Abstract

This study aimed to determine the affect of training push-up against increased muscle strength of the arm pull and push. This type of research was a quasi-experiment with research design using " The Randomized Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Design". The samples in this study were male of VIII (eight) grade student of SMP N 1 Mengwi in Academic Year 2012/2013 which amounts to 40 people. The research instruments used to test the strength of arm muscle to pull and push is the expanding dynamometer with reliability was 0.9. The data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS 16,0. Based on the analysis of research data, by the used of independent t-test for strength of arm muscle pull of data obtained a significance value counting that was smaller than the value of α (Sig <0.05) which was equal to 0.044. As for the strength of arm muscle to push resulted significance value that was smaller than the value of α (Sig <0.05) that equal to 0.002. Thus the hypothesis of the research training push-up affected to increase the muscle strength of the arm to pull and push were acceptable. From the results of this study, it could concluded that push-up affected the increased muscle strength of the arm to pull and push.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the training run three corners (corner three drill) and jump side sprint to the decline in resting pulse rate class VII student son SMP N 2 Singaraja. Data resting pulse rate measured by the radial pulse rate test (palpation). Data were analyzed by independent t-test at significance level (α) of 0.05, using the SPSS 16.0 program. Results of data analysis showed a decrease in the average value of the variable pulse break. In the training group ran three corners a decline of 21.55 beats per minute, side jump sprint training group a decrease of 18.35 beats per minute and the control group decreased by 8 beats per minute. For one-way anava test results data is resting pulse rate per minute to get the significance F value (0,000) is smaller than the value of α (Sig <0.05) this shows the difference between the effect of the training run three corners and jump side sprint to the resting pulse rate. LSD test results data is resting pulse rate per minute to get the smallest value is 3.200 * for group training run three corners, 10,600 * for the side jump sprint training group and 13,800 * for the control group. From the results obtained LSD training run three angles have the smallest value compared side jump sprint training group or a control group. For data resting pulse rate, training is the best training effect with the smallest LSD results. This is because the smaller the frequency of a person's resting pulse rate, the better the physical condition owned.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan sirkuit dan kontinyu intensitas rendah terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra kelas VIII SMPN 2 Nusa Penida tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 108 orang dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 27 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Daya tahan kardiovaskuler diukur dengan Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya tahan kardiovaskuler. Pada kelompok pelatihan sirkuit terjadi peningkatan sebesar 3,26 ml/kg/min, pada kelompok pelatihan kontinyu intensitas rendah terjadi peningkatan sebesar 5,79ml/kg/min dan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0,47ml/kg/min. Hasil uji-t independent terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskuler diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,282 dan 4,232 dengan Signifikansi 0,037 dan 0,001 yang berarti pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler. Hasil uji One Way Anova variabel daya tahan kardiovaskuler antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat F hitung sebesar 8,347 dengan Signifikansi 0,002 yang berarti ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan sirkuit dan kontinyu intensitas rendah terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskuler. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, maka kelompok pelatihan kontinyu intensitas rendah lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan sirkuit terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler sebesar 2,40000. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan sirkuit dan kontinyu intensitas rendah berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler (2) ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan sirkuit dan kontinyu intensitas rendah terhadap peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskuler dimana pelatihan kontinyu intensitas rendah lebih baik. Saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah agar penelitian ini bisa digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ataupun penelitian selanjutnya.Kata Kunci : pelatihan sirkuit, kontinyu intesitas rendah, daya tahan kardiovaskuler This study aimed at finding out the effect of circuit training and continuous low intensity toward the increased of cardiovascular endurance. This research was a kind of experiment research which is designed in the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this research was male students in eight grade of SMPN 2 Nusa Penida in academic year of 2013/2014 which amounts to 108 students and this research used 27 samples which was determined by simple random sampling technique. Cardiovascular endurance was measured with Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). The results ofdata analysis showed that there was a change in the average value of the variable cardiovascular endurance. The results of One Way Anova test of cardiovascular endurance variables between the treatment and control groups obtained F value of 8.347 with asignificance of 0.002, which means there was a difference between the effect of circuit training and continuous low intensity on cardiovascular endurance. Based on the results of LSD test, then the group of low-intensity continuous training was better influence than circuit training to increased cardiovascular endurance by 2.40000. From the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) the circuit training and continuous low intensity effect on the increase in cardiovascular endurance (2) there were differences in the effect of circuit training and continuous low intensity to increased cardiovascular endurance in which continuous low intensity training was better. Suggestion that can be submitted is the result of this study can be used as a reference for the further study or training.keyword : circuit training, continuous low intensity, cardiovascular endurance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh circuit training terhadap kapasitas vital paru dan kecepatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian “the non-randomized control group pretes-posttest design”. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 1 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Instrumen penelitian untuk tes kapasitas vital paru adalah spirometer dengan validitas tes 0,96 dan reliabilitas tes 0,96. Sedangkan instrument untuk tes kecepatan adalah sprint 50 meter dengan reliabilitas tes 0,94. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan untuk kapasitas vital paru terjadi peningkatan sebesar 505,00 mililiter, pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan sebesar 170,00 mililiter, pada kelompok perlakuan untuk kecepatan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0,368 detik, pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0,186 detik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data kapasitas vital paru diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,000. Sedangkan untuk data kecepatan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian circuit training berpengaruh terhadap kapasitas vital paru dan kecepatan dapat diterima. This type of research is a quasi experimental (quasi-experimental) study design using "the non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design". Subjects in this study were participants of extracurricular student son futsal SMPN1 Amlapura academic year 2013/2014, amounting to 40 students. Research instrument to test lung vital capacity was 0.96 spirometer to test the validity and reliability of tests 0.96. While the instrument to test speed is 50 meter sprint to test reliability of 0.94. Data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS 16. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint dan depth jump terhadap kelincahan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental semu dengan rancangan penelitian the modification non-randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada sebanyak 30 orang. Kelincahan diukur dengan menggunakan zig-zag run, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji Anava one way pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut (LSD) untuk memperoleh perbandingan. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Deskripsi data pada kelompok perlakuan side jump sprint terhadap kelincahan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,68 dari 8,21 (pre-test) menjadi 7,53 (post-test), pada kelompok perlakuan depth jump terhadap kelincahan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,38 dari 8,22 (pre-test) menjadi 7,84 (post-test), sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,15 dari 8,20 (pre-test) menjadi 8,05 (post-test). Berdasarkan uji Anava diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 33,474 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai hitung signifikan 0,000< 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dari masing-masing kelompok. Dari uji LSD menunjukkan kelompok perlakuan side jump sprint dengan mean defference 0,24900 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok perlakuan depth jump dengan mean difference -0,24900 terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Dari deskripsi dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa;1) pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada, 2) pelatihan depth jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada, 3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan side jump sprint dan depth jump terhadap kelincahan, dimana pelatihan side jump sprint lebih baik daripada pelatihan depth jump terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada.Kata Kunci : Side jump sprint, depth jump, kelincahan The aims of the study were determined the effect of side jump sprint training and depth jump training exercise to agility. This research method is a quasi experimental method with the modification-randomized control group pre-test post-test design research planning. The subject of research is the students of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, the amount are 30 students (boys). The agility is measured by using zig-zag run and then the data is analyzed by ANAVA one way test on 0,05 signification standard and then continue to LSD test to gent comparison. The data is analyzed by SPSS 16,0 program. The description data in side jump sprint group to the agility increase 0,68 from 8,21 (pre-test) to 7,53 (post-test). And in depth jump group to the agility increase 0,38 from 8,22 (pre-test) to 7,84 (post-test), while in control group increase 0,15 from 8,20 (pre-test) to 8,05 (post-test). Based on ANAVA test is got 33,474 Fcount with 0,000 signification on 0,05 signification standard. Significantly the calculated value 0.000 < 0.05, there are differences in the influence of each group. From LSD test showed the treatment group with mean sprint jump side defference 0.24900 better than the group treated with the depth jump mean difference -0.24900 to increased agility .From description and data analyzed the concluded are : 1) side jump sprint exercise influence to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, 2) depth jump exercise influence to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra, 3) there is differentiation between side jump sprint and depth jump exercise to agility, side jump sprint exercise is better than depth jump exercise to agility of SMAN 1 Sukasada who follow football extra. keyword : Side jump sprint, depth jump, agility

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dumbbell arm swings terhadap kelentukan togok dan kekuatan otot lengan pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah the non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 44 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sit and reach test dan pull and push test. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data kelentukan togok diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,000. Sedangkan untuk data kekuatan otot lengan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,000. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan dumbbell arm swings berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelentukan togok dan peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : dumbbell arm swings, kelentukan, kekuatan Abstract This research was aimed to finding out the effect of dumbbell arm swings training upon extracurricular of volleyball students' flexibility and strength in senior high school 1 Gianyar in the academic year of 2015-2016. The research was designed in a quasi experimental research with the non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this research were 44 peoples from extracurricular of volleyball students of senior high school 1 Gianyar in the academic year of 2015-2016. The instruments were sit and reach test and pull and push test. The data were analyzed by independent t-test with () 0,05 significance. It was analyzed with SPSS 16,0. Based on the result of data analysis, it was found that the students' flexibility has lower significance value than α (Sig < 0,05), that is 0,000. On the other hands, the students' strength has lower value than α (Sig < 0,05), that is 0,000. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan ladder practice terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan kelincahan pada siswa Sekolah Bulutangkis POKER Kerobokan Badung tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan “the non-randomized control group prestest posttest design”. Jumlah subjek penelitian 32 orang siswa, dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 16 orang diberikan pelatihan ladder practice, 16 orang kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk tes kecepatan adalah lari cepat (sprint) 60 meter, sedangkan untuk tes kelincahan adalah zig-zag run. Hasil analisis uji-t independent didapatkan hasil, variabel kecepatan dengan nilai thitung 7,435 dan signifikansi 0,000. Variabel kelincahan dengan nilai thitung 12,163 signifikansi 0,000, berarti pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan kelincahan.Kata Kunci : pelatihan ladder practice, kecepatan, kelincahan This research was done to know the effect of training ladder practice on improving speed and agility at school students badminton POKER Kerobokan Badung year 2016. The kind of research this is research experiment specious to a draft the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. The number of subjects 32 students, then divided into 2 groups using ordinal pairing techniques, which is 16 students given ladder practice and the last 16 students as control group. The instrument used in the test speed is a 60 meters, while for the test of agility is zig-zag run. The results of independent t-test analysis showed variable speed with value 7,435 significant 0,000. Agility variables with value 122,163 significant 0,000, which means that both of the training effect on increase speed and agility.keyword : ladder practice, speed, agility

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan whole method and part method terhadap peningkatan smash normal pada sisiwa ekstrakurikuler SMAN 2 singaraja, jumlah subjek penelitian 50 orang yang di bagi menjadi tiga kelompok, kelompok perlakuan yang di bagi menjadi dua banyak subjeknya 17 orang perkelompok dan kelompok kontrol yaitu 16 orang, rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain “the nonrandomizide control grup pretes posttest design.”. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes ketermpilan bola voli (Nurhasan,2000:160) Analisis data menggunakan uji One way Anova dilanjutkan mencari data yang lebih berpengaruh menggunakan uji LSD dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dan perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan metode latihan whole method and part method terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar smash normal, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05, untuk yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan signifikan smash normal adalah pelatihan part method dilihat dari mean difference uji LSD yaitu sebesar 1.41176.dari analisis tersebut dapat disumpulkan bahwa Pelatihan part method and part method dapat meningkatkan kemampuan smash normal.Kata Kunci : latihan whole method, latihan part method, teknik dasar smash normal This research aims to know about the effect of whole method and part method exercise towards the ability of basic technic on normal smash of students of volleyball extracurricular in SMA N 2 SINGARAJA . the subject of the research were 50 students which were divided by 3 large groups. The experiment group is divided by two with 17 people in a group, and the control group is 16 people in a group. The research used experimental quasi with a design “the nonrandomized control group pretest posttest design “. The instrument used was volleyball skill test (Nurhasan, 2000:160). The data analysis used One Way Anova test continued by searching the data using LSD with the significant amount of 5%. Th result of the research shows that there is a significant effect and the different effect of whole method and part method exercise towards the ability of basic technic on normal smash, with a significant number of 0.002 < 0.05, more for the more influencing effect towards the raising point of normal smash is part method exercise which can be seen from the mean difference LSD test that is 1,41176. From the analysis above, can be concluded that whole method and part method exercise can increase the ability on normal smash of volleyball extracurricular in SMA N 2 SINGARAJA .keyword : whole method exercise, part method exercise, basic technic of normal smash

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the affect of training push-up against increased muscle strength of the arm pull and push. This type of research was a quasi-experiment with research design using " The Randomized Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Design". The samples in this study were male of VIII (eight) grade student of SMP N 1 Mengwi in Academic Year 2012/2013 which amounts to 40 people. The research instruments used to test the strength of arm muscle to pull and push is the expanding dynamometer with reliability was 0.9. The data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS 16,0. Based on the analysis of research data, by the used of independent t-test for strength of arm muscle pull of data obtained a significance value counting that was smaller than the value of α (Sig <0.05) which was equal to 0.044. As for the strength of arm muscle to push resulted significance value that was smaller than the value of α (Sig <0.05) that equal to 0.002. Thus the hypothesis of the research training push-up affected to increase the muscle strength of the arm to pull and push were acceptable. From the results of this study, it could concluded that push-up affected the increased muscle strength of the arm to pull and push.

Abstract

The research was conducted in order to figure out the effect fartlek training and obstacle run towards cardiorespiratori endurance. This research was quasi-experimental with the design uses the modifide randomized pre-test post-test control group design. Sampel used was son student of class X of  SMAN 1 Amlapura school year 2012/2013 as many 30 people. Cardiorespiratory endurance was measured with a 2.4 kilometer test. Analysis of the data used in this research with One Way ANOVA test with SPSS 16.0 the results variable fartlek training group and obstacle run training group with a significance α (0.000 < 0.05). Followed by Least Significant Different (LSD) tes for comparison, the fartlek training (-1.57) is better than obstacle run training (-0.96). From these results it can be concluded that:(1) fartlek training have effect on cardiorespiratory endurance, (2)obstacle run training have effect on cardiorespiratory endurance. (3) there are difference effect on fartlek and obstacle run training, fartlek training is better than obstacle run training  for cardiorespiratory endurance. Recommended for sports people use to fartlek training as alternative to improve cardiorespiratory endurance.
