Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of training plyometrics zig-zag drills against yield and strength of limb muscles. This type of research is a true experiment with the design of the study randomized pre-test post-test control group design. Samples of the student’s research is the son of class VIII SMP N 1 Mengwi year 2012/2013 lessons as much as 40 people then divided into two groups. An explosive vertical jump test measured by muscle power while limbs are measured with a leg dynamometer, the next leg of the test data were analysed by t-test for independent significance level 0,05 at with the help of the program SPSS 16,0. Based on the results of the analysis of research data, using independent t-test for the data yield limb muscles gained significance rating count is smaller than the value of a (sig < 0,05) which is equal to 0,001. As for limb muscle strength data obtained significance value count is smaller than the value of a (sig < 0,05) which of research plyometrics zig-zag drills training effect on yield and strength of limb muscles is acceptable. Recommended for sports players (teachers, coaches, builders of the sports and athletes) by using the plyometrics zig-zag drills training as one alternative in increasing yield and strength of limb muscles.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of sprint training hexagonal obstacle and side hop to the increase in leg muscle explosive power. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with the design of a non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subject students high school football participants ektrakurikuler Study Tour Singaraja school year 2012/2013 amounted to 27 people, and then divided into 3 groups with ordinal pairing technique that has 9 people. Explosive leg muscle power was measured by vertical jump test. Data were analyzed by F test (one way ANOVA) at the significance level (α) = 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Results of data analysis showed that the treatment group hexagonal obstacle in an increase of 10.22 cm, the treatment group sprint hop side and an increase of 9.33 in the control group increased by 1.22 cm. Results of one way ANOVA test explosive leg muscle power variables between the treatment and control groups gained significance Fcount 9,995 and 0,001. From the results of research and discussion can be concluded: 1). Hexagonal obstacle training and sprint berpengaryh hop side to increase the explosive power of the leg muscles. 2). There is a difference between the effect of hexagonal obstacle training and sprint training side where the hexagonal obstacle hop better. Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of jump service training with the prefix and without the prefik of the leg muscle explosive power. This research type is a quasi-experimental research design with nonrandomized control goup the pre-test post-test design. The subjects were men's students volleyball extracurricular participants in SMA Negeri 1 Selemadeg Tabanan school year 2012/2013 as many as 30 people. Explosive leg muscle power is measured by using a vertical jump test. Data were analyzed by Anava with SPSS 16.0 the results variable leg muscle explosive power to jump service training group with and without the prefix with a significance of 0.000, significance is smaller than α (Sig <0.05), so the research hypothesis " jump service training with and without prefix effect on the increase in leg muscle explosive power "acceptable. And was followed by a further LSD test for comparison, the results of group jump service training with the prefix (6.80) is better than jump service training without the prefik (2.80) to increase leg muscle explosive power. From these results it can be concluded that: (1) jump service with and without the prefix affect the increase in leg muscle explosive power, (2) there is a difference between the effect of jump service training with the prefix and jump service without the prefik to the explosive power of the leg muscles, which jump service training the prefix is ​​better than jump service training without the prefix to increase leg muscle explosive power.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect  of hollow sprint training of the speed and leg muscle strength. This research type is a real experiment research design with randomized control goup pre-test post-test design. The research population was man’s  of seventh grade students in SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang school year 2012/2013 with total 118 people. Sample’s was 30 students who selected  by random sampling technique.  Speed ​​is measured with a 50 meter sprint, while the leg muscle strength was measured with back and leg dynamometer, followed the data were analyzed by independent t-test using SPSS 16.0. The independent t-test results showed: (1) the speed variable value t = 0.503 with significant value of 0.000. (2) the value of the variable leg muscle strength t = 2.398 with significant value of 0.000. The significance value is smaller than the value of α (0.05), thus the research hypothesis "hollow sprint training influence the speed and strength of leg muscle" acceptable. From the results of this study concluded: (1) hollow sprint affect the increase in speed, (2) hollow sprint affect the increase in leg muscle strength.

Abstract

This study was aimed to identify the effect of interval running training with work ratio and recovery 1:1 and 1:2 toward the cardiovascular endurance. This study was an experimental study which was designed in the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. There were 36 samples for this study which were decided by simple random sampling technique. Cardiovascular endurance measured by MFT test. From the result of independent sample t-test toward the cardiovascular endurance, there was obtained the score of tmeasure was 10.837 and 5.569 with significance 0.000. The significance was < 0.05, meant that there was different effect from each group. Then an anova test was conducted. The result of anova test showed that the variable of cardiovascular endurance between the experimental group and control group obtained Fmeasure of 65.737 and significance 0.000. Because there was a different effect, so the researcher conducted Least Significant Different (LSD) test in order to determine which training have better effect toward the improvement of cardiovascular endurance. Could be concluded that interval running training with work ratio and recovery 1:1 and 1:2 was affecting improvement of the cardiovascular endurance, in which interval running training with work ratio and recovery 1:1 have better effect for the improvement of cardiovascular endurance. From this study it is recommended that this study can be used as reference in conducting the next training and study.

Abstract

This research refer to  improve the influence of training  plaiometric side jump sprint to speed and strength of muscle. This Research is sham experiment with the device of research of the non randomized control group pretest posttest design. This Subjek Research is extracurricular participant student  football of SMA   N 1 Abiansemal on years leader  2012 / 2013 counted 42 people later;then divided to become 2 group. Speed measured by tes run with quickly 60 metre, while strength of muscle  measured with the instrument of tes leg dynamometer, hereinafter data analysed by uji-t  independent of  level signifikansi 0,05 constructively program SPSS 16,0. Result of  analysis obtained by training of plaiometric of side jump sprint have an effect on to make of speed ( p<0,000). And Training of plaiometric side jump sprint have an effect on to make of strength of muscle  ( p<0,000). That: ( 1) training of plaiometric side jump sprint have an effect on to improve the speed  at extracurricular participant student  football of SMA N 1 Abiansemal on  years leader 2012 / 2013 and ( 2) training of plaiometric side jump sprint have an effect on to improve the strength of muscle  at extracurricular participant student  football of SMA N 1 Abiansemal on years leadre 2012 / 2013. Suggested to athletic perpetrator ( builder, coach, athletic teacher and atlet) by using training of plaiometric side jump sprint as one of the alternative in improving speed and strength of muscle.

Abstract

The research was conducted in order to figure out the effect fartlek training and obstacle run towards cardiorespiratori endurance. This research was quasi-experimental with the design uses the modifide randomized pre-test post-test control group design. Sampel used was son student of class X of  SMAN 1 Amlapura school year 2012/2013 as many 30 people. Cardiorespiratory endurance was measured with a 2.4 kilometer test. Analysis of the data used in this research with One Way ANOVA test with SPSS 16.0 the results variable fartlek training group and obstacle run training group with a significance α (0.000 < 0.05). Followed by Least Significant Different (LSD) tes for comparison, the fartlek training (-1.57) is better than obstacle run training (-0.96). From these results it can be concluded that:(1) fartlek training have effect on cardiorespiratory endurance, (2)obstacle run training have effect on cardiorespiratory endurance. (3) there are difference effect on fartlek and obstacle run training, fartlek training is better than obstacle run training  for cardiorespiratory endurance. Recommended for sports people use to fartlek training as alternative to improve cardiorespiratory endurance.

Abstract

This research aimed at knowing the effect of continuous circuit training toward speed and agility of basketball extracurricular students in SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja which consisted of 24 students. The subject of the research was divided into two groups by using ordinal pairing technique. The type research used in this study was quasi experimental which used the modification non-randomized control group pre-test post-test design as the design of the study. The speed was measured by using sprint test 60 meters and the agility was measured by using zig-zag run, and then the data was analyzed by using t-independent test at 5% alpha level of significance by the used of SPSS program. The result of the data analysis of the speed showed that the significance value of speed = 0.003 and the significance value of agility = 0.000. Those results showed that the significance values of speed and agility was lower than α = 0,05 so that the hypothesis was accepted. Based on the results of data analysis and the explanation above, it can be concluded that continuous circuit training gave effect on increasing the speed of basketball extracurricular students in SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja in which the significance was lower than 0.01 and the continuous circuit training also gave effect on increasing the agility of basketball extracurricular students in SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja in which the significance was lower than 0.01. It is suggested to use this training as an alternative in increasing speed and agility.

Abstract

This study was aimed at proving the influence of training of the Plaiometrik Floor Kip concerning to the improvement of leg muscle explosive power. The subject of this study were the class X of SMA PGRI 1 Amlapura in academic year 2012/2013 that consist of 70 students which divided into 2 groups, there were 35 students in group of treatment and 35 students in group of control. This study used an experimental research by designed the modified randomized the pretest posttest control group design. The instrument of this study was test. The agility was measure by the zig-zag run test and the explosive leg muscle power was measure by standing broad jump test. The data were analized by using Uji-t independent at significance level 0.05. the data were analized using SPSS 16,0. The result of the data showed that there was improvement in students mean score in agility in treatment group that was 1.20 second and in control group the improvement of the mean score was 7,88 cm however the control group improve became 2,2 cm. It can concluded that plaiometrik floor kip training could improve the agility and the explosive leg muscle power. The significance improvement for agility was 0.000 (sig = 0,000), and the explosive leg muscle power was 0,000 (sig = 0,000).

Abstract

The research aimed to determine the effect of training plaiometrick double leg bound to increase leg muscle power. This research is a quasi experimental research (quasi-experimental) with the design of the Modified Control Group Pretest Posttest Design. The study population was a student of class VII student son football extracurricular participants SMP N 3 Singaraja school year 2012/2013, amounting to 96 people. The subjects of the training plaiometrick double leg bound numbered 96 people. Limb muscle power was measured with a standing broad jump test, then the data were analyzed by independent t-test at significance level (α) of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of independent t-test results obtained for variable leg muscle power, the results of the treatment group and the gaint score control group obtained the value thitung = 11.391 with a significance value of 0.000. Calculated significance value smaller than the value of α (Sig <0.05), thus the research hypothesis "plaiometrick double leg bound training effect on leg muscle power" acceptable. From the results of this study concluded that plaiometrick double leg bound training effect on limb muscle power class VII student son football extracurricular participants SMP N 3 Singaraja school year 2012/2013. Recommended for sports people (coaches, trainers, athletes and gym teacher) to use the plaiometrick double leg bound training as an alternative to improve leg muscle power.
