Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan depth jump leap dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen lapangan dengan rancangan penelitian the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMAN 1 Mengwi tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Data daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata. Kelompok depth jump leap sebesar 11,01 dan pada kelompok skipping sebesar 6,23. Dari perbedaan rata-rata yang didapatkan pada kedua kelompok pelatihan tersebut maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan depth jump leap dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata maka kelompok pelatihan depth jump leap lebih baik untuk meningkatkan power otot tungkai. Dengan uji-t dengan hasil power otot tungkai kelompok pelatihan depth jump leap serta skipping pada signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05), sehingga hipotesis “pelatihan depth jump leap dan skipping berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai” diterima. Dilanjutkan dengan uji-t untuk memperoleh perbandingan, hasil uji-t kelompok pelatihan depth jump leap (73,78) lebih baik dibandingkan skipping (69,00) terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat di simpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh latihan deph jump leap terhadap power otot tungkai. (2) Terdapat pengaruh latihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai. (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil bentuk latihan depth jump leap dan skipping, dimana pelatihan depth jump leap lebih baik dari pelatihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi - Badung. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, power, otot tungkai, This study aims to determine the effect of depth jump leap training and skipping to the leg muscle power . The research is a field experiment with the modified design of the study group pre - test - post-test design . Subjects were participants in extracurricular boys volleyball SMAN 1 Mengwi in 2014 , amounting to 36 students . Data explosive leg muscle power was measured with a vertical jump test , then the data were analyzed by t-test at the significance level ( α ) of 0.05 . The results of data analysis showed an increase in the average value of the variable leg muscle explosive power has increased an average value . The group depth jump leap of 11.01 and 6.23 for group skipping . Of the average difference obtained in both the training group then there is a difference between the effect of depth jump training leap and skipping to the leg muscle power . Based on the increase in the average value of the group depth jump training leap better to increase leg muscle power . With the t-test with results limb muscle power training group and skipping leap jump depth at the 5% significance ( α = 0.05 ) , so the hypothesis " depth jump training leap and skipping effect on limb muscle power " is received . Followed by t-test to obtain a comparison , the results of t-test jump leap depth training group ( 73.78 ) is better than skipping ( 69,00 ) to increase leg muscle power . From the research conducted it can be concluded that ( 1 ) There is a leap jump deph effects of exercise on leg muscle power . ( 2 ) There is the effect of skipping exercise on leg muscle power . ( 3 ) there are significant differences between the results of this form of exercise and skipping leap jump depth , where depth jump training leap better than skipping training on leg muscle power . The results of this study are expected to increase leg muscle power in boys volleyball extracurricular participants SMA 1 Mengwi - Badung . keyword : Training , power , leg muscle

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan shooting satu tangan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan shooting dua tangan, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan shooting satu tangandan pelatihan shooting dua tangan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Laboratorium Undiksha tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Data shooting diukur dengan tes tembakan (free throw). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan shooting satu tangan berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung= 10,06 >ttabel= 2,10 (2) pelatihan shooting dua tanganterhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung= 9,49 >ttabel= 2,10 (3) pelatihan pelatihan shooting satu tangan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan shooting dua tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 10,06>9,49. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan shooting satu tangan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan shooting dua tangan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan antara shooting satu tangan dan shooting dua tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting, dimana pelatihan shooting satu tangan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan shooting dua tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam bola basket.Kata Kunci : Shooting Satu Tangan Dan Shooting Dua Tangan. Result of data analysis ( 1) training of shooting one hand have an effect on to accuracy of shooting, with result of thitung= 10,06 > ttabel= 2,10 ( 2) training of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting, with result of thitung= 9,49 > ttabel= 2,10 ( 3) training of training of shooting one hand give compared to better influence [of] training of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting, seen with result of mean 10,06>9,49. Please conclude that ( 1) there are influence of training of shooting one hand to make-up of accuracy of shooting, ( 2) there are influence of training of shooting two hand to make-up of accuracy of shooting, ( 3) there are difference of uplifting of skill [among/between] shooting one and hand of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting, where training of shooting one better hand from [at] training of shooting two hand to accuracy of shooting in ball of basketkeyword : shooting one hand and shooting two hand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan jump header, (2) pengaruh pelatihan header bergerak, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan jump header dan pelatihan header bergerak. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMK Negeri 1 Mas-Ubud tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data heading diukur dengan tes heading. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan jump header berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung= 9,33 >ttabel= 2,04 (2) pelatihan header bergerak terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung= 8,65 >ttabel= 2,04 (3) pelatihan pelatihan header bergerak memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan jump header terhadap keterampilan heading, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 28,20>26,40. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan jump header terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan header bergerak terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan antara jump header dan header bergerak terhadap keterampilan heading, dimana pelatihan header bergerak lebih baik dari pada pelatihan jump header terhadap keterampilan heading dalam sepak bola.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, heading, keterampilan. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan plyometric side hop terhadap power otot tungkai (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan plyometric box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, dan (3) untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan plyometric side hop dan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test-post-test group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa putra yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja dan dibagi menjadi kelompok perlakuan I dan perlakuan II dengan rumus A-B-B-A. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikasi 5 %. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelatihan plyometric side hop berpengaruh terhadap Power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung (9,57) > ttabel (2,04), (2) pelatihan plyometric box jump berpengaruh terhadap Power otot tungkai, dengan hasil hasil thitung (26,01) > ttabel (2,04), dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pelatihan plyometric side hop dan box jump, dengan hasil thitung (7,49) > ttabel (2,04). Pelatihan plyometric box jump memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan plyometric side hop terhadap Power otot tungkai (rata-rata pelatihan plyometric box jump = 8,26 > pelatihan plyometric side hop = 3,73). Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Plyometric Side hop, Pelatihan Plyometric Box Jump, Power Otot Tungkai. The aim of this research are: (1) to determine the effect of plyometric side hop training on leg muscle power (2) to determine the effect of plyometric box jump training on leg muscle power, and (3) to determine the difference effect between the plyometric side hop training and plyometric box jump training to the leg muscle power. This research was an experimental research with the modified of the pre-test-post-test group design. The samples in this research were 30 students who follow football extracurricular in SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja. The samples was divided into treatment groups I and treatment group II by using A-B-B-A formula. Data analyses in this research using t-test at 5% significance level. The results showed that (1) plyometric side hop training effect on leg muscle power, with the t-count (9.57) > t-table (2.04), (2) plyometric box jump effect on leg muscle power, with t-count results (26.01) > t-table (2.04), and (3)there are differences between plyometric side hop training and plyometric box jump training, with t-count (7.49) > t-table (2.04). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai,(3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan box jump dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Subjek penelitian adalah pesrta siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli sebanyak 32 orang. Tes pengumpulan data power otot tungkai dengan menggunakan vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Dari analisis data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1.) Pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. (2.) Pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. (3.) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan box jump dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Pengaruh pelatihan box jump lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan skipping pada power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit= . 23,89 > ttab = 2,042. (2) Pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai diperoleh hasil thit= 11,07 > ttab = 2.042. Dilihat dari hasil rata pelatihan box jump = 63,06 > pelatihan skipping = 59,50.Kata Kunci : box jump, skipping, power otot tungkai This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training on the box jump leg muscle power, (2) the effect of skipping training on leg muscle power, (3) differences in the effect of the training box jumps and skipping to the leg muscle power in students' extracurricular participants SMAN 2 Bangli Subjects were 2014 participants extracurricular student SMA Bangl as 32 people. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan drilling lob dengan metode ketepatan terhadap keterampilan lob, (2) pengaruh pelatihan drilling lob dengan metode kecepatan terhadap keterampilan lob, (3) perbedaan pengaruh latihan pelatihan drilling lob dengan metode ketepatan dan kecepatan terhadap keterampilan lob. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Utara dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen the modified group pre-test–post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan clear tes. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan drilling lob metode ketepatan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan lob, dengan hasil thit 15,23 > ttab 2,048, (2) pelatihan drilling lob metode kecepatan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan lob, dengan hasil thit 8,77 > ttab 2,048, (3) terdapat perbedaan keterampilan lob antara pelatihan drilling lob metode ketepatan dan kecepatan, dengan hasil thit 2,47 > ttab 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan drilling lob metode ketepatan terhadap keterampilan lob, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan drilling lob metode kecepatan terhadap keterampilan lob, (3) ada perbedaan keterampilan lob antara pelatihan drilling lob metode ketepatan dan kecepatan, dimana pelatihan drilling lob metode ketepatan lebih baik daripada dengan metode kecepatan terhadap keterampilan lob yaitu 56,13 > 52,07. Kata Kunci : keterampilan lob, drilling lob dengan metode ketepatan, drilling lob dengan metode ketepatan This study aims to determine (1) the influence of drilling lob training with precision method to lob skills, (2) the influence of drilling lob training with the skills lob velocity method, (3) differences in the effects of exercise training with a lob drilling method accuracy and speed of the skill lob . The subjects were students of SMA Negeri 1 badminton extracurricular North Kuta with a number of 30 people. This study uses the modified experimental group pre-test-post-test design. Test data collection is done using clear tests. Data were analyzed using t-test statistics (t-test) at the 5% significance level. The results of this study (1) drilling training affect the accuracy of the method lob lob skills, with the result of 15.23 thit> ttab 2.048, (2) training speed drilling method lob lob effect on skills, with the result thit 8.77> 2.048 ttab, (3) there is a difference between training skills lob lob drilling method of precision and speed, with the result thit 2.47> 2.048 ttab. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan service pendek backhand dengan net tetap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, (2) pengaruh pelatihan service pendek backhand dengan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan service pendek backhand dengan net tetap dan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura yang berjumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test–post-test design. Hasil penelitian (1) pelatihan net tetap berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand dengan thitung 8,872 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. (2) pelatihan net tinggi bertahap berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand thitung 11,103 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 dan, (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan net tetap dan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, dengan signifikan sebesar 0,007. Pelatihan net tinggi bertahap (hasil rata-rata 22,39) berpengaruh lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pelatihan net tetap (hasil rata-rata 14,89). Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan net tetap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan service pendek backhand, (2) pelatihan net tinggi bertahap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan service pendek backhand, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan net tetap dan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, pelatihan net tinggi bertahap lebih baik dibandingkan net tetap terhadap peningkatan ketepatan service pendek backhand. Kata Kunci : Service PendekBackhand, Net Tetap, Tinggi Bertahap This study destination to determine ( 1 ) the effect of short - service backhand with a net fixed to the accuracy of the backhand short service, ( 2 ) the backhand short service trainee effect with high net gradually to the accuracy of the backhand short service, ( 3 ) The difference between the effect of short - service traineebackhand to the net fixed and high gradually to the accuracy of the backhand short service. Subjects were boys extracurricular badminton in SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura totaling 36 people . This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design . The results of the study ( 1 ) the trainee effect on the accuracy of the net remains a backhand short service with t-test with significance 8.8720.000 t-test is less than α = 0.05, ( 2 ) high net trainee gradually affect the accuracy of the backhand short service account 11,103 with 0,000 t-test of significance is smaller than α = 0.05 and, ( 3 ) the difference between the net trainee remains high and net gradually to the accuracy to the backhand short servic, with significantly by 0.007. High net training stages (average yield of 22.39) effect is better than the fixed net trainee (average yield of 14.89. Based on data analysis and discussion is concluded that ( 1 ) the training effect on the increase in net fixed precision backhand short service, ( 2 ) high net training gradually affect the increased accuracy backhand short service, ( 3 ) there is a difference between training the net effect remains and high net gradually the accuracy backhand short service , high net training gradually better than net fixed to the increased accuracy backhand short service. keyword : Short Backhand Service, Net Fixed, High Gradually

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan lari amplopterhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan shuttle run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) Perbedaan kelincahan antara kelompok lari amplopdan shuttle run. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test–post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kelincahan agility t-test. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 16,0 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent, (1) pelatihan lari amplopberpengaruh terhadap kelincahan dengan thitung 9,514 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. (2) pelatihan shuttle run berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan thitung17.798 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 dan, (3) hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent pada variabel kelincahan dari masing-masing kelompok diperoleh nilai thitung yang berbeda dengan signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α (thitung =0,05) sebesar 0,019 sehingga hipotesis dinyatakan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lari amplopdan shuttle run. Pelatihan shuttle run memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan lari amplopterhadapkelincahan, diterima. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan lari amplopterhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan shuttle runterhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) ada perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan antara pelatihan lari amplopdan shuttle run, dimana pelatihan shuttle run lebih baik daripada pelatihan lari amplopterhadap peningkatan kelincahanKata Kunci : kelincahan, lari amplop, shuttle run This study aims to determine (1) Effect of running training envelope to increase agility, (2) Effect of training on the increase agility shuttle run, (3) The difference between the groups ran envelope agility and shuttle run. The subjects were students of SMP Negeri 2 extracurricular badminton Amlapura numbered 30 people. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Test data collection using skills tests agility agility t-test. Data were analyzed using SPSS 16.0 at significance level α = 0.05 Based on the results of independent t-test, (1) the training effect on the agility run envelope with tcount 9.514 0.000 t-test with a significance smaller than α = 0.05. (2) the training effect on the shuttle run agility t-test with significance thitung 0,000 17 798 smaller than α = 0.05 and, (3) the results of data analysis using independent t-test on agility variables of each group obtained with different tcount significance is smaller than the value of α (t = 0.05) was 0.019, so the hypothesis is stated there is a difference between the effect of running training envelope and shuttle run. Training shuttle run gives a better effect than the envelope of the agility training run, is accepted. It was concluded that (1) no effect of run training envelope to increase agility, (2) no effect of training to increase agility shuttle run, (3) there is a difference between the increase in agility training run envelopes and shuttle run, where the shuttle run better training than training run envelope to increase agilitykeyword : agility, running envelope, shuttle run

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat (massed practice) dan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) terhadap passing atas bola voli putra peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA N 1 gerokgak 2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah “eksperimental semu (quasi exsperimental). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Modifed Group Pretest-posttest Control Design”. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMA N 1 Gerokgak. Tehnik pengunpulan data ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variable terikat yaitu kemampuan melakukan passing atas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t independen dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) model pelatihan praktek padat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing atas bola voli, dengan hasil thit= 5.782 > ttab = 2.144 (2) model pelatihan praktek terdistribusu berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing atas boli voli dengan hasil thit= 9.811 > ttab = 2.144. (3). Terdapat perbedaan perbedaan pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan passing atas, dengan hasil thit = 2.750 > ttab = 2,048. Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan : (1) model pelatihan praktek padat (massed practice) dan pelatihan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan ketrampilan passing atas bola voli. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara dua kelompok model pelatihan praktik padat (massed practice) dan pelatihan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) terhadap peningkatan penguasaan ketrampilan tehnik passing atas dimana model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) memiliki peningkatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan model pelatihan praktek padat (massed practice)Kata Kunci : pelatihan, praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi, terhadap, passing atas, bola voli This study aimed to know the effect of massage practice and distributed practice toward passing atas on volley ball in extracurricular participants’ at SMA N 1 Gerokgak in 2014. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat terhadap ketepatan servis atas, (2) pengaruh model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas, (3) perbedaan pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Abang. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 38 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu ketepatan melakukan servis. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dangan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) model pelatihan praktik padat berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 33,026 > ttab = 2,101, (2) model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 51,776 > ttab = 2,101, (3) Terdapat perbedaan perbedaan pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 19,463 > ttab = 2,028. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan; (1) Model pelatihan praktik padat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, (2) Model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, dimana model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi lebih baik dari pada model pelatihan praktik padat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, praktik padat, praktik terdistribusi, ketepatan, bola voli This study aims to determine (1) the effect of massed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, (2) the effect of distributed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, (3) the difference effect of massed praktice training methods and distributed praktice on the acurate top service.
