Abstract

Parking pool or parking area is a place provided for parking of motorized vehicles outside of the road whih is provided by individual or institution, including motorized vehicle storage and motorized vehicle garage. In managing the parking pool, the parking owner must have a system to facilitate the processing of the parking area. The existing parking system at Palma tower building Jakarta is still manual, that is by entering the vehicle number into the computer by operator, then printing. The parking ticket provided is only a form of paper containing the vehicle number and vehicle entry time. Payment transactions method made by parking operators are currently not efficient, because the level of officer error when calculate parking fees and change money is high. Deal with these various problems, an idea arises to create a subscription parking system by using an automated parking system. This automated parking system is named with an RFID system (Radio Frequency Identification). The design of this automatic parking system is the best solution to solve the problems that are already running. This computerized system is better than a manual system because this system can run more effectively and efficiently and it is more conducive than the previous system.

Abstract

The development of Revolution 4.0 is now bringing change to the culinary business process, making culinary entrepreneurs or restaurant owners challenged to be more creative and innovative in order to thrive and survive Industrial Revolution 4.0. One of the culinary world business processes in the 4.0 Industrial Revolution is to provide a contemporary service that is one of them is using robots. This study aims to create a prototype Arduino based food Introduction tool Mega is a new breakthrough in the culinary world with the methods of research among other methods of data collection, methods of designing tools and methods of testing tools. So this prototype can be used to deliver food by using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) based on instructions from Arduino Mega as a microcontroller, with the command RFID will read the ID on the table and Stepper Motors as a tool drive. So this prototype can be used as a food delivery robot not only as a tool to facilitate the work as well as a tool for the appeal of a restaurant that uses it.

Abstract

Electrical energy is one of the most important and vital human needs that cannot be released from daily needs. Customers also have begun to be critical of the purchase costs that must be paid every month. So by increasing electricity rates, improving efficiency in the use of electric power is a major consideration. The Advanced Measurement Infrastructure System (AMI) provides information on the use of granular energy for needs and customers. The IT system at AMI one of which uses EMS (Energy Management System) is an application to collect data from every smart meter installed in the customer, to store it in a database, and to connect the analysis and statistics of the data stored below. In this study aims to provide an analysis of electricity usage patterns by implementing AMI / Smart meters PT. PLN (Persero) by conducting a cluster of 1 phase and 3 phase electricity usage in customers of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Cengkareng, namely the distribution booths DK60, TG70 and DK242 for 4 months, from November 2018 to February 2019. From the results of the study sought for customers 1 phase DK 60 with a radius of 0.5 produces 1 cluster that is stable every month depending on the customer at this substation is a household class customer, TG 70 requires stable and spending usage in December 2018, and DK 242 fix stable and use customers in the month December 2018 and January 2019, while for 3-phase DK 60 customers tend to be unstable because the customers of this apartment are different, starting from shops, production sites, and CV. TG 70 substations are predominantly places of worship, namely mosques and mosques, so the average use of mosques is higher, and for DK 242 3-phase customers need to be stable and use the highest in January 2019.AMI, System, EMS, Distribution Substation, Phase.

Abstract

The West Java Provincial Office is a company engaged in education services, which has several parts, one of which is the High School Development (PSMA) field. PSMA itself has not used an information system in the registration process of student mutations, where problems faced by registrants want to request a mutation referral letter, referral letters are not always completed on time. registrars do not know the flow of procedures, and other constraints are on file storage that tends to accumulate. The purpose of the study is to notify the registrant that a referral letter has been completed, notify the registrant of the path - what paths must be done by the registrant and make it easier when searching the file for the registration mutation. The method used, namely using descriptive methods. which is aimed at gathering information about a problem. The results of this study are to notify the registrant that the referral letter has been completed or processed, notify the registrant of the path - what paths the registrant must do, and make it easier when searching the file for the registration mutation.

Abstract

Bullying is aggressive activities not only among school aged children but it can be happened in higher education, office or even in family on daily basis. Bullying involves physical and non physical action which is repeated acted and can be represented in verbal, social and physical thing. Bullying has negative for both perpetrators and victims, the perpetrators will have bad habit which can influence the way their living in the future and particularly for victim it will make them become alone and not open to surrounding relationships.In this paper, we proposed an application which can help to reduce the negative effect of bullying by reporting any bullying happened and do the next action based on meeting result. Moreover, this application will give open private consultation for both perpetrators and victims in order to reduce bullying activities and recognized as bullying. Creating forum for both community who are interested to reduce bullying negatve effect and provide information regarding with negative effect of bullying will help people to educate themselves regarding with bullying. Abstract

In this study the authors used a decision support system by applying the Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) method to determine the best farmer group combinations at the Deli Serdang Agriculture Service. This method is a development of the Promethee II method that can calculate the distance difference between pairs of alternatives so as to produce an output that is ranking alternatives based on the highest net flow value. It is expected that the results of this study the authors can provide solutions to solving problems faced by the Department of Agriculture to solve the problem of determining the best combination of farmer groups objectively and more effectively by implementing a decision support system.

Abstract

This Bayesian network model was developed by analyzing the correlation between the cause of disease symptom variables and disease variables. The Bayesian network is a method that can depict causality between variables in a system. In this research, the Bayesian network was developed with a scoring based method and it was implemented using a hill-climbing algorithm with scoring BIC score function approach. There were 18 variables and 31 arcs representing the interconnection between symptom variable and respiratory tract disease. In the testing phase, the inference process using approximate inference was carried out and the accuracy was nearly 100% for all testing scenarios. The application of this method could result in a representative Bayesian network. Its resulted structure was affected so much by data condition, thus data cleaning was important to do before the training and testing phase.

Abstract

The growth of the internet and smart device users in Indonesia is quite rapidly and is expectedto continue to increase each year . Internet users in Indonesia come from various backgrounds andages . It is often done internet users are watching streaming video via their smart devices . Moreand more users are accessing internet streaming video it will affect the condition of the bandwidthprovided by the ISP ( Internet Service Provider ) which would affect the user experience due tobuffer the video stream when the video is being watched . Looking at these problems , a companyengaged in the field of streaming TV ( PT Distribution Media Technology ) setting up a streaming TVservice using a technology that is relatively new in Indonesia , namely Adaptive Bitrate Streamingtechnology that can solve the problems of the video stream buffer . Knowing that the AdaptiveBitrate Streaming technology is relatively new in Indonesia , the researchers tried to analyze theAdaptive Bitrate Streaming technology as well as the influence of bandwidth conditions for thesetechnologies . In this study , researchers used a quantitative method to analyze the Adaptive BitrateStreaming technology , implement the technology on several devices and analyze the effect ofbandwidth on facility conditions VOD ( Video on Demand ) which is implemented using AdaptiveBitrate Streaming technology that existed at Valu TV service ( PT Distribution Media Technology ) .The results of this analysis is to find out how to work the Adaptive Bitrate Streaming technology andits implementation on bandwidth conditions while riding , stable , and down . With the AdaptiveBitrate Streaming technology , users can watch a video streaming video comfortably without bufferdespite their internet bandwidth conditions are unstable.

Abstract

Humblezing Store is one of the convection that produces a variety of clothing and men'sjackets. In producing goods company uses quality materials so that the products have high quality.Marketing system which runs today are using social media such as Facebook and BlackberryMessenger (BBM). This is done because most Indonesian people today prefer a company that offersthe ease of sale. The method used in the development of information systems sales and inventory isan engineering prototype. The system design modeling tool is a structured approach using toolssuch flowchart document (flowmap), context diagram, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), data dictionary,normalization, table relationships, and ERD (Entity Relationship diagrams). The programminglanguage used is PHP using MySQL database server. Results of this study were (1) With a system ofsales and inventory information is the consumers can find out information about Humblezing Storeonline. (2) The information system of sales and inventory that is proposed can improve and willprovide service to consumers. Consumers who want to make purchases do not have to comedirectly to the store, but can make purchases anywhere.

Abstract

Designing an application decision support system using ANP (Analytical Network Process) atthis stage of recruitment of civil servants is not easy, should be aligned with the procedures thathave been set by national civil servant recruitment committee or department. Stages selectingemployess that will register as an employee in the Ministry of Trade consists of administrativeselection Basic Competence Test (TKD), and Competency Test Field (TKB). To produce a validscreening employees, required measurable decision-making based on the results of theamalgamation of several existing tests. To design the application in writing is done with thewaterfall method by combining the methods of ANP (Analytical Network Process) as measurementdata validity of the tests conducted. Methods ANP (Analytical Network Procees) to represent thedegree of importance some of the results of tests conducted by considering the relationship betweenthe criteria. ANP (Analytical Network Process) combines some of the assessments into one logicalway. And the results obtained from this screening is a candidate for employee data sorting used asan alternative in the decision so that the recruitment process can take place effectively andefficiently and to produce objective decisions.
