Abstract

Abstrak: PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (persero) Tbk, biasa disebut Telkom Indonesia atau Telkom saja adalah perusahaan infromasi dan komunikasi  serta penyedia jasa dan jaringan telekomunikasi secara lengkap di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh struktur modal terhadap Earning Per Share pada PT. Telekomunkasi Indonesia Tbk. Jenis penelitian adalah asosiatif dengan menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dari sumber data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data laporan keuangan PT. Telekomunkasi Indonesia Tbk selama 29 tahun yaitu dari tahun 1991-2020. Sampel penelitian selama 8 tahun dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan kriteria (1) data laporan keuangan salaam 8 tahun berturut-turut yaitu tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2019 (2) data sampling 8 tahun sudah mewakili data populiasi yang ada untuk kebutuhan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa struktur modal tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Earning Per Share pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk dengan tingkat hubungan rendah yaitu hanya sebesar 4,5%.

Abstract

Guru perlu meningkatkan mutu pembelajarannya, dimulai dengan membuat rancangan pembelajaran yang baik dengan memperhatikan tujuan, karakteristik siswa, materi yang diajarkan, dan sumber belajar yang tersedia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di Kelas XI Pemasaran SMKN 8 Pontianak. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua kali tindakan (siklus). Setiap tindakan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes hasil belajar. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil belajar siswa dalam SOP Penataan produk mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata adalah 70, 36 dengan persentase Ketuntasan 32 %, nilai rata-rata siklus II adalah 99, 36 dengan persentase Ketuntasan 100%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa penerapan model Picture and Picture dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi SOP Penataan produk

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how children's learning achievement in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach.  The data collection techniques in this study used deep interview techniques and documentation which was based on valid data.  The result of the study was that the Covid-19 pandemic had a major impact on children's learning achievement.  In learning in online learning students experience more difficulties in learning.  The learning achievement of children is difficult to monitor directly by the teacher.  The application of effective and efficient learning methods in online learning will affect good learning achievement.  There are other factors, namely external factors, namely the family which greatly influences children's learning achievement

Abstract

Article History :Received December 2020Accepted March 2021Published April 2021 Keywords: Services, Package Delivery  Abstract: If the service received by consumers is in accordance with the desired service, the quality of the service is considered good or satisfactory. This study aims to determine how good the package delivery services at PT. Pos (Persero) Bima Branch. This type of research is descriptive using quantitative data from primary data sources. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study are consumers who have used package delivery services using the services of PT. POS (Persero) Bima Branch. The sample in this study were 96 respondents using the Slovin formula with the sampling technique of accidental sampling. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis and t test (t test one sample). The results of the study show that package delivery services at PT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik pelayanan jasa pengiriman paket pada PT. Pos (Persero) Cabang Bima. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif dari sumber data primer. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah menggunakan Jasa Pelayanan pengiriman paket menggunakan layanan jasa PT. POS (persero) Cabang Bima. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 96 orang responden  menggunakan rumus slovin dengan teknik sampling acidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,analisis deskriptif dan uji t (t test one sample). Hasil penelian menunjukan bahwa pelayanan jasa pengiriman paket pada PT. POS (Persero) Cabang Bima  lebih dari 75% dari yang di harapkan (baik).

Abstract

Abstract: This purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of individual characteristics and workload on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima City. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach from primary data sources. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees who were at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima City as many as 71 employees consisting of ASN as many as 36 civil servants, and Regional Honorary as many as 18 employees and 17 non-permanent employees, as for the number of samples in this study. In this study, there were 71 employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima City using saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test t test and f test. The results showed that partially individual characteristics had a significant effect on employee performance at the Bima City Population and Civil Registration Service, while workload had no significant effect on employee performance at the Bima City Population and Civil Registration Service. Simultaneously, individual characteristics and workload had no significant effect. on the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima City with a low relationship level of 6.6%.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganisis pengaruh karakteristik individu dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bima. jenis penelitian ini asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dari sumber data primer. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berada pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bima sebanyak 71 orang pegawai yang terdiri dari ASN sebanyak 36 orang PNS, dan Honorer Daerah sebanyak 18 orang pegawai dan pegawai tidak tetap sebanyak 17 orang pegawai, adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 orang pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bima dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan studi psutaka. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linaer berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, uji determinasi uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial karakteristik individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bima sedangkan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bima, secara simultan karakteristik individu dan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bima dengan tingkat hubungan rendah yaitu sebesar 6,6% .

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the students' activity in the class is still lacking and there are students who have low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using monopoly game learning media on Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes. This research method uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach and the form of research uses experimental research. The sample in this study consisted of 20 students in class VII A as the experimental class and class VII B with 20 students as the control class. Techniques and data collection tools using observation sheets, test questions and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of using monopoly game learning media on the learning outcomes of Integrated Social Studies for seventh grade students at SMPN 3 Satu Atap Boyan Tanjung. The results of the pretest and posttest calculations in the experimental class, the value of sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, it means that H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted. Pretest and posttest in the control class, the value of sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, it means that H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted at a significance level of 5%.

Article History :Received December 2020Accepted March 2021Published April 2021 Keywords: Community Perception, Performance Abstract: This study aims to determine people's perceptions of the performance of the officers of the Bajo Village, Soromandi District in improving public services. This type of research used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive research is defined as research that describes variable by variable, one by one. This definition is the same as descriptive analysis in statistics, as opposed to inferential analysis. The population taken is from 6 (six) hamlets in Bajo Village with a total population of  721 people. Then for sampling it is calculated based on the Slovin formula. Samples taken are part of the population or community in Bajo Village with a random sampling method (Random Sampling) of 87 people. In this study, the data analysis technique used is the one-sample t-test (one-sample t-test). The results of the research on the variable sample size (N) were 87 people. The tcount value obtained is 185.781. Whereas for the distribution table looking for at α = 5% with degrees of freedom (df) n-1 or 87-1 = 86, the results are obtained from t table of 1.990. This means that the value of t count> t table (185.781> 1.990) then this shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and for the hypothesis the significant value of α is in the Sig column. (2-tailed) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, the decision is that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Pengertian ini sama dengan analisis deskriptif dalam statistik, sebagai lawan dari analisis inferensial.  Populasi yang diambil yaitu dari 6 (enam) Dusun di Desa Bajo dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 721 orang.Kemudian untuk penarikan sampel dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin.Sampel yang diambil merupakan bagian dari populasi atau masyarakat yang ada di Desa Bajo dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara acak (Random Sampling) sebanyak 87 orang.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis data t-test satu sampel (t-test one sample).Hasil penelitian pada variabel jumlah sampel (N) sebanyak 87 orang.Nilai thitung didapat sebesar 185,781. Sedangkan untuk tabel distribusi dicari pada α = 5% dengan derajat kebebasan (df) n-1 atau 87-1 = 86, hasil diperoleh dari ttabel sebesar 1,990. Artinya nilai thitung>ttabel (185,781>1,990) maka ini menunjukan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan untuk hipotesis nilai signifikan α pada kolom Sig. (2-tailed) dengan taraf nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05 maka keputusannya adalah Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Artinya variabel kinerja bernilai positif dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Today's economic developments open access to global markets as opportunities as well as threats that must be faced with the readiness of competitive human resources. In fact, there are still many open unemployed and underemployed people from elementary school, junior high school and high school /vocational school. Students as immature beings still have to be helped, assisted, guided, trained, and directed to be able to develop their potential optimally, especially in increasing their self-efficacy and being able to become independent as one of the entrepreneurs. This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Motives for SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang students. The method used is a quantitative method. The population as well as the sample in this study amounted to 85 people. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on the Entrepreneurial Motives of SMK Nusantara Indah Sintang students. Evidenced by the value of the hypothesis test t arithmetic 8.740 > t table 1.667 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Analysis in opening a business is an important element in order to prevent possible losses in the future. In the city of Sintang, the DAM business already has a large market share. However, a large market share is not necessarily accompanied by good business financial management, especially when opening a business. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the financial and economic feasibility, especially for DAM business. Quantitative research methods were carried out in this study. The population is 109 DAM businesses. The sample uses purposive sampling. The results of the financial feasibility analysis with the criteria of NPV, IRR, PI, and DPP, all financial aspects indicate that the DAM business is feasible to run. The results of the analysis show the NPV of Rp. 4,563,694.26. > 0, IRR 9.02% > DR 6 %, PI 1.84. The DAM business is economically profitable, and the return on business capital can be achieved in the First year of the DAM business
