Abstract

Human resources have an important role in an organization, as well as recruitment and selection that has an important role in achieving the goals of a company. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and selection on the performance of employees of PT.Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo. This study aims to: (1) Determine the effect of recruitment on employee performance of PT.Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo , (2) To know the effect of selection on employee performance of PT.Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo , (3) To know the effect of recruitment and selection together on employee performance, (4) To know which between recruitment and selection Which has a dominant effect on employee performance of PT.Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo. In this study using the type of quantitative research is more based on data that can be calculated to produce a solid quantitative interpretation. In this study using data analysis techniques reliabilitas test, validitas test, t test, f test and multiple regression analysis. Data analysis techniques in this study using SPSS computer apication taken from the data number of respondents. The results showed that: (1) recruitment partially affect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of thitung> ttable (4.568> 2.03951) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) partial selection affects employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of thitung> ttable (3.899> 2.03951) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) recruitment and selection affect simultaneously or simultaneously to employee performance. This can be proved by the value of Fhitungt> Ftable (124,391> 4.15) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (4) recruitment is the most dominant variable influential. This can be proved by the largest regression coefficient value of 0,503 when compared with the value of regression coefficient of selection that is 0.442 and besides recruitment has the largest thitung value is 4.568 when compared with the value of thitung selection is 3.899.

Abstract

Today the industry is growing and developing rapidly in various places. The purpose of establishing these industries is inseparable from the objectives to be achieved by the company. These objectives include to obtain large profits with minimal production costs. The "Jayabrix Indonesia" Lightweight BrickCompany in Paciran Lamongan is one of the national private companies engaged in the production of several Lightweight Brick.For this company to achieve the above goals and maintain consumer confidence is not an easy thing. The existence of very tight market competition will force the company to be able to implement a good strategy in an effort to achieve the above goals. From observations, interviews, and joint observations with employees of the Lightweight Brick company "Jayabix" in Lamongan, the authors found a problem where the main cause of low employee performance is because they are less capable and less able and less skilled at work so the way they work is less effective and not efficient which ultimately affects the productivity of the company. This is what the writer will try to improve employee work performance so that the productivity of the company goes well, one of them is by using research methods. After carrying out data analysis, it can be seen that the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.708 and the determination coefficient is 50,3%, meaning that training has an important role in employee performance, then after the hypothesis testing is known, t count itung t table is 9,214 > 2,358. shows a strong role between training and employee performance.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology, will have an impact on learning methods in schools. The learning method will begin to shift from manual methods to learning methods using applications / software. Schools are required to be able to create appropriate learning methods and produce graduates who are proficient in operating technology such as making financial reports using software as a means of accounting knowledge. The purpose of this study is to design a technology-based accounting learning model to facilitate and motivate accounting learning for vocational students. The approach of this research is an explorative research of a technical applicative nature with a multidisciplinary approach which is the approach of the fields of accounting and technology. Data collection methods in this study include documentation, observation, and interviews. Design interactive applications using Macromedia Flash Player 8. The results of the study provide an interactive application of accounting learning models called Accounters. This application consists of three main menus namely Material, Quiz, and Hangman (game). Therefore, the Accounters application makes it easy for students in vocational schools to better understand accounting, so they are able to make financial reports for companies when they work later. And able to increase student motivation in accounting.

Abstract

The motivation of this research is the research of Dwiningwarni et.al (2019) and Shobihin et.al (2019). The research objective is to analyze the Cooperative's financial performance by using Financial Ratio and analysis financial statements. The analytical method used is the comparative method of Financial Ratios , Trend analysis and Common Size. The sampling technique uses systematic sampling. The results showed that 1) From the calculation of the ratio analysis used, the third ratio analysis, namely Liquidity, Profitability, Solvency and Activity showed an unfavorable condition. 2) From the Trend analysis shows that the trend tends to fluctuate up or down. 3) From the Common Size analysis, it shows that the items of assets, liabilities and capital provide figures that are less comparable or can be said to be unhealthy, because the amount of liabilities is greater than assets and capital. This means it can be concluded that the Cooperative's financial condition is not healthy, so there needs to be improved management or management. Improved management not only from the financial side but also from the HR side. One of the causes of unhealthy cooperative financial performance is liquidity ratios, solvency, profitability and activities that show poor and not good results.

Abstract

The combination of cellular telephone technology with internet technology lately is increasingly rife discussed. The analysis in this study was criticized that the population was customers who had savings in BRI Surabaya and had not used BRI SMS banking services, with a sample requirement of 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that the perceived benefits affect the intention to use SMS banking more strongly in men than women. Then the hypothesis is accepted, because it can be seen from the value of the beta coefficient in men the value of the beta coefficient (0.432) is greater than women whose beta coefficient value (0.225). Perceived ease of use affects the intention to use SMS banking more strongly in women than men. Then the hypothesis is accepted, with a beta coefficient value (-0.188) smaller than women whose beta coefficient value (0.286). Social norms affect the intention to use SMS banking more strongly in women than men. Then the hypothesis is rejected, because it can be seen from the value of the beta coefficient, where in men the value of the beta coefficient (0.314) is greater than women whose beta coefficient value (0.191). The perceived quality of the system influences the intention to use SMS banking more strongly in men than in women. Then the hypothesis is rejected, because it can be seen from the value of the beta coefficient, where in men the value of the beta coefficient (0.398) is smaller than women whose beta coefficient value (0.429). This is due to the fact that women in Surabaya are considered more to consider risk, safety and quality

Abstract

Nowadays the competition in the culinary world is growing rapidly, especially restaurants or restaurants, this phenomenon has only recently been booming, now we easily find everywhere, both large restaurants and simple houses (warungs). Therefore marketing is very important to support the success of a business. The purpose of this study is to find out the quality of the product, the atmosphere of the place and the quality of service to the purchasing decision at the Asih Jaya Babat restaurant. The method in this study is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, partial t test and simultaneous f test. The results of this study indicate that the quality of products has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the atmosphere of the place has a positive and significant effect, and the quality of service has a negative effect on purchasing decisions at the Asih Jaya Babat restaurant.

Abstract

The background of this research is intellectual unemployment which is increasing due to lack of awareness among the younger generation to create their own jobs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of self efficacy, family environment and entrepreneurship education to student interest in entrepreneurship. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Respondents in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The independent variables in this study is self efficacy, family environment and entrepreneurship education. Dependent variables in this study is student interest in entrepreneurship. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22.0. The results of this study indicate that all the independent variables in this study have an influence on the dependent variable, both partially and simultaneously, while the social media variables, motivation and environment that influence the interest in entrepreneurship have a mediating relationship partially or simultaneously. Abstract

Success in conducting business activities carried out by small businesses often faced with the many issues faced. These obstacles often make small businesses difficult to develop. This research aims to describe the influence of entrepreneurial competency, coaching and business location to the success of entrepreneurial in small business traders located in the village of Tlogomas Malang. The approach used is quantitative. The results of the study showed that competence has no significant effect on successful business. Coaching variables influence positively but also insignificant to business success. While the location of business affects positively and significantly to the success of the business, but simultaneously competence, coaching, and business locations influence positive and significant to the success of the business.

Abstract

Stock is the owner of the company, the greater the shares it has, the greater the power of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exchange rates and stability on stock prices in food and beverage manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2009-2018 period. The research method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression. The population in this study were 7 food and beverage companies. The sample collection technique used in this study was purpive sampling technique which numbered 18 food and beverage companies. The results of this study indicate that the exchange rate has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. Variable stability to stock prices from the first year to the fifth year rose significantly. But starting the following year, namely the sixth year, it fell evenly or insignificantly. Because it is known from the results of the histogram dependent stock price increase is not stable. All independent variables, namely the exchange rate and stability, do not simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely the stock price.

Abstract

In organizations or human resources, companies are assets that are considered very potential and important. One that makes employees comfortable is the physical and non-physical environment. From this problem can increase productivity. Human resources in this case employees or employees of organizations or companies should not be underestimated. Organizations or companies must provide a special section that is tasked with handling problems relating to employees, that part is called human resource management (HR) or more commonly called the personnel section. Personnel in this case are human resource managers. The manager's scope includes learning and developing ways for employees to effectively devote all their potential and strengths to help achieve the goals of the organization or company. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and this study has a population of 260 respondents and a sample of 80 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with T test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). This study has physical work environment variables (X1), coloring indicators, cleanliness, lighting, air, spatial planning, and non-physical work environment variables (X2) indicators are supervision, work atmosphere, reward system, good treatment, security of members, and employee productivity variables (Y) the indicators are human, capital, production process, organizational environment, work environment. From the results of the regression analysis it is known that the greatest influence on employee productivity is the non-physical work environment (X2) which has a coefficient of 0.698. Then the next variable is the physical work environment (X1) with a coefficient of 0.203. Hypothesis testing Then from the results of the T test showed that the two independent variables proved to have a significant effect on employee work productivity. In addition, the adjusted R square determination coefficient test of 0.689 shows that 68.9% of variation in employee productivity can be explained by two independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 31.1% is explained by other variables beyond the two variables used in this study.
