The purpose of this research is to understand the methods and strategies employed by Bank Syariah Indonesia to mitigate and minimize banking risks, particularly financing risks, in its business operations. This study utilizes a literature review methodology, collecting references from previous research and examining various journals to review the banking risk mitigation strategies. Bank Syariah Indonesia is a financial institution and a subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that operates based on Sharia principles. In the course of its business activities, the bank faces potential risks. Therefore, Bank Syariah Indonesia must be able to mitigate the occurrence of risks, especially in financing products. To mitigate risks, Bank Syariah Indonesia implements strategies such as evaluating prospective customers using the 7 P approach and assessing their financial capabilities through the Debt Service Ratio (DSR) and Debt Burden Ratio (DBR).

Islamic philanthropy has an important role in alleviating poverty with a system of empowering the people's economy. The purpose of this study is to determine the economic empowerment of the people based on Islamic philanthropy. This study uses a type of qualitative research with an explanatory approach. Data collection uses observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses interactive descriptive, where data obtained from the field is reduced, displayed and verified. The findings in this study are that the independent business group program carried out by YDSF has been able to increase people's income, so that they can reach the stage of prosperity. The business capital that is distributed comes from Islamic philanthropy which is empowered in productive activities.

This study aims to analyze the extent to which marketing strategy and the effectiveness of products and services contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research. The research subjects are productive individuals in Jambi City, with a total of 100 respondents. Based on the results of the T-test and F-test for the variables (X1) marketing strategy and (X2) effectiveness of products and services, a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005 was obtained. Therefore, it can be concluded that both the marketing strategy (X1) and the effectiveness of products and services (X2) jointly influence the competitiveness of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The results of the adjusted R2 test in this study yielded an adjusted R2 value of 0.723. This indicates that in enhancing the competitiveness of Bank Syariah Indonesia, marketing strategy, product effectiveness, and services account for 72.3% of the influence, while the remaining 27.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The goal of this study is to examine a number of variables that can affect profitability growth, such as institutional ownership as a moderating component, green banking, and capital sufficiency. The study is a quantitative one that gathers secondary data from 11 Indonesian public Sharia banks' financial reports for the years 2018 to 2022. Panel data regression analysis is the method employed, and Excel and Eviews 12 are used as test tools. The study's findings indicate that all free variables have a limited interdependence. Modernizations like institutional ownership and green banking have no detrimental effects on profitability growth. The accessibility of capital and the institutional ownership that modernizes it have a profoundly positive impact on profitability growth.

This study aims to examine the process of resolving insurance disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution for the Financial Services Sector (LAPS SJK). The research methodology used in this study is juridical-normative research with a statutory approach. LAPS SJK is an institution that facilitates dispute resolution through non-litigation channels outside of the court system. The findings of the study indicate that insurance disputes can be resolved through mediation or arbitration in LAPS SJK. The mediation process begins with the agreement of the parties to resolve the dispute through mediation at LAPS SJK. After submitting an application through the secretariat office of LAPS SJK, a mediator is appointed to guide the mediation process. This study provides an understanding of the process of resolving insurance disputes through LAPS SJK and provides important information for the parties involved in insurance disputes. _________________________________ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses penyelesaian sengketa asuransi melalui Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa Sektor Jasa Keuangan (LAPS SJK). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan atau statute approach. LAPS SJK merupakan lembaga yang memfasilitasi penyelesaian sengketa melalui jalur di luar pengadilan (non-litigasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian sengketa asuransi melalui LAPS SJK dapat dilakukan melalui mediasi maupun arbitrase. Prosedur mediasi dimulai dengan kesepakatan para pihak untuk menyelesaikan sengketa melalui mediasi di LAPS SJK. Setelah mengajukan permohonan melalui kantor sekretariat LAPS SJK, mediator akan ditunjuk untuk memandu proses mediasi. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman tentang proses penyelesaian sengketa asuransi melalui LAPS SJK dan memberikan informasi penting bagi para pihak yang terlibat dalam sengketa asuransi.

This research aims to identify risk management strategies in the LKS Al Yasini sharia cooperative. LKS Al Yasini is a sharia-based financial institution located in Pasuruan, East Java. This study is important to carry out because operational risks still occur frequently and will always occur, although in different and new forms. Therefore, sharia cooperatives need to improve their operational risk management to maintain their existence and increase member trust. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a field research approach. The results of this research indicate that implementing security system improvements and enhancements is very important for sharia cooperatives to control potential risks that may arise. The implications of this research provide an important contribution in increasing understanding of operational risk management in the context of Islamic financial institutions and can serve as a guide for improvements and enhancements in the future.

This study aims to describe the 20 years of development of scientific publications in the field of waqf from 20004 to 2023, so that in the future it will provide the results of this research that have an impact on the search for the latest research topics. Therefore there are two identified topics that will be discussed in this study, the first is to find out the development of waqf publications in Indonesia in 2004-2023. secondly to find out the existence of scientific publications about waqf in Indonesia based on keywords and authors. From the results of the research, the first shows that there are 970 Google Scholar indexed articles using the Publish or Perish application. Writings published on Google Schooler were abundant in 2016-2017. There are 10 prolific authors during the 20 years of the development of scientific publications about waqf and have the most citations with a total of 253. Second, the existence of scientific publications about waqf in Indonesia is based on keywords, namely the keywords of waqf objects that have been published the most in 20 years. For this reason, through this research we can also find out the topic of waqf, this can make it easier for future writers to determine the theme according to the current novelty about waqf, starting from the potential and opportunities of waqf in the modern era, management of cash waqf, distribution of waqf and so.

The main objective of this research is to investigate the level of knowledge of Islamic finance among small businesses and its impact on Islamic financial inclusion. The study adopts an explanatory research design and employs a quantitative approach. A total of 193 small business owners in Malang City, UK, participated as respondents in the study. The sampling technique used was side proportional random sampling with a 95% confidence level. The collected data were analyzed using linear regression analysis.The findings of the study reveal that there is a significant positive relationship between Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial inclusion. Moreover, the study also highlights the significant influence of Islamic financial inclusion on the performance of small businesses in Malang City. These results align with previous research and provide valuable implications and directions for future studies in this field.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of subsidized home ownership credit financing based on the concept of Maslahah at Bank Tabungan Negara, branch office in Jombang. The research method employed is a qualitative case study with six techniques for data collection, including the researcher's direct participation with the research subject and conducting direct interviews with key informants from the financing service department. The research findings reveal that subsidized home ownership credit is one form of financing provided to the community to purchase homes, with the support of the government through collaboration with Bank Tabungan Negara, branch office in Jombang. Bank Tabungan Negara, branch office in Jombang, also offers various flexible repayment schemes to its customers. However, this research has limitations, such as its focus on a single location and an inability to describe variations in implementation at other locations. Furthermore, the research findings can have positive implications, particularly in the development of more effective policies and programs that align with the community's needs, by offering repayment options that suit customers' financial conditions.

The potential of stock endowment in Indonesia for Islamic economic development holds great promise, especially given the majority Muslim population. This potential can be optimized to enhance the impact of stock endowment. This research aims to explore the utilization of stock endowment as a catalyst for Islamic economic growth, evaluate effective management strategies for stock endowment, and assess its potential in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, this study involves a literature review through metasynthesis. The findings indicate a significant potential for stock endowment in Indonesia, with investors continuously increasing. These funds could play a crucial role in addressing economic challenges within the principles of Islam, including education, healthcare, economic initiatives, and infrastructure development, if allocated optimally and comprehensively.
