Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan dan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMAN 2 Mengwi-Badung tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Data passing bawah diukur dengan tes passing bawah individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, dengan hasil thitung = 20,28 > ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, dengan hasil thitung = 8,49 > ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 42,06 > 35,50. Kata Kunci : Passing Bawah Bola Voli, Latihan Passing Bawah Berpasangan, Latihan Passing Bawah Ke Dinding. This study aims to determine the (1) the effect of passing the training down in pairs to the bottom passing ability, (2) the effect of passing the training down to the bottom wall of the passing ability, (3) variability in the effect of passing the training down in pairs and passing down to the bottom wall of the passing ability. The subjects were by boys volleyball extracurricular participants SMAN 2 Mengwi-Badung in 2014 totaling 36 students. The data passing under test is measured by passing down the individual. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of the data using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of 5%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan padat terhadap peningkatan keterampilan pukulan lob, (2) pengaruh pelatihan terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan pukulan lob .(3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan padat dan terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan pukulan lob. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Kintamani tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Tes pengumpulan data pukulan lob dengan menggunakan clear test. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) metode pelatihan padat berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan pukulan lob, dengan hasil t_hitung=18,46 > t_tabel=2,042, (2) metode pelatihan terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan pukulan lob, dengan hasil t_hitung=17,74 > t_tabel=2,042, (3) metode pelatihan padat memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding metode pelatihan terdistribusi terhadap keterampilan pukulan lob, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 59,81 > 50,44.Kata Kunci : Pukulan lob, pelatihan padat, pelatihan terdistribusi This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of massed training to lob skill enhancement, (2) the effects of distributed training on skill enhancement lob. (3) variability in the effect of massed training and skills upgrading distributed to lob. Subjects were participants of extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 1 badminton Kintamani 2014, amounting to 32 students. Test data collection lob by using clear test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data analysis using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of 5%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice terhadap teknik forehand dan backhand dalam olahraga tenis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modificated pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra sekolah tenis Satya Bhuwana Gianyar tahun 2014 sebanyak 30 orang. Forehand dan backhand diukur dengan tes keterampilan forehand dan backhand drive. Data dianalisis dengan uji paired-sampels t-test yaitu dengan membandingkan hasil keterampilan forehand dan backhand dari kelompok perlakuan massed practice dan distributed practice dibandingkan dengan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05). Maka diperoleh thitung 15,67 > ttabel 2,048 untuk metode pelatihan massed practice terhadap variabel forehand dan thitung15,75 > ttabel2,048 untuk variabel backhand, sedangkan untuk metode pelatihan distributed practice diperoleh hasil thitung 43,57 > ttabel 2,048 untuk variabel forehand dan thitung 34,10 > ttabel 2,048 untuk variabel backhand. Sehingga hipotesis metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan forehand dan backhand diterima. Dilanjutkan dengan uji independent-sampels t-test untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan diantara kedua kelompok tersebut, hasil uji independent-sampels t-test untuk keterampilan forehand diperoleh harga thitung > ttabel, 8,126 > 2,048 sedangkan untuk keterampilan backhand diperoleh hasil thitung > ttabel, 9,142 > 2,048. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan; (1) metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan forehand dan backhand, (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice terhadap keterampilan forehand dan backhand.Kata Kunci : Metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice, keterampilan teknik forehand dan backhand. This research aims to determine the effect of massed practice training methods and distributed practice on the forehand and backhand technique in tennis. This research is a quasi experimental design with the modificated pretest-posttest design. The subjects were students of the school tennis son Satya Bhuwana Gianyar 2014 as many as 30 people. Continued with an independent test of the samples t-test to detect differences between groups, independent test results-the samples t-test for the skills acquired forehand the price thitung> ttable, 8,126 > 2,048, while for the results obtained backhand skills thitung > ttable, 9,142 > 2,048. From the research results it can be concluded; (1) massed practice training methods and distributed practice effect on the forehand and backhand skills, (2) there is a difference between the effect of massed practice training methods and distributed practice on the skills of forehand and backhand.keyword : Method of massed training practice and distributed practice, technique skills forehand and backhand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai.(3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan dobule leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMAN 1 Banjar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Data daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=18,694 > t_tabel=2,063, (2) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=10,473 > t_tabel=2,063, (3) pelatihan single leg speed hop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 59,56 > 54,48. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan obstacel run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet putra club prima yang berjumlah 22 orang. Kelincahan diukur dengan test suthle run. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent taraf signifikansi α (thitung = 0,05) dengan bantuan computer program SPSS 16,0. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test deslign. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent, (1) pelatihan obstacel run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan thitung 6,687 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. (2) pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan thitung 20,58 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 dan, (3) hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent pada variabel kelincahan dari masing-masing kelompok diperoleh nilai thitung yang berbeda dengan signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α (thitung = 0,05) sebesar 0,00 sehingga hipotesis dinyatakan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Kata-kata kunci: pelatihan obstacel run, three corner drill, kelincahan, sepak takraw. Kata Kunci : pelatihan obstacel run, three corner drill, Kelincahan. sepak takraw *ABSTRACK This study aimed to determine (1) the obstacel runtraining affect the increased agility,(2) three-corner drill training affect the increased agility, (3) difference between the effect of the obstacel run training and three corner drill training to increased agility. 22 sepak takraw athlete male who were selected as the sample of this study.Agility was measured by using shutle run test.This research was designed quasi-experimentally in which the nonrandomized control group pretest posttest design was used. The data was analyzed by using uji-t independent in which the significant level is α(thitung =0,05)which then was analyzed by using SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of independent t-test, (1) obstacel run training affect the increased agility of thitung6.687 with the significant 0.000 count smaller than α = 0.05. (2)Based on the results of independent t-test, (1) obstacel run training affect the increased agility of thitung20,58 with the significant 0.000 count smaller than α = 0.05. (3) results of data analysis using independent t-test on agility variables of each group obtained thitung different with significantly smaller than the value of α (thitung= 0.05) of 0.00, so the hypothesis is stated there is a difference between training effect and obstacel run training and three corner drill training to increased agility, accepted. Based on the result of data analysis and the discussion, it can be concluded that obstacel run and three corner drill training affect the improvement of agility. However, there is a different effect between obstacel run and three corner drill training toward the improvement of agility. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dribble segi empat terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dribble beranting terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (3) perbedaan pengaruh latihan dribble segi empat dengan dribble beranting terhadap keterampilan dribbling. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014 dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggiring bola secepat mungkin. Analisis data menggunakan statistic uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variabel keterampilan dribbling. Kelompok dribble segi empat dari 11.60 sampai 16,80. Pada kelompok dribble beranting dari 11.60 sampai 17,60. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan dribble segi empat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling, (2) pelatihan dribble beranting berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara dribble segi empat dan dribble beranting dimana dribble beranting lebih baik dari pada dribble segi empat pada siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, (2) pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 dan 1:20 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik SMP N 1 Mengwi tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data kecepatan lari 100 meter diukur dengan tes lari cepat 100 meter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dengan hasil thitung= 11,18 > ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dengan hasil thitung = 32,11 > ttabel = 2,042 (3) terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 dan 1:20 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dengan hasil thitung = 5,04 > ttabel = 2,042. Pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 adalah 15,32 dan rata-rata pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 adalah 15,74. Kata Kunci : pelatihan, interval anaerob, rasio kerja dan istirahat, kecepatan. The data of 100 meter sprint speed was measured by a 100 meter sprint test. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan plyometrics depth jump dan double leg bound terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014 Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 30 siswa yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 15 orang pelatihan depth jump dan 15 orang pelatihan double leg bound. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari dua variabel yakni variabel bebas berupa pelatihan plyometrics depth jump dan double leg bound, sedangkan variable terikat yaitu daya ledak otot tungkai. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu daya ledak otot tungkai. Data-data tersebut berupa data yang didapat dari hasil tes awal (pre-test) dan hasil tes akhir (post-test) pada masing-masing kelompok. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dangan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0 Berdasarkan hasil analis data menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai. Kelompok dengan pelatihan plyometrics depth jump mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,53 sedangkan model pelatihan plyometrics double leg bound meningkat sebesar 10,6. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan depth jump dan double leg bound terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, pelatihan double leg bound mengalami peningkatan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan depth jump untuk meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : pelatihan plyometrics depth jump, pelatihan plyometrics double leg bound, daya ledak otot tungkai this study aims to the determine the effect of plyometrics depht jump training and double leg bound to power leg muscle of student of SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in academic year 2014. This study was done by experimental design the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. This study was done in SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. The subject were 30 students. There were 2 groups that 15 students depth jump training and 15 student of double leg bound training. There were two variable used in this study: independent variable : plyometrics depth jump and double leg bound training, dependen variable : the power of leg muscle the data collection was obtained by counting dependent variable to the power of leg muscle. The data were obtained from first result (pre-test) and final result (post test) to each group of depth jump and doble leg bound training. The data analysis used teknik t independent test at significant α = 0,05. Based on the data analysis, the data showed that, there were significant improvements to the standard score of power leg muscle. The group of Depth jump training were 4,53 and training of double leg bound group were 10,6. Based on that facts, it could be concluded that there were differences of the influence of the depth jump excercise and double leg bound toward the power of legs muscles of the students who participated in volley ball extracurucullar at SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar year 2014.keyword : plyometrics depth jump training, plyometrics double leg bound training, the power of leg muscle
