Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the effect of differences influences of sit-up training 450, 900 and 1200 of the abdominal muscle strength.  The study based on a quasi experimental research design with modifide the randomized pre-test post-tes control group design.  Samples were the students of class X SMA Dharma Praja Denpasar on academic year 2012/2013, as much as 24 people. Abdominal muscle strength will measured with the knee bent lying sitting in performed  for 30 seconds. Data were analyzed by ANAVA one way test at significance level 0,05 using SPSS 16,0, and then data will proceed with least significant difference test to obtain a comparison between groups. The result using LSD, group 450 to the control group (9,167), group of 900 to the control group (18.833), and group 1200 to control group (34,677). Mean difference of group 1200 to 450 group is at value 25,500. Mean difference of group 1200 to 900 group is at value 15,833. From the analysis, it was concludes that the sit-up training 450, 900 and 1200 have a significant impact and influences the differences to abdominal muscle strength  for the students of class X SMA Dharma Praja Denpasar on academic year 2012/2013,in which 1200 treatment group had the highest impact on improving abdominal muscle strength.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the training run three corners (corner three drill) and jump side sprint to the decline in resting pulse rate class VII student son SMP N 2 Singaraja. Data resting pulse rate measured by the radial pulse rate test (palpation). Data were analyzed by independent t-test at significance level (α) of 0.05, using the SPSS 16.0 program. Results of data analysis showed a decrease in the average value of the variable pulse break. In the training group ran three corners a decline of 21.55 beats per minute, side jump sprint training group a decrease of 18.35 beats per minute and the control group decreased by 8 beats per minute. For one-way anava test results data is resting pulse rate per minute to get the significance F value (0,000) is smaller than the value of α (Sig <0.05) this shows the difference between the effect of the training run three corners and jump side sprint to the resting pulse rate. LSD test results data is resting pulse rate per minute to get the smallest value is 3.200 * for group training run three corners, 10,600 * for the side jump sprint training group and 13,800 * for the control group. From the results obtained LSD training run three angles have the smallest value compared side jump sprint training group or a control group. For data resting pulse rate, training is the best training effect with the smallest LSD results. This is because the smaller the frequency of a person's resting pulse rate, the better the physical condition owned.

Abstract

The aim of this study to determine the effect of weight training on leg press towards running speed and explosive power leg muscle. Type of this research is real experimental (true experimental) with draft of The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. 60 samples from class X of SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja school year 2012/2013 are determined by random sampling technique. Running speed was measured with a 50 meters sprint test and leg muscle explosive power measured by the vertical jump test, then the data were analyzed by independent t-test at significance level (α) of 0.05. Calculated significance value smaller than the value of α (0.05), thus the research hypothesis "leg press weight training affects the running speed and explosive power of the leg muscles" acceptable. From the results of this study concluded that: (1) leg press weight training affect men's running speed class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja school year 2012/2013. (2) training load effect on the leg press leg muscle explosive power class X student son SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja school year 2012/2013. Recommended for sports people (coaches, trainers, athletes and gym teacher) to use the leg press weight training as an alternative to increasing running speed and explosive power leg muscle.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of jump service training with the prefix and without the prefik of the leg muscle explosive power. This research type is a quasi-experimental research design with nonrandomized control goup the pre-test post-test design. The subjects were men's students volleyball extracurricular participants in SMA Negeri 1 Selemadeg Tabanan school year 2012/2013 as many as 30 people. Explosive leg muscle power is measured by using a vertical jump test. Data were analyzed by Anava with SPSS 16.0 the results variable leg muscle explosive power to jump service training group with and without the prefix with a significance of 0.000, significance is smaller than α (Sig <0.05), so the research hypothesis " jump service training with and without prefix effect on the increase in leg muscle explosive power "acceptable. And was followed by a further LSD test for comparison, the results of group jump service training with the prefix (6.80) is better than jump service training without the prefik (2.80) to increase leg muscle explosive power. From these results it can be concluded that: (1) jump service with and without the prefix affect the increase in leg muscle explosive power, (2) there is a difference between the effect of jump service training with the prefix and jump service without the prefik to the explosive power of the leg muscles, which jump service training the prefix is ​​better than jump service training without the prefix to increase leg muscle explosive power.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of hollow sprint trining toward speed and lungs vital capacity. It was a quasi experiment study with nonrandomized pretest posttes control groups design. The subjects of this researh were 30 male students of SMA N 1 Sidemen who were joining basketball extracuriculer. Data of speed was collected through 60 meters sprint and lungs vital capacity data was collected through spirometer. All of the collected data were analyzed with independent t-test in which the significancy was (α) 0,05 with assistance of SPSS 16,0. The result of data analysis by using independent t-test showed that hollow sprint influenced the improvement of speed and lungs vital capacity with significance 0,000 and 0,000, repectively. Based on the reseach finding, it can be concluded that hollow sprint has an influence toward  speed improvement and lungs vital capacity. It is suggested to sports practitioners (supervisor, coach, sport teacher, and athletes) to use hollow sprint as one of alternatives in increasing velocity and lungs vital capacity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas XI SMP Negeri 2 Payangan. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan “ The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa putra kelas XI SMP Negeri 2 Payangan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tes standing broad jump untuk mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai. Data dianalisis dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji anava satu jalur pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05 sebesar 0,00 sehingga hipotesis terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, pelatihan quick leap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 13.80, pelatihan lompat katak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 26.30, dan pelatihan lompat katak mempunyai pengaruh lebih baik dari pada quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 12.50. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, dan pelatihan lompat katak lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan quick leap, pelatihan lompat katak, daya ledak otot tungkai. This study is aimed at determining the effect of quick leap and leap frog in improving men’s leg muscle explosive power of the ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Payangan. This experiment study used “The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. The samples of the study were the ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Payangan in the academic year 2012/2013. The instrument was test of standing broad jump to measure the leg muscle explosive power. The data was analyzed by one way ANAVA α = 0.05 through SPSS 16.0. The result of the analysis showed that in the variable of leg muscle explosive the significant value = 0.00 α = 0.05, the hypothesis of there is different between quick leap and frog leap in improving leg muscle explosive is accepted. (1) Based on the LSD test, quick leap and frog leap affect the leg muscle explosive with mean different 13.80. (2) Frog leap training improves the leg muscle explosive, mean difference 26.30. (3) Frog leap training is better than quick leap in improving leg muscle explosive, mean difference 12.50. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan dan power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi experimental dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Data post-test kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil : (1) untuk variabel kelincahan, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = -2,948 , dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009, (2) untuk variabel power, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = 3,176, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan” diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan (2) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan. Kata Kunci : kelincahan, daya ledak, three corner drill The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of three corner drill training toward the increased agility and power muscle of legs. The type of research was a quasi-experimental and the design of research was the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were man’s student football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Agility and muscle power of legs posttest to the treatment group and the control group were analyzed by independent t-test at significance 0,05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on independent t-test results were showed : (1) to the agility variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = -2,948, with a significance value of 0,009, (2) to muscle power of legs variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = 3,176, with a significance value of 0,005. Calculated significance value smaller than the value of 0,05 (Sig < 0.05), thus the research hypothesis "three corner drill training affect the increased agility and muscle power of legs in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan " was received. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan modifikasi zig zag run terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA PGRI 1 Amlapura dengan jumlah 34 orang. Subjek ini dibagi menjadi dua kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian the modification non-randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Kecepatan diukur dengan tes sprint 60 meter dan kelincahan diukur dengan tes Agility T-test, selanjutnya data dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil deskripsi data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata (mean) untuk masing-masing variabel. Dari hasil analisis uji-t pada group satistic variabel kecepatan terjadi perbedaan rata-rata antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol yaitu 0,4776 dan 0,1682, sedangkan untuk variabel kelincahan terjadi peningkatan rata-rata antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol yaitu 0,6700 dan0,1876. Peningkatan pada kelompok perlakuan diakibatkan oleh pemberian pelatihan modifikasi zig zag run. Sedangkan peningkatan pada kelompok kontrol lebih diakibatkan oleh adanya aktivitas olahraga konvensional yang dilakukan selama pelatihan berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan modifikasi zig zag run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,003 pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA PGRI 1 Amlapura. pelatihan modifikasi zig zag run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan taraf signifkansi 0,000 pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA PGRI 1 Amlapura. Disarankan bagi pelakuan olahraga untuk menggunakan pelatihan ini sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan. This research aimed at reveal the effect of modified zig zag run training on agility and velocity of male students as member of football extracurricular. The subject of this research was male students who joined football extracurricular in SMA PGRI 1 Amlapura with total 34 students. These subjects were divided into two groups by using ordinal pairing technique. It is a quasi-experiment research with the modification non-randomized control group pre-test post-test design. The velocity was tested by using 60 meters sprint test and the agility was tested by using agility t-test, then the data were analyzed by using independent T-test with significant level α = 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. The data description showed that there was an improvement for each variable. From T-test analysis on velocity variable it was found that there were significant differences of the mean between experiment group and control group, which were 0.4776 and 0.1682, respectively. Moreover, there was mean improvement between experiment group and control group, which were 0.6700 and 0.1876, respectively. The improvement of experiment group was caused by the implementation of modified zig zag run training. The improvement of control group was caused by conventional sport activities along the training. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that modified zig zag run training influenced the improvement of velocity with significant level of 0.003 on male students who joined football extracurricular in SMA PGRI 1 Amlapura. Modified zig zag run training influenced the improvement of agility with significant level of 0.003 on male students who joined football extracurricular in SMA PGRI 1 Amlapura. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan bermain bulutangkis overhead clear drill terhadap kekuatan dan daya tahan otot lengan pada anggota club junior menang kalah sehat Singaraja tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan “The non-randomized control group pretest posttest design”. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anggota club junior menang kalah sehat yang berjumlah 24 orang kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tes expanding dynamometer untuk kekuatan otot lengan dan tes push-up semampunya untuk daya tahan otot lengan. Berdasarkan hasil data penelitian dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data kekuatan otot lengan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,001. Sedangkan untuk data daya tahan otot lengan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,032. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan bermain bulutangkis overhead clear drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan dan daya tahan otot lengan pada anggota club junior menang kalah sehat singaraja tahun 2013. Dengan demikian hipotesis pelatihan bermain bulutangkis overhead clear drill terhadap peningkatan kekuatan dan daya tahan otot lengan dapat diterima.Kata Kunci : overhead clear drill, kekuatan, daya tahan, otot lengan. This study aims to determine the effect of training to play badminton overhead clear drill to strenght and muscular endurance in the arms of junior club members menang kalah sehat singaraja in 2013. Type of quasi-experimental this is research with design “the non-randomized control group pretest psottest design”. This is research subjects the junior club members menang kalah sehat with equally amount 24 then divided into 2 groups. The instrumens used in this research is expanding dynamometer test for muscle strenght and muscular endurance arm sleeve. Based on the results of research data analysis with the independent t-test a significance level () 0,05 with program SPSS 16. Based on data analysis of this research using the indepemdent t-test for arm muscle strenght data obtained by significance count value of is smaller than the value of α (Sig < 0,05) that is equal to 0,001. While for the data obtained by arm muscle endurance of significance count value of is smaller than value of α (Sig < 0,05) that is equals to 0.032. From the results of data analysis and discussion can was concluded that playing badminton training drills overhead clear effect on improving strenght and muscular endurance in the arms of junior club members menang kalah sehat singaraja 2013.
