Abstract

Study with the title “ Income Distribution and The Factors that Influence toward Low Economic Society on Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas” case study on low economic family that receive Woman Loan System (Simpan Pinjam Perempuan)  at District Development Program. The aims of this research is to determine and analyze income distribution  and factors that influence of its. This reasect use survey method toward three villages as sample, which are have the furthermost distance from central district (Melung village), middle (Karangnangka village), and the nearest (Kedungbanteng village). The respondent is society, specifically woman that receive Woman Loan System (Simpan Pinjam Perempuan) at District Develompent Program. This research is quantitative descriptive analyzing and used gini index and double linear regression. The result of analysis shows that Income distribution from business activity who have receive loan woman system shows that Karangnangka and Melung classified into low rate of imbalance distribution, otherwise Kedungbanteng classified into high rate imbalance distribution and holistically imbalance distribution on Kedungbanteng include in high rate. Based on regression coefficient factor that have influence mostly in order are long time of business, education, and loan capital, family dependent do not influence toward rate of income. This research suggest to handling event to empower the knowledge, such as entrepreneur skill and the parties that should be more selective when giving loan business.Keywords: District Development Program , ProgramSimpan Pinjam Perempuan, gini index,

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between foreign direct investments (FDI) and economic growth in Maluku. The relationship on that variables is very important because Maluku has to optimize the economic growth in order to save from crisis. Econometrics technique Granger causality is used to estimate the short and long run relationship of these variables with the co-integration analysis as suggested by Johansen. This research is using time series data, 1971 to 2007. The finally results is the one-way relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic growth which FD has positive impact toward economic growth. Keywords: foreign direct investment (FDI), economic growth, Granger causality

Abstract

This study focus to analysis and evaluate the causality of central government transfer fund and economic growth in the region of West Papua Province. Using secondary data from BPS, Bappeda and BKPMD. Estimation method that used in this research is Granger Causality test.Results showed that central government transfer fund at the fisrt time lag in the model significantly affecting economic growth, at the fourth lag there is a bilateral causality between central government transfer fund and economic growth significantly affecting each other. Keywords:   central government transfer fund, economic growth

Abstract

 The aims of the research are: to find out the condition of the people participation, income distribution, education level, economic growth, and government expenditure, and also to find out and analyze the effects income distribution, education level, economic growth, and government expenditure to the people participation in Banyumas Regency. The data are secondary data that covered: the people participation, income distribution, education level, gross regional domestic product, and government expenditure in Banyumas Regency. The method analysis are tabulation and multiple regression analysis model. The result of 1999–2006 period analysis shows: (1) The everage growth of people participation on 8,29%, economic growth on 3,49%, government expenditure on 20,44%, income distribution on 2,57%, and education level on 4,93% for every year, (2) The effect of the four variables above in people participation have significant effect but in partial only government expenditure variable have significant effect on 5%. Therefore, it is suggested that Banyumas Regency Government should be to attended and give an real example to increase the people participation, economic growth, income distribution, and the level of education with the government expenditure. Keywords: people participation, income distribution, education level, gross regional domestic product, government expenditure

This paper describes the linkage between economic development and environmental degradation, while economics growth being the center of national economic development indicators. The degradation of natural resources is not the unique attribute of advanced Western industrial economic. But, it happens on Eastern economics bloc and the low growth economics countries also. Abstract

The aim of this research are to enquiry the influence of exchange rate rupiah to USD, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and world oil price toward import of Indonesia during 2000.I-2008.I. The research methods are descriptive and quantitative analyses using secondary data. The analysis tool is path analysis to show direct and indirect influences of Indonesia’s import. This research also uses t-test to show partial influence and F-test to know together influence. Abstract

 Health and Education expenditure are two important public spending items, those sectors playing important role at human capital development. Public subsidies for social services such as education and health care rest on two basic policy objectives: efficiency and equity. Efficiency gains can be achieved when the subsidies produce external benefits or correct for a market failure. The reseach aim is how to know the technical efficiency of health and education sector in every region at Banyumas Regency. This research uses secondary data with observation period 2007. The analysis instrument used in this research is DEA. The result of the research showing in general that the level of health efficiency sector in every region in Banyumas Regency is high enough. The level of efficiency for 17 regions from 27 regions is 100 percent. While the level of education efficiency sector in every region in Banyumas Regency is inefficient. The level for 16 regions from 27 regions is less than 100 percent.             Keywords: public sector, technical efficiency , DEA

Abstract

This research evaluation is a part of activities development management is to know how the activities development works.  Evaluation could be good or bad is depended on the inputs of the monitoring systems. This research is analysed by indicator descriptions.  The conclusion shows that Purbalingga’s PDRB in 2003 increase about 1.3%.  In other side, the gaps among sectors are low enough.  It means each sector works better and relatively will be spread evenly.  That’s why the policy of budget allocation is better to lead to have interrelatedness (backward and forward) for all sectors.Keywords: monitoring systems, Indicator description, budget allocation.
