Abstract

This research aimed to find out about pesantrenpreneur and sociopreneur at Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) as alternatives to post-Covid-19 economic moderation in two pesantren in Yogyakarta, namely Integrated Islamic Boarding School of Al Mumtaz, Gunungkidul Regency and Islamic Boarding School of ISC Aswaja Lintang Songo, Bantul Regency. This research was a qualitative research with a case study approach. Collecting data used observation, structured interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model analysis. The research results showed that the two Islamic boarding schools in Yogyakarta had carried out various activities based on the concept of pesantrenpreneur and sociopreneur with four important stages, namely 1) the pesantren apprenticeship stage, 2) the pesantren launching stage, 3) the pesantren take-off stage, and 4) the pesantren maturity stage. The four stages were carried out well, especially to recover post-Covid-19 economic growth of pesantren and the surrounding community more optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to establish the level of public understanding on the use of Sharia economic transaction contracts to improve people's welfare on a regular basis. Purposive sample of 58 respondents was utilized in this quantitative descriptive study. Multiple regression analysis is used in the study approach, with SPSS 23.00 as a data analysis test tool. In this study, observations, questionnaires, and interviews were the primary data collection methods. Secondary data is provided by the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Religion. According to the findings of this study, many types of Islamic economic transaction contracts have had a significant impact on the degree of social welfare thus far, indicating that society is becoming increasingly massive with the principles of Murabahah, Salam, Ijarah, and Mudharabah.

Abstract

The purpose of service expected is based on the current explanation of the condition of the subject of service, among others, strengthening the SME financial structuring system that aims at efficiency and avoiding losses. All members have a good SME business concept and are in accordance with the scale of business based on SMEs becoming Benchmarks. The Indonesian Santri Entrepreneurs Association with the potential to export has increased in number. It has an effective marketing strategy concept so that products are known, favored and used by national and international parties. Expanding the HIPSI Silaturrahmi network by providing entrepreneurship education to students in general so that the pesantren involved are increasingly widespread throughout Indonesia. This service is carried out on the basis of a participatory model, in which the basic elements of the community empowerment / service process are: social participation and mobilization. The result of this dedication is a strategy undertaken to strengthen the economy of local communities by fostering SMEs in the Indonesian Santri Entrepreneurs Association, where the coaching includes managing the financial system, managing production time and efficiency in increasing productivity and increasing the profitability of SMEs, choosing profitable business concepts in determine supply chain members for start-up businesses, Seminar on small medium enterprized business practices according to Islamic sharia, build e-Commerce in SMEs using a variety of online-based media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, market orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, market orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada UKM di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Lokasi penelitian mi adalah UKM Kreatif di Kota Surabaya. Penetapan lokasi penelitian ini dipertimbangkan atas dasar bahwa Surabaya merupakan kota dengan jumlah UMKM tertinggi di Jawa Timur. Sampel penelitian ini sebesar 70 UKM Kreatif yang tersebardi kota Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan data menggunkan wawancara dan survei. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja dan UKM di Surabaya dipengaruhi oleh inisiatif dari pihak internal UKM, seperti orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukån bahwa 1) variabel enterpreneur orientation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel keunggulan bersaing dengan pengaruh sebesar 0,846. 2) variabel market orientation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keunggulan bersaing, dengan pengaruh sebesar 0.146. 3) variabel enterpreneur orientation berpengaruh positif signifi kan terhadap variabel kinerja pem asaran dengan pengaruh sebesar 0,377. 4) variabel market orientation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pemasaran, dengan pengaruh sebesar 0,512. 5) variabel keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pemasaran dengan pengaruh sebesar 0,815. Jadi pihak UKM Kreatif di Kota Surabaya harus selalu meningkatkan semangat da lam menumbuhkan enterpreneur orientalion dan market orientation dalam hal melakukan inovasi, aktif dalam persaingan, otonomi, selalu update pada informasi pasar, informasi keinginan pelanggan dengan tujuan supaya UKM dapat meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran

Abstract

This research aims to examine differences in share stock prices and stock trading volume of Islamic banking sector between before and after the KTT G20 in Bali, Indonesia on 15-16 November 2022. The type of research is an event study with a quantitative approach. The research data is secondary data in the form of share price history and trading volume of Islamic bank shares listed on the IDX. The sample in this study was 60 consisting of 30 data before and 30 data after the KTT G20 in Bali, Indonesia. The data analysis technique used the Paired Sample t-test for the stock price variable and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test for the stock trading volume variable. The results showed that there was no difference in the average stock price after the KTT G20 in Indonesia and there was a difference in the average trading volume after the KTT G20 in Indonesia. The conclusion of the study was that investors received information about the KTT G20 in Indonesia as bad news because changes in stock price volume occurred negatively._____________________Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan harga saham dan volume perdagangan saham sektor perbankan syariah antara sebelum dan setelah KTT G20 di Bali, Indonesia tanggal 15-16 November 2022. Jenis penelitian adalah studi peristiwa dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian yakni data sekunder berupa history harga saham dan volume perdagangan saham bank syariah yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 yang terdiri dari 30 data sebelum dan 30 data setelah kejadian KTT G20 di Bali, Indonesia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis Paired Sample t-test untuk variabel harga saham dan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test untuk variabel volume perdagangan saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan pada rata-rata harga saham setelah KTT G20 di Indonesia dan terdapat perbedaan pada rata-rata volume perdagangan saham setelah KTT G20 di Indonesia. Kesimpulan penelitian diperoleh bahwa investor menerima informasi mengenai KTT G20 di Indonesia sebagai bad news sebab perubahan volume harga saham terjadi secara negatif dengan harga saham yang cenderung tetap.

Abstract

Pengoptimalan sumber daya manusia dalam setiap organisasi baik pemerintah maupun swasta dituntut mampu mengelola dengan baik guna meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi kepuasan kerja. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan sampel jenuh yang diperoleh sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Burnout secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Burnout secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of e-service quality on E-WOM through the mediating variable of e-satisfaction among Linkaja Syariah users in Malang City. Because the use of Linkaja Syariah in Malang City is very popular, researchers are interested in conducting a study on electronic services and Linkaja Syariah user satisfaction that can affect digital marketing. This study uses a quantitative method and data processing is done using Smartpls 0.4 with 170 respondents. The results of the study indicate that e-service quality has a significant positive influence on E-WOM, and also has a significant positive influence on e-satisfaction. E-satisfaction also has a significant positive influence on E-WOM, so it can be said that e-satisfaction is a mediating variable between e-service quality and E-WOM.

Abstract

This study concludes that the settlement process for insurance and guarantees in the event of a customer's death follows the established procedures of PT. BPRS Mojo Artho, Pandaan Branch. The process involves promptly reporting the customer's demise and subsequently submitting an insurance claim. If the claim is successful, the remaining debt is repaid, and the guarantee is returned. However, if the insurance claim is unsuccessful, the remaining debt must still be repaid by the customer's heirs, and the guarantee will be held as collateral. In cases where insurance claims fail, there are various factors contributing to the outcome, such as incomplete data or submissions that exceed the policy limit. It is important to note that such instances deviate from the principles of Sharia insurance, as the customer's lack of awareness about cooperation plays a role. However, the BPRS endeavors to assist in line with the principles of Sharia insurance by providing relief to the heirs, ensuring that the guarantee is not seized and auctioned off. _____________________________Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa proses penyelesaian asuransi dan jaminan dalam kasus kematian nasabah mengikuti prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh PT. BPRS Mojo Artho, Cabang Pandaan. Proses tersebut melibatkan pelaporan segera atas kematian nasabah dan selanjutnya mengajukan klaim asuransi. Setelah semua data yang diperlukan disediakan, klaim asuransi diproses oleh perusahaan asuransi. Jika klaim berhasil, sisa hutang akan dibayar dan jaminan akan dikembalikan. Dalam kasus di mana klaim asuransi gagal, terdapat berbagai faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap hasilnya, seperti data yang tidak lengkap atau pengajuan yang melebihi batas kebijakan. Penting untuk dicatat bahwa kejadian semacam ini menyimpang dari prinsip asuransi syariah, karena kurangnya kesadaran nasabah tentang kerjasama berperan dalam hal ini. Namun, BPRS berupaya membantu sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip asuransi syariah dengan memberikan bantuan kepada ahli waris, memastikan bahwa jaminan tidak disita dan dilelang.

Abstract

Pilgrimage to the tombs of saints is considered important for some Muslims. The tombs of saints in Java Island have now become tourist destinations to preserve cultural heritage and religious-based tourism, including the tomb of Sunan Ampel in Surabaya. This article aims to examine the content of the text through a qualitative and interdisciplinary approach, explaining the dimensions and strategies for developing pilgrimage tourism at the tomb of Sunan Ampel. The research results show that there are various types of sacred places, such as the tombs of the Wali Sanga, tombs of religious figures, and mosques left by the saints. Pilgrimage tourism at the tomb of Sunan Ampel has spiritual, social, cultural, and environmental components that require comprehensive planning and design, as well as a specific perspective to develop the tomb site, including the arrangement of food and souvenir sales areas, the conditions of the local community, cultural and social contexts, pilgrimage rituals and traditions, the needs of pilgrims, functional infrastructure, tourism, and services.

Abstract

Islamic economics is a distinctive discipline rooted in Islamic principles from the Qur'an and Hadith, offering diverse perspectives on economic phenomena. Islamic economists emphasize the application of Sharia principles and integrate ethical values and social justice into economic activities. This research focuses on the contributions of prominent scholars, Muhammad Abdul Mannan and Monzer Kahf, to contemporary Islamic economic thought. Employing a literature review approach, we analyze their works to explore similarities and differences in their interpretations of Islamic economic principles. The study aims to identify key areas of agreement and divergence in their perspectives, including profit-and-loss sharing, Islamic banking, poverty alleviation, and Islamic business ethics. Ultimately, the research seeks to shed light on the profound influence of Mannan and Kahf, fostering a deeper understanding of Islamic economics in today's global context.
