Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan downhill running dan uphill running terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian the nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 39 orang yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing berdasarkan hasil pre-test. Daya tahan kardiovaskuler diukur dengan multistage fitness test (MFT). Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan hasil T-Independent test dan Uji-F One Way Anova terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskuler diperoleh nilai Thitung sebesar 2.822 dengan signifikansi hitung α < 0,05 maka terdapat peningkatan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok dan Fhitung sebesar 19.148 dengan nilai signifikansi hitung 0,000 α < 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Maka dilakukan uji Least Significant Difference untuk mengetahui pelatihan mana yang lebih baik pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler, Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan downhill dan uphill running berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler dimana pelatihan uphill running lebih baik pengaruhnya untuk peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler. Saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah agar penelitian ini bisa digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ataupun penelitian selanjutnya.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Uphill, Downhill, Kardiovaskuler This study was aimed to identify the effect of downhill running and uphill running toward the cardiovascular endurance. The type of the research is quasi experiment. This study was designed in the nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. There were 39 samples for this study which were divided into three groups decided by ordinal pairing technique based on the results of pre-test. Cardiovascular endurance measured by Multistage Fitnes Test. Based on result of analysis using T-Independent test and One Way Anova From the result of Tmeasure toward the cardiovascular endurance, there was obtained 2.822 with significance measure α < 0,05. meant that there was increased effect from each group. Fmeasure there was obtained 19.148 with significance measure 0.000 it meant α < 0,05, meant that there was different effect from each group. the researcher conducted Least Significant Different (LSD) test in order to determine which training have better effect toward the improvement of cardiovascular endurance. Could be concluded that downhill and uphill running was affecting improvement of the cardiovascular endurance, in which uphill running have better effect for the improvement of cardiovascular endurance. From this study it is recommended that this study can be used as reference in conducting the next training and study.keyword : training, downhill running,uphill running, cardiovascular endurance

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh circuit training terhadap waktu reaksi dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA Negeri 1 Banjar yang berjumlah 30 orang. Untuk variabel waktu reaksi diukur dengan menggunakan tes whole body reaction dan variabel daya ledak otot tungkai dengan tes vertical jump, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan uji t-independent pada taraf signifikasi 95%, α = 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis waktu reaksi didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0.001 < taraf signifikansi 0.05, sehingga hipotesis circuit training berpengaruh terhadap waktu reaksi dapat diterima. Untuk hasil analisis daya ledak otot tungkai didapat nilai signifikansi 0.002 < taraf signifikansi 0.05, sehingga hipotesis circuit training berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa circuit training berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan waktu reaksi dan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA Negeri 1 Banjar Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : circuit training, waktu reaksi, daya ledak This experimental study aimed to determine the effect of circuit training on reaction time and explosive power leg muscle. The research design was the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. The subjects of this study were 30 students in extracurricular basketball in SMA Negeri 1 Banjar. The variable reaction times were measured using whole body reaction test, variables leg muscle explosive power with a vertical jump test, then analyzed by independent t-test at 95% significance level, α = 0,05 with SPSS 16.0. The result of the analysis of reaction time obtained the value significance 0.001 < 0.05 significance level, so the hypothesis circuit training effect on reaction time can be accepted. For the analysis of leg muscle explosive power obtained value significance 0.002 < 0.005 significance level, so the hypothesis circuit training effect on leg muscle explosive power is received. It can be concluded that the circuit training effect on reaction time and increase leg muscle explosive power to the participant in student extracurricular basketball SMA Negeri 1 Banjar in academic year 2015/2016keyword : circuit training, reaction time, explosive power

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side hop dan box jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian the nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 39 orang yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing berdasarkan hasil pre-test. Daya ledak otot diukur dengan test Jump Md. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan hasil T-Independent test dan Uji-F One Way Anova terhadap daya ledak otot diperoleh nilai Thitung sebesar 2.735 dengan signifikansi hitung 0.012 α < 0,05 maka terdapat peningkatan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok dan Fhitung sebesar 20.656 dengan nilai signifikansi hitung 0,000 α < 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji Least Significant Difference untuk mengetahui pelatihan mana yang lebih baik pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan side hop dan pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot dimana pelatihan side hop lebih baik pengaruhnya untuk peningkatan daya ledak otot. Saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah agar penelitian ini bisa digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ataupun penelitian selanjutnya.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan side hop, pelatihan box jump, daya ledak otot tungkai. This research aimed to know the effect of side hop training and box jump training to increase muscle explosive power. It was an experimental design research with the nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. The subject of this research was 39 male students participants of volleyball extracurricular which was devided into trhee group using ordinal pairing technique that based on the result of pre-test. The muscle explosive power was measurred by test jump md. Based on the result of analysis using T-independent and one way anova tests toward muscle explosive power, found Thitung 2.735 with significance arithmetic 0.012 a < 0,05, and as a result found there was rising effect of each group and Fhitung 20.656 with significance arithmetic ,000 a < 0,05, and then, found the different effect of each group. Least significant difference test was did, in order to know which training was had better effect for increasing the muscle explosive power. As conclusing, the side hop and box jump training was influential to the increasing of muscle explosive power, which side hop training was better for increasing the muscle explosive power. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan knee tuck jump dan double leg bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan penelitian the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja berjumlah 39 orang, hasil pretest dilakukan ordinal pairing, yaitu 13 orang diberikan pelatihan knee tuck jump, 13 orang diberikan pelatihan double leg bound, dan 13 orang kelompok kontrol. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan knee tuck jump terjadi peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 58,77, kelompok perlakuan double leg bound sebesar 56,31 dan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 44,31. Hasil uji one way anova variabel power otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 8,912 dan signifikasi 0,001 yaitu terjadi perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan knee tuck jump dan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, kelompok pelatihan knee tuck jump lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan double leg bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. disimpulkan; (1) pelatihan knee tuck jump dan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan knee tuck jump dan double leg bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan knee tuck jump lebih baik dari pada double leg bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : pelatihan knee tuck jump, pelatihan double leg bound, power otot tungkai This research to know effect of knee tuck jump and double leg bound to increase leg muscle power. Design with the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. The subject were 39 male student participants of football extracurricular SMAN 2 Singaraja, then from pretest to get ordinal pairing, 13 male students given knee tuck jump training, 13 male students given training in double leg bound, and 13 male students as control group. Leg muscle power was measured by vertical jump test. Can be analyzed by F test (one way ANOVA) at a significance level (α) = 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. The results of analysis showed a changes in the average value of the leg muscle power variable. In the treatment group of knee tuck jump showed an increase of leg muscle power much as 58,77, group double leg bound much as 56,31 and in the control group much as 44,31. The test results of Fmeasure of one way ANOVA of leg muscle power between the group and the control group was obtained 8,912 and the significance is 0.000, which means there is a difference between the effects of knee tuck jump and double leg bound to the leg muscle power. Based on the test results of LSD, the repetition sprint training group have better influence than knee tuck jump and double leg bound to increase leg muscle power as much as 13.533. From the results of data analysis in the discussion it can be concluded that; (1) training repetition sprint and skipping rope effecting the increase in leg muscle power. (2) There is a difference between the effects of sprint training repetition and skipping rope to increase leg muscle power. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan dodging run terhadap kecepatan siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak bola. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 39 siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak bola. Kecepatan diukur dengan Sprint 60 Meter dan data dianalisis dengan uji-F, uji one way anova, dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan loncat rebounddan loncat tali terhadap daya ledak otot tungkaidalam permainan bolavoli padasiswa ekstrakurikuler bolavoli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 45siswa ekstrakurikuler bolavoli. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan continuous circuit terhadap VO2 maks dan kapasitas vital paru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the non-rendomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler woodball SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 berjumlah 39 orang. VO2 maks diukur dengan tes MFT dan kapasitas vital paru diukur dengan tes spirometer, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi 95% lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0.Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil: (1) variabel VO2 maks dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. (2) variabel kapasitas vital paru dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α, dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan continuous circuit berpengaruh terhadap VO2 maks dan kapasitas vital paru” diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan continuous circuit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap VO2 maks siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler woodball SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. (2) pelatihan continuous circuit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kapasitas vital paru siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler woodball SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Kata Kunci : pelatihan continuous circuit, VO2 maks, kapasitas vital paru. This research to know the effect of continuous circuit training to the VO2 max and vital capasity. The research is a quasi-experimental design with the non-rendomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjects is students in extracurricular woodball participant SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja school year 2015/2016 are 39 people. VO2 max is measured by a test MFT and vital capasity is measured by spirometer, then analyzed by independent t-test at 95% significance level smaller (α) of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the independent t-test results showed: (1) variable VO2 max with significant value 0.000. (2) variable vital capasity with a significance value of 0.000. The significance value calculated smaller than the value of α, so the hypothesis research " continuous circuit training affect the VO2 max and vital capasity" acceptable.Can be concluded that; (1) contin uous circuit training affects the VO2 max of student participants extracurricular woodball SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja school year 2015/2016. (2) continuous circuit training effect on vital capasity extracurricular woodball student participants SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja school year 2015/2016. Rancangan penelitian adalah the non randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 36 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik ordinal pairing. Kapasitas vital paru diukur dengan alat spirometer. Hasil Uji-t terhadap kapasitas vital paru diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4,843 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikansi hitung < 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji anova. Hasil uji anova variabel kapasitas vital paru antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 26,300dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai signifikansi < 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Karena terdapat perbedaan pengaruh maka dilakukan uji Least Significant Difference (LSD) untuk mengetahui pelatihan mana yang lebih baik pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kapasitas vital paru. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan zig zag run dan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kapasitas vital paru, pelatihan zig zag run lebih baik pengaruhnya untuk peningkatan kapasitas vital paru. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan Quick Leap dan Side Jump Sprint terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada eksrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan “ The Non-rendomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Desigen”. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Insrumen yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes vertical jump unuk mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai. Data dianalisis dengan uji one way anova dengan taraf α = 0,05 bantuan computer program SPSS16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji one way anova dengan variable daya ledak otot tungkai menunjukkan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05 itu berarti hipotesis diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, pelatihan Quick Leap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 28,47, pelatihan Side Jump Sprint berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean differeance 13,33, dan pelatihan Quick Leap mempunyai pengaruh lebih baik dari pada Side Jump Sprint terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean diffreance -15,13.Kata Kunci : platihan quick leap, pelatihan side jump sprint, daya ledak otot tungkai. This research is aimed to knowing the effect of quick leap and side jump sprint to enhancement the explosive power leg muscles of extracurricular badminton at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. This type of research is use quasi-experiment with “ The Non-rendomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Desigen”. The samples of this research is student participant of extracurricular badminton SMP Negeri 6 singaraja years 2015-2016. The instrument that used for this research is vertical jump test to measure the explosive power leg muscles. The data was analyzed by one way anova α=0,05 through SPSS 16.0. The result of the analysis showed that significant value is smaller than α=0,05, its mean the hypothesis is accepted. Based of the result LSD test quick leap training take effect to the explosive power leg muscles with mean difference 28,47, Side Jump Sprint training take effect to the explosive power leg muscles with mean difference 13,33, and quick leap have better influence than side jump sprint to enhancement the explosive power leg muscles with mean difference -15,13.keyword : quick leap training, side jump sprint, explosive leg mascles

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan repetition sprint dan skipping rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler bolavoli SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar berjumlah 45 orang, dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 15 orang diberikan pelatihan repetition sprint, 15 orang diberikan pelatihan skipping rope, dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Hasil uji-t independent dari kelompok perlakuan repetition sprint dan skipping rope diperoleh hasil 5.623 dan signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti kedua pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Hasil uji F variabel power otot tungkai dari kelompok perlakuan didapat Fhitung sebesar 58,920 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan repetition sprint dan skipping rope terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, kelompok pelatihan repetition sprint lebih baik pengaruhnya sebesar 13.533 dibandingkan pelatihan skipping rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: pelatihan repetition sprint, skipping rope, power otot tungkai. This research aims to know the effect of repetition training sprint and skipping rope to increase leg muscle power. This type of research is experimental design with the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. The subject were 45 male student participants of volleyball extracurricular in SMAN 6 Denpasar school year 2015/2016, then divided into 3 groups using ordinal pairing techniques, which is 15 male students given repetition sprint training, 15 male students given training in rope skipping, and the last 15 male students as control group. Leg muscle power was measured by vertical jump test. The results of T Independent test from the treatment group of repetition sprint and skipping rope obtain 5.623 and the signification 0.000 which means that both of the training effect on increase leg muscle power. The test results of Fmeasure of one way ANOVA of leg muscle power between the treatment group was obtained 58.920 and the significance is 0.000, which means there is a difference between the effects of sprint training repetition and skipping rope to the leg muscle power. Based on the test results of LSD, the repetition sprint training group have better influence than skipping rope training to increase leg muscle power as much as 13.533. keyword : Key words: repetition training sprints, skipping rope training, leg muscle power.
