Abstract

Health services covering pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, family planning, and infants and toddlers are included in the scope of the maternal and child health program. Hospital X currently continues to process outpatient data using Microsoft Excel software and has not fully transitioned to electronic patient data. Descriptive qualitative research methodology using a website and phpMyAdmin database is used to produce MCH reports to increase the speed and accuracy of data and create a report format that is suitable for medical staff or hospital management. The stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance are all included in the waterfall development process used for this research software system. Data flow diagrams, flow maps and context diagrams were used in the development of the system design. In summary, this system can minimize data manipulation by assisting the processing of MCH reports, resulting in more accurate and efficient work.

Abstract

The DANA and OVO applications function as online digital wallet or e-wallet platforms. This application has service features such as buying credit, postpaid, electricity bills, insurance, BPJS, parking credit cards which can help users when making online payments. The problems that occur are when the QR transaction balance has been deducted but does not reach the destination, the signal often has problems or errors, bank transaction fees are too high, the security system is weak so user data leaks occur. Therefore, analysis is carried out using the User method. Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to find out the user's experience after using the application. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to display information about service factors that greatly influence user satisfaction. The IPA method divides questionnaire data into three variables: usefulness, information quality, and service, with a total of 16 questions. From the results of user experience analysis based on 102 responses using UEQ, the user experience on the DANA application is superior to OVO in all aspects of assessment. The results of the IPA analysis show that for the DANA application, there are four items that are the main priority and three items that must be maintained by the manager. Meanwhile, for the OVO application, there are two items that are the main priority and six items that must be maintained.

Abstract

Smart Campus Unisbank is an application-based online platform used for tuition payment, course registration (KRS), viewing semester grades, and various other activities in the educational field. This research uses the analysis of reviews of the Smart Campus Unisbank application found on Google Playstore using the Usability Testing Method. Usability Testing is used to analyze display issues of an application to match the needs of the service users. This Usability Testing includes several components, including learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. Based on user reviews of the Smart Campus application available on Google Playstore, recommendations obtained will be implemented into the website. Complaints from students are visualized into a diagram design

Abstract

PT Hajar Aswad Mubaroq Riau is a company that offers Hajj and Umrah travel services. However, currently they still use conventional methods in conducting their travel business processes as a whole. So that to improve the efficiency and performance of the travel company's business, it is necessary to implement an information system. In addition, the presence of information systems is expected to significantly reduce administrative costs and increase customer convenience in the transaction process. Before developing an information system, observations are made first to find out which business processes can be implemented in an information system. Information system development uses a Rapid Application Development approach that focuses on rapid development in a short time. The integration of the midtrans payment gateway into the information system has made it easier for researchers to develop a system that supports transaction payments through several banks and e-wallets in Indonesia.

Abstract

At Universitas Amikom Purwokerto, the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) faces significant challenges in financial data processing. Currently, financial data is managed using Microsoft Excel, and there is no system in place to properly manage and store this data. This lack of an efficient system hinders effective financial management and data handling. To address these issues, the proposed solution is to develop a website for financial management that supports the tri dharma of higher education. Effective web application development necessitates adherence to standard front-end framework models. Therefore, this study focuses on creating a front-end for the LPPM financial website using Bootstrap, following the waterfall method due to its sequential, structured, and reliable properties. The result of this study is a website-based LPPM financial application front-end. Based on test results, the front-end of this website achieved an SUS (System Usability Scale) score of 80.5, which falls into grade B. This indicates that the application is expected to facilitate the process of managing financial data and enhance user interaction with the system, effectively resolving the identified issues. This research was successful because it had created a front-end system in accordance with the needs that had been complained about by the university.

Abstract

A travel application is an application that allows tourists to manage various travel-related activities, such as searching for flights, accommodation, tourist activities, and booking flights at any time just by using a mobile device. This research applies the concept of Technology Continuance Theory (TCT) discovered by Liao et al., (2009), and deepens it with Technology Proficiency and Social Influence to identify what factors influence Continuance Intention in using travel applications. This research used a quantitative approach with 120 respondents using Agoda, Tiket.com, and Traveloka. The questionnaire was prepared using a Likert scale which identified 14 hypotheses. SEMP-PLS was applied for data analysis using SmartPLS v.3 software and provided results from 14 proposed hypotheses, it was discovered that 5 of them did not support this research. Satisfaction, Attitude, and Social Influence were proven to directly influence Continuance Intention, while Perceived Usefulness was found to have no significant influence. The addition of Technology Proficiency has a strong influence on Continuance Intention, and Social Influence was found to influence Continuance Intention through the mediator variable, is Satisfaction.

Abstract

The Agape Shop in Biak Papua carries out transactions only with receipts and calculators. Shop owners are often overwhelmed with serving customers and experience calculation errors because they still use calculators, have difficulty managing product stock, and have limited information on income and expenses. Therefore, this research will design a website-based Point of Sales (POS) system that can make it easier to manage transactions, product stock, sales reports, etc. The system development method uses the Agile method and heuristic evaluation to evaluate the system's interface. The process of working on a system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) includes Use Case Diagrams; Class Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) database structure design, and User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) design. Meanwhile, the programming language uses the PHP Laravel framework; JavaScript uses the JQuery library and uses the MySQL database which is used to develop this system. This research produces a website-based Point of Sales (POS) system that makes it easier to manage product stock, transaction management and sales reports.

Abstract

Quizizz exists as technology develops. However, in using Quizizz there are still many users who experience and give negative responses to their experience in using it. The reason the UEQ method is used in this research is because the UEQ method provides speed in processing and provides special tools that have been provided on the official UEQ website. In this study using the UEQ method, the resulting evaluation value of several variables is positive and neutral, including 5 variables with positive results. Among them are the variables of Attractiveness (mean 1.133), Clarity (mean 1.018), Efficiency (mean 1.198), Appropriateness (mean 1.130), and Stimulation (mean 1.170). While the remaining 1 variable received a Neutral evaluation, namely Novelty (mean 0.595). From some of the mean evaluation results obtained, the authors conclude that the Quizizz application received a positive evaluation by users in their experience while using the Quizizz application. Recommendations obtained in this research in the form of the appearance of the Quizizz application must be more user friendly and also in terms of information must be constantly updated using short, concise, and clear language so that it can be easily understood by students in educational institutions in SMA 6 Negeri Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

Jenius is a digital bank owned by BTPN since 2016 and licensed by OJK. The Jenius application allows users to make payments, transactions and save money in the form of long-term deposits. In 2023, Jenius will have 5.2 million users, up from 4.4 million the previous year. However, users still face a number of problems in accessing the application, such as stopped transactions, difficulty verifying to get the OTP code, and difficulty contacting customer service. This research aims to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with the Jenius application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The research results indicate that the level of user satisfaction is correlated with a level of conformity of 83%, indicating that the Jenius application has met user expectations because it is in the very satisfied category. Based on GAP calculations, all indicators have a negative value with an average of -0.919375, an assessment of the Jenius application reveals a gap between the quality of the services offered and user expectations. IPA quadrant analysis identified Relevance (C1) and Consistency (A2) as aspects requiring improvement. To maintain user satisfaction, factors such as Information Availability (T2), Attractiveness (F1), Neatness (F2), Clarity (F3), and user ease of use (E2).

Abstract

In 2023, the Community Service Program (KKN) system at Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University (UIN Suska Riau) found several significant obstacles based on user feedback. These include prolonged server downtime, difficulty accessing KKN locations, as well as errors and login issues that affect the efficiency of using the system during registration. To address these issues, research was conducted using two methods: HEART Metrics and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). HEART Metrics measures user experience through the variables of Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, and Task Success. IPA identifies improvement priorities by mapping item performance against their importance to users. The results showed that the level of usability based on the HEART variables (Happiness, Engagement, Retention, and Task Success) was classified as "Medium", while Adoption was in the "High" category. Further analysis showed that 9 out of 20 items require improvement, including user satisfaction, attractive design, convenience, accessibility, feature optimization, system quality, site selection, error reduction, and efficiency. These results indicate that the user experience of UIN Suska Riau's KKN system needs to be improved by addressing the items mentioned.
