling for sample collection. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents who use Blibli.com in the UIN SUSKA RIAU environment. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and SMARTPLS 4 software. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.414, a P-value of 0.003, and a T value of 2.952 (> 1.96). In addition, e-service quality also has a significant influence on customer loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.462, a P-value of 0.001, and a T value of 3.362 (> 1.96).

Abstract

The advancement of information technology is growing rapidly. One of the benefits that can be felt is the increasing development of medical records in hospital. With the existence of electronic medical records, the quality of service in hospitals can be better, effective and efficient. As in XYZ Hospital, the medical records used in general are electronic-based, but there are still several reports that are still done ineffectively because they still use google spreadsheets and have to move data one by one, one of which is Patient Death Reporting. This makes the process of preparing death reports take quite a long time. To fix this problem, it is necessary to design a patient death reporting information system to facilitate and speed up the preparation of death reports. The design method that will be made uses waterfall and web-based. With this information system created, it will make it easier for officers to make death reports and the time used can be more effective.
